Love this place! Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Gave me a great recommendation on a new flavor and brand of e-juice. The prices seem really reasonable and they have a pretty decent selection of vape products from starter kits and disposable products for newbies to high end mods from top brands for people looking for more. Ill definitely be back and recommend this place for sure!

I’ve been here twice after moving to Portland. Both times the service was … disgusting, specifically the woman who others in reviews have spoken of. After the second time, I decided I would never return. I went to another vape shop (Rose City) and not only were they super friendly, but they hat cats, their prices were cheaper for the exact same products, AND they had a wider selection. The woman who works at Vape Spot is honestly not fit for employment in any customer-facing position.

Amazing experience. Went in knowing nothing about vaping and they were patient with all my questions and being ignorant. Product works great and couldn’t be happier. Will continue to purchase from them until I either stop or they go out of business! Highly recommend! 👍👍

My wife and I have been going to this Vape shop now for about 2 years. These people like to sell products that get discontinued. I have bought 2-3 vapes from this business and they tell me “oh it’s really hard to get these items at the moment” Any time I need a new pod or coil. If they are so hard to get tell me why I’m able to order all my stuff online and have it delivered in 2 days? I will not be going back here and from the look of it this place will be closed down within a few months.

First time in this shop and came away impressed. Not a huge juice selection but a carefully chosen one. Good tank and mod selection and nice guy at the counter that is very knowledgeable. They carry some oddball flavors which is great for people sick of the normal desserts, fruits and savory stuff.

Been coming here for almost a year and never had any issues until today. Walked up and a guy was standing right next to the entrance. Didn’t think anything of it, walk up and the lady working is on the phone. She stops mid conversation and says “You’re not buying that, you can get out”. At first I thought it was a joke or she was talking to the person on the phone. But no, I asked if she was joking and said that I talked to the guy outside.(Apparently he’s been asking people to buy him an elf bar vape) I said no I didn’t, I just walked in up to the store. She said I was lying and said she saw me stop and talk to him. I literally just walked in, didn’t stop. She verbally accosted me and accused me of lying. I said had she actually asked me about it instead of attacking me and calling me a liar perhaps it would have gone differently but her childish behavior has ruined any further business from me. Why would I spend another $32 on a vape for someone I don’t know, makes ZERO sense. Will not be going back.

Never had a problem here, they are immediately ready to help me when I come in. When it was hard to find cold for my outdated tank, they gladly ordered coils just for me and kept them on hand until I transitioned to another.Only reason Im giving 4 stars is the hard to find parking and the area.I highly recommend the Vape Spot.

Woman who works there is extremely rude and cold. She seems to not like her job and does not like to have customers come in the store asking her questions. I felt completely humiliated when asking her questions about the e juice and e-cigarettes. I asked her which juice flavors were new and she asked me which ones I hadnt tried and then yelled at me that those were the ones that were new to me! I thought that was so rude absolutely uncomfortable and unnecessary. The only reason I go there is because all the other vape stores are closed in my area. Would not recommend it but an e-cigarette from there and Im not happy with it.

Wonderful shop. got myself a mi-pod pro plus and I couldnt be happier. he talked me through the issues i was having with my other device and even set my new one up with some awesome juices. thanks :>

Every time Ive gone to this shop Ive had a negative experience. The shop is right near my work so I was excited to be able to get my supplies so easily. I guess Im not cool enough to be part of their club so I wont be back. They have given me poor recommendations. Ive been sold completely wrong or sub-par parts almost every time Ive gone there to buy coils. Their attitude borders on rude. Ive even tried to be really nice to them, even though they were rude to me, but it got me nothing but more rudeness. I really cant understand this. What business thrives when the employees are anything but very polite to their customers? Dont they want you to return, and for you to tell all your friends?Its amazing that their business model has survived for as long as that shop has been open. It must be because they are the only shop in that area. People think they have no choice. You do! You will be much better off going to one of the many vape shops on Hawthorne. At least there you can find what you need without all of the attitude.

This is an extremely convenient vape spot (pun intended) for me. Even though I live on 122nd and Burnside, it is a relaxing Max ride on the blue line to the Skidmore Fountain stop. From there it is less than. 4 minute walk. Less than 3 blocks. Yes, it is in an area overrun by homeless but if you dont bother them, they wont bother you unless you let them. Give em a break. You think they chose to be homeless? The selection of vapes, vape juice and accessories is quite large. They could do better on pricing of their mods though. On a lot of items, their markup seems to be close to twice the price you can get online. But if you absolutely have to have a mod now, this is the place to go. As for vape juice and accessories, the prices are not too steep. And they are locally owned and run. I prefer to give my business to locals vs giant online warehouses which may take up to and over a month to get you your items. Has the most tobacco flavors Ive found locally.

I absolutely love Vape Spot. It is the only vape store I have gone to since I moved here a year ago. Great products, great prices. I love the owner, she is extremely cool and I love just going in and talking with her forever lol the dude she hired a while back is cool as hell too. I have never once been steered wrong by either of them since I started vaping. I always recommend Vape Spot to anyone who asks for a vape store. I live in NE and I travel to downtown just to buy from them.*WARNING* To the people who gave bad reviews:This is not your yuppie vape store, if youre looking for run of the mill fake service youre going to the wrong spot. These people are real life people with real life opinions and personalities so if that bothers you push on and let the hundreds of loyal customers continue to support them. Thanks.

The younger guy who works here is helpful and seems chill however the older lady completely overshadows that with her attitude. I was trying to see their juice flavors and she didn’t seem to be enthused by that and was very pushy for me to make a choice as fast as possible. I eventually got what I wanted but not without leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. The lady was just rude and uncouth overall seeming like she didn’t want to be there. Definitely not helping sales I can imagine. I’d avoid this shop if possible. Limited stock and this ladies bad attitude make it a 1 Star from me. Sorry to the dude that works there he seems nice

Every time I have come to this store the staff have always been professional but laid back. The prices are good and have a good selection. If I ever need anything for my vaping needs and Im in a different part of the city, I wait until I get back downtown just to go here. Two thumbs up.

Unpleasant experience with rude and unfriendly staff. Im new to vaping, so when I asked some general questions about a mod I was interested in, the person working there was visibly irritated for having to answer, as if she didnt have time for my stupid questions. Incredibly pretentious people. Ive checked out a handful of vape stores in Portland now and all of them were at least friendly, except this one. If youre getting into vaping or a newbie steer clear of this place.

We recently drove to Portland (from Vancouver BC) and I felt the need to hit a Vape shop. The nearest one to my hotel was the Vape Spot on Burnside. I really enjoyed my experience there. The owner was very friendly and gave me some good advice on my vape unit and let me try as much juice as I wanted. I only bought 2 bottles (and one was the juice he made) and Ill definitely go to that shop again.

Great selection and friendly and efficient staff. Very knowledgable and helps to find you exactly what you are looking for in a vape and has so many great flavors to choose from. A hidden gem in the heart of Portland.

These guys are amazing! I have a walker and they will come downstairs and help me up with my walker and have been teaching me more about vapes and let me sit and rest before I go. They will also bring stuff down for me if I need. They are amazing and I refer everyone I know that vapes!

With the great number of vape shops around the city we really have our choice where to spend our hard earned money. This particular store is in my opinion the best around. All the products you could want are here . The real advantage here is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Knowledgable and attentive. Polite and courteous.

This is my go to vape shop. I love this place they have great people working there and good stock and are very knowledgeable about all things vape. The owner is always there too and they offer discounts for repeat costumers as well as a discount for people in the recovery community. I love this place

Its hard to get to if your driving, theres no convenient parking, but once you go up these creepy steps, theres was the nicest guy! He helped me with literally everything!! Great customer service and I will be going back!! Hopefully they get some Portland artist to paint and some cool lighting in that staircase...

I love this place. This is the only vape shop I purchase my products from. I have tried others but this is the best one in Portland. The staff here is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. They know what I like and recommend accordingly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great people. Little over priced on the Mods, tanks, and Egos, but you are paying for convenience and location (being right over the bridge downtown). However, there is an awesome juice selection, with new e-liquid coming in all the time. All E-Liquids are priced accordingly to all other vape shops in and around the portland metro area. GO CHECK THEM OUT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very comfortable setting on second floor loft. The Host was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave a quick coil replacement and cleanup for a sometime neglected Vape unit and it doesnt leak at all.

Looking through the reviews on here its unfortunate that so many of the negative reviews really appear to have an agenda to defame this business. The vast majority of reviews are positive but the few negatives appear to be overly biased or unreasonable in comparison to my own experiences and those of others Ive referred there.I will give you its not in the nicest part of town and its an older building with a few cosmetic issues however the owner and staff appears to truly care as over the last two years theyve constantly been making upgrades to their building to create a more welcoming environment for customers. Because its in downtown you get a beautiful smattering of all walks of life and some colorful characters both as customers and staff.This is one of the main shops I refer new people to when they want to get a vape setup and dont know what theyre doing because at the end of the day what really matters most is the staff here really cares about helping people be successful with their goals in regards to vaping. They also have a great selection of products and pricing is amazing for a brick and mortar shop... What more could you ask for?If you want cookie cutter polish you may not find it here but because of this uniqueness Vape spot is really a gem and Portland wouldnt have it any other way!

Broke my tank by dropping it, just needed a new tank, they recommended 3 different ones and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Was back to vaping in no time. Turned what could have been a bad day into a great day. Will definitely be back. They have everything!

Its always cool to see the industry being advocated for and represented professionally. Easily be one of the better vape shops in the Metro. The place to go for all of your vape (nicotine) needs! They have all the high end brands of juice, carry many local brands and have everything from small suorin type mods to rebuildable variable wattage mods. The staff are very friendly, and will take time to discuss your needs. They make appropriate recommendations, and will help out with dialing in equipment. Shop local and make someones day!

This is a great little shop with a collection of the most popular, well rated vapes. The guy was knowledgeable, friendly and the prices were right. Ill be back!

One guy in particular super nice, helpful, thoughtful as well considerate. If your a regular and one day fall short on what you need, this guy (have never seemed to ask him his name haha) has got your back! Need advise on a mod? A new coil set up? Info on VG & PG ? He knows it. Vape Spot is the only place I go to for my vape juice & equipment. I absolutely trust what these people tell me in regards to my MOD & the Containts of what are IN my Juice. Love these guys...friendly with some great savings that continue to accrue as you return for repeat business. Theyre super accommodating whenever possible. Located in a bit of a sketchy area but the store itself is secure and they more than make up for the area with solid customer service and consistent savings.

Customer service is absolutely non existence. Took my friend in to get his first vape. The lady who ran the place answered questions as vaguely and demeaning as possible. Me... what flavor is your best seller, I want to try something new. lady... They are all best sellers. she even went as far as to say that she cant mix up flavor for me because thats illegal. She will never get my business

The staff was quite unfriendly, arrogant, unkept and most of all uneducated. The products were over priced and they did not have suffiecent availabilty of commonly used coils or accessories for common models. The shop itself was in poor condition, for example the floors were dirty and somewhat ragged, the counters/display cases were clutterd and ditry. This Vape Spot appears to have little care for their stores appearance or the customers that walk through their litter filled entrance. One can only hope you read this review before venturing into this etablishment and suffering this atrocity that claims to be a vape shop.

Great group of people up in this Vape Shop! Note, its a little door on the street going up to a shop on the second floor, very unassuming. They will take requests and call you when your special orer arises, and they are the only store I have found downtown that sells AnonyMoose Juice.

Very knowledgeable staff they also happen to carry my falcon tank coils. Which can be tricky to find. I was reccomended some dope blueberry lime juice which I am really excited for.

Very rude customer service! They act like youre inconveniencing them when youre merely there to shop for their products. And they blatantly insult your Vapes that you have. And will not help you when theres a problem with their product they turn it on you as if you somehow have done it...? Do not recommend

I just went into buy some vape fluid, and the customer service was horrid. I was actually told that they dont serve my kind here. As a gay man I am planning to file a complaint with the Oregon attorney general. I recommend everyone boycott this company, as completely again Oregon ideals

I waited in line for 20 minutes while both sales associates blatantly ignored me, looked through me, and turned away from me when I tried To ask for help. The sales associates chatted with people on the couch about their shoes, and the marijuana concentrate that they were unabashedly in public. I was on my lunch break trying to buy a simple bottle of juice. Save yourself some trouble if youre in a rush and go to another vape store. The place looks very trashy, dirty stained rug, and very sketchy looking people on the couch. Shopper beware!

I was in last week, asking for advice about an RTA. I then purchased The Sigelei Moonshot and 2 bottle of juice. I did not asked, but he volunteer to build the moonshot for me. After he finish he gave me some cotton to take with me. BTW, I told him that I am just traveling and stop by, I might never see them again. They still treated me very nicely, explained how the build the RTA when I get home. I hang around for a little because they were super friendly. Then they starts to get busy, I head out on my journeys. If I do or if I know anyone going to Portland, OR. I definitely suggesting to stop at the Vape Spot.

Sold me a phix vape that did not work properly immediately. When I first went back the lady was condescending and insistent that it was working. She also said that I needed the box they sold it in for an exchange. The vape still wasnt working properly a few days later and I went back in with the box. They still would not give me an exchange without a receipt despite showing them the bank transaction. I dont care if theyre the only people in town with phix Im never going back.

This place is great! Dont be discouraged by the dimly lit stairway, Janet is knowledgeable and friendly and they have a large selection of devises and vape. Highly recommend!

Honest about there quality and best prices around i actually quit vaping but as a long time vapor best spot for juice also have tabacoo products.

This is a great little location that has all of your needs. The staff could be a little friendlier I feel sometimes but I hope that doesnt deter anybody from shopping there because overall the experience is pleasant.

The employee who helped me was not very friendly or personable. The experience was made very awkward by his douche baggy pretentious attitude. He actually laughed at me when I asked if they carried a specific box mod.

Best prices in town, great selection of local juices (non-local as well), staff are always helpful and low-key, never pushy or salesy, great shop all in all and well deserving of 5 star rating.

First of all, customer service is terrible. the lady gave terrible feedback, rude, rushing me, and did not offer any help. she appeared to be more interested in what was on tv rather than her customer. the place was not in good condition. overall, they put no effort into their business.

I went up the creepy steps and I found a woman and a gentleman with a beard working the woman was really mean and the guy was really niceI would go back if I knew the guy was working but I wouldnt go back if I knew the girl was working and besides I dont think a lot of people know theres another vape store all right across from the library on 10th
