When I purchased something the other day was verbally told the wrong return policy. Yeah the correct policy is on the receipt but didn’t think to check since I was verbally told it at check out but that it was incorrect. Total misunderstanding but was not my fault and no effort to make things right from management. Have never had issues in all past years purchasing here but unfortunately won’t be coming back

Stopped in from MA today and this might be the best vape shop I’ve been to! They were all super helpful and knowledgeable-absolutely no “stuck-up” attitude if you will that you can sometimes get at these places. Great vape and THC products! Reasonable prices as well! Highly recommend!Update: After reading other reviews-it looks like Franky helped me. Give that young lady a hefty raise; her customer service is VERY few & far between in 2024! 5-star.

This place is delightful. I got my first bong, a beautiful blue multi-tiered contraption here, as well as several other interesting and useful pieces (a bong that looks like a coffee cup, an elephant pipe, and a weiner dog pipe). These last two were due to their awesome BOGO $4.20 deal on glass! Also, the staff is always kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. All around great place to shop.

Frankie is super helpful and very friendly! Everytime I go she always there to help and always has great recommendations. This is my favorite shop to stop at for good deals and Frankie always makes it a great experience. 🤙🏻

Always had the best pieces around and one of the only places Ive found that series kratom and kava that I havent been able to get since moving out of Florida!

This place is the best. It’s more of a community there and the staff will accommodate any budget. I always go in there not knowing what I want and come out very happy. This is my favorite place in the whole world. If smoke zone has a thousand fans, I am one. If smoke zone has a hundred fans, I am one. If smoke zone has no fans, then I am dead. There is simply no other shop I could frequent that would provide the excellent customer service, prices and atmosphere that I get every single time I walk through that big red door. This is the best smoke shop in Rhode Island folks!They have the best selection of products, and they are always getting new stuff in while keeping stock of all the products I already love.... at least thats how it seems to me.The store hours are great too.....What really separates this joint from the competition is the staff... especially Frankie and Cody.Her products recommendations are always awesome and its obvious that her and the rest of the staff spend downtime at the store making sure the place is clean and the products are well presented.5 out of 5 stars !!!!!

This is easily the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. Though their glassware is reasonably priced and very high quality, they really go above and beyond with the service. Frankie and Quinn were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. If I ever need anything else, this is where Im going.

The people are highly informed and very helpful, they answered all my questions.

Everything about this joint deserves 5 stars, but I wanted to comment in particular regarding the staff. I have NEVER encountered a staff member at Smoke Zone who was anything less than entirely compassionate, engaging, professional, and an expert in their field. I want to single out Cody and Frankie in particular (hope I’m spelling names right) - Cody who is always welcoming, friendly and attentive - and Frankie who expertly helped me navigate some questions about products and drug interactions with knowledge and finesse last night. I was a little nervous to ask some questions and Frankie made me feel safe and comfortable. The only reason I’m not commenting specifically on how uniquely awesome the other staff members are is that I failed to ask for their names in the past so I’ll update my review when I do so.This is an honest spot. Where other smoke/vape joints in town will cut corners and pay fines to skirt regulations, you can be sure that this spot Is looking out for your best interests as part of the community. Great selection, beautiful pieces for whatever you need. Great employees, conversation is a 10/10. Music is always nice and at the right volume, staff is well informed on products and actually cares about what they’re selling you. Favorite smoke shop by far I rarely go anywhere else even with access to warehouse companies that would sell me bongs for cheap. I would much rather pay for the quality and enjoyable experience :)

I love this place! They always have the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their variety is shockingly vast considering such a small place. Thier prices are the best in town on most items. And the bubblewrap wrapping of ur breakables, just makes the shopping experience unmatched! And dont forget to check out their 420 deals where they do the BOGO where the 2nd one is $4.20. They have it more than once a year.

I found this shop online when I searched for “kratom in RI”. I’m from the area (although I moved to Florida a year ago) and had no idea that this shop existed. I’m so glad I found it! What a great little shop this is. Despite it’s small size they have a great selection of products. The prices here are very good, especially considering it’s location on Wickenden Street on the east side of Providence. The best part, though? The woman who was working was absolutely top notch. She knew the products like the back of her hand, explained some sales offers they have, and was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I wish I got her name as she deserves to be recognized. I’m only in town for a week, but I will definitely be visiting again before heading back to Florida. Highly recommended.

Small shop with great hours, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Despite the small footprint, they have a great selection of glass and other useful things. Unlike other similar shops Ive never felt pressured to spend more than I planned on.

Went to Smoke Zone today for the first time myself. Really cool little spot with a great product selection and affordable prices. I wasn’t able to spend much time in there as there were people waiting outside given the current restrictions, but next time I will definitely explore a little more and strike up a conversation with the staff. Dina was working at the time and she was super friendly and personable, not to mention very knowledgeable about the products and helped me to pick out a great piece. Will be back and definitely recommend. Ask for Dina, especially if you are unsure about what you want/need!!

I have always had a good experience here. Jackie is especially great with her customers, offering advice and product knowledge on top of being incredibly personable and that goes SUCH a long way with people like me who go through strange moods where we are afraid of talking to strangers. She helped me pick out a lovely piece and made it so easy for me to talk to her, and set the tone for me to have a nice rest of my evening, so thank you. Get this woman a raise!

They dont give you store credit on a return. I purchased something that was the wrong size. When I came back within 30 minutes to return it, they didnt have the proper size. They wouldnt give me a refund. Ok, how about a credit. Sure you can have a credit but you have to use it now. If you dont use it now the sale becomes null and void. Sounds more like a drug dealers policy than a reputable merchants.

Place is a rip off. Wont return or offer exchange on anything. Also when product runs low they jack the prices up on whats left. Constantly running out of product. They know its a hot item and never order enough. This was always my go to spot but they force me to go other places for lack of product. 2 thumbs down! Get staff in there who knows how to order.

Im sad they closed the Johnston location. Providence is closer to me, but Id make the drive to Johnston because in providence, there is nowhere to park my truck, I have to park two blocks away and walk. And they never have in stock what I go there to buy.

I went in having never been there and all the employees immediately asked me if iI needed anything and were super nice. The employee who helped me out (I wish I had asked his name) was genuinely interested in what I was saying and helped me out quickly and was beyond nice. They also gave me a shatter discount , I will definitley be coming back!!

Everyone who works here is super helpful every time I go in, and they are open til 11 most nights (even in a blizzard) which is super convenient. Location is easy on and off the highway and prices are super reasonable. Great selection of CBD products as well.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Bought vape stuff, pipes, cbd etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices can be a tiny bit higher than some other spots, but I’m sure a lot of that has to do with the location. It’s the closest smoke shop to my house and I have no complaints!

Bought a piece on 4/3, the piece was defective and didnt seal after being very specific on how it would be used. Returned to the store and asked to return the defective piece and spend double on another. After having policies thrown in my face i was informed the store is nothing more than a chain with no owner to talk to, that pays its employees minimum wage which apparently justifies selling defective products with nothing more than sorry. Ive spend way to much money here including a simba piece I bought earlier in the week that works flawlessly. Your company should be ashamed at how you make your employees handle things, along with paying them pennies to do so. Ill never spend another dime at a smoke zone again.And before you respond with your return policy, it DOES NOT cover defective items you sell. That is bad business.

This is the worst shop. Dont bother going or giving them your business. The staff is either so sexist towards women they dont even bother listening or they have no knowledge of the products they sell. This was the worst experience, I will never go back and would never recommend this shop to anyone.The staff should be forced to take customer service courses, they do not know how to speak nor engage with people. And if your a women they are not going to listen anyway.

The service was amazing Cody helped my roommate and I picked new glass and was very patient and answered all questions we had and made the conversation seem at easy and not pushy to buy something.

They know what they’re talking about and anyone claiming they don’t is a fool. They helped my 76 year old grandmother get a set up for concentrates for under $100 and showed her how to use it as she was new to it. 10/10 service I will continue coming back here

Smoke Zone is a great little shop on Wickenden Street and walking distance from the coffee Exchange. They offer a large selection of Grinders pipes water pipes bongs as I call them and the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. They also have cdb oil in a variety of sizes. Definitely a five-star smoke shop.
