Lava Smoke Shop

This is the best smoke shop I’ve ever been in, and I’m from New York! Like the customer service was amazing!! Tony and Eddie was behind the counter made us laugh the whole time and helped us with everything! And Paul was the security guard for the shop, literally made us feel at home with his comforting jokes. All together this is definitely a smoke shop I’ll never forget! Thank you!

Gyped me for 13 dollars for raw paper even though original price is 4.99 in RI.I think she just doesnt like white people. She also stated it was RI law to price it same as cigarettes packs I wouldnt do business with this entity better off elsewhere.

I just bought a replacement pod from Tony. He went far above and beyond to make sure I had the right pod, and prevented me from buying the wrong model. He even gave me a slight discount for no reason. I’m new to RI, and am happy to say that I’ve found my new vape shop.

Best smoke shop I have ever been to. I live in MA, the legal age to buy shisha is now 21 when it used to be 18. I am 19. Best costumer service ever. George and Joey know what they are talking about and are very nice people. My friends and I drive 45+ minutes from MA to RI whenever we get low on supplies. Worth the drive, will be back soon.

Laid back atmosphere.. a great mix of products and prices that will work for anyone..Lava is the shop that I drive by 3 other shops of similar nature to take care of WHATEVER I may need when it comes to anything smoke shop related..Other places should take notice of how the staff talks/deals with customers.. They are definitely there if you have a question but if you re just looking around for something cool well they are cool with that too..Great Place...I love Lava..you will too

I went into the store today and it took the guy behind the register 30 seconds to even acknowledge my presence as he was on his phone. I bought a vape and when I get home and opened it it said it required a special battery. They did not tell me this at the store so now I’m left with a useless vape. Will be buying the battery at another store as I do not want to give this store any more of my money.

They always have what I need and the customer service is impeccable! In and out super fast every time, they never try to up sell me on anything or offer me things I don’t need. I highly suggest Lava!

Size Matters Exception? Lava Smoke Shop is chock-full literally floor to ceiling with nearly all things smoke, vape, and even an assortment of CBD products. Best part is staff: No pressure, no evil-eye... professional; knowledgeable. Pricing seemed quite fair.An enjoyable visit - I left with what I went for, and was strongly tempted to experiment with more.

This place is Great! They have a full selection of Vapes, e-liquids as well as Fine Cigars. The very friendly staff help me get just the right thing. I used the 10% off coupon on their Website too!

A friend and I visited Lava Smoke Shop hoping to gain some information on vapes. When we arrived we were greeted by Joey who was very happy to help us. My friend and I were so impressed with Joeys eagerness to help and knowledge that we walked out fully equipped with 2 new vap kits and all the info that we needed to enjoy them. Thanks Joey !!

Lava smoke shop sells pods that will break your device! They order knock off pods from China that will not properly fit in your pod device. So unless you want to vape on fake pods that will ruin your device I suggest any other Vape shop!!! The staff is friendly but the fake products are not worth the risk!

The place was nice had everything I needed and thensome the guy was super helpful and had knowledge of each product that I asked about.

Parking is a nightmare, very overpriced. Ended up going to another well known store and getting 2 full kits, batteries and tanks for the price of 1 kit here with no batteries.

Place sucks. Dude working needs a new career and the owner should probably figure something out before anyone with half a brain decides to open another vape shop in the area and shut down this store based on the worlds worst customer service.
