This is by far the best smoke shop in town. Im here at least 3 times a week. They have great products and have absolutely the best customer service. The staff are very friendly and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend coming in for all your smoking and vaping needs.

Everyone but the skinny guy with the beard is golden. The skinny guy with the beard is a stupid price. Ill explain. I pointed to the box of front masters naturals. I asked if there was anything in there. Three times. After he came-to out of his (I assume chronic) stupor and opened the box to confirm that there were, in fact leaves in the box, I asked if I could check out the packages within the box. Three times, each with more specific details clarify, each time with more obstinence,backpack, and misguided anger begat by his 2nd grade comprehension skills. When I asked if I could see the WHOLE box and not just the two he hadnt known had existed two minutes prior that he thrust forth, his female co-worker piped up and said, what, are you gonna buy the whole box? To which I replied I did last time! (not a word of a lie.) Upon leaving I conceded a sarcastic, sorry for the inconvenience, to which he replied that it was okay in a sincere tone. Like I said: stupid prick.

My husband and I went in to buy a glass piece as a gift and we love the variety and creativity in the pieces they sell. They have great quality products and amazing prices that you just cant get anywhere else.

So very helpful every time I go in they have the cutest girl working there who just spends all kinds of time talking to the customers answering all the questions and making sure that they are satisfied with what they purchased love going here

Amrizz has always been so helpful when i come in. She always has a smile on her face. Very friendly dedicated and a hardworker. I seen her help 20 people in and out in 5 mins one time! Not sure what this review will do for her but I want Giggles to know they got a one of a kind worker on their hands.

Bought a vape around closing time Friday. Vape worked fine in store. After about 10 minutes, vape started auto firing. So I took it back next morning to see if I could exchange the defective device. Worker told me “because you tried it in store, and then walked out, there’s nothing we can do.”

Love Love the smoke shop they most definitely have a wide selection of cute up-to-date smoking tools/gear very friendly staff very helpful the only thing I did not like is when you spin the wheel and you win something but as for me I spun the wheel and I won a puff bar which is cool but at the same time I hate nicotine and I hate smoking so it was irrelevant and useless to me and so I think they should have given me the option to trade it for something different or at least get a puff bar with zero nicotine but they told me that was not an option so thats the only thing I didnt like that wasnt cool but otherwise theyre pretty awesome everyone should give to them a try and check them out shouldnt be disappointed 🤪💯👌🤗😜

Courteous workers but card reader was down and I only had 20$. Was offered discount bin juice that way already opened and shall amount used from it, and my 20 wasnt enough to get one of those. Not even make brand juice either. Strange. Youd think they could make it work for my money since their card reader was down and hey, its open and already used. So they politely turned down my business and I took that business down the street.

Giggles is a well organized and clean shop, and really nice staff. The woman who was working that day was knowledgeable and was able to help direct me to the items I was looking for. I found Giggles from Google maps, and was drawn the the high review score. I was happy that that actual experience was up to the impressive score. However, the only reason I even had to go to a in person shop is because of oppressive draconian rules on vapes, and vape products. I was able to buy the mod I found online, but it was $35 more than the online shop I usually use. Same as the juices, at least $9 more. But I guess until these rules are taken away, Giggles Glasshole is a fine place to shop.

This shop has a great selection of American blown glass, and they actually know who made their glass unlike a lot of competition. They stayed open late tonight so I could squeeze in and make a purchase. These people understand their customers and don’t try to up sell. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Called to see if they had empty carts. They said they did. I asked how much? The response was we cant give prices over the phone. It was one item. I called other places in town and if they carried the items they told me the price with no issues.Not worth the visit.
