First of all I want to say that the dude that helped me gave me my Red juice for 17.00..Thanks Man!!Its God Awful! Tastes like Butterscotch and strong perfume..Im kinda new to the vape thing ..Someone mentioned I should steep it,whatever the heck that means..lol

What a great spot! The employees at this location are incredibly friendly and very helpful. The shop is very well stocked, organized and really clean!We were pleasantly surprised by the prices and unexpected discount on the merchandise we selected. Great experience here!

First off Im new to the area and had to drive an hour 2 different times to this place for them to tell me they dont have my vape juice after already calling ahead before the trip to make sure ( both times telling me on the phone that they couldnt tell me the price due to fda rules)

Went in looking for something specific and they were very helpful.

The service was terrible. Im an easy going guy, but they acted like I was a burden, even though its their ONLY job. Very unwelcoming as a customer. I felt I was annoying them just by walking into the store. Id rather drive to Ashland than be treated like this again.

This place is twice the size of nearby competitors. Heavy urban counter culture vibe, music and products. Employees were approachable and friendly, they were able to find what I needed quickly.

I waited to post the review to see if this dude was going to just get worse or not, but the last few times I have been to the store he hasnt been there so thumbs up. I believed he was the owner, and still may be but he acted as if everything you asked stuck a snake in his boot or something he would just start to shake from being so mad from like 2 questions. this was a rather skinny white dude with tats about mid 30s probably. ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING (prices bit high though, reason for 4 stars now that the dudes not been angry at me every time I go in lol) this was for the New Boston location beside Walmart not Portsmouth idk why it added it to this one but I love the one in Portsmouth they are always nice and educated on the products

I go there like once a week and the service is great theyre always so helpful

Ive had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at G Vapor. The customer service is top notch, and the employees are extremely knowledgeable about their products. Plus, they have what you need in stock, which has become a rare exception in todays economy.

Sold me a $50 dollar disposable.It was burnt and half of it was already gone. tried to go back and get a new one twice and he laughed in my face and when i asked to speak to a manager. He then laughed in my face also repeating “No return policy”. Do not go here

Variety to choose from but kind of over priced. I found a vape store online that has the same mods for half the price of the ones sold here. I even took it upon myself to check the exact same brands that they offered and still much cheaper. Cheaper by about 20.00. So assuming they have to make a 20.00 plus profit on each item they sell to make money through their business. I get it but I think Ill order those same products from an online vapor store. It is what it is. Thanks for the experience though.

Very informative and patient sellers when it comes to understanding what flavor/smell works for you and you get to control the amount of a substance you need/want compared to a tincture that might go from 250, 500, 1000, etc. A welcoming and warm environment.

Good place 2 go. Always or usally have what u need.. miracle how delta 8 affects I can barely walk on one leg was brokeen femur..and this has made me b able 2 get up and move around alot more now..

I went to G-VAPOR in portsmouth ohio and the people are friendly and nice so I wanted a dry herb vaporizer and cashier dave showed me an herbva 5g and showed me on the user manual it has a 1 year warranty so when it quit working 4 months later I tried to return it and cashier dave said they cant help me after 30 days and pointed to a sign and the manufacturer says its on G-VAPOR so I feel mislead by cashier dave whether intentional or not. I dont think he intentionally mislead me but he did say and point to 1 year on the manual before I bought it then I find out they only help me 30 days so watch out and read every sign in the store if you before you buy something and maybe get it in writing . So very disappointed they wont help me at all !

Gvapor will NEVER get our business again. My husband has gone there every month, sometimes multiple times a month for years ever since they first opened. Three days ago he bought a new vape and it quit working already. He wanted to just exchange it but he cant find the receipt. Even though we showed them the bank statement where he spent $83 on the 14th, they wont do anything. So from now on well be going to Ironton, Ashland, or online. But never Gvapor.To top it off my husband just said the employee that sold it to him was there and remembered selling it, but its the owner that said no receipt no exchange. I get it that small businesses have to protect themselves, but considering all the facts involved this is unacceptable.

Knowlegeable, friendly & their juices they make are amazing. Staff is awesome and very helpful. Have helped me with all vaping related issues. A little pricey but worth the helpfulness & knowledge they give freely.

This place is awesome. The only bad thing I could say is watch out. They have to many cute vapes and you could do what i did and walk out spending quite a bit more than you intended.

They helped me kick cigarettes. Ive quit several times but always get pulled back in. Theres no going back now. Knowledgeable staff, a great assortment of juices, and a wonderful place to get started if you want to lose your cigarette habit. Prices are a little better for stuff online sometimes for some things, but in a pinch if you dont have time to wait for shipping from an online vendor, these guys more than likely have what you need. Choose your mod, flavor, nicotine level and unchain yourself from the butts and smelling like an ashtray forever. The fruity and dessert juices also satisfy my sweet tooth. Perhaps Ill lose a couple pounds as well 😉.

Great experience buying the vape and lots of variety with fair prices. Only problem was the Mag kit I purchased at lower then competition prices. The housing of the charge port came out as I took it off the charger. Two weeks after my purchase I had to take it back to the store but forgot the receipt. Couldnt return for another two weeks and was a day late for the in store warranty. The sales person didnt offer any help other then telling me to contact SMOK. Everything else was a overall good experience but for a person who quit smoking with a vape I really cant afford to send off for a better quality one.

Nice to have this establishment in Portsmouth. Something other than fast food joints & gas stations! Especially for us individuals who are trying to quit smoking. Lots to choose from! If you choose to vape, this is a nice place with friendly staff. 👍

The clerk went above and beyond helping me with my first rda build. He walked me through a step by step process and told me all the tools I will need. If you live in Portsmouth do not go to another shop because its G-arbage. Hint hint

Called on phone to ask a specific item by name. Was told they have it, asked again and described it and was assured they had that. Drove there directly, walk in and asked for it and was told no they dont have that but have other stuff.

If youre into vaping, its a nice shop. They have a large variety. They even make the flavors they carry in the shop. You can choose nicotine levels as well. They did have a deal that if you were trying to quit smoking, you could give them the rest of your pack of cigarettes for a bottle of vapor liquid. I dont know if theyre still doing that promotion or not. They also carry fidget spinners, or at least they did several months ago.

I have been a huge fan & customer of Gvap of Waverly. Paul always took time to help me or make sure I had what I needed. I have purchased 5 mods, today being the fifth & when I went to prepare it for use, I realized it was the wrong mod. No biggie. Thought Id exchange it. Alex, of Gvap was most unhelpful, contrite, snotty little person who clearly took a lot of pride in belittling me and running off a customer who SPENT all of her vap money with you. Never again

Purchased an Aegis GeekVape for $100. Found online later for $55. Didnt complain, but had issues with flavor and coils. Went in twice, same guy assisted, but wasnt at all helpful. Second visit he basically told me I had to live with it and he didnt recommend switching coils?? ?? Went to the Vape store on the Trail, he took one look and said it didnt have the mesh coil. Placed a new mesh coil in unit and the flavor is perfect. Just like my VooPoo Mojo. Service after the sale is important. Dont buy from G Vape if you need to ask questions or get service. He actually seemed irritated I ce back with questions a second time! ! You lost a customer bud. .

It was a very very friendly place and very good prices on all their merchandise. Definitely give them a a 11 out of 10

Need juice or fog-sauce!? They have it. Theyll even add nicotine or mix you up any flavor at the Portsmouth store. I dont think they mix in NewBoston but have a pretty big selection of juice. They have pipes, dab tools, bongs n papers too.

Best vape shops in town. Great selection and knowledgeable employees. Right off the road so its easy to access. 💯

Coils are way more expensive than other places. Got banana vape juice from there and it literally has no flavor and tastes awful. Not going there again.

G Vapor is the best place to go for all your vaping needs (cbd, oils, edibles), vapes, pens, everything. Its an amazing place to go. Its affordable, and convenient.
