Finally had time in my schedule to redeem some gift cards I had purchased for myself and what a day. I booked 80 min massage and Michael was my therapist. The facility is very relaxing with a quiet room you get to sit in while waiting for your therapist and I enjoyed a mimosa. The quiet room is co-ed with lovely individual and couch seating. I took my wig off to enjoy the most relaxing scalp massage ever. I still have an available balance on two gift cards that I can’t wait to redeem.Unika B. & Co.

This place was definitely an experience! My first visit, but not my last. I don’t get the opportunity to spa as often as I would like. Therefore, I had quite a few questions. I didn’t really feel comfortable asking them. Some things should be mentioned as to keep you from being confused. Like should I take off everything, the difference in the types of massages offered, the a la cart options. Do, arrive early to take advantage of the quiet room. The salt room was a great experience, the sauna was nice, both were a la cart. 🤷🏾‍♀️ My massage was amazing, didn’t get his name, but he did a great job at reading my body language. I would have liked some suggestions on retail and my next booking.

Best day spa I’ve been to. It can’t compete with the Omni chain of spas but considering the location, it was well-staffed and they use high quality products. Highly recommend! We came and left feeling rejuvenated.

I went in April on my birthday and it was amazing. It’s in N. Hills on the AC hotel side. I parked on the street but there is a parking deck connected to the building. The staff was welcoming and my massage started on time. That is something to remember when going here. If your service is scheduled to start at 11am…the clock starts at 11am if you’re there or not so be on time! My masseuse was amazing. You know the massage is good when you fall asleep. Afterwards I was able to go into the relaxation room where they were waiting at the door with a mimosa. There’s also water a light snacks in the relaxation room. I absolutely loved the experience & can’t wait to go back.

This was my second time going to this spa in a week, and I honestly wish I could go every week. Its just so good! Today, I had an aromatherapy body balance massage with Bailee. Who was absolutely amazing that I will definitely come back to receive another massage service from her. I had a couple of troubling spots on my back, and she was able to work it out and break up the knots and tightness in the 50-minute time frame I had booked. I truly enjoyed the experience. The week before, I had a Holistic Body Detox which allowed my body to experience exfoliation on my back, legs, arms, and stomach. There is a quiet room where you can sit and sip on your beverage choice of tea, water, or mimosa and float away to true relaxation. I highly recommend this place and love that my husband gave me a gift card at Christmas to experience all of it.

First time coming here, and the experience was amazing! I was looking for a luxury spa for my birthday and the one I used to go to was fully booked out for months so I went on tiktok and looked up luxury spas in Raleigh and this was the first to pop up and I liked what I saw! We scheduled it early in the week and was able to get a massage that same week! The vibe was beautiful, I loved getting in the comfy robe, having some wine and waiting in the quiet room! The massage was probably the best massage I’ve ever experienced I can’t remember her name but I fell asleep I was so relaxed definitely will be returning!

The minute you walk in, Raina is so lovely. Her personality is very welcoming, and she is very professional in how she introduces the establishment. My masseuse, Michael, was everything! I will always ask for him to do my massages. They made the start of my 40th birthday very relaxing. Thank you.

I’ve been to this location two times now and I do love it! The robes are comfy, lockers secure, and the treatments I have received have been top notch. I have always left feeling better than I came in. My only complaint is the quiet room is not very quiet, or private. This last time I came the quiet room was absolutely packed and at one point there was not anywhere to sit so I had to go stand in the locker room and wait. I will 10000% be returning because I love the spa but will likely choose a week day as the weekend seems to be much too busy to be relaxing.

Calm and peaceful environment. They have a sauna, lounge and salt rock area. We had deep tissue massages and both of our masseuses were wonderful. Complimentary red or white wine.

Absolutely loved my experience at Woodhouse. I took my mom here for a mother/daughter day and the staff did not disappoint. We got the hydrating facials, it was extremely relaxing and soothing. The girl doing my facial, Ellen, I believe, was very nice and gentle and knowledgeable. She was able to give me great recommendations for daily facial cleansers that cater to my dry skin. The robes were soft, the mimosas were delicious and my mom and I left feeling happy and energized.

I recently visited Woodhouse Spa in North Hills with three friends to celebrate a 50th birthday, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we called to set up the appointment, everything was seamless and stress-free. Organizing a group of four was a breeze, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff.Upon arrival, we were treated like royalty. The spas ambiance is absolutely stunning—calm, elegant, and inviting. Our massages were incredible; the therapists are clearly well-trained and made us feel completely at ease. My therapist was Mandy who was very nice and kind. Woodhouse Spa has exceeded my expectations again! I first went to a Woodhouse while with my sister in Texas and was elated when I found there was one in Raleigh. I booked for a deep tissue massage online which was a super easy process. I arrived early to take advantage of the quiet room which is one of my favorite things about the experience. Kylie was absolutely amazing during the massage! She made sure I was comfortable, answered any questions I had, and had me feeling like a new woman after my time with her! The ladies at the front desk were more than pleasant, and I already can’t for my next time there!

I had such a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience at the Woodhouse Spa! Its a lovely space and the staff are so friendly. The quiet room was beautiful with its comfy personal couches, fireplace, and plant decor. A complimentary mimosa?! Yes please! I went to the Woodhouse for a deep tissue massage on my birthday and what an amazing way to start my day. Im so grateful for the talents of Lee who really helped release and relax the tension in my neck, back, and shoulders. Lee started the massage with a little aromatherapy, guided me through a few deep breaths, and checked in with me along the way. My husband gifted me my very first professional massage at Woodhouse Spa for Mother’s Day and it was the most incredible experience!Lucy made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. The athmosphere is stunning and clean. I loved sitting in the quiet room drinking a complimentary mimosa. What a lovely place to feel pampered and cared for. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

First visit for my birthday. I enjoyed my massage by Morgan! The spa is nice but it does get busy, the quiet room doesn’t have enough privacy or space. I would’ve loved if it was a little bit bigger.

This place looks really nice but you don’t feel anything extraordinary or special. I went for my birthday to treat myself like a queen and I didn’t get it. Staff who provide service was nice but receptionist just wanted all my money. They didn’t care about me at all. I had nothing special for my birthday, not even congratulating. Disappointing times. Very regular massage if I can called it like that. I didn’t feel better after it.

I’ve had facials at Woodhouse Spa and each time was a great experience overall. The illuminate facial was my favorite. The products used for the illuminate facial smell amazing! The relaxing atmosphere is immediately felt once you enter into the beautiful lobby. Arrive early to allow yourself extra time to enjoy a beverage in the lovely waiting area. Woodhouse is a great addition to North Hills!

I had a really good massage here, and an amazing facial--seriously, I left looking so glowy. I took off a star for the small things: why ask for my drink of choice, if no drink was going to be provided? And why ask my robe and slipper sizes, if Im just going to be given smaller ones? Overall, Id consider coming back, but with slightly lower expectations re: the customer service experience.

I experienced one of the best massages I ever had at this spa. A complementary drink, snack, and water is provided while you wait in the relaxation room before your appointment begins. Everyone from the front desk staff to the massage therapist were welcoming. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing.

Didn’t really care for the staff besides the one gentleman who gave me a tour. He seemed as though he had the most experience. I wish they would have stated the additional amenities wasn’t apart of my package. When I finished with my massage which was sub par, I’d thought I’d feel a little better after enjoying the other amenities. Instead I was told “no, this is an add on.” Not to mention her response was rather candid and disrespectful. This was a perfect opportunity for them to upsell! Also, I didn’t get a full hour massage. Don’t let the ambiance and lighting fool you. You’re probably better off at an Asian spa.

I transcended! The back massage was amazing. She really helped me relax. The facial was okay. It was my first time so I dont really have anything to compare it to. The lady that did my facial was super sweet and informative. I gave it one star less because I felt there needs to be a bit more privacy in the lounge area. Sort of hard to stay relaxed with so many people chatting. I went on a Friday. I think the next time I go I will try to go earlier in the week. Not sure if I could request the quiet room or if that was extra. They made sure I stayed hydrated through my treatments, but they didnt do much follow up to make sure you got your tea or wine in the lounge area. But as mentioned before it was a busy day. The ambiance was beautiful. I just wish there was a way to enjoy the fire place in a sound proof space. Definitely would recommend to try! I suppose day spas are pricer compared to smaller message spas. Be prepared $$$. Overall wonderful experience. In addition loved the robe, warm beds and soothing hands.

We used Woodhouse Spa as one of the events for my sister’s bachelorette party. It was great! We weren’t able to take advantage of the group party because it was only three of us (the bride and her two matrons of honor), but we still had a great time! The services were awesome-we got massages that put all of us to sleep! The sauna was great, and the relaxation room was giving all the spa vibes! They also gave my sister a mimosa with her name on it, which was a nice touch! Overall, definitely a place I would go to again!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Woodhouse Spa. I had a medical emergency the day of my scheduled service and called hoping to reschedule. Despite offering to provide proof of my situation, I was informed that I would be charged 50% of the scheduled service and would need to pay 100% for the rescheduled service.I understand policies are in place for personal conflicts, but this was a medical emergency, and their response was completely unfair and ridiculous. As a loyal customer, I expected more understanding and flexibility from a business I’ve supported for so long. I will not be returning to Woodhouse Spa, and I caution others to consider how they treat their customers in similar situations.

I saw Brandi was highly recommended by the reviews so I had her do a hydra facial and microcurrent. She’s absolutely amazing! I loved that she was eager to explain the process since it was my first time. She made it a fun learning experience and it was so relaxing. She was very down to earth and professional. Her massage was wonderful too. I can see why this beautiful soul was so highly recommended!

This experience felt like herding cattle. I didn’t get a sense of anyone being personable there. Check in was pretty seamless. What I found so lackadaisical was the professionalism of the employees. “Just another day here” kind of vibe. I treat this as a luxurious amenity/service and I would hope to get the same treatment.Upon entering, I was given a “tour.” It was more of a quick point in each room and push you off to change. Give me more understanding of my bearings, what I can have, and what is not provided. Give me suggestions on how to spend my time prior to my massage. The dressing room was that of a locker room. Great lighting for pictures and the robes were comfy.I was told to meet in the calm room. Love that spot. Couches comfy. I had a cup of hot tea but was not checked on at all. Not even another cup? Wish I would have known to arrive well prior to really take advantage of the room and space.My name was called and I was taken to my room by my service provider. I got the deep tissue massage. I enjoyed the massage but the deep tissue didn’t meet my expectations. I could’ve used 10x the strength. Nothing against my provider, she was lovely. Tiny woman with strength. It would’ve been nice to confirm what I was getting today and maybe reevaluate if that is what I really need. Maybe I need to add more things? (Spend more money) Something they could’ve done at the front desk.We were then placed into the calm room again to have a cup of tea and leave at our leisure. I saw there was a sauna and such, so I saw two employees chatting to the side and asked if that was part of my services etc. The woman says “no, it’s an add on.” OMG! Prime opportunity to upsell. Could’ve said “it is not currently but we can certainly add that into your experience today.” A luxury spot like this should always assume the person has money and upsell. Get the person to spend. My experience could’ve been so much more with some guidance. I have a $400 gift card I bought us for Christmas and didn’t even spend it all (though I intended) because I didn’t see an opportunity. I was in and out of there in and hour and a half. I expected to be there longer.I would love to give this place another try but I can definitely say I have had better experiences at other spas that cost much less. Ambiance was lovely. Impressed with cleanliness. Service quality was a huge let down today. I expected more from Woodhouse Spa and they didn’t not deliver.

Woodhouse Spa was an amazing experience for my first massage. I will admit, I was nervous going here for the first time, but the staff at Woodhouse took all that worry away by taking great care of my wife and I during our couples massage. This is an uplifting experience and my massage therapist worked on muscles that I could never fix on my own! Thank you for your service and care during our visit!

My experience at Woodhouse was nice. I was here before but today made my second visit and I must say that today was better. I thoroughly enjoyed my services on today ! My masseuse Traci was absolutely amazing. She took her time and gave me exactly what I needed. I left out of there feeling amazing she made my 80min feel like4 hrs. I will probably use them from time to time for my balance maintenance if you’re thinking about it you should give them a chance .

Myself and two friends booked our Woodhouse Spa appointments over a month prior to the appointment.We selected our services, provided each of our email addresses, and confirmed. One week prior to our appointment, we noticed only one of us received a confirmation email. I called Woodhouse Spa and they informed me that the website/app, their email notifications, and their system didn’t align and two of our services were in the system incorrectly.The services we originally booked and what displayed on our end were not available. It took several email exchanges and two phone calls to get this adjusted. We were accommodated only because of last minute cancellations the day before. During this process I spoke with Michelle, Allison, and Harmony who were all very kind. At the spa, Layla was very friendly at the front desk and our services were provided by Alira and Kristy. They were both excellent and the spa itself is clean and well maintained.Ultimately would not return back due to the complications in scheduling due to their system. Had we not called ourselves, we would’ve been further disappointed.

The only word I have is: WOW!! This spa was so gorgeously designed! It felt so was warm and welcoming. I absolutely enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning when I need a pick me up!

Facility is lovely and staff was mostly pleasant and professional. Ladies locker room was small and sparsely outfitted, but fine. Massage was good, but the add-on scalp massage was very short and reallly didn’t add to my experience, so not worth the extra cost.

10/10 experience! The staff are friendly, warm, and inviting. You immediately change into the comfiest robe (which you find in your little personalized locker). While you change, a staff member is waiting outside with your drink of choice before you slip into a beautiful lounge for some quiet time prior to your service. I got the WH Signature Meditative Mood Soak w. Ryan— 100% would recommend. I left feeling like I was floating.

This was an incredible experience! Sunny was a fantastic masseuse- I highly recommend her for a Swedish massage. The quiet room was lovely and the entire experience felt very luxe. If you like tea, I love the cinnamon!

I have no words. From the moment I walked in until I walked out I was blown away. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. My therapist was Tracey and she was incredible. I can’t wait to return for another day of bliss. The only bad thing was that it had to come to an end.

I had a great experience!! They have such a great space to relax before, in between and after services so I definitely recommend getting there at least 30 minutes before. The staff was great. I got a massage and facial and both were worth it IMO. Everything was so thought out from my name on my locker to the accommodations of a robe and drink of your choice. I highly recommend and will be back.

If you have a last minute emergency and need to reschedule, be ready to receive no empathy, understanding or grace from Woodhouse. The policy will be enforced and you will pay at least 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. Policies are understandable, but so are a customers unexpected schedule conflicts. With some understanding and flexibility they would have have had a long-term and appreciative client in return. Now the opposite is true.

Amazing post Thanksgiving relaxation. Highly recommend the massage and facial. The relaxation room is beautiful and cozy. Special appreciation to Bri and Ryan for wonderful services. The front desk staff helped me with gift cards and free wrapping too. Can’t wait to go back for a couples massage and girls day.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Woodhouse spa for my first ever 2-hour massage and I must say, it was an incredible experience. I was fortunate enough to have Jacque as my masseuse and she was nothing short of amazing. Her skills and attention to detail were simply outstanding. Ive had many massages over my lifetime, but this was by far the best I have ever experienced.I decided to treat myself and opted for the 2-hour massage session since it had been a few months since my last massage. Although this was a little pricey, I literally cannot recommend this enough. If you havent ever experienced a 2-hour massage, it is INCREDIBLE.But the experience didnt stop there. The staff at Woodhouse were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The word beautiful barely does justice to the facility. The ambiance is designed for complete relaxation – serene, immaculate, and undeniably premium. It felt like an escape from the city, a tranquil retreat that elevates the whole spa experience to a new level.Woodhouse Spa is definitely a standout gem. If youre looking for a premium, luxurious massage/facial/etc, this would be the place to spurge. Highly recommend.

I visited this spa while taking a little vacation and spending some time in Raleigh. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt the outside world melt away. The staff was so attentive, kind, and caring. Kylei was my massage therapist, and she was absolutely wonderful. Being a therapist myself, I am extremely picky... she had me relaxed and feeling renewed. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!!

If you’ve been to the higher end spas at Vegas, don’t expect something similar here. It is quite small and they allow phones inside the spa, which might be a concern to some. It really would be nice if they could give us a quick tour before they start the session, like where are the slippers, waters, hair dryer (there’s only one, and no comb), etc…the robe that was given to me was just handing there in the changing room which feels a bit unhygienic cause anyone could touch it.There is only one shower room and 2 bathrooms in the women’s changing room. I did not see a steam room nor hot tubs. I believe most facilities are extra except for the quiet room.I got the scalp massage and my friend got the full body massage, it was mediocre. If you’ve been to an Asian owned massage place before you will not be satisfied with the massage here.Do not get the scalp massage if you have plans afterwards, my hair was so greasy and I was not able to wash it off at all within the facility (I washed it 3 times). The masseuse that gave me the massage was kind and gentle, but the motions were very repetitive and the back of my head was not massaged at all. For a $175 service + tip, I felt like I was paying for the oil that they pour onto my head instead of the technique of the masseuse. My friend did say that she felt her masseuse was cranky during her session and it impacted her experience.Overall atmosphere and service were nice but that’s about it. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.

Its everything you expected. Visited opening week, truly impressed with concerige and my massage was beyond amazing.A very relaxing, and beautiful location. I love an overall experience that includes a full experience. The atmosphere, decor, and light aromas that immediately put my mind at ease definitely was spot on.No more reading, just book it and thank me later.

Spent the morning of my birthday here! Was so nice and relaxing. I got a massage, facial and spent some time in the salt room. Everyone was so kind and professional. The place was clean and calming, the quiet room was lovely l, robes were so soft.Loved all the services I got. And loveeeee the use of their essential oils!Please just fix ur location on google maps!! It was so hard to find them as it was my first time there.

I recently had a less than pleasant experience at a “newly renovated” spa across town so I was really hoping for good things with Woodhouse.I was able to easily book online, communication was quick and easy and the spa is gorgeous!Tahveya was my masseuse and she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! I was so impressed and will certainly be back!!

So I am the OCD woman for all experiences and I can tell you hands down, Ryan is phenomenal! From the technique to attention to detail this massage was stellar! In town visiting a girlfriend and she recommended we do a massage and oh boy was it all that and then some! I love great service and when a place lives up to its hype.

Unfortunately, expectations were not met. The facilities were stunning and wonderful. The staff was also very friendly. However, the professionalism and quality of the staff and massage therapist were lacking. The staff member who checked me in did not show me how to work the locker, and after I opened up my locker I had a pair of slippers with 2 left shoes. She did offer me a complimentary beverage, and the hot tea was great. I arrived over an hour early for my appointment so I was very surprised when my massage therapist was over 5 minutes late to get me from the quiet area. Once we made it to the room, she stepped out and left for about 5-10 additional minutes before starting my 80 minute massage. The quality of the massage was what you would expect from a massage envy, not a luxury spa. She ended at the scheduled time, so I lost about 15 minutes of massage time from lack of urgency. The spa is wonderful, however the price does not equal the quality for the service received.

High on style, low on substance. My wife and I booked two 90 minute massages on a Saturday and were hastily rushed to our rooms (we arrived 15 minutes early) once we arrived. The masseuse said they were “backed up”, and fast walked me back to the room where I received the most uninspiring massage I’ve ever had, she sat down while massaging me for most of the 90 minutes. When my wife got out of her room she echoed the same, so we kindly reached out to management just to make them aware. We didn’t ask for anything but were offered 60 minute massages on the house on another date. The manager of Woodhouse set up the massages for last weekend and when we arrived our appointments were not on the schedule. We were advised by the employee present that day to reach back out to the manager and set up another appointment. No thanks. Spend your money elsewhere folks.

I love this spa! The facility is very clean. The ambiance is unmatched as soon as you walk through the front door. Everyone did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed. Taylor was my masseuse and she did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be back.

I was gifted a massage for my birthday! Wonderful spa and service right in the heart of North Hills! Ryan was great! The ambiance was great! I arrived a little late so I did not get to experience the personalized greeting and complimentary mimosa but can’t wait to plan a more extensive spa day soon.

I throughly enjoyed my me time. Brandiie, was very Professional amd knowledgeable. She gives the best massage as well doing your facial. Book her for 80 mins... My facility experience was great. My only concern which was Major, I was given a mimosa in a glass that was dirty. It had glitter lip gloss on it. Which was Not minds..Which was a total vibe downer. It make one wonder how sanitary things are being handled. I brought it to staff attention and it was resolved. However, there is no room for dirty used glasses.

Beautiful facility. Excellent customer service. I went for the couples retreat for my anniversary and got a deep tissue massage with Ryan. My back feels amazing. He was very professional and worked a lot of stress points out of my back. The sauna was also nice and the salt cave was refreshing.

I applied for a job on indeed and then try calling and talk to manager , shes always busy and never came on the phone, finally I talked to her and talk to her about my the job and I said I can come in person and give her my updated resume. I drove in circles and couldnt find the spa , I called multiple times and ask fir directions but no help, so I came home. I tried again and called store, Tania was actually nice to me and guided me about directions . I called back and ask for Nicole, first the front desk girl said , idk where she is , then she asked my name and Saud Nicole said shes in interview. I said ok. Today I went to the store and said hi to front desk , she said yes Nicole is here. Then another girl came out Tania, she said no Nicole is not here when I told her my name. I said this lady just said shes here. Well she went back in. Then a 3rd lady cane and she was very rude saying no Nicole already left fir the day and we arent hiring very rude and unprofessional experience. I wish I just talk to owner about my experience and qualifications. I have been manager and never talk to anyone like this. Customer service is everything in a business. Im just very disappointed.

Not the best massage I’ve ever had but it was relaxing. Had high expectations for the price.

I went with 4 other friends & when we arrived Amanda was perfect in greeting and showed us to the private retreat room. Shes a gem. It was great being able to talk with the girls while getting ready for our massages. Which was amazing. Perfect pressure. Vibes were perfect and I will totally come back again.

Ryan is hands down the best! I leave there relaxed every time. The vibe is amazing until people start talking in the quiet room.

I’ve been getting facials regularly for about a year and so I was nervous originally to try somewhere new but I’m so glad I did! I’ll be coming here exclusively from now on. The service is incredible starting from when you walk through the door. Free parking, your own personal locker, great changing rooms with lots of supplies to get ready when you are done, and a complimentary drink for while you wait. I had Ella as a provider and she was so sweet and made great conversation and really helped me with understanding my skin goals. Already booked my next appointment :)

Great experience and facility! The massage therapist was on time and the massage was wonderful!!! The quiet area is by far my favorite part of the experience. You are offered complimentary teas, mimosas, wine etc. They really go the extra mile and make sure you are taken care of! Amanda Moody is absolutely fabulous and so was my massage therapist. Great experience!

I came here with my mom for a mother-daughter spa day. We each had facials and it was one of the best days we’ve had together in a long time! The whole experience went above and beyond my expectations. The warmed massage bed, aromatherapy to start, mimosas in the beautiful quiet room… all the little details made the entire experience so calming. Not to mention my skin looked and felt incredible after the facial! Can’t wait to come back for more services.

As this is when you’ll check-in and settle down. The quiet room is absolutely perfect! The time spent with Bailee was exactly what I needed. She was attentive to my focus area and ensured I was comfortable. I could never go anywhere else!

This was my first professional massage and I can’t recommend this place enough! It was very relaxing, decor and everyone working was so nice and helpful! We had the party room and salt room and both were fantastic! I will definitely be going back for another massage and can’t wait to try their facials!

I was so excited that my boyfriend bought me a gift certificate to Woodhouse Spa for Christmas! Debbie gave me a wonderful microdermabrasion facial! I have some anxiety, but she made me feel so relaxed, I completely ignored the potentially stressful situation later that day. My skin looks and feels so smooth and clean! My make-up applies evenly, and I dont have to mess with covering anything up! The spa is very different from many of the sterile-looking and business-feeling spas in the area. It reminds me of a resort spa, with a relaxing atmosphere that calms all your senses. They even served me a mimosa, while I was waiting in the comfortable lounge. I would absolutely trust Debbie with anything related to my skin. I highly recommend her! 💖

Had a great experience here! I hit bad traffic, and they very kindly offered to push back my appointment so I could make it. Locker room is spotlessly clean, love the salt cave and sauna, and the relaxation area was very calm. It was also very quiet, which I appreciate. I did the Ayurvedic treatment shirodhara, and it was very enjoyable and well done. I’ll definitely return here.

Best relaxing facial. The attention to detail was incredible. No oily hair or arms after the massage. My skin was glowing and soft after. The facilities are beautiful and all of the staff are so accommodating. I cant wait to go back to see Brandie!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and ushered to the bathroom/changing area. It was well-appointed and set the pace for what I was in store for in the waiting area. There was a Happy Birthday sign and mimosa waiting for me:) Ryan gave me THE best massage ever!! He was kind, attentive and effective!!Once I was done, Ryan escorted me back to the changing room. As I was getting myself together, a woman in a black and white dress, came in at least 4 different times. She went to the shower area and walked around. This was annoying and somewhat disruptive. On the 5th inspection, she asked if I was almost done. I was quite offended and if reflected in my face. She said something to the effect that she was sorry but had a maintenance guy who needed to get in the room. Needless to say, this dampened my spirit and didnt leave me with the warm and fuzzies anymore. I briefly mentioned this to the young lady who checked me out and she offered an apology.The spa is beautiful, in a great location and Ryan was AWESOME!!The experience of being pestered, rushed and unwelcomed, especially on my birthday, was unpleasant and one I wont forget.

I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa for facials, massages, and a luxurious spa experience. I have had 2 facials since they opened and really enjoyed my time. My skin feels amazing with their high quality products. Staff is very nice, accommodating and helpful. Glad to have this wonderful spa in Raleigh.

This location is beautiful and clean. I will be back for sure. The quiet room is pleasant and sets the relaxing mood. The body balance massage was great. The massage therapist was pleasant and respected I wanted peace and quiet. Recommend highly.

From the beginning with the Spa Concierge to my massage & facial was exceptional! I treated myself to the Salt Room which I thought would help with my with my allergies and it was a game changer! I hear they are starting a referral program and a group party room! I will be there for it all!!

Highly recommend. Going through a few growing pains because they’re new but very busy. I got the swedish massage by Ryan.. If i lived here i wouldn’t even tell y’all his name. I’d try to keep him to myself. I’m a digital nomad and i’ve been to croatia, budapest, worldly recognized and award winning spas. this was the best massage i’ve ever had. he did exactly what i asked but better. He’s made this go from a 4 star to 5 star experience. Coming back for you Ryan.

Amazing facility! The detail and decor are to die for. We had the party room and salt room upgrade to our massages for a girls day/birthday and it couldn’t have been better! Can’t recommend this place enough.
