I must Ive been to many many head shops. By far I the beat experience here. Josh is the best employee at there. He doesnt make u feel overwhelmed or not trying to hustle you as others always have. Very nice and knowledgeable. Even though I still think a bit pricey. I go back again just to have Josh. He told about other things. Which was excellent He listens with great attitude. Thank you Josh!!!

Theres a bit of a high pressure employee who kinda follows you around... Not a fan. Just saying. High pressure makes you but and leave...

My first experience at this shop was a breeze thanks to Josh!!! I came in 10 minutes before closing & he was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable & patient with me. Kevin and Micaiah were getting ready to close with only 5 minutes left. I came in looking for a large grinder. They were not only super friendly and helpful, they were very accommodating even though it was way past closing to allow me to buy a custom glass piece. I plan on doing any future shopping there at this shop regardless if CS has another Myxed Up store in the local area. They earned a life long customer!

This place is amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly pretty damn funny too. We walked out with the bad ass rig for a great price! Johns the man and his beard is pretty dope too!

This is my go-to store for all my smoking needs. I just moved here and have not gone to any other store. Theyve always had what I wanted and if not theyve ordered it for me. Josh is a great customer service representative and no matter who is behind that counter, Im always taken care of!!!

Went in to get a new dab rig. Everyone greeted us and were so nice. An employee named savanna showed us around and showed me some selections and was so helpful. She gave me some great tips for taking care of my rigs and her advice on vape flavors was on point. Im very happy we found this shop and im excited they have more stores in Denver!

Friendly staff and plenty to look at inside the store. Items are decently prices with lots of variety such as color and size. They carry glass pieces for smoking as well as accessories for vapes. The storefront is in a rough neighborhood, beware after dark.

I went into the Pueblo location on 3/3/2021 around 2pm and the workers were so very nice. They helped me find what I needed and were extremely kind the whole time. They didn’t have Kratom extract powder, just shots, but I grabbed some regular powder instead and a vape juice. It was a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!!

Went by there to get a piece to take back home with me. Was helped by a guy named Mike super friendly and helpful. Probably pulled out 15 pieces I was interested in and new about all the local blowers. Wish we had shops like that in my home town. Great prices as well! Might go by and get a couple more pieces before I leave.

My husband and I have been trying to find parts for our hookah for a while now, we should have gone to Myxed up to start with. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, especially Veto, the guy who helped us. He was super friendly and awesome to chat with! We thank him for his time and dedication to his job!!

Walked in to a very welcoming staff and was meet immediately by Nate. He was very patient and helpful, and took the time to show me any product i was interested in, and made sure i understood the product i bought fully. Great atmosphere and experience.

Definitely would not recommend... in a very bad part of town, homeless hanging around outside. Had to park around the block and didn’t feel safe walking to the building... when I did walk in I was the only customer and they made a big deal out of a mask even though I have been vaccinated. I would have had to walk back to my vehicle to get a mask, and pass all the transients again, so I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I used to love this store in Pueblo then one day somebody came out and I guess they thought I was a tourist and I had already agreed upon a price on a rig and this guy told me I had to pay sticker price and I told him he was out of his mind because I already had a number and he was trying to lie acting like oh we dont do that like Im some idiot tourist it doesnt understand how a glass shop works no one pays sticker price stupid . Really made me feel some type of way and I havent been back since I went and told the dude that I came in and tried to buy the rig and the guy would not budge off the sticker price. Looks like mixed up mixed up

I love mixed up creation the people that are very cool they always have been. Ive been going there since before Pueblo brought in recreational marijuana, but now its even better especially if you do dabble A little, its a good place for accessories at fair prices

Some of the guys are knowledgeable about the glass but the women are not. The customer is most definitely never right in this establishment. I purchased a nectar collector and it began cracking the very first time I used it and the hole was so small it began clogging after the first few uses. I tried to exchange the Item for a different nectar collector and the woman of course told me all sales are final but I stated that this is obviously a faulty piece that was blown. She Kept insinuating it was my fault first by not inspecting the glass before it left and for over heating it. I have had plenty of Texas blown nectar collectors and have never had a problem. Its not just this location either. The women I have purchased from at several myxed up locations have been extremely rude and unknowledgeable about the glass. I will never purchase from this establishment again. Plenty of little shops with just as good if not better prices and friendlier staff. They dont even deserve a single lonesome star.

This is the fourth or fifth time your staff has lied to my face about items they would restock, then upsold me on a product they knew nothing about. Also, I have paid for several items at this shop and EVERY one has been crap that has broken soon thereafter. I wanted to be nice and say good things, but now that I know it is most all of your staff that is not only manipulative, but utterly incompetent at helping you with brands unfamiliar, I will only say what is honest, and that is that your store is dishonest.whomever owns this place needs to take a serious look at their employees and the devastating effect they are having on my desire to go there. Seriously dude, if you pride yourself on feedback received you need to take a look at your store.for now I will go miles out of my way to get the product where I know it will be.seriously, what smoke shop runs out of rolling papers, tells you they will restock them, then refuses to so they can upsell you on crap that is way overpriced?

I went in for the very first time to buy hookah and it wasnt busy, then a whole rush of people came in and there was still only two associates.. the female who helped me was super nice and pretty helpful, especially considering I had no idea what I wanted to buy and she was running around trying to help multiple customers... the only thing I can say is they should have more people working on a busy Friday night. I dont think Ill buy hookah again, but if I did, thats where Id go

Myxed Up sold my boyfriend a faulty torch and said over the phone they would replace it if they couldnt fix it. they couldnt fix it and REFUSED to replace or return it. they are incredibly rude, disrespectful and i HIGHLY regret spending 100s of dollars here with the way i was treated. i have missed over an hour of my shift waiting for the manager. the way i was treated was completely uncalled for and i do not recommend this store. they accused me and talked to me like i was some type of criminal and questioned me like i was in an interrogation room. they didnt believe me and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. i even had to call the denver store to intervene. i have never had an experience where i felt so degraded by a retail store that i spend SO much money at. over a $12 torch, they were completely asanine and couldnt even find the receipt in the computer unless the sales associate was lying, which is very plausable. please let me know if you have any questions. dont go here, trust me. its not worth the stress, drama and stupidity.Later That Nighti seriously cannot believe my eyes right now. a piece that Myxed Up Creations Pueblo sold me shattered ! i only had the electric nail (snow cloud) on for 20 minutes and it straight up shattered 5 minutes after i turned it off. i keep the rig at a temperature of 700. they guaranteed me that this would work. $30 wasted. absolute garbage. these people and this store are a COMPLETE waste of time. go elsewhere. t r u s t me. i would not steer you wrong on this. 🙅🏻❌ 🐍

Smaller store, but they pack it with a surprisingly wide variety of products. The customer service is usually great. I frequent this location often for my day to day smoking and dabbing needs.

Clean well organized and lots of choices for smoking herb as well as vape equipment.New and improved head shop. Various sizes of butane available.

2 of 3 times Ive been there, I was given a non functioning pen, and given the wrong product, with no chance for any exchange or refund. I even called in advance, left my name and problem, and they still didnt care who I was. He even asked for a receipt, because he thought I was a scammer.Today i was flatly ignored by the manager, after he agreed to help me find a product online, when they didnt have the mod I needed, and then all the clerk could do was keep offering me a mod too powerful. Every product they sell has a triple mark up. This dive is way down there with Mary Janes haberdasher. Terrible. I would give a zero if I could. If they were to make things right, I would take this down, but I dont think thats possible. I highly recommend eBay instead: 1/3 the price, better service, ( idk how thats possible, but it is.), Just Google what u need before checkout. Wouldnt go back if it was the Apocalypse. The manager needs to work on leading by example: Take the initiative and help a distrought customer, dont ignore him and just wait til he walks out on his own..... I should have filmed it. Idk if you guys have a head office, but Im looking into it. I feel, looking back, as if I was treated like a CRETIN.

Went and bought a puffco peak atomizer they sold me a puffco pro atomizer no big deal until I was told no returns or exchanges on an unused item. Usually wouldnt care the pro atomizer is like 65-70 dollars after taxes.

Ive shopped there before to pick up some screens or a old school bong, today I went in to buy some ejuice for the first time. I received a nice box mod as a gift and was nervous as how to buy what special lingo is used, i just didnt want to look too stupid. I was so wrong, everyone there was SUPER nice. Brandi was super helpful and mixed up my first juice....AWESOME. I thought i just popped the top on my favorite energy drink...AND THAT AINT NO BULL!!! With the specials and custom mix flavors I cant wait to go get more. Thank you all!!

I love this little store. They have great selections of smoking accessories, t-shirts, socks, hats, and more. Its everything 420 you would want. Except the green, youll have to go elsewhere for that...lol

Went in real quick for some papers and noticed their crazy Exotic Soda Co fridge. They ended up giving me the pack of papers after I bought a soda ! Super awesome staff and crazy selection of sodas !

I have bought multiple things from here and had great service but I bought one of their bangers carb cap and terp spheres n I got a 2 mm or less terp ball that gets sucked in every time I called to see if they would fix it cuz every display they had was either a 4mm to 6mm n they wouldnt fix it which is horrible I just ask yous fix it mixed up creations cuz thats false advertising

I would absolutely not recommend Myxed Up for your Smoking needs I purchased a MediCali glass piece and within 3 days and 1 gram of shatter the neck for the downstem to seat itself fell off. There are no drop marks and no explanations for what caused it and when I called to see if they would make good on it due the price of the piece the amount of time elapsed and the overall condition of the entire piece their response was, We dont do anything with glass Ive never had a problem with Myxed Up before but after this experience Ill never spend another cent in their stores again
