Didn’t Show UpThe door was locked when I arrived.I texted her because she says to do that instead of call.Still nothing.I called her 2 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have started.She said she was in traffic but no word on how long it would be.I’ve waited 15 minutes and now no longer have time for the massage.She has you give a $25 deposit in case you don’t show. Wish that worked the other way. I drive 30 minutes and been waiting 2 weeks for this.Won’t be booking here again.I’m curious to see how she’ll respond to this to spin it.

My children bought me a massage through groupon for mothers day. I had my massage today. I am not super comfortable when it comes to massages (i have only had 3) so I was a bit nervous. Rae did a super good job. She was very professional, ready for me when I walked in and I was truly able to just relax for an entire hour. Thank you for the truly relaxing experience.

Comfortable environment, Camilla makes us feel comfortable with her pleasant way of speaking, but the main thing is the massage, which is WONDERFUL! I left super relaxed and wanting more!

Rae was awesome. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Super relaxing and just what I needed. I was a little confused when I got there as there isn’t a sign outside, but once you enter the front door, there’s signs and a staircase that leads up to her waiting room on the left. Absolutely worth it!

Camilla Rae is absolutely incredible! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I leave feeling refreshed and looking radiant. Highly, highly recommend!

After visiting multiple independent massage therapists in the Raleigh area, coming here was my FAVORITE! The massage room is tranquil and inviting and the massage was perfect. Rae was super friendly and easy to talk to. I will absolutely be back for my next massage and I can’t wait! Highly recommend.

After a long day of stress related work issues, it was good to come to place that just relaxes you! She was very prompt and accommodating. She was alert and attentive to my issues. Camilla Rae staff exudes professionalism... booking my appointment was easy.  I will definitely return next time Im in town! I highly recommend trying this place!

Didn’t get a chance to actually form an opinion on this establishment because 3 hours before my appointment Rae decided to have a pity party because she had cancellations and cancelled my appointment. Her message was “Hi Kaitlyn. This is Rae with Camilla Rae Wellness Spa. Ive had 3 cancellations today and at this point Im going to just head home early. You will need to reschedule your appointment.“ So because other clients did not come through for her, my Christmas present to myself had to be cancelled. Very unprofessional. The fact that you didn’t give me an option and never asked if I was still planning on coming in or offer an incentive for being unprofessional and canceling my appointment because other people flaked shows your lack of professionalism. Hell, I wasn’t even that far and wasnt doing anything. I couldve came in earlier. But that wasn’t an option because you lack tact. Please do better business cause you had great reviews and I’d hate for you to ruin your business because you can’t handle cancellations better.

I purchased a massage for a friend of mine and she has had the worst time trying to get that massage. The first appointment she scheduled was canceled at the very last minute, the therapist explained hours past the scheduled time that she wasnt feeling well. Thats understandable, things happen. The unfortunate part is that she didnt offer any suggestions for the reschedule. The next time my friend scheduled an appointment, she was told THE DAY OF by the therapist that she had to change her time because she was returning late from a trip. There was a different time suggested, but my friend wasnt able to change her schedule. At this point, my friend is over trying to get the services I paid for, which ultimately means I lost my money. I was really hoping for a better outcome.

I escaped to Raleigh for the weekend and took some time to myself, since it was my birthday. When Im seeking various services such as a massage, Groupon is my go-to. After a little research, I was immediately drawn to Camilla Rae Wellness Spa based on past reviews and some photos posted on the internet and my desire to always support small businesses. My massage with Rae was nothing short of exceptional. She was professional and provided the perfect aura for relaxing, I napped a few times. I purchased the 90-minute Swedish massage with an add on Peppermint Foot Treatment I had not booked a massage for myself in 5+ years and Rae brought me back to my need to begin to again do so. DO NOT hesitate booking Camilla Rae Wellness Spa. The bar is set and I will be back, when visiting the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived 20 mins early to use the restroom and do any paperwork needed. My sweet daughter bought this massage for me for Christmas and I will be making sure she gets her money refunded! At 2:01 after knocking on the door for 20 mins I called and the lady was extremely rude. Said she was on her way when the appointment was scheduled for 2:00! Then said, just go to groupon and ask for a refund. And then hung up on me! Tried to call her back 3 times to say I still wanted the massage and she sent me to voicemail!

Dont book with Groupon! From reading other reviews, it seems as though the experience is terrible when booking with a voucher. Therapist was not there for my appointment and I waited 15 minutes before giving up. Its too late for me to get a refund with Groupon. Horrible.

Didnt even get a chance to try out her services. Understandably, my appointment was pushed at one point due to construction on the building but the business owner showed a lack of attention toward finding an open time to reschedule. When I finally arrived on time to my appointment, the masseuse didnt arrive for another 10-15 minutes and my appointment was ultimately double-booked because the masseuse did not bother to put the time we agreed upon in her calendar. I cannot speak to the quality of the massage, but there is a distinct lack of professionalism and communication here.

Loved Rae! She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. She focused on the areas I specified but didnt leave out other areas of my body. I have already recommended her to family and friends in the area and will be rebooking!!

Very clean and quiet location. The owner is super nice and accommodating. I recommend the back facial and any type of massage.

Rae was fantastic! She was very attentive and professional. I left feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. My soreness in my neck and shoulders left after the massage. I will be returning in the future for sure!

One of the best massages Ive ever had.

Very professional and attentive. I have a back problem from moving to a new home and came in with pain and tenderness on middle back. Rae took her time to understand the problem and then applied deep tissue massage. It felt great and reduced the pain a lot.Thank you Rae.

I had been looking for a massage therapist, I was referred by a friend to Camilla & her wonderful service. The experience was everything I wanted & more. Camilla was very knowledgeable, professional, perfect setting & vibe & the massage was the best.

Extremely unprofessional. I used the online booking tool and got a confirmation email the day before, but she did not show up for my appointment! I arrived 20 min early, called several times, knocked on the door, left a voicemail, waited for 20 min past my appointment time, and still have not gotten a response.

This was the most relaxing massage EVER!! The space is very welcoming and calm. I love intimacy and comfort of therapist Rae! I recommend Camilla Rae

I wish I could write a review but when I arrived for my appointment there was no massage therapist. I was told she would return but while sitting In the waiting room I received an email stating since I wasn’t there I needed to reschedule. Another disappointment was that speaking to a human is Impossible when calling the contact number. Don’t bother leaving a message because you won’t receive a return call.
