We have great experience. I had Rachel for full body massage and she is flawless and very professional, gentle and prompt with her care. She given her personal touch and passion in massage. She recovered all my trigger point and knots, took my pain/soreness away and relaxed me completely. Gisele did my facial earlier and her hands skills are awesome, she done excellent facial and super cool massage. I was so fresh, relax and relieved plus glowing.I highly recommend this massage clinic.

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been disappointing. In January, I felt pressured into signing up for a membership, but I decided to cancel it later on. In May, I called to cancel and was instructed to complete a cancellation form, which I promptly submitted.However, in July, I noticed I was still being charged for a membership I was no longer using. Despite reaching out multiple times and being asked to resubmit the cancellation form, the charges continued. Unfortunately, the company has not addressed these charges, despite my efforts to resolve the issue months ago.Overall, my experience has been frustrating and costly. Would not recommend!

While Ive used this location multiple times over the years I have recently been disappointed with the scheduling as I scheduled a massage in early April after a sports tournament to help me relax and recover. Upon arrival I waited 15 minutes and then was informed that my massage therapist was on vacation and they could rebook me tomorrow or I could get a facial that day. Since I worked the next day I had to get the facial, which was complimentary but didnt help my sore muscles.After that appointment I booked another massage, as I had a coupon to use, after another sports tournament. This time, the Friday before my massage, I received a call stating that the massage therapist they had originally booked me with was not working that day and I had to rebook with another person later in the day. Luckily the timing worked out but I was frustrated that twice during their booking process there were errors. My massage was great and I appreciated the service but I dont think I will be using Massage LuXe again for fear of my massage being cancelled or rescheduled last minute on me.

I see Michelle for my facials and Reggie for my massages. Both of them know their trade extremely well and are always sure to ask the right questions before our sessions. Friendly, kind, and considerate people. Can’t recommend the both of them enough!!!

Nick did my massage the other day and I just have to say 10/10 recommend. I have never been in such a state of tranquility. Im driving an hour and 20 mins to go here and its worth it!

I just had the BEST experience with Michelle! I had my first facial today as a gift from a friend and Michelle made me feel like a queen. She has great hands for the massages, is knowledgeable, and so kind. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I am a member here and go monthly for my facials. I have been with Michele for years and my skin looks great. Michele takes the time to analyze my skin and tell me which facial she thinks is best for what I need at that visit. I would highly recommend her and a MassageLuXe.

Another PHENOMENAL experience at Luxe - Giselle took care of my waxing services and it was easily the best waxing session I have ever experienced - she did my full legs, Brazilian toes AND underarms in less than 40 minutes! The price are super affordable especially considering the great attention to detail and bedside manner she gave. Once again for my massage I booked with Reginald. Reginald is an efficient, fluid and experienced massage therapist. He worked out all of my knots and I literally felt them melt away. He really knows his stuff. Absolutely incredible.

I just had a facial by Michelle and it was a wonderful experience.I asked for a dewy look, and she crested that on my mature skin and much more. She gave me a refreshing neck massage and professional advice on cosmetic products to use. If you want to be pampered and do something for your skin, you owe it to yourself to book a facial at Massage DeLux.

I have 3 favorite massage therapists at MassageLuxe. They do a great job finding and releasing those tense areas. Today Reggie did a great job helping me recover from the 25 hours I spent driving over the past 2 weeks!

I have been coming here for years. I highly recommend seeing Michele for a facial and your waxing needs. My first time ever getting a facial was absolutely amazing and I was hooked! Michele is very knowledgeable and super sweet.

I got the Pore Refining facial with Savanah here and it was amazinggg!! She’s so gentle and it felt so relaxing! It was my first time getting a professional facial so i didn’t know what to expect at all, but she talked me through the process and let me know what products did what and just helped me understand what was going on. Definitely would recommend! ◡̈

First of all, James is AMAZING! I swear his hands are anointed and his energy is on point. The best massage ive had here. I hadnt seen James before, but i am so glad I booked with him. I got the two promos for 49, a massage and a facial. Massage was fine but staff was very loud in the back near the room and it was super disruptive. I called to make appt over the phone and receptionist was not knowledgeable, booked for seaweed facial but was told the facialist would go over my options with me and skin concerns. When I arrived for facial yesterday I had to ask for other options. Not only were zero of my face concerns addressed, no steps were walked through, she didnt take the time to look at my skin or explain what she was doing and there were no extractions. I have no clue why people would pay full price for a simple cleanser and two masks. During the masks drying there was no massage and no attempts to address any skin concerns or my comfortability. Ive had many facials before and this one was pathetic. Everyone working at this location seems clueless. From making an appt to the way Im treated there is a lackluster experience.

I had a massage scheduled on Friday with Kim. As soon as I walked in, there was such a strong smell of urine in the front area. I ignored it and assumed it would get better in the actual room and it didn’t. The massage therapist talked so much during the actual massage which I think is extremely unprofessional during what is supposed to be a relaxing time but was the complete opposite. I couldn’t enjoy it at all, the pressure was too much which I stated at one point, “that really hurts, it’s too much”. I was so sore the next day with back pain still a couple days later… I was only compensated $10 taken off which should have been free!! It’s sad because this place has gone down hill since the old ownership of Stephanie and it’s prevalent! I have been going here for years and I can never see myself going back. If I was able to give zero stars, I would! Please get some air fresheners so people don’t feel like they are walking into a nursing home instead of getting a massage! Please select and properly train better professional therapist! That would be my recommendation if you would like the business to get better!

Reginald, James, Alex and Christopher are all therapist that I’ve seen frequently and love!!Most recently, I experienced a massage with Reginald. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage. What I enjoyed the most was his level of pressure, technique, and use of the time. He did a LOT in the 80 minute timeslot and made sure to address all of the issues I mentioned. His pressure was firm but not painful although due to my muscle aches, there were times I had to ask him to move on since it was sore. He checked in frequently and was very intuitive of my discomfort and would immediately respond if I grimaced or made noises of discomfort (again due to my muscle aches, not his technique) - I cannot say enough about the experience! Fantastic recommendation for those who want a knowledgeable, therapeutic approach.James’ massages utilize consistent, flowy movements with steady deep pressure. I describe the experience as “sensual” in that his technique is very connected in energy, and he is very intuitive of energy. I hold tension in my hips as many women do and so in order to relieve that, it may at times feel intimate dealing with hip flexors.Alex makes great use of tools during his massages such as warmed bamboo sticks and is fantastic with his knowledge of the muscles for therapeutic massage. He is a GREAT LMT to go for if you are new to massage and his “bedside manner” is phenomenal. He guides you through the process and can read your energy very well and has a highly healing energy. I would recommend him if you are referring or gifting a service or new to massage yourself.Christopher is methodical and intentional with his movements and technique and offers a fantastic standard massage that hits full body and is therapeutic. If you want a steady pressure, methodical approach he is no frills and very knowledgeable. He has a background in physical therapy so he knows what he’s doing, has great “bedside manner” and is very kind.All of these therapists I would highly recommend! I love this location of MassageLuxe- their online booking makes it very easy to find an appointment although I do wish it was easier to look at multiple options if you yourself have a flexible schedule and would prefer a certain therapist over a specific day, for example. I do think they need to look at the UX of their booking site but it is fairly easy to use.

I really don’t even know where to begin…. The ambience was amazing, the front desk staff was extremely polite as was my massage therapist. However, the actual massage was really the worst massage I’ve ever had. I only paid $75 but honestly i feel it should’ve been free.. If I wasn’t so scared of conflict I honestly would’ve gotten off the table in the middle of the massage. I really didn’t want to discourage my massage therapist, especially because I didn’t know if he was new but honestly it was unacceptable. Scratches on my shoulders and neck from his nails, he missed my entire back (which was my problem area to begin with), I asked for firm pressure and honestly it felt like a toddler was doing palpitations on my body.. I came in with a lot of pain and I’m leaving with the same pain and less money. I’m truly disappointed and I’d like a refund honestly. I’m really not trying to be rude but I honestly don’t see myself coming back 😕

Biggest issue is the constant turnover so I’ve stopped getting massages here. BUT… now they offer lash extensions and the tech is AMAZING!!

I have had a membership with this company for several years as loyalty is key for me. However, I have had a recent experience that dissolved that relationship forever and I would advise anyone if you have an expectation of consideration and flexibility from the company, dont expect it. After a family member home burned and left me a little distraught a few weeks ago, I missed my birthday appointment unintentionally and requested a return call from the manager and consideration for reschedule. Not only did I pay for a service that I could not partake in, the manager never called me back after a few messages left, which was very disappointing. In speaking with representatives the level of service and understanding was equally disappointing. While I can understand its a business, a call back is simple customer service and does not cost a thing. This is not the type of service I pay my money for and gladly take my loyalty elsewhere.

I booked a massage with James recently and as someone with chronic pain conditions who has been getting massages for over a decade, his natural gift for feeling where my body needed attention impressed me. Hes a natural. He is also extremely strong, so if you like deep tissue you wont be disappointed. And if youre at all sensitive, you may want to try a Swedish with him first first to ease in!

I have been here a few times and had some good experiences. However, the more I think about the 60-min full body massage I received yesterday the more annoyed I get. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment for consultation and dressing down as requested when I scheduled. My masseuse shows up last minute flustered and somewhat disheveled. The front desk person offered the hydro massage bed while my masseuse got ready. My masseuse got me out of the hydro massage bed 10 mins after my appointment was supposed to start saying she wanted to give me some time in there... (that was the first thing that annoyed me) My 60 min massage did not actually start until 15 mins past the time it was supposed to. During the massage my masseuse was very talkative which is normally okay even though I really just wanted to focus on relaxing. I found her to be super unprofessional telling me too much about the stressors in her personal life and even stressors in her friends personal life. I felt like I had to be polite and let her vent. She ends my massage apologizing for not getting to my whole body because my upper back was the problem area. I noticed she ended the appointment on time. So my 60-min massage was actually 45-min and did not even cover half of my body. I normally would have said something but I was kind of tired of listening to her talk about herself. I told myself I wasnt going to write this review, but the more I think about it, the more Im annoyed I am that I spent $$$ and did not come out of it feeling good at all.

Ashley does a great job!! She is very thorough in working the problem areas. I’ve had at least a dozen different massage therapists in the area and she is the best!

It was perfect and I we all had a male massage therapist. It felt so relaxing. A Ladies Spa Day with two close friends and this place was beautiful.

So far, Ive had two massages performed by two different staff. Vanessa has been my favorite thus far. The second time, I tried cupping. I will not try this again and do not recommend it. The cups were coming off and I just didnt feel relax when it was over - I honestly felt like I needed another massage, so that was a real disappointment. Also, I always hear people talking in the halls/other rooms during my massage. I would like to mention the front desk staff are phenomenal - very excellent customer service. I really like them all (Ive interacted with three different front desk staff). Dont forget, this company offers a first responder discount which is really nice. It seems pretty clean too. Overall, I would recommend the company and look forward to testing out different staff until I find the perfect one!

Do not get a couples massage here. Horrible experience. My fiancée and I went last year and we had a terrible experience. The lady that did my massage was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked her questions (my first time) and she seemed very annoyed that I was asking her questions. And on top of that they ended our massage 10 minutes EARLY, and started late. Overall a uncomfortable experience for both of us.

I went for my first time today and Matthew at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly. He sold me on the monthly membership and walked me through everything I can expect billing wise and the benefits. He was great and made my experience way better.

It was my first time there so they offered a $55 massage and I didn’t think it would be that great but James gave me the best massage I have ever had! He was professional, he made sure I was comfortable and he was knowledgeable. I will now only be seeing him for my massage needs. He gave me a deep tissue/sports massage and helped relax my muscles after a 5K. I will also say the facility was clean and the front desk was friendly and professional. Book with James - you won’t be disappointed!

This is the first time EVER in my life my massage ended early. I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage at 6:15, and by 7:45 I was on the highway after getting dressed, complaining to the front desk, checking out, giving a tip, and getting on the road.I was escorted to the hydro bed and when I looked it was 6:20 before she called me back. I thought my masseuse was running late. Receptionist argued saying it was 6:15. No it wasnt, but even still, after that, you have to use the restroom. When I looked it was 630 before I went head down. Even without a clock, an experienced client knows the difference between 60 and 90 minutes, and when things are rushed.The way they trick you on the time is not cool, especially when this is what youve been waiting for and needed and paid for. Unfortunately it appears as if this is common practice in the company as a whole.

I came here recently because I was given a gift card for a hour massage. I came in at the appointed time and was checked in immediately by friendly staff who welcomed me and took me to the nice waiting area. I was then lead to a private room where my masseuse kindly asked where my trouble spots were located and where she should focus on massaging. She was very good at her job and I had a wonderful massage. The entire time I felt comfortable and relaxed. I greatly enjoyed my experience and would go there again for another massage.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!!The staff will say everything to let you make the membership but never tell you that you have to be as a member for two month before cancel. The Staff K told me I can cancel my membership anytime within one month so I made a reminder in calendar while making the membership. But when I call them to cancel it, they said you have to be a membership for two months before canceling. And the person who said she is the manger even laughed, said all customers are responsible to read the billing information before sign the membership form. Poor customer service and will never recommend to anyone around me all over this country.

I seen the ad on Facebook and shared to my page saying I sure could use this in my life and before I knew it I was receiving a call saying it was done call the store and make my appointment.I was gifted a massage for my birthday from a High school friend whom I hadnt spoken to or seen in years, It was right before covid hit. All I.can say is I ABSOLUTELY love my masseuse James. Oh my oh my James!! James is the best. I just believe he has the touch, 99% of the time I never have to tell him my trigger spots he always senses it and pays close attention to it giving it exactly whats needed. Hes very passionate and loves what he does and wants every client to reach that relaxed peaceful place where you just really let go all the stress, cares or whatever your feeling at the moment so your outcome at the end is rejuvenating and youve had a great experience. I always leave after like Im intoxicated Lol I sure dont know how I could ever explain it if I had too.James Thank You for all that you do. I could never repay you for your kindness and prompt attention to making sure that my experience is always a great one. I wish you the best in all you do. Search him.out and make that appointment and if one is open grab it because hes always booked..And thats a good thing that will tell you hes great at what he does.

Overall decent experience. The front end staff were welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and relaxing. My therapist brought me in about 5 minutes late though (I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment) and ended the session 10 minutes early. Each section felt very rushed and too light even though I asked for deep pressure. My body felt the same leaving as it did entering. Maybe he was new - he seemed nervous. I think if I go again, I’ll go with a recommendation. I think a different therapist would have made this a five star rating.

My husband and I went here three times. He enjoyed most of his massages. I had a prenatal each time. I understand that they cant use much pressure but my first massage was horrible. The masseuse breathed heavily and didnt really focus on my entire body. The last time I went was AMAZING though! I had Jasmine. She explained that she couldnt use heavy pressure, which she didnt. She did use lots of oil and focused on the areas I asked her too. My husband had deep tissue massages and he highly recommends Andrew. Hope this helps someone.

I had my first experience here, with Dawn. It was one of the best massages Ive ever had! Her technique and professionalism deserve high praise. The first time customer experience was great, and I will be rebooking with her. The front desk staff was friendly. Hopefully the second experience will keep to standards.

I had the best Massage ever on yesterday which was my first visit at MassageLuXe! The front desk staff was Great, the Spa was clean cozy and comfortable. But the best part of all was the massage I receive from James!! It was Amazing!! So much we brought the Family Plan member ship!! I cant wait to go back next month to receive massage from James! Very please with overall service!!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST massage place I have been too and I’ve become a committed member. Front desk is amazing (Sabrina, Ellis, and Shannon are literally heaven-sent to name a few of the lovely front desk people). I usually see James as my massage therapist (y’all, don’t be scared to have a man do your massage, all the dudes here are respectful and have families) but alllll the massage therapists are great, to name a few: Spencer, Betsy, Rachel, Andrew, and Marina are all great! Also the facials are life changing and I trust the esthetician Rebecca with my life because of how she has transformed my skin. Go here, you won’t regret it!

Overall the staff was friendly and the establishment was nice. My appointment was at 6pm I was taken back after 6 and the massage ended 10 minutes early. Andrew was friendly however, the massage was rushed and not enough lotion was applied his hands were kinda rough and scratchy, sorta felt like carpet burn on my back.

Love this place! We are always greeted with a smile. Plus with a busy schedule, you will never forget the appointment they send multiple reminders so you can reschedule if needed. They have a 6hr cancelation policy which is awesome.

Everyone was welcoming from the time I walked through the door. The spa is very clean, cozy and tranquil. You get a free hydro massage if it’s your first visit! My massage therapist James was amazing and his skills match his awesome personality!! Can’t wait for my next visit :)

I’ve been a member of MassageLux for several years and racked up some credits for services and have tried to use them as I was previously told I could not cancel or I would lose them. So I continued the membership so I didn’t lose the credits/money. I enjoyed seeing Vanessa, but yesterday after rushing to get there due to a family hospital emergency, when I got there I was early. I knew there was no way I could come back in an hour. Completely my fault but the response was there was nothing that could be done and I would be charged. This totally turned me off to this place as a corporate chain and no compassion. I’ve never missed an appointment before and this truly was a family emergency with my mother in the hospital. If I would’ve answered yes to being exposed to Covid or said I had a fever I would have been “excused”. Honestly the lack of compassion and the excuses of, the owner is out of town and don’t know when they’re going to return and managers not here with no way to contact them shows me that this place is not a bout healing, relaxing or de-stressing, but about money similar to a gym membership. I will not continue to support a business like when there are lots of other choices.

First time there and super impressed! Lovely front desk staff and Vanessa was a great therapist. Followed by 15 min comp hydro massage because it was my first visit. Impeccably clean and covid precautions taken!

Andrew was amazing. He was sensitive to my new after obtaining a lumbar strain. It was just what I needed. He gave helpful tips for recovery and was very nice and professional. Very peaceful atmosphere and nice staff members

Have been going here for years and have generally had good massages. The environment is pleasant, clean, and professional.You used to be able to call and find openings that day, or within the next several days.They have obviously grown and now it requires calling and scheduling massages days, if not weeks out, which may work for some, but I find the lack of flexibility inconvenient.There are also some glaring items that the chain should address, such as not being able to look at schedule/masseuse availability and reserve online.Weve enjoyed years of coming to this location and are glad they have grown clientele, but will look for a location that offers greater and more flexible scheduling availability.

I had a 2hr hot stone massage with Paul. He was great! I like deep tissue massages and he specializes in that. The spa was quiet and relaxing. I will be back!

There are a lot of things I could say, but to sum it up, it was my wife and I, least favorite massage. We paid for the promotional offer so, I guess we may have got what we paid for we felt like were being massaged by people in training. Based on our experience at MassageLuXe, I would not personally recommend visiting. One plus, is we were able to book an appointment the day prior for a couples massage.

Most of the therapists are good. I had to finally cancel my membership due to poor customer service and an extremely unorganized and incompetent scheduling system. Again they had to cancel my appointment at the last minute due to another “scheduling conflict” and this was the last straw. I will find another place that values my time and coins.

James is awesome! Very talented and intentional. Feels longer than an hour and gives you a full spa experience.

I had to change my appt. due to another yesterday. Ive been in sales/service for 25 yrs., and must compliment your team. I have severe back problems, and Im quite ill, that being said this was a treat to myself. James was very nice, and I felt very relaxed. I look forward to the next. As to the poor reviews...who lays on a table and puts up with a terrible massage for 40 minutes...

Beautiful establisment!! Front desk has phenomenonal customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Angela and Clay and they were amazing during check in and check out. They definitely showed so much hospitality!! I loved the set up of the couples room. My partner had an amazing massage with Jasmine! Jasmine did a spectacular job!! My massage with Ben was just ok. I only say ok because he did not touch my hands or feet and I told him those were main concentration areas, so for them not to be touched was a bit disappointing. I am a massage therapist too (I never let the therapist know that until after the massage), so Im VERY in tune with what therapist are doing during the session; I asked questions throughout the massage and he really couldnt answer them for me.They provide you with all the water and tea you could ask for. Beautiful bathrooms. Very neat and clean with pleasant smells. I loved the vibe and atmosphere. If I wasnt moving from Raleigh for grad school, I definitely would have signed up for a membership. Ohhhh....the hydro massage was definitely a plus!!

Cody was my massage therapist, and he surely made it an experience I’ll never forget. He’s so friendly, inviting, and personable. This was my graduation gift to myself, and he assured me 90 mins of stress free, work free, pain free, therapy. It was definitely God’s plan to have met Cody.

My girlfriend and I visited Luxe Massage. I was open to the idea of having a massage being I hadnt had a professional massage in years. We got the couples room and have to say, enjoyed myself wonderfully. It brought us closer together while having the stress massaged away... 😊 The atmosphere was wonderful, the greeter, Clayton was knowledgeable about what we need. Wonderful host. Only downside was my therapist didnt communicate with me as well as I would had liked. Overall, I give my visit, ☆☆☆☆☆ and would recommend to others.Tawayne McNeil

I had the mommy massage for the 1st time and I enjoy it. Tips for next time dont get the Facial not worth it, but the foot Scrub 4/5 stars. I would come back later in my pregnancy for sure.

Went yesterday for a full body massage (which i didnt get... areas of my body werent touched), today i feel bruised up. The place is very nice & modern... However, the masseuse that i had, applied way too much pressure. Selected firm pressure, got more like abuse pressure. The backs of my arms are sore. At the end, felt like she tried to rip my neck off, with the hot towel. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

I had a deep tissue massage that was amazing the atmosphere was very comfortable relaxing and overall all a luxurious feel, once my massage was completed I was then escorted to the water massage bed just when I thought everything was over I was given another treat. It was absolutely great the staff was amazing and in particular one of the customer service reps was very attentive and had a very great happy energy about her I would definitely be returning over and over.

Michelle is wonderful at massage luxe. I highly recommend her! All services I’ve received from her have been excellent and she makes the time relaxing and enjoyable.

The staff here is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with! The masseuse Carolyn was wonderful and listened to what I needed help with as far as soreness. So glad I have found somewhere close that is as awesome as this place!

Do NOT fall for the scam. I received a $55 massage and was charged $150. The massage was suppose to be an hour and it started 5 mins after the hour and finished ten mins before the hour. I did not receive any other services. Massage Luxe will tell you have gift cards waiting and in fact you do not. They won’t be able to find them. They will try and trap you into a two month membership to use the “gift cards.” After realizing I’ve been scammed and asking for the remainder of the balance to be put back on my card they will refuse. Don’t be trapped into their scams. I’m highly disappointed in their service and how they try to do business. Take your business elsewhere!

Mediocre massage, but huge discount on Groupon. I did not like that massage started at 9, I arrived at 9, so had to do paperwork first which is to be expected. But the therapist ended the session about 7 mins early. So I started late (my fault) and then ended early. So a 1hr massage turned into 45 mins, and it just wasnt the therapeutic experience I was looking for. I am not a fan of hydro massage, but it is included in many packages if thats for you.

Andrew is thee best! Listens to needs and always checks on pressure and if I’m comfortable. Cares about his clients and nice conversation. I look forward to booking with Andrew again!

I really want to like massage luxe but the people they hire here is not good i pay alots of $$ to come here but i have bad luck at massage luxe people do the facial & massage they not doing the work right

Andrew is the best! He makes you feel very relaxed and has a wonderful personality. The atmosphere is very professional and clean. Luxe indeed.

Customer service not good they really dont put forth much effort to make sure you leave happy and satisfied also no matter how you feel about the type of service you receive with the massage they are going to charge anyway thats the whole reason they ask for credit card information before they can confirm your appointment to ensure they get paid regardless we left there didnt feel like we had a massage

I love this place. They stand up and greet me by name every time. Its a warm atmosphere. Great prices and best customer service. Would recommend to any friend!
