Taxed like no tomorrow got 2 vapes totaling 45 dollars taxed almost an extra 11 dollars!!! For a total of 56 dollars… have never seen outright robbery like this 😂 then still got the nerve to ask for a tip gtfo

Great environment, friendly staff and customers. Only wish they had single coils but other than that it’s unique with the whole hookah lounge and a lot of great choices!

I once loved this place however latelty the prcies arent consistent. I once was paying 15 for a vape two to four weeks later im paying 20 then back to 15. The new staff isn’t as friendly & the service and overall product knowledge isnt the same. I shouldn’t have to wait for a person to google a vape flavor. I don’t plan to be back.

David’s was so pleasant, helpful & not to mention their flexibility with hours (holidays/evenings) open early along with closing late. There is also an amazing hookah lounge on the other side of the establishment (you can’t beat that). The prices are great also with tons of options! I definitely had a 5 star experience…

City Smoke Shop is THE spot in Providence! The vibe is great, they have a broad supply of products, and the staff are always super chill and guide you to whatever you’re looking for!

As far as Providence goes there are 2 great smoke shops and they are great only because they almost compare to City Smoke Shop.

Just left the shop, the door was locked but all the signs say open. I called three times- no answer. Non existent customer service, and confusing hours. Why say open and have all the lights on if youre closed at 545 pm??

Nice smoke shop in the middle of Providence. It was a lot bigger than I expected from the outside. The man who helped me pick out a new battery for my cart was pleasant and was really helpful and patient. Their selection of all different products was really large ! Worth stopping in.

This place rocks. Been here a couple times and Xavier has always hooked it up. Threw in a free terp pearl after helping me pick out the best banger for my rig. When I have an issue I know I can come through and these dudes will work something out. Price is expensive but you get what you pay for, the vibes and service are worth it. Get right!

Best smoke shop in Providence by a long shot.Staff is incredibly friendly. Excellent selection, 9mm/7mm glass available. Various price ranges to meet your budget.Staff are super welcoming and have a strong knowledge of their products and the current market. Tobacco, CBD, hemp…all carried here. They have my business for sure.10/10 would highly recommend coming here if you need a shop that’s reliable and doesn’t over price their glass like 99% of the rest of the stores do. Thank you guys!!!

Crazy new shop with Whole lot of inventory. I walked in and I was shocked at the amount of inventory and great prices. Was looking for CBD and didn’t know anything. The workers were clear in explaining what CBD is and how it’s used I felt like I got a great education along with the product. If you’re looking for a well-stocked ,educated business then this is the place. I will Definitely be back!

Make sure you check how much youre paying for your stuff! They charge over 20 bucks for Vuse Alto pods and 30 bucks for a battery thats supposed to cost 99 cents, and they act like they dont know it so check the prices before swiping your card!!Edit: all the negative reviews here sound a lot more realistic than the 5 star ones, I personally havent had a negative experience but the staff there is always rude and indifferent. Theres also a really nice smoke and vape shop right on the corner beside Chipotle, its way smaller but selection is good, prices are waaay better and service there is outstanding! And theres a third one on Thayer going north which also seems really nice - so as far as location goes theres plenty of options.

NOT LGBTQIA FRIENDLY, a group of my friends and I walked in and the 2 guys working there were super rude and we overheard them making comments I dont want to even utter. Just because we dressed/looked a certain way. Cant believe this is happening anywhere in this city. Avoid this place

Been living in Providence for a little while now and and have found amazing customer service at this shop. They’re awesome, and fair. A big selection is key and they have got that covered.

Just finished shopping here with my Godfather and I must say I love the atmosphere. Friendly employees, great merchandise and great prices. Wonderful spot for a smoke shop and it’s very convenient for us. Love ya’ll City smokes, I will be returning soon, like very soon
