Horrible place. I called ahead for a massage and when I got there the masseuse didn’t feel like giving a massage. It was empty and had smell to it. Then I asked her how much and what massages they offered (deep tissue, Swedish,etc.) . She looked at me like I was stupid and said nothing for a full two minutes. I’m not sure if this is an actual massage place or if they provide other services.

What a wonderful place!! I found it through Yelp, and they’ve earned every good review they’ve gotten. My boyfriend and I came in for hour long massages, both extremely tight muscled from working out 6 days a week. Our massage therapists immediately identified our problem areas, asked us the level of pressure we wanted them to apply, and got to work. Extremely pleasant ladies that made us both feel very very comfortable, making sure to ask how we were throughout the session. We will both be visiting again, for 90 minute massages next time!! My massage therapist was Mrs. Lily, and I’ve never had someone work so hard to get my knots out! Extremely happy.

Great location. Clean, comfortable homey decor. Spacious massage room. I had just driven 2,800 miles cross-country and was exhausted, tense & tight. We called the ladies and within 2 hours our appointments were scheduled. A diminutive lady with very strong hands was my masseuse. Just what the doctor ordered. My next appointment is in two weeks. They are the best & affordable!

Decent setup no complaints. Selected 60 minute massage $60 no problem. Tells me to leave a tip, I havent received any service yet. Im told my tip wasnt good enough I needed to give more. I say nope just give me a refund you want me to pay you plus give you a tip plus you charge me $2.00 for CC so all together $60 + $2 + minimum $15 tip. She informs me. English not that well know not what refund is Finally we came to an agreement. Get in room inspect the sheets asked to change sheets looks dirty no problem. Massage completed no problem good job.

I showed up a little early and was told she was busy. To come back 45 minutes later. I left and came back and 45 minutes and was told “too busy, can’t do”. She told me to come back tomorrow. I asked her why she made an appointment for me if she was not going to be able to do the massage. I’m not sure what she said, very little English spoken. I told her I was leaving for the last time and would NOT ever be coming back. I’m not even sure if she understood or cared about my anger and disappointment. Totally unprofessional, in my opinion.

The prices are fair the massage is relaxing not meant for people who need deep tissue or have any serious kinks or knots its just a moment to relax the decor is dated kind of reminds me of a grandmas attic which is what it smells like as well but the room was clean the lady who did my massage was very nice despite the language barrier and she was professional i went twice both times the same treatment i will be going back again i didnt give 5 stars because i wasnt highly impressed with anything and there was a language barrier so i couldnt communicate effectively what i wanted but other than that no complaintsUpdate: i normally go to Anna she wasnt there had a different masseuse and she had the nerve to demand a larger tip which she did not get that is rude and unprofessional. I was going 2xs a week and paying and tipping well however they will no longer get my business Id rather drive further or pay more for the service i deserve

This isnt something I normally do, but my wifes experience has driven me to. Firstly, I show up 10 minutes early and the place is closed. 10 minutes after my appointment (which they asked me to change to an earlier time the day before) they called and started to complain to me about me being late. 5 minutes later the massuse arrived. Before the massage my wife had to ask the lady to change the sheets and towels because there clearly was a person there before (the day before, since we were the first appointment of the day). During the massage she left the room several times, one time in particular to go answer the front doordoor w leaving the massage room for wide open and in view of the front door. The massure was sweating profusly and dripping sweat onto my wife. After the massage, she demanded a tip because she was hot, her back hurt, and it was mothers day.... Needless to say, we will not be going back and you shouldnt ever go!

I was made to wait in my car after showing up on time, because she was in the middle of another appointment. THIRTY-MINUTES LATER. The room is old, dirty, smelly, and more of an old bedroom, instead of spa. My package included hot stones and a table bath. I got neither. I did get soaked in oil and wiped down with a hot rag (not towel). It was a demanded that I give a tip, for the services that I DIDNT RECEIVE. I was told they only do hot stones and table bath in Richmond even though its on the website, was told to me over the phone, and says it on the sign. I will never patronize this establishment again. One star is is only for being near Hardees.

My husband and I did a couples massage. It was awesome! We both enjoyed it very much. I thought it was odd that they had me tip before the massage though.. regardless we will be going back!!!

The massage was great! I was only disappointed because pricing online & in the establishment are different.... Also she put hot towels on me without telling me they were an additional cost.

Decent place. Therapists were nice, but spoke little English. Place looked clean, massage was good. Nothing special, but adequate.

Not professional! Took a personal phone call in the middle of my massage and left the room several times during massage. Did not make up the time either. I will not return.

The owner of this establishment treats me like Im coming to steal something, I have come to the door and asked for a massage and was told they didnt have anymore openings, NO MORE MASSAGES THAT THEY WAS ALL BOOKED UP FOR TODAY, but I went to my car, talked with a white guys voice and I was asked, WHAT TIME DID I WANT TO COME IN, other kind workers there do a good job
