Used to love going into the shop but the last few visits have been horrible. Most of the time they have no idea what items they sell and definitely have act like they are being inconvenienced to help you. Yesterday the young ladies that were working were more concerned bout ordering chicken nuggets and macncheese than making a sale.

In the last year I have been having trouble getting my flavors of choice and parts for my vape. The south side location is always out of flavors and north side is getting worse about having house flavors in stock and they rarely have the parts in stock. Im having to go to one location for my flavor and then go to the other location for tanks and whatnot. The employees for the most part are very helpful and nice. After my last attempt to get my flavor they told me to start calling beforehand because theyve been having trouble getting them in, so I know its not their fault.

Ive been a customer with vape cave for about 4 years and when I discovered this location I was happy because its closer to my house. The other location is terrific but this location has some issues. I went to buy my favorite juice called cupid and I needed some coils. I was unsure what size I needed but I showed the employee there the vape I had and he goes to look for the coils he had a bad attitude about it as well. Ive vapes 6mg of nic since I started vaping 4 years ago and when I told him 6mg he goes to make the juice he took literally 25 mins to make it. I paid and once I got home and change the coils they were the wrong size so I go back and tell them its the wrong size and plus one coil was already outside the packaging I asked can it be exchanged they tell me no so I called it up as a loss. As for the juice cupid is an amazing flavor it tastes like a pink Popsicle however when getting a new coil elsewhere and changing it and adding the juice the vape was so harsh on my throat and made me cough a bunch Ive never had that issue before so I asked if he put too much in there and he tells me he knew what he was doing and its most likely because the wattage is too high even adjusting the wattage I would still keep coughing a bunch. I like vape cave for its juices but if you want employees that will help you better with maintenance on your vapes I suggest vapor source. The employees in vape cave are younger than me and dont have too much knowledge when it comes to questions about coils, tools, juice making etc. Im gonna try lowering the nic tomorrow and update my review if theres been improvement or not

Horrible. I’ve bought 2 ecigs here because I am trying to quit smoking. The first ecig was the priciest and it non stop leaks and spits even after changing the coil. Staff has not provided a solution besides buying a new one. The second ecig uses “pods.” This ecig worked great til I went to replace the “pod” and Vape Cave has no idea when they will be back in stock. Additionally, I tried to stop by and get some juice but they were closed on a day they were supposed to be open. I will not be going back.

DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME!!This place used to be my go-to vape shop all the time. Now it seems that every time I go in there I am answered with nothing but no, no, sorry no, we dont have that no.... And we have No idea when were getting our shipment in. I visited both locations and neither of them have hardly any product at all. I have been a customer for over 5 years at Vape cave and I have spent literally hundreds of dollars with this company and I am not sorry to say that I will no longer be visiting or wasting my time just to be told no every single time I go in. Theres never an answer for me as to when the shipment will be in if at all. I am very disappointed in this business and they honestly should be embarrassed at the way businesses is ran here these days. Its a waste of my time every single time I stop by this place. Kyle is a very nice employee and he tries his hardest to help me out every single time I go in so kudos to him. Its not the employees there that has the issue here, its the management. Dear management, do better!!

Worst vape store Ive been to by far. Walked in 25 minutes before closing time and was greeted with a we are closing soon we gotta make this quick they had 1 flavor that was appealing and it was a house juice, the guy said he could make it no problem, asked what nic and I told him, I dont know if he was just in a rush and not paying attention or he was just mad because he wanted to close early, regardless the juice is well over the nic percent I asked, cant even use it its so bad. Overall negative 5 stars for service and flavor choices. Bad attitudes and horrible selection.

Once they have your card on file they will charge it whenever THEY feel like it. They have charged my Visa card for transactions from months ago; stemming all the way back into last year.I would caution ANY consumer to not use their sensitive information like Debit/Credit cards as they are clearly storing the information internally. It is one thing to charge a card & be done with it. However Mia their book keeper is abhorrent at her job. Mia, you have no idea what damage this kind of negligence can cause for a customer. Overdraft comes to mind.This is a PR nightmare for Vape Cave & the owners Dion/Mia are culpable for the damages to their business and moreover their customers. Lazy & ignorant owners. Shop at your own risk!

I had a really good experience with this place. Their house juice is amazing! And they have a really big selection of juices! If I ever have any questions or concerns they’re always happy to help. I highly recommend! I will never shop anywhere else besides here!

Just as the highway 50 location went to this location this morning and its closed. Will never go to vape cave again. They have now lost me to vapor source. Yes they open later but at they are always open.

Vape juice selection and mod options are extremely limited.The staff us young and likes to hide in the back room. Its not really a vape shop. Its a head shop that also sells some vaping products

Terrific customer service and amazing knowledgeable staff. I went in looking for a certain item (not knowing exactly which device) and the Staff was more than willing to help and explain the differences between all the different smoking accessories!! Highly recommend this place!!

Definitely come here for all you’re vaping and smoking accessory needs! Great customer service and range of products. I love walking in and getting that homey feeling, the employees are very knowledgeable and answered every question I had! I highly recommend this store, wish I could give 10 stars because 5 just is not enough to rate this store.

Bought a vapor, paid cash. Brought it home and it didnt work. Took it back the next day (unused) they refused to replace it, said I have to try to get a replacement from the manufacturer!! The lesson here is: DONT LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT ENSURING ITS IN WORKING ORDER!!!
