Expensive compared to other shops. They stopped guaranteeing disposables so I’ve gone elsewhere, but still a decent shop.

Pleasant experience. Until the kid behind the counter told me kangertech is outdated, then tells me a box of 5 coils for my subtank mini is 19.99. First of all they sell 5 for $9 direct from kangertech. So its outdated and not popular but you wanna charge 200%.Juice we bought is pretty good, and decent prices on the 100ml bottles.

I came to this store for the first time one day when I had broken my e-cig. My usual store was closed. Nick was working and he helped get me situated into a new device. He asked me specific questions to determine which product would be best for me. I was so happy with what he recommended. I came in again tonight and he was awesome again!! He is SO knowledgeable about all of the different products and can get you exactly what you need!! I am definitely going to make this my new store. Thanks for being so awesome Nick!!

The man working was really nice, had exactly what i needed, and had me on my way. I had a late night emergency and this guy shared a few laughs with me, which was a welcome change to my day. First time in, wont be the last! Selection was vast and prices are fairly low. Also, great location!

BEST customer service experience EVER! Buddha is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever encountered in a vape shop. He talked me out of what I had originally intended to purchase and convinced me to purchase a much higher quality product. If you have questions about any type of tobacco shop product, go here and ask for Buddha. I promise that you wont regret it.

This is one of my absolute favorite shops that Ive frequented since moving to Raleigh! The selection and range of products is better than anywhere Ive been in this area. The staff are cool af and always helpful and friendly too. I would highly recommend them!

I always come here for my Kratom. They have good deals every now and then, but the staff are the reason I return. I dont mind paying extra for stuff because they always hook me up with free samples, etc. Also, they have a really cute husky puppy who I love to visit named Leo! Say hi to Leo is youre there!

This is the best smoke shop I’ve found in Raleigh so far and it’s a short drive for me. The products are all high quality and there are some pretty artistic pieces. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended if you need CBD, tobacco products, or miscellaneous fun stuff.

They have a very large selection of different vape oils, and vaping accessories. The staff for the most part is knowledgeable. I was given the wrong pieces for a salt oil.. (which I ended up not liking at all) and the guy helped me by exchanging and fixing the problem. I have come here a couple times, and will continue to. The prices are fair compared to other vape shops in the area.

Came here to buy some juice and a few other products this morning, Google says open at 8 and the sign on the door says open at 8, yet its 8:30 and theyre not open yet. Very unprofessional to not abide by your own posted times.EDIT: Didnt see a response but I came here this morning 4/17 and theyre not open again.

Customer service isnt important to them, also this was second visit and cashier didnt return my 75c and charged me twice on my cc.
