Came in with a friend on a whim and were immediately greeted and recommended the masssage + hot stones + oil package. She was initially a bit pushy about it but then let us sit and go through the options and we ultimately agreed this was the best deal. It was AMAZING, and Im happy it was recommended! Im a climber and do most of my work at computers so I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back - plus, as I discovered, some stiffness and soreness everywhere else, too! The treatment helped a ton and I felt so much more relaxed, which was especially great to have just before more travel. The atmosphere is nice and all the staff I interacted with were so lovely ✨

Absolutely amazing experiences! My first experience: chair massage - 30 minutes of relief and relaxation. My second experience: table massage - 60 minutes of pure bliss! The masseuse surpassed any experience Ive ever had at other local massage parlors. The attention to detail, the passion for their art and the different forms of massage given all combined for a perfect experience that I never wanted to end! The different forms: hot stone, deep tissue, swedish and reflexology. Honestly, these masseuses run circles around other local massage parlors, its like I had 10 massages in 1! I will be returning - hopefully monthly! Thank you!

This is my go to place! I highly recommend May as a masseuse!!! She is an amazing!!!! She gets all the knots and deeply is passionate about her work! I appreciate her and Qi Spa 1,000%!!!!! Bless this business and bless the hands of those that make a difference.

My friend and I stopped in here on a weekday morning, sort of on a whim. I got a 30 minute chair massage, and she got a 60 minute deep tissue. Mine was super relaxing, and my friend said hers was the best massage she has ever gotten. The employees were very sweet and the space was clean and peaceful. The prices were super reasonable, too. We loved it and we definitely plan to come back!

Ive been going here monthly, regularly. Its something I look forward to as I have chronic pain. The staff is very kind and welcoming of my service animal. I ask for a Swedish massage because I need something more gentle and therapeutic. I see one massage therapist regularly but I wont spill the beans because I selfishly dont want her to get booked up! Dont underestimate the power of a massage at the mall, especially here :)

I got a deep tissue massage at this place and over all the experience itself was fine. A good massage and they listened to me when I asked for a firm massage. They were thorough. The room felt clean and so did the bed. One problem I had was shortly after the session I noticed a red spot on my wrist. I don’t know what it is but it’s lasted two weeks and it’s itchy. I plan on getting it checked out but many believe it could be ring worm. Regardless be mindful of the cleanliness and ask when was the last time they cleaned the sheets on the bed.

From the second I walked in I was kindly greeted and was quickly seen. I had a chair massage and it was amazing. I can’t wait to go back for another. Thank you so much my back feels wonderful. This is going to be my new spot. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Best massage! I got a 60 min deep tissue with hot stones and oil and it was lovelyyyy. For sure will be going back sooner rather than later!!

Very nice atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. My massage was very relaxing. The hot stones loosened me up a lot and i got the aromatherapy oil (lavender) to add to the mood . Very nice spa. Went with my wife for a couples massage. It was a quality massage for 90 minutes. They were professional, the hostess out front was very accommodating. Really good experience.

First time getting a chair massage and it couldn’t have gone better. All the tension I had in my back and neck is gone. I will definitely be going back for a full body massage. Staff were very nice and greeted me right away. No wait time at all.

I booked a hot stone massage for my birthday and was under the impression that it would cost $100. I never received a hot stone massage before and was very excited. The appointment was booked in advance and I never received a phone call or email reminder for the appointment. They reached out to me the morning of my appointment to ask if I was coming and if I could come NOW! I told them I could be there at the scheduled time. When I arrived, the receptionist confirmed my appointment by my phone #, not my name. She escorted me to a room & just walked away leaving the door opened. I didn’t know what I should do as any spa I have visited before was always very pleasant and the person doing the massage would greet me and ask what areas to focus on the most. I was asked nothing until I was face down on the table. Another woman came in and asked what service I was receiving and I said “hot stone massage”. The massage therapist spoke very little english and asked me during the massage to smell an oil which was lavender. She also showed me a calculator on her cell phone with numbers. I had no idea what she was asking me and quite frankly it was very unprofessional. Her cell phone rang multiple times during the massage and worst of all it was not a full body massage. She only massaged my back, hips, back of legs, arms and neck, not the front at all. When I went to check out, the receptionist who was the person that came in and asked what type of massage I was getting told me my total was $135. When I asked why, she immediately stood up, grabbed a brochure and very angrily explained the charges to me which was not just a hot stone massage. She said I received a hot stone, deep tissue and essential oil massage. I calmly said to her that is not what I booked the appointment for and also mentioned I did not receive a full body massage. She only massaged the back areas of my body. She then asked the massage therapist that did my massage and she pulled out her phone to show me the calculator on her phone. I was totally stunned by all this, then the receptionist just said forget it!!! “I will charge you $100” and pointed at the gratuity frame to leave a tip. She also mentioned 3% fee will be charged on my credit card, unbelievable!! I would not recommend this place at all, they are very unprofessional!!! It was my birthday and I was looking forward to getting a hot stone massage for the first time but it was the worst massage experience ever!

My family wanted to hit the mall up. And we had got off the escalator, and Qi balance Spa was right there. I took my family to go shopping and I got an hour leg and foot massage. Cant wait for them to want to go back to the mall again. Very relaxing and good price.

We had a very nice visit. We did an hour. Everyone was fantastic. This was the first time we did this . We would definitely do again.

My boyfriend and I went here for the “special “ which was $40 for a 20 minute body, and a 20 minute foot. During the foot massage we were asked if we wanted oil for an add on, so the woman said it would be $50 for each in total. So we were understood it was $100, like a $10 up charge. When we checked out we gave $100 cash, and the cashier insisted that the total was $120. Now it becomes $60 each, so no additional time was added. Was the oil $40? After they told $20 total. If that’s the case, be careful going here. We left dumb founded and we left a $10 to each therapist. This is a great case of “bait and switch” we would have never agreed to a $40 lavender oil upgrade on a 20 minute foot massage. Buyer beware!!

My husband and I got a couples massage. It was a little chaotic, but not bad.

One draw back at the mall location is loudness of the staff. The staff keep talking to each other in very loud voices, across the room which ruins a nice quiet foot massage or a chair neck massage. When clients walk in, clients speak softly and the staff is very loud.I have had good experiences getting a foot or neck massage here.

I wanted a 90min full body and foot massage. During the massage she asked me if the pressure was okay and I said a little deeper she responded that deep tissue was 110 and I will be charged more. Ive never been told that during a massage before and I was so shocked I just said okay because I wanted a good massage. Then minutes later. She asked if I wanted to add hot rocks or lavender and Im just thinking why would she stop my massage to ask me that? She then stopped twice for 5 minutes each to use the bathroom the door was left open and I saw a man poke his head in during the massage. I felt so uncomfortable. The deep tissue felt like a regular massage and it was not worth the money. As far as mall massages go, that was absolutely the worst. I would not go there again.

Walked in for a massage on a whim. Wow, it was awesome! I opted for the deep tissue with hot stones. Incredible. She was very attentive, caring, and made sure I was comfortable and that she was applying the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend!!

I walked in payed 25 and told the girls at the desk to place do it gentle and soft and it came in and out one hear . The lady kept doing it hard all she was doing was rubbing not even giving me massages . People don’t waste your time here . Never AGAIN DONT COME By THERE

First class for mall massage. Private rooms instead of curtains plus music in rooms. Lili was skilled, and pleasant. They prefer cash but take cards too. Expect $60/hour plus tip but u can do less or more time. Upgrading to a nice aromatherapy lotion was $20, I thought that was kind of steep so did not accept that service. The standard lotion was okay, I think it was baby oil. Overall for a mall it was WAY better than most.

My favorite massage place! You can just walk-in. And they will take you. They have the chair options and also the bed option. Glenda is the best! When in town, it’s a must to get a massage from her 🥰

Been coming here for years now. i come in from connecticut to see my friend william who gives me an AWESOME deep tissue massage. go all in and get a bed not the chair. you will not be disappointed. i feel loose like a rubber band for days afterwards!

I loved this place from the first time I went here. You get a good deal for your money and the price goes down per minute the longer you stay. These people are not afraid to put their hands on you and will go as deep as you can stand. They also dont just stop when the time is up. They continue to finish whatever theyre working on and make sure they do a proper stretch after they finished. They also use a hot towel to wipe off any oil that theyve used during the massage which is very nice if you cant immediately go home and take a shower afterwards.

The woman who did my massage was deff not a licensed massage therapist. She repeatedly pressed on my spine and it is still sore 24 hours later. There was no spa music and the woman left the room 4 times within the 60 min session. Certain oils were extra charge and the hot stones were only involved for a quarter of the session. They put paper towels on the headrest, probably for sanitary reasons, which was rough and uncomfortable on my face.

Stopped in for reflexology - was disappointed that the provider clearly had no training in reflexology. It was a calf/foot rub at best. If you are into genuine reflexology, this is NOT the place for you.

Very nice people a little hard to communicate because of the language in accent barrier but with patience its perfect very professional soothing relieving satisfactory also affordable unlike most places that was a big plus obviously knowledgeable about the body walked out very satisfied without breaking my wallet will definitely be back much more often maybe once a week or twice a month a minimum of once a month I think I can afford either of those

Totally recommend Qi balance friendly professional massage. I am a Veteran and I go for pain and stress relief and they get the job done. You may fall asleep, it is that relaxing. The top three for me are Angela, Katherine, and Kelly. Oh and massage makes for a great date when followed up with a meal from federal hill which is right around the corner.

I havent actually got a massage here. I called the one in providence place mall because is saw an offer on Groupon for $129 for a couples massage and I wanted to see how far they were booking out. The woman who answered asked me if I had already bought the coupon, I said no and she said just buy it here, I will give it to you for $125 and cash is better. I made the appointment and hung up. I decided to call back and cancel because I got seriously bad vibes from our conversation. The same woman answered and I told her I wanted to cancel, she repeated oh you want to cancel? I said yes and she hung up the phone on me! Rude!

Received a massage In the most uncomfortable way possible. I didn’t feel relaxed. Kept moving my underwear and moving my towel covering private areas to the side. The whole time I was uncomfortable. Also he used an oil, told me to smell it. Told him it smelt fine. Comes to find out he ended up charging me $20 for an oil, without telling me that there was a fee to it. I don’t recommend anyone coming here, awful experience.

Massage was great! Could be more experienced with hot stones. Unfortunately the place wasnt as up to date as expected, there was no tranquility music in the room and during a couples massage the therapists shouldnt be talking or laughing amongst each other. However I would go back for a single session.

The place is very clean, they are very attentive, and unlike some other reviews, i didnt find them to be rude. They were diligent about taking the knots out of every muscle with fervor. Quite strong. If you came to straight out a pulled hammy from earlier in the week, this is the place for you. If you are here to relax, maybe let them know to turn it down from 11 to 2.

Worst service, when we got there they did not even ask which part of the body is sore..no music, no candles inside, paper towel on the face instead of a gently towel, they massage you with a cheap rustic towel for about 12 mins first and they offer products during massage time at an extra cost (they were charging us $ 20 for acent oil and they put the smell right on to our face without asking very ordinary people) at the end of massage they were charging us 20 extra for the oil when we said NO since the beginning...dirty rooms. Not a good service they were rough on us!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Was taken as a surprise by my girlfriend. The staff was nice and friendly. What too away the to stars was that they didnt explain until after started the essential oil was extra. Also thats its $20 per person extra when the bottle alone only costs $13. Then when she asked to have a $100 bill broken, they took tips out and decided it up without asking ( they took 20$ each) Then said she owed them more money for the oil. Not professional way to do things. We wouldnt go back because of that.

Really unprofessional!!! Still aching in my back just bcoz of her massage. We were just looking for the rates outside spa she came and said let me give u little massage. I liked her massage and me and my husband went for it. but another lady started my massage they did for 10 min and it was tooooo bad they were not even using their hands for massage they were just using their elbow for it. Horrible!!! 😫then after it when we were giving the credit card to pay she said cash is good cash is good then my Husband gave her $30 cash then after that she said wait let me call the one gave u massage give her tip my husband is so much shy he gave her tip too. But we are really upset bcoz of her painful massage. Seems like just doing it for money not for customers satisfaction.

Went here for a 90 min couples massage it was amazing but a bit misleading during the massage the lady asked if we wanted hot rocks and oil and that it would be 6 for each I was like sure that’s seems to be a reasonable price but at the end the price was price was now 300 after being told 6 each we paid but the fact that oil is that expensive and you don’t even get to take it home is outrageous

Im very very disappointed Ive gone here on several occasions I usually spend around $100 maybe a little bit more and normally I have the same woman do my massage unfortunately a few weeks back I was not able to get my normal masseuse can I ended up with another woman there is an obvious language barrier which is okay but its hard to get your point across when you say you dont want to see this person or have your massage done by this person you want your normal person and then you get stuck with somebody that doesnt know you! I have fibromyalgia the massages are very very relaxing for me but I cannot have the pressure in my lower back it is hard for me to tell them but my normal masseuse knows I also had a terrible case of chicken pox as a child and I have scarring on my shoulders and back it is a sensitive subject for me and it makes me very self-conscious it took me years to be able to go to a masseuse and not worry about it my last visit the woman that massage me not only started talking about it but pointed it out and then said to me oh youre back it has bubble and then proceeded to point to my scars and go bubble bubble bubble bubble I wanted to crawl into my skin I felt so bad about myself this is no way for people to treat customers my feelings were hurt and I was humiliated I have not returned to this Spa sense

My back hurts more now than it did before I gotThe massage. Definitely not licensed and I would recommend it to anyone. Don’t go here.

Whatever you do dont purchase any deals from Groupon for this establishment. They are Plain rude and told me I couldnt use my groupon voucher after i already purchased it. They tried to make me pay again. Unbelievable
