I was thankful to have a neighborhood vape store to find out that they dont mind selling faulty vape products. The gentleman that was working never ask to test the product and when I came back to return the product he pointed to the small sign that read not responsible no returns. He also spoke for his manager saying she wontreturn the product. He even tested the product, to find the same problem. Left frustrated 😠

Got sold a fake Stundenglass gravity infuser and owner wouldn’t give refund. KNOWING IT WAS FAKE FROM THE START. LUCKILY Finally got refunded when a FRIEND of the owner called him and if it wasn’t for him I would have never been refunded 400$ like really? Had proof and all it was fake.…. Side note employees are so nice and amazing, just owner is horrible.

10/28/2023Nice little Vape Store for just about anything you would want for everything from a single Vape to items that are hard to find. Even Cellphone repair service. Now dont go in and expect miracles for your phone, (say a cracked screen) some phones have hidden issues that you are not aware of until inspection,and after screen replacement. After many years of various purchases withPharaoh Vape & Cellphone repairs, I canhonestly say that, ... at least they try,....when others dont. (Jesus doesnt work there.) They are Professional & Informative ,so a 5 star review is earned for all of the hard issues that I have witnessed. And to top it off, the price is not outrageous, like other places. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my iPhone in to replace the battery which was making the phone go completely dead at odd times. The young man running the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me the full price and had repaired many before. In about 15 minutes he handed my phone back with a new battery in it and even put me a brand new screensaver on my phone.Now A day later my phone is working better than it has in years. I highly recommend them for phone repairs.

They have a satisfaction guarantee, so if youre unsatisfied with your purchase you can go back in there and theyll do their best to fix it.

I dont know how much julianne gets paid but she needs a raise. I walked in not knowing much about vapes and walked out with some very useful information. Customer service is good staff is friendly. But the prices are very high. You can get the exact same items from a gas station for half the price. Pretty sure it should be more expensive at gas stations. Wont be buying anything else from there out of fear of overpaying.

Great iPhone service - I brought my phone for what I thought to be a broken screen replacement - turned out the screen protecting glass was broken only. $10 as opposed to $99. I would never have known the difference. Always nice to find honest people.

They’re okay. Check your products before you leave. Don’t buy disposables since they might die after a day anyways. Don’t get your phone repaired here- a previous employee shared their secret. They just use YouTube videos and have no training. I bought the Nord 4 and it’s wonderful, so I got lucky there. They’re famous for selling vapes and not stocking the coils or pods for it, so if you don’t buy what’s popular be prepared to search high and low or buy online. Juices are pretty good too.

I’ve been going to this shop since they opened up and I’ve never had any issues until today. I sent in my iPhone XR to have the screen replaced and when I come inside to pick it up they tell me my Face ID doesn’t work. They said it happens a lot when they replace screens. I wish I was told that before I gave them my phone to replace my screen. They told me I could take my phone to the Apple store to get the Face ID fixed but it would be very expensive... I wasn’t happy about this at all, so they gave me a 20% discount to help justify what happened. I wouldn’t recommend getting phones fixed here.

Do not take your phone to this place. It is not a professional phone repair shop, it is a vape shop, and should stay JUST a vape shop. Took my phone for a cracked screen back in August and they fixed the screen but the phone was rendered unresponsive. Was given a refund for my screen but there was nothing they could do for my phone claiming it had an issue before I took it there.....anyways bottom line you pay for quality service and even theirs was too high. Stay smart and don’t make the same mistake I did.

I was misquoted a price over the phone and upcharged when I got there. Would not have been a big deal if the phone was returned as good as it was prior to the repair. For some reason the screen is dim even with the screen brightness setting all the way up. The replacements are obviously cheap screens that are not OEM. I would suggest finding a repair specialist who uses OEM parts if you care about the quality of your display and the vibrance of your pictures. If not, these guys are fast and the phone still functions properly.

He didnt have it in stock said hed have to go to another store to get one.. kept it for a month and than charged my husband again when he finally had got it in and went to get it. Was sold a dead on arrival product. Before going back to make sure the same dude was there that sold me the d.o.a. product, i decided to call. Call about 4 or 5 times. Getting frustrated knowing someones up there i decided to go on up. 1 dude sitting at the cash register texting with 2 people sitting on the couch. I mean what in the world? Next time i go in ill call the place while in there just to see how much they really care.

Never had an issue with service. Some of their devices have stopped working but they work hard with u to replace them. My only complaint is when a juice is wrong they should allow exchange.

Do not use for screen replacements!!They put a poor quality screen on my phone, which caused my battery and flash to be ruined!Took my phone back to Pharaoh within the “warranty period” and was told that they could not fix my flash.Had to take my phone to a different repair store. They showed me the poor screen which had different languages written on the back. I was informed that it was “probably bought off of eBay.” I had to repair both my screen and battery!

I have been going to pharaoh for a little over a year now and the quality of their disposable vapes have decreased, sadly the past few times I have bought bidi sticks they have been fake. They don’t taste right, aren’t 6% and aren’t the same body and mouth piece. Normally they will either trade the vape out for a new one or give a refund but it’s irritating because it’s almost every time I buy one.
