I had my very first appointment today, my husband booked it for a mothers day treat. I had a deep therapeutic massage and a foot detox. It was amazing! The ladies in there were nothing but nice and treat you great! I enjoyed the calm, relaxing environment.I was a bit nervous since I had never done anything like this, but Im so thankful my first experience was fabulous! I will definitely be returning.

We did a deep tissue couples massage today. It was AMAZING!!! Emerald was the most amazing therapist ever. I highly recommend booking her. Ive never had someone do as good of a job as she did. Thank you again!

If I could give this place 10/5 stars I would! It is a beautiful, calming environment. When you walk in you are warmly welcomed by Ali. Amy is an AMAZING massage artist and is very professional. Jenelle’s facials leave you glowing when you leave! The monthly membership one of the best decisions I have ever made! Pure Spa is the best!

Hands down the best massage I have ever received. The staff was friendly and caring. Nya was incredible and relieved so much tension in my muscles. I will definitely be rebooking!

Great ambience, wonderful customer service. Went in for a facial and the visit was relaxing and she explained everything to me. My only gripe is that I left there with pieces of blue mask all over my face and stuck in my hair. I didn’t even realize until I got home.

First time having a facial and I was not expecting how great it felt. I thought they just put stuff on your face, leave you, come back and take it off. What I got was first class service from Janelle. Everything she did was methodical and relaxing. Even removing the product was like a massage! I didnt expect massaging of the arms, hands, and shoulders. I was completely relaxed! I would definitely recommend Pure Spa and Wellness and Janelle for excellent service.

First time going to a spa, I had no clue. It was peaceful, the lighting was just right.I had anxiety going in and I was completely relaxed going out, very pleasant experience .I had a facial...my skin looked amazing when they were done😍They offer many different options, other treatments...all the way to couple messages, which Ive yet to try. Ill definitely be coming back they did a great job:)The skin care products are amazing... The lip balm is a must have.

Having a massage from Faith was like being touched by an angel. The way her hands moved independently but in rhythm finding and releasing the built up tension was remarkable. An hour with Faith felt like a second and an eternity at the same time! 10/10 recommend booking a deep tissue with pain relief!

This is the place to go for all your self care needs, from massages to facials you can not go wrong. Micheal’s massages are top notch and Riley’s facial experiences are amazing. Personally I love getting to know people while indulging in my self care and these two are amazing with customer service and conversation. Riley is very knowledgeable about skin care and passionate about her profession. Micheal does great deep tissue work and clearly has a drive for his profession. Thank you both for your professionalism and customer service. Not only this, but the front desk ladies are always kind, courteous and easy to talk to especially Lexi. Take it from this very harsh critic… this is a place where your money is worth spent. It will be hard to replace you in Georgia. Thank you again pure spa and wellness for an amazing experience.

My husband and I enjoyed a couple’s deep tissue massage today with Joni and Lindy. It was a very wonderful experience. The massage was AMAZING, the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone there was very friendly!

Great staff, the deep tissue massage is awesome for workout recovery. The atmosphere is also really relaxing and helps unwind after a long hard work week. I highly recommend, great way to shake off work into the weekend!

My wife and I each had 90 min massages after a half marathon today. What a great experience! Thanks Emerald and Joni - it was just what we needed after our race. We will definitely be back!

Today my husband and I indulged in a couples massage today. The experience was absolutely perfect. The staff is professional and the environment is relaxing. The massages were completed by Faith and Amy. They applied the perfect amount of pressure for each of us. We are so very happy and thankful and now we are members 🤩

I do not recommend this place for massages at all. I booked with my daughter for a couples massage with Mike and Michael which we had previously done and was great. We then booked with the same guys for the next month and I got someone completely different with no notice or I would have cancelled. The gal I got did not do half my body and the experience was horrible. I will not be going back here as I pay for this service which was very poor here.

I went to Pure today, first time ever, for a facial. To say I am impressed is an understatement! Completely blown away! I love the atmosphere. Clean, calm, very dimmed lighting. The facial with Sha’Wana was SO wonderful. As the product sat on my face, she massaged my entire upper body with hot stones. Sooooooo RELAXING. She also fixed up my eyebrows. I will ABSOLUTELY be back and tell everyone the WONDERS of this spa! They also have this amazing membership program that I plan on joining in the future. I have had spa services at other establishments in Pueblo and, by far, this is the best experience and service I have ever received. If more than 5 stars was an option, I would do that! I cannot tell you enough how wonderful Pure Spa is!😊😊😊😊😊Go there, now!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

I decided to do the micro needling due to massive dead skin and build up. Stephanie has been fantastic and has done such a marvelous job! She has taught me so much about skin care and my complexion is looking fantastic!! Thank you so much Stephanie for the great job you do!! I have also visited for a massage and love the deep tissue. They are so relaxing!

Facials here are amazing and always just what I need!!! The retreat room prior to treatment is always such a nice bonus and gets you fully relaxed and ready to be pampered!

Ive been a member of Pure Spa and Wellness for over 3 months, just renewed my membership! Absolutely top notch service! The front desk staff is SUPER amazing, kind, knowledgeable, always helpful and just all around wonderful humans! The environment is super relaxing!! I use the sauna numerous times a week, LOVE IT! ShaWana is an amazing esthetician, I absolutely love my sessions with her! She is super knowledgeable about skin care, always goes above and beyond to make sure I am relaxed, always listens to my skin care concerns and needs, makes sure that I am educated in my at home skin care routine annnddd my skin looks better than it EVER has! I LOVE THIS OASIS!! It is my Zen!! 100 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hands down!!! I look forward to my massages and facials every month💯🙌

5 stars for the staff. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. The atmosphere of this spa is phenomenal and relaxing. Judith, the lash tech was so very sweet.My facial with Stephanie was PHENOMENAL. The most relaxed I have been in weeks and Im absolutely glowing. Her techniques are very professional, she always makes sure the products are working well with your skin.The facial will become a part of my regular routine! Definitely 5 star service, the atmosphere is calming and relaxing the ladies at the front were great. I have never had a massage & I got a massage from Michael, he was great and I will most definitely be back. You all are amazing, highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. I have had a membership for close to a year for spa treatments. They cancel on me often due to staff quitting. They wait until last minute to cancel which is frustrating when you work around your own schedule. I have had this happen with 2 facials (they both quit) and 1 massage therapist. Today I needed to cancel my appointment due to an emergency hours before the appointment and they charged me for the appointment because I canceled less than 24 hrs. They can cancel but not the customer! Then the front desk said well it’s already paid for so it doesn’t matter. I work hard and shouldn’t have to stress when it comes to a spa! The other issue I have is they charge you for things that are in the membership on top of the membership. Watch your bank account! This has happened to me and my sister. The membership has other things like the sauna which couldn’t be used during Covid (which I understood) but they don’t compensate anywhere for these missed services! I gifted my mother a massage and they cancelled it but never called her. My family will never come back unfortunately and I will spread my review so others don’t get this burden.

I have always HATED getting a massage done. I had doctors orders to get one done or my back would go out again, so i tried Pure Spa. It was the best massage I have ever gotten! My back feels better than it has in a few years. The way they have the place set up is extremely relaxing and makes you feel like you are at a resort! I HIGHLY recommend going here!!

Ive tried a number of different packages at Pure Spa and Im always very pleased with my outcome. My husband and I both enjoy Tesla and her deep tissue massage. The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is always so kind!

This is a great little spa. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The massage therapists always do a great job. The retreat area is peaceful. I go as often as I can.

My husband and I had an amazing time today for our Anniversary A couples massage, how beautiful and amazing it was to enjoy the citrus on our skin and the relief of pressure in our muscles. We didnt wanna leave because how good we felt.. The girls we had are amazing. Thank you Matt Smith we appreciate every moment and looking forward on seeing this place again..

Massage was a massage. But we booked online for the valentines special which was marked at just under $100. We get there, have our massage, and are told we owe 100 more for the 2nd person. It marketed it as 100 online, allowing me to book for two. In fact the business even called me to reschedule and book a 2nd masseuse but never mentioned that I still owe 100 dollars. When I pointed out that I prepaid the quoted price the receptionist acknowledged that its a known issue on their app, then later thanks me for bringing it to their attention, then again acknowledged its a known issue.Absolutely unacceptable deceptive business practices. At the VERY least if we were mischarged online you should have called to inform us....or inform us BEFORE the massage not after. I am absolutely livid right after my massage at this place. Stress levels higher than when I walked in the door. I have 3 more massages scheduled for March, none of them here. None of them this expensive. And all have done their diligence to ensure billing up front. I expect a refund for this unexpected, uninformed, gouged price difference and am appalled that you would allow it to happen to begin with.

I have had a membership with Snapfit for sometime and one afternoon I decided to go explore this health and wellness wing of the building. First purchasing a package with Xtreme Cryotherapy.Great people ready to help answer any questions that you may have. Waiting for my session with Xtreme Cryotherapy, I saw a sign that said check in at front desk for Pure. Curious, I made my way down to check out the front desk. The ladies working the front desk were so amazing and fun to talk to. Now, at first when I walked in the atmosphere screamed class and suffestication... I was certainly surprised to meet such cultured and welcoming staff. I reviewed the options of service and quickly decided that the best way to get a fill on the array of services was to book a monthly special. The ladies were able to get me an appointment the next day.Showing up for my first experience in a Spa & Wellness facility... I had some nerves going but was totally excited. I was first greeted with a Lemon Lavender cocktail. A bit sweet for my taste but still very yummy. Then I was taken to my message room. My therapist explained to me what to expect during my stay with her. Then she let me know she was leaving me to get undressed to my comfort. Lol, I only experience was with the Asian peoples at the mall...so, I had to get clarification on this request. 😅.After mySwedish message and foot scrub my therapist provided me with a bag and robe. She said the bag was for my clothing and personal items and the robe was to cover my body. I got myself situated and the therapist came and grabbed my bag and cocktail and escorted me to the retreat area. I was offered the restroom and another cocktail for my wait. I waited a few minutes... long enough to take few selfies and a couple Facebook posts. I then was greeted by my Facial technician, who again carried my bag and cocktail.The facial experience was one to remember. She applied a steaming device to my face, I am assuming to open my poors. Then she applied layers of creams. I dont know what they were all I know is it felt nice. In between each application she would place a warm cloth on my face to clean my face and apply the next application. After it was done, all I could think about is how I wanted every member of my family and social circle to experience a faciallike this. Then the light came out.... Now my momma used to pin me down and pop my zits and dig out my black heads...hands down I prefer the experience of having a technician perform this function 🙃.Next, I scheduled a brow and eyelash lift or tint. Regardless, very different. Not bad but it felt like I had weights places on my eyelids and clay on my eyebrows. After all was done and over with I was shocked and amazed at how natural and classy I looked.My experience was amazing and I did purchase a membership after my services. I encourage anyone that is looking to be elevated physically and mentally to invest in themselves and try this experience. It will be one for the books.

Poor, poor customer service and horrible employers. I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage on May 6, 2021 thru their app and paid $115. The money was pulled from my debt card immediately. The massage was scheduled for May 13th with my best friend and the only person who I will let touch my body as I am very self-conscious and embarrassed. On May 11th I was called by Pure Spa asking me to reschedule with someone else because my friend wouldnt be there. I was a little confused because my friend was right by me when I booked the appt. I tried calling my friend but couldnt get ahold of her. The lady at the front desk asked me to reschedule with someone else and hung up on me. I called her back and asked her why she hung up on me and she laughed and said she didnt mean to. She then told me she had to talk to her manager about a refund and would call me back later in the evening. I never heard anything back on the evening of May 11th. I called them on May 12th to find out what was going on and they told me that my friend was no longer with the company and the owner had not approved my refund yet. I immediately called my friend. She has been very sick and was not able to answer the day before. She told me she wasnt sure what was going on and why they were rescheduling me she had no knowledge she had been let go. I finally received a call from the office manager and she informed me that the best they could do for a refund was products or a gift card. 1st off I do not use their products as I use mary kay and 2nd what is a gift card gonna do me any good if the one massage therapist I go to isnt there? Their cancellation policy is 24 hours with a full refund. I will never step foot into this spa ever again. They hadnt even informed my friend she had been let go but told me this and now they are refusing a refund. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment in my life.

My wife and I enjoyed the deep tissue massage and will be returning regularly. Affordable, clean and respectful staff.

I showed up on time (actually early to give them time due to COVID) for my first appointment about 6 weeks ago. I had to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time because Devan wasn’t ready. I get it, sometimes you get behind with appointments. I rebooked with Devan that day for 7/31 at 10:00am. Yesterday I received a confirmation email stating the date and time of my appointment with Devan and of course I clicked the link to confirm my appointment. I show up to my appointment 5 minutes early today and waited in my car for Devan to call me in to the building as stated in the email. 20 minutes passed and no phone call. I called PureSpa thinking maybe she’s behind on appointments again. The girl that answered said I’m not even on the appointment books and Devan wasn’t even there today...??? I have a hard time believing any of that is true but if so, that’s pretty horrible service on your part PureSpa. Proof of my appointment confirmation email is posted.
