Usually pretty friendly people. Good prices on tobacco products.

They tell you if it doesn’t work within 24 hours they will replace it…what they didn’t say is you need your receipt and trash it came with. They voluntarily threw it away so I didn’t have it. It stopped working in 12 hours and I had no proof since they wanted to take it from me. They said they never saw me before even though I was wearing the same hat and had the same license. They gladly sold me another $30 vape but then threatened to call the cops when I asked them to look through the full trash can my trash and receipt were in. They only threatened to call the cops after they took more of my money and told me I had to look through their dumpster and supposedly they take their trash out three times a day?!?!? I don’t recommend a company that lies. This one does.

This place as a whole is wonderful but there’s one cashier there that makes it terrible due to her terrible attitude and inability to provide quality customer service. I come in here for a specific product at least once a week and even though they didn’t have it in stock I was still willing to spend my money there until I started asking about prices and was met with rudeness. This wasn’t the first time either. I’m pretty sure her name was Jacque. All the other workers there are great beside her.

Ive loved Smoker Friendly every since I moved my Mom back to Pueblo CO!Im one of the 1st people nationwide to get their loyalty card. I know because I traveled the states for years in sales.This particular location in Pueblo, though, is my absolute favorite!! Throught the years, every employee has been so accommodating and a pleasure to do business with.

The gentleman was so helpful. Im not from this area. I was looking for a discount cigarette and he helped me find the perfect one that did not burn my throat. And then he helped me pick out the proper equipment for rolling my own cigarettes. He even let me sample the cigarette to make sure I would like it. Very kind man

Asked cashier where to look and found it right away. She was pleasant and very helpful. Made my day!

For yesterday I was treated very well at the store but as I walked in the door I had a mask on and I was told by the cashier to take my mask off so I pulled my mask down showed her my face and put my mask back up very quickly. I went and I grabbed what I needed and got in line behind four other customers as I reached the Cashier I asked her why didnt you question the man that walked in behind me with a mask on. She tells me that I need to leave the store right now! I asked her why and she says I told you to take your mask off! Im never returning to this location. And if the owner cares about his or her customers something will be done about this particular cashier working yesterday.

I came in to exchange a butane can because the nozzle had broken off in my torch. The woman refused to even hear me out and claimed she didnt know when I bought the can even though she could have looked in her system to see the date it was purchased. I registered my phone number with them and so I figured it wouldnt be an issue. Seems I was wrong. The woman behind the counter said she had no idea how many times I had used it and refused to even touch the can to gauge the level of fuel still in it. I was a long time customer of this business but I will not be stopping by the southside location any longer.

I visited the store on Pueblo avenue Monday late afternoon, December 20th. The clerk working at the that time had the RUDEST, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER EXPERIENCED. When I asked her for the prices on disposables, she acted SO IRRITATED and PUT UPON like looking at the price was the biggest inconvenience in the world, and just having to interact with me or any of the other customers, was aggravating and repulsive to her! Ive never experienced a clerk with such a bitter hateful attitude.. the other customers were also uncomfortable, and were even apologizing to her when they asked for items behind the counter -which is obviously COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I would have bought more products, if it wasnt for her being SO IMPATIENT and making me feel so bad about asking any questions! I just got out of there as quick as possible, and I will NEVER return to the store again.

My sister was the manger there for awhile an anything she can make a business in any state flourish

Dont buy any glass from this shop. They sell overpriced trash and fake bongs that cant smoke. The seller had no idea what they were talking about, and basically stole 30 dollars from me by not only selling a fake bong but then neglected to give me a receipt (yes I should have in hindsight asked for one I guess.) thus making it non refundable.

The staff is great but lousy when it comes to interviews Ive applied twice at that store I live across the alley which makes me very close to the store and I would be extra dependable first time I got an interview I didnt get the job second time I got the interview they told me that they were going to schedule me an interview to work nights but then the virus happened and they cancelled on me told me to come back on the 11th to reschedule an interview when I called they told me they had already filled the position and try the Belmont store how are they able to fulfill positions when they were closed they pretty much passed over my interview and application as well as ignoring it extremely unprofessional I will never apply here again and suggest that nobody does either because they are terrible at getting back to you and keeping appointments

Great prices on all of there smoking products here a large selection of all different types of products there prices cant be beat if your a smoker then this place will definitely save you some money every month but if your trying to quit then this probably aint where you want to go so remember smoking may cause cancer so really the best thing they have there is there torches and rolling papers

Went in looking for cones free of tobacco and nicotine. Not only did Zeb (the gentleman working) find me exactly what I wanted but recommended another wrap thats organic, tobacco free and vegan. He was really nice, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back.

I actually stopped in here because I was finishing my taxes at Jackson Hewitt and they are in the same strip mall but I decided to check out the SF shop!The staff is very nice and they have a large selection of accessories and tobacco product.I am not a smoker but did purchase some incents. The coat for what I did purchase awesome!!As I said the staff was very attentive and helpful! I would suggest leaving your little ones with a sitter because there are many breakables but it was pretty neat!Nice and clean, affordable and great selection!

The best place to buy Tobacco hands down. The Ohm brand is my favorite one!

Ive been a patron since it first came to Pueblo as Cigs N More 4 Less in the early 90s. Good selection of tobaccos for Pipes, igars, Cigarettes, Dip, Snuff and Smoking Paraphernalia. Competitive pricing and the Staff is friendly and helpful.

Always very friendly staff no matter how late you make them stay opened or if you have to break a bill after theyve already made the drop 👍 decent!

Workers are always miserable but they have great selection

All us smokers are feeling the hole cigarettes are putting in our wallets, we went to find a cheaper solution and stopped in here. Zeb was so helpfull. We told what brand we smoked a he lead us to some pipe tobacco that I think taste better than what we were smoking plus only cost us 2 bucks and is twice as much tobbacco. This place is great and they earn a loyal customer today. Thanks Zeb!!!!!!
