I have been coming to Larkspur for years, Megan is amazing at what she does and is always ready for what I want to do when I come in. In the last year I have brought all 4 of my kids into the salon and they absolutely won’t go anywhere else. They love all of the stylists here and look forward to coming in every time. Thank you Larkspur for taking care of our family and our hair. Highly recommend to any one of all hair types and ages 🥰 The staff is warm, inviting and so welcoming!

Megan at Larkspur Salon is not only kind, funny and a joy to be around..but truly has an incredible knowledge of color, cuts and styling for any hair type. Beyond that her staff and other stylist are so sweet and helpful. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I really thought this salon was top notch. Stephanie was great, snd the manager Lauren was very understanding. But….. I’ve moved from NY, and these prices they charge are much to high for me. In NY I never ever paid what they charged me for a cut, color and blowout. And my hairdresser in NY was excellent. I’m sad to leave, but the prices are much to high for a single women on social security. I’m so disappointed,that it didn’t work out. Lauren was very understanding, and appreciated my honesty. In NY, I would be there for for a full color and cut and blowout for over 125.00 less.

The most wonderful salon I have been to. The staff is all smiles and so welcoming and kind. Inna made my daughter feel like an absolute princess! My daughter loved her hair so much and said it was the best and softest ever. She also loved getting her nails painted by Ms. Young. Thank you to Lauren as well who greeted my daughter when she came in and made her feel like a star. It was a birthday my daughter wont forget.

My mom and I booked our mani-pedis for my wedding here. I got Shellac and my mom got standard polish. Our techs were so personable and fun, we loved our appointment! My tech even mixed two colors together to give me the dark brown look I envisioned, I love how it turned out! My mom got silver finger nails to match her dress (with one nail sparkly) and sparkly toe nails--the sparkles being a suggestion from her tech for both the mani and pedi, which really captured my moms spirit. My polish has held up flawlessly, letting me enjoy my nails on our honeymoon and beyond (19 days later--yes, Im growing out lol). Ive also been impressed with the follow-up; when we went home with goodie bags, there was an invitation inside from the manager to reach out with feedback, and I got an email requesting the same a few days ago. I had such a great first experience at Larkspur Salon. It was my first time there, as I am new to the area. I am usually very picky and particular with my hair, but Maggie (stylist) and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.I met with Maggie initially for a consultation, and came in two days later for a cut. She was very communicative, made helpful suggestions, and was very precise. You even get a complimentary service! (I got a scalp massage 😊)Definitely give this place a try if youre looking for a reliable salon!

My daughter has super curly hair and was delighted when Morgan asked her if she wanted it straightened. She loves her new look thank you Morgan. I have big shoes to fill cause she wants it took look like that every day!

I have gotten great haircuts every time, and every stylist Ive had. I just had Morgan yesterday and I love it! Super sweet girl too. The hand and scalp massage is a very nice bonus. The front desk has always been very nice and friendly. I wish the manager was a bit warmer, friendlier. I really like Aveda products, although they are a bit pricey. I try to catch the specials. Will continue to go there and recommend.

Professional, high quality service. Huge range of services offered - manis/pedis, massage, make-up, in addition to fabulous hair cuts/styles. My daughter and I went for a bold twinsie side-shave...Ill admit I was a little nervous, but the cuts are super cute and fun for the summer! Great experience! Highly recommend.Update! La Belle Nails is being renovated, but business is as-usual! Just got my holiday nail design...loving it so much!

Fabulous staff and care. I get the most relaxing hair services here at a wonderful price. While having my hair washed, I can add a complimentary hand massage, and the fragrances are fantastic! A beverage can also be provided, and I highly recommend the mint green tea. My stylist is Ashley, and I really love her enthusiasm to bring to life anything I throw at her. Several months ago, she transformed my hair from a shaggy bob into the cutest pixie, and Ive been coming back ever since. I absolutely love this place!

I will never go back here. I went to get about 1-2 inches cut off. I normally have short hair but I had been growing it out. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and even indicated on my hair how much I wanted cut off. She cut off probably 4-5 inches and left my hair shorter than it has ever been. She made me look absolutely atrocious. Once my hair was wet she didnt even confirm how much length I wanted cut off, she just started cutting. At that point, there was nothing I could do except pray that the cut would soon end and I could go cry in my car. I cant believe I paid 70 dollars for a haircut that makes me look like a high school boy. This is the ugliest Ive ever looked. Please for the sake of your sanity do not go to this salon.

I really like this salon. I have been going there for 3 years, and love Anna, Inna and Young! They always call and text reminders which is super helpful. I have been using Aveda for 30 years!

They have excellent stylists here. I got my eyelashes done for the first time and Im beyond impressed with how lovely they look. Ive gotten so many compliments. They give free sessions to ask questions about styles, etc. It was great to learn everything without having to pay for the information.I also got my hair styled here by Inna. Great job and very quick. They give arm massages while washing your hair which is very unique and relaxing.I highly recommend trying them out.

Wow! I just had one of the best pedicures Ive ever had! Allison was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the unique chair which was very comfortable. My feet are exfoliated and legs are super soft. Everyone I encountered today was very nice, and the spa is clean. I am quite impressed and will go back!

The Salon is fine- I had a great stylist that left suddenly and I had trouble scheduling with another stylist. Last visit I had a cut- trim and touch ups and my hair looked worst for the wear. It can be I have difficult hair but perhaps I just don’t have the right person on my hair now. After paying about $200 with tip, I feel I should start looking for another salon.Pros: very nice environment, well maintained, appts usually on scheduleCons: feel like a number waiting to be process down the line, stylist was rough on my hair, services pricey for outcome, no itemized bill for services so I am not sure what I am paying for.My advice would be to check out salon and see if it works for you.

Loved my experience at salon. I would love to find the male stylist Chris who worked there about a year ago..unfortunately he works at this salon and I would really love to have him cut my hair because it was one of the best haircuts I received in years.. if anyone knows if hes at a new salon I would appreciate it... this salon/spa is great I havent had my haircut by any other hair stylist but this atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable.

I had received a chopped haircut from Fantastic Sams and didn’t have high hopes for getting it fixed in the state that it was in. The receptionist had managed to squeeze me in with Inna who had a cancellation. She was amazing, she helped to thin it out and made me feel loads better throughout the process. She also helped to give me tips on how to make my hair look the best it could be. Megan, the owner even came over to help and my hair looks loads better than what I had came in with. Inna even went over our time by almost 30 minutes just to make sure I was shampooed and blow dried. I’ve already recommended this place to several people!

This salon is amazing!! If I went back as often as I wanted to Id have no hair left. Inna gave me a gorgeous haircut and was so awesome to talk with during my visit. And get this - my husband actually WANTS to go with me to get my hair done because he loves hanging out with Penny the support dog. Currently trying to figure out how to get my hair to grow faster so I can go back. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed. Been going to Larkspur for 3 years. My regular stylist left the company recently so I had a haircut by another stylist (I was told she had 30 years of experience) The receptionist asked if I would like an arm & hand massage and I said yes but the stylist never gave me one. She did not put a cape on me for my hair wash. She got water/soap in my eyes twice of which I had to wipe off by myself before she offered me a towel to wipe my face. Shouldnt she have wiped it off? Larkspur is known for their amazing head/neck massages during hair wash/condition. There was no head massage to speak of unless you count someone putting light pressure on the side of your head for less than 10 seconds. After my haircut she started talking about different types of gels I could be using on my curly hair and when I asked her what kinds and is that what shes putting in my hair she said no I dont have any that I was talking about. A true disappointment for such a great salon.

I was very happy with everything. My stylist, Anna was friendly, patient and understanding. My hair looked fabulous. All of the staff were extremely hospitable. Your prices are completely reasonable. Larkspur is my new place to pamper myself. Thank you!

I received a gift card from my work and so I splurged on the Everyday Vacation spa package. I received an hour-long facial, hour-long massage, pedicure and manicure. And because I did all 4 services in the same day, they even provided lunch! I felt welcomed and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The front desk was very friendly and inviting. The facial was amazing and my skin has never looked OR felt better. The only reason I gave 4 (instead of 5) stars is because I felt a little rushed with all the services. I wish they had provided a plush bathrobe as well. Instead I was dressing and undressing for each service. Services were all amazing and customer is awesome! Ill definitely be back for another facial.

Professional and friendly. Megan Moore is an awesome hair stylist and Allison did a great manicure. I’m on books every 6 weeks. The 1 1/2 he drive is so worth the quality services.

First time there today! Such an AMAZING experience. The staff was wonderful! I have never been pampered like that for a haircut before. I feel like a person again now that I have had my haircut! Already booked my next appointment in a couple months!

After visiting today for a much needed appointment I was impressed with how Megan and her staff are doing things RiGHT! Everything was in place for me to feel safe during my visit. From taking my temperature, to wearing a mask the entire visit-Larkspur takes every measure to ensure the safety of both the public and her staff. Megan has always impressed me with her skills as a stylist but now I respect her for her dedication to running a business in the service industry using the best practices out there. LOVE Larkspur! I was hesitant to drive this far because I am from Cary, NC but I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done. The atmosphere is so home-y and laidback and everyone is SO talented at what they do. Its also designed so beautifully and makes you instantly feel relaxed when you walk in the door. Ive never had a hair cut I love more than the one I just had with Kiki. I love seeing Megans sweet boxer pup whenever I have an appointment, too. I cant wait to schedule a massage one day there!Shelby

Larkspur is hands down the best salon spa in the area! Megan has been cutting my hair for almost 8 years and Ill never go to anyone else! I also love their spa services and I have never left disappointed. They truly provide high quality treatments and impeccable customer service! My best haircut ever, come here if you want to be pampered and leave feeling (and looking) like a million bucks. From the warm towels to the wine and atmosphere, its like stepping out of the real world and into a vacation. The cosmetologists are friendly and professional and really are excellent at their trades.

I have been getting haircuts at this salon since they opened. Moving from California, it was hard for me to find a place that i trusted, was consistent, and was able to make sure I was completely happy with my new do! I have to look no further. So, seeing as I was so happy with the service there, I decided to try out a few massages! I have a new masseuse . In fact, I have received massages from three different therapists there and was happy with them all. Allison, is like the Goddess Durga, you will swear she has eight arms while she is massaging you! I, most recently, got a body wrap which is a misnomer. I would rename this massage the cocoon because I absolutely had a metamorphosis. I went in a tired mother of three and emerged as a relaxed, polished, happy mother of three. We all work hard and need a treat for ourselves! Perhaps it was the finely ground tea magic potion that was pasted on my body after the dry exfoliation, or the spa like shower that massaged all that goodness off, or the massage that was the piece de resistance. Whatever it was, it was awesome. I recommend this for anyone who wants to be rejuvenated and pampered. If you love someone (its that good), this is a great gift, too! I promise, you wont regret it!

Megan,I researched a lot before resuming my mani/pedi. I read great reviews about your shop. Im really pleased with the service and the process you have in place for making sure everyone is safe with COVID. I especially like that it was a one on one experience with my mani/pedi with no one else there. The bigger salons, I do not feel safe in. Too many people, sitting close together and not sanitizing. I appreciate all your efforts to keep us safe. I will definitely use your services from now on going forward. I felt very welcomed and Young (spelling) did an excellent job and loved her personality.

I had a great experience at larkspur when I went for my first mini facial. They facility is clean and beautifully decorated. Siobhan was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I look forward to going back soon for my second facial soon. Additionally, I love their rewards program!

Larkspur Salon Spa is the best Salon Spa I have ever been too. Megan has been the only one to ever cut my hair and shes the absolute best! Also all of the other staff are so professional its such a welcoming sight!

Just moved here from Colorado. So welcoming in a very professional way as well as accommodating. The salon is beautiful! The brow wax and lip wax were perfect. I will be coming back to get my hair done and hopefully a massage!

Super cute decor inside! Moved the the Raleigh area about a year ago and needed to find a hair salon out here instead of flying home. They did amazing I am always very nervous with a new salon but Ill definitely be going back.

2 stars for the overall execution of my hair which still looks extremely uneven in color after a total of 12 hours over 2 appointments and 4 trips to the salon (including consultations). Adding a star back because at least they tried to fix it during a second appointment. I just dont think I have the energy to go back again.

I made a last minute appointment a week ago and was very pleased with my hair stylist Kiki. Usually when I get a trim, I dont feel like my hair looks that much better afterwards, but my trim and layering made me feel like I had a whole new hairstyle that I loved!

Peyton did excellent job on our nails. My daughter had a massage by Joelle who she raved about. She said the best massage she had ever had. I am making appointment with Joelle myself soon.

I found Larkspur by looking up salons that use the Aveda products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All of my hair care services have been through Kiki who is amazing! She has a great personality and truly knows what will work best for you and your hair.

Massage from Nadia was out of this world! The best ever. Very knowledgeable and skillful. Ill be back! Front desk staff a pleasure to work with as well. Great salon...cant wait for my haircut!

Joelle is fabulous at massaging away all the aches and pains I manage to accumulate during the week.. I highly recommend her !The salon spa itself is very comfortable, welcoming, clean, and well run by the staff there.They all seem to love their jobs and it shows.Everyone I have encountered there is pleasant, friendly, and eager to make each visit a wonderful experience!

Omg, this girl is just what I needed today! Penny, the salon pup & emotional support dog is always a favorite at Larkspur. She jumped off the sofa where she was snuggled up to another guest to welcome me in the door. Then she came over to my chair & put her paws on my lap when invited. I always leave the salon looking & feeling fabulous!

Went to get my hair dyed brown. Instead the woman dyed my hair blonde which is already was and messed up on top of it. So she dyed my hair where she didn’t get the first time. Then she finally dyed my hair brown. I was charged $300 for what should not have cost more than $120. On top of all that it took 5 hours. Their prices are lies and you have to pay for their mistakes. I could have done a better job blindfolded.

I was left with permanent hair color processing for about an hour and 15 minutes. Even if the color looks okay this is bad for my hair and scalp. They overschedule. Theres no one to rinse clients if The stylist is in the middle of something. Not what Id expect for $200.

An Aveda salon. Great experience. My hair has never felt so soft! My stylist was Mieke Kammers. She was awsome! Great job on my highlights. Hair cut includes head massage and hand massage. Very relaxing.

Great service, friendly staff. Nice discount if you book three or more different types of services (salon, nails and a wax for example). They are very popular so book well in advance. Nice location with tons of parking options

I was very impressed how the Salon was handling everything from temperature checks to cleaning between clients due to the covid 19. I felt safe and my stylist Anna did a great job and I am very happy with my new style .

Love the service here. This place is affordable, supportive, professional, and relaxing. I bring my 7yo daughter here as well. They are wonderful with her. I wont go anywhere else. Ask for M she is the best.
