Southern Vape Prattville

The day my grandfather died, my vape wouldn’t work. I didn’t know what was wrong so I brought it here. The girl behind the counter was so incredibly kind and helped me figure out the problem and get my mod working again. This is a horrible day for me, but coming here was the best thing I could have done. I wish I could give more than five stars because I would give 5,000. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but the one I had today is what prompted me to make this review. Amazing shop, you will not regret it if you come here.

Great people to work with. Vary friendly staff. They are about the only shop in Prattville that still sell any rebuild suplise if you are into rebuilding. And if you are looking for a specific item like a particular mod, tank, or RDA really anything they are more than happy to try and find it for you. There price on juice and devices is really good they are on par with ordering off line. Now you may save a 2 or 3 $ if you order online but you will not get the customer service online like you will there. Plus you are supporting small local businesses. And they know a lot about all the products they sell. I would definitely recommend them to anyone just getting into vapeing or has been vapeing for a while.

Awesome store! Great prices on everything I was surprised to see that a lot of his prices on hardware are actually cheaper than you can get it online. Great customer service very friendly. Juice selection is great a bunch of different stuff to choose from.

The worst customer service ever by the owner... This company Southern Vape does not stand behind ANY equipment you buy in the store... you buy something there and it’s A default, oh well owner says take it up with the company it came from.... Truly a disappointment I would discourage anyone from shopping there.... there are a lot of shops out there that care about how they run a business.... I myself work in a customer service field in Prattville and I treat them right .... but here at Southern Vape I would never go there again....They truly delete comments which I think shows the character of the person. Good and negative comments are something you learn and grow from, you should learn from the bad that’s what reviews are for.... not fun from them....they are not for you to delete and only keep the perfect ones....

The staff at Southern Vape are extremely nice and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. The have a huge selection of juice and their prices are on point. Thanks Southern Vape for all of your help!!!

I love Southern Vape...the people are always so helpful and because I go in there enough they remember what flavors of juice I like so when something new comes in that they think I would like they let me know....always clean and have an answer for any question about my vape I may have!! The lady up there is very knowledgeable and explains everything so well. I went in there knowing what I wanted but she explained the differences so I went with another option. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back :)

Great juice and mod selection from beginner to advanced. Just what Prattville needed. Much better than the vape shops that have been in Prattville.

Great prices lots cheaper than other vape shops . More vape for your buck . Mods and tanks are cheaper as well . And the staff are more knowledgeable. They have a larger selection of juices .
