Super unhelpful due do being stuck in their phones. Both females that were working on 12-15-23. One did not even look up. The other was so caught up on a video call that she didnt even try to acknowledge my questions.

The staff are usually friendly enough but their prices are higher than other places in town. I believe I was sold a faulty mod for way more than it was priced online from the producer :/ tried buying parts, juices, etc to make it work but it seems I just wasted my money

Friendly staff willing to help and advise on all your questions. They have a bit of a bar vibe with the barstool bar you can sit at. The place was clean enough, no big deal, nothing atrocious.Respectful atmosphere. Tons of product and they custom make your regular vape juice to your preference of nicotine from 0 to 24 or 25% I got mine 15% and they have good prices on various amounts of vape containers. Respectable prices.They seem to have all kinds of vape mods like non salt nic. salt nic, I think I saw THC mods, too. I could be wrong. They do answer the phone and are friendly.

Always a great experience here - the crew takes care of their customers and they still have a solid selection of most of what I need when I go in compared to other shops. My go-to for coils and liquid when Im in Pueblo!

Amazing product selection and awesome employees! About 5-6 months ago I went in, one of the guys went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Went back again the other day, after not seeing this employee since then, and he tells me havent seen you for a while, how is that mod working out for you? Amazing he remembers me after so long!

This used to be my go to store but they have wasted 50$ of mine giving me the wrong coils twice and when you open the package to test the coil youve forfeited the right to return them. Honestly Ill probably never give them my return business even though Ive been going to them off and on the last 6years.

They couldn’t even tell me the right vape I had and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on. I called another vape shop while I was there and they gave me the wrong info so I drove across 𝒫𝓊𝑒𝒷𝓁𝑜 for nothing. Never go there again!

Beginning of December 2021 I made my first visit to Vape Cave. After my purchase I noticed that the transaction was pending for 10 days then fell off & credited back to my debit card. (This happens when purchases aren’t verified with Visa) …Upon my next visit I told the clerk what happened and he seemed indifferent. I made another purchase & the same thing happened. 10 days pending then fell off; so I told them a second time that I wasn’t getting charged when I went in for my 3rd visit.Flash forward TWO months & now this business has pushed batch sales dating back months ago into LAST year. It’s not as if I didn’t make a purchase; in fact I acknowledged TWICE I wasn’t being charged. This has now resulted in massive overdrafts as I presumed after 8-9 weeks that I wouldn’t expect a charge any longer. The most recent batch that was pushed on 01/31 doesn’t even have the dates of the original transactions so I cannot verify with my receipts. The other time they did this was 01/18; THOSE receipts have the applicable dates.I caution ANY customer that this business & its owners Dion & Mia WILL keep your card info and run it whenever they feel fit. Even if it is 2 months after the fact. I will be disputing with my bank, namely as they cannot produce dates in which I made my purchases.Do not buy from these people, they clearly do not know how to own/operate a retail store. How can you expect customers to foot a bill that is literally months old?

It was good. Prices are a little high but no different then any where else. Their vape mix I had made couldve used more coconut flavor. But, all and all the staff was informative and even went to their CBD location located around the back side.

I dont get off work til 8:30 everytime I show up 10-15 mins before close the doors are already closed and I cant get juice. Im just going to quit coming here unless they actually stay open til posted close time.

Even recommended me a product that I was appreciative of because normally when I go into these places, I have to ask them what they recommend if I want to try anything new. Nope, this guy was on it! Expencive (everythings marked up 200+% literally)and they havent stocked the coils for the device i over paid for for over a month. The vape mail ban is the only reason they are getting away with this.

First location we found closest to us. Walked in instantly greeted and asked how he could help. My boyfriends vape broke so he literally just needed a new tank. They didn’t really carry what he had but some how managed to put something together for him for his vape! So so grateful for his help so genuine and knowledgeable!!! Definitely blessed us today! When I decided to start vaping this shop was highly recommended to me. My first time buying a mod, coil, tank, and juice was great. The employees were professional and patient with me from all the questions I had. They explained and showed me how to set up my mod and saturate my coil, and recommended me some juices. Best part of the time I spent in there were the samples I got to taste. Everything is great in this store. Fair Prices, professional and hard working employees, and variety. I definitely will be making more visits to this shop.

This place stole my credit card info. I see charges on my bank account more than a month later. Bank made it right, luckily.Employees act like youre interrupting their all day break by walking in and wanting to buy something. One female employee in particular was so rude when asked simple questions, I will not be back. Rolling your eyes when asked about a juice is inappropriate.Owners need to care about their biz.

If youre in the mood to throw away your money for absolutely nothing useable this is your store. They will sell you overpriced junk and then give you the run around on returns. Asking their employee for any info or help is about as good as asking a wall to open up and let you threw. Not recommended for anything past aggravation and disappointment.

I used to love this store. Spent $200 on a rig about 2 years ago. After about a year I started having problems getting replacement coils. So they talked me into getting a new rig for $70. They said the coils were available. now I cant get the coils or there house juice. I can get the coils from their competition so Im not going back.

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. No Vape Bros work here and there is no superiority attitudes at this place. I have only dealt with one person that tried to come off as an expert on a type of device I knew very well that he apparently didnt, but tried to pass off as so. I had never seen that person before, so I can only say that I suspect the person was new. Overall, great place for vaping gear and juices!

I worked very hard for my money and to throw it away at this store one more time I might as well just burn it bad help out very bad help not knowledgeable about their own products never again Im sure anybody who goes there knows that there is no good customer service and its all about taking ones money thats hard earned enough sad good luck to anybody who dares to go to this place

Good selection. Guy with long hair was friendly, other guy wasnt very helpful. House juice is gross. Both guys touched our mouth pieces with bare, dirty hands. Will not return.

So, vape cave has been progressively going downhill. I went in this evening, didnt have the juice I wanted, so I picked something different. Not a big deal. Asked about a tank in the discount case, he asked another guy that works there and they decide that $35 is the price. Didnt check, but he thinks its 35 with missing pieces. No thank you. Then, he decides to check to see if my 5 dollar Bills are counterfeit. I would rather quit vaping altogether than give this place any more business. It is also extremely professional to have your employees hanging out with young people at the bar vaping instead of helping customers. I hope you get the business you deserve.

I bought a mod for my wife here for 107$ on August 5 2019. It’s now only August 10th and it is broken. They say it is because of FDA rules and regulations. Returns for mods are allowed but the item has to be unopened. Now I’m not saying that we wouldn’t have opened it later. But they literally open it in the store. And we might not have opened it after we looked online in the car and found the same exact mod but with a tank and batteries for 50$. So they ripped us off, then they won’t do anything to help us fix it so it is at least usable. Just go to vapor source. Better prices, quality juices, and selection. Just disappointed because we did spend a lot of money here.

Only one visit but very clean store. Very friendly staff. Quick service and great price on juice. We will definitely be back. Oh and any store I walk into and tupac is on the sound system gets extra points in my book.

I live in Castle Rock and have driven down there twice to get juice. For three reasons, price, quality, and customer service. Great employees there with amazing prices. The only thing is I went there and asked if they sold aspire coils and she said that a different brands coil will fit when they dont. I live far away and its a bit of a inconvenience that they sold me the wrong coil😣

Vape Cave is one those shops where the staff are very down to earth and knowledgeable as well as the cheapest place in town for e-juice. Of course the biggest draw of this shop is the cheap e-juice that doesnt seem to sacrifice quality but also I very much like the friendly atmosphere. Even if you just buy your e-juice there the staff are more than happy to help you with any problems with your mod and or coils. Overall great little shop I have no problem giving my business too.

They always have an excellent selection of juices, helpful knowledgeable staff that have good attitudes. I havent ever considered going anywhere else as the other shops in town I have been to dont have the selection.

I bought a vape for 45 bucks on Wednesday March 16 at 830p. By Friday the 18th of March it quit working. I took it back and after the guy messed with it very little vapor came out to none and the battery kept blinking red. He said they cant replace it because it is working with only a faint amount of vapor comes out. This is the 2nd one I bought that doesnt work or isnt working like it should. Dont waste your money

This shop was a great place to not only buy from but also hang out during the first year and a half of opening. Since then, theyve slowly gone downhill. Prices have gone way over what they should be, their house juices are no longer mixed correctly (got an old favorite and it was so bad it was unrecognizable, friend had the same issue months prior). And the worst, is the condescending and rude staff. Every time I come in I am greeted with a cold stare and feel very unwelcome, as if I interrupted their conversations. Its disappointing, as this used to be my go-to place. Though, I should have left when I got an irritated sigh from the owner when I was waiting for a friend and didnt buy anything right away. Didnt realize that a vape lounge required a purchase upfront to sit on a chair for ten minutes.Vapor Source and Inhale in Pueblo West are much better establishments with helpful and friendly staff and fair prices .dont waste your time here, unless youre already given preferential treatment by the staff over other customers.

Although i find it hard to believe that people only spend 20 mins in this store when they offer coil building, repairs and taste testing. I spend an average of 30 mins - an hour in Vape Cave every time i go in. A big thank you to all of Vape Caves employees.

I specifically asked for Hawaiian Pog, no ICE. The sales guy assured me it wasn’t. I realized after opening one, it was and they refused to do nothing. Poor customer service. I don’t do negative reviews unless I know for a fact someone was wrong-and that person was the salesman! Buyer beware!!!

I do want to say this is the only local vape shop that Ill visit since the customer service at the other local one isnt even worthy of a mention.! They dont offer refunds or exchanges so be warned before you walk out check your stuff make sure it works properly they sometimes open later than what is on the door so make sure you have time. Ive played Xbox there great customer service there have been a couple stores that have gone out of business that I miss but this one good too just again make sure you check your stuff make sure it works before you walk out dont take there word for it.!

Cheap coils for my uforce t2 tank specifically 20 bucks for 5 n3 triple mesh coils. They also sell them individually for $6 which Ive never known a store to open a pack and sell individually. I havent bought juice from them. I used to buy tried and true flavored from vapor source but now I buy online.

Very rude and knowledgeable staff do not shop here they do not know how to mix juice I work for smok I have went in there twice now with the same issue where the dragon fruit juice turns black in my tank with a brand new coil this store is ran by a bunch of children and I will make sure that once this juice comes back you never mix juice again so if I were you I would go back to school kids and learn some customer service skills while youre at it to not shop here

Worker was cool (in glasses, didnt catch his name) didnt pressure me, helpful and got what I needed for me @ husband since were easing back into vaping we chose: Voopoo Drag Nano & Juice Head Peach Pear . He showed me how to setup and go..super happy so far 😁. Also only spent about $100 for 2 starter kits and a juice!! We will be back!!

So I first came to this place over a year ago, by the strong recommendation of a friend. And at first the juice was awesome, but now its been complete trash (i buy house blends) I travel a lot for work so I have the chance to compare many stores throughout co and nm, and I have consistently over the past few months gotten the worst juice here, by far. Idk what has changed, whether theres new staff or cheap ownership. Either way, I have been severly disappointed in the quality of the product I have received here, time and time again. Yes, maybe Im the stupid for returning to place that disappoints me, but its the closest to where I live and they used to be so good, but now I always find myself emptying my tank into a trash can while buying new juice somewhere else. Btw, I have never even once done that with any other shops juice. The product and therefore, this shop is complete and utter garbage (because when I buy something from here thats where it ends up) so I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here. And when Ive brought up my complaints before about the inferior juice, I get a look as if Im lying cuz I want something for free. So yeah so dont go here, save yourself the time and the money and I can assure you that virtually every other vape shop in this state and new mexico will have a better quality product then this one will

The Vape Cave has customer service, inventory, and prices that cant be beat. They always make it a priority that you walk out of the store satisfied whether its with their seemingly endless amount of E-juice and a just as big inventory of hardware or even if you just need a place to go and relax with a few friends after a long day, this is the place. Ive been visiting this shop since they opened at the beginning of the year and I dont see myself stopping anytime soon

Bought a tank from there, very first tank I bought that I didnt know much about, asked the lady that helped me with the sale and all the answers sounded legit, unfortunately I primed it in the store in front of her, got it out to my car, and it leaked all the juice out and was just terrible, now I know that this cant be 100% their fault, but it definitely could have been handled alot better.. 😒

These guys always take care of us when we go in. They know their stuff. Extremely rare that they dont have our coils or flavors in stock.

Rude staff and I had over $150 spent in-store and they will not acknowledge my credits through my five star program that theyre supposed to have. Vape cave has such a wonderful atmosphere, it really tries its best to make sure you enjoy buying at their store. The people, the couch, the bar, if your looking for anything vapor related choose vape cave.UPDATE: After 4 years of dedicated shopping exclusively at vape cave I was unable to use my hundreds of in store points with another offer. It hurts to know I have to leave this shop behind but getting to checkout and being denied the rewards I spent to accrue and saved to use isnt such a great incentive to remain a customer.

You walk in and they are on you quick answer any question you have they let you try any juice on the wall for free. The cool builds these guys give you are fantastic. My friends and I come to the vape cave all the time. Ive been to other vape shops in pueblo but the experiences just isnt the same as the vape cave. The workers here are so friendly and helpful and they have plenty of different types of mods and juices. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get supplies for my vape.The shop has great deals as well. My birthday was coming up and they gave me a free bottle of juice as well as 10% for my purchases on other events.

The clerk at The store was going to save a mode but didnt so had to go elsewhere for the mode I wanted. The store was clean, the clerks were friendly, but do seem to know what they are talking about when they talk about the modes, juice, and coils.

I just wish I could find a juice I like I vape 3mg nic but the 3mgs Ive got are always to strong dont know what it is I get a new coil and its like it didnt help the harshness overall I hope next time I can find a good flavor not a harsh one they say it dilutes the flavor once you add nicotine I hate to be picky but the 3mgs I get always seem to be harsh and not enjoyable then I end up saying something but its only been corrected once bluestrawyo in a 3mg was good after she remixed it.. I totally appreciate the effort to satisfy your customers just hope to get some juice thats enjoyable.

Very disappointed with the transaction and how the transaction went. Went to return a product that was mixed improperly, they took the bad product and charged me extra to replace their error. Time to find another retailer!

Wasnt a huge fan of their house mixed juice, but they have a nice selection of product and the staff is friendly.
