I respect this store more then any other shop in Raleigh. They are honest and very knowledgeable. I know when I come here they are gonna get me right.

The guys in here are super nice, there is a huge selection, but from my experience not very knowledgeable. I purchased everything I needed for small glass piece there, including a torch. I needed help picking out everything - beginner. They sold me a very small torch (basically a lighter) that wasn’t capable of doing the deed. So I took it back and they sold me a much more expensive torch that was basically a DOUBLE BARREL flame thrower 😂😂 cool dudes but probably won’t go back because I still don’t have what I needed in the first place 😕

Xavier reccomended me the black vibes rolling papers and i havent changed since.. best customer service and best recommendations!

There are a few smoke shops but by far this is THE BEST ONE!!! They always have everything Im looking for as a cigar smoker, prices are great, customer service even better. The only one I go out my way to, to spend my money.

Im so glad this place opened! Its got a great selection on everything and is huge. Affordable glass, varied brands and grades of incense, swag & gear for all methods. Large selection of hemp products - smokeables, vape, gummies etc. Tobacco products are large as well, from pipe tobacco, acessories & cigarettes.The staff are nice and knowledgeable, many of their recommendations have been real winners. Some of the guys rotate between this store & the Capital Blvd store; seeing familiar faces in both is nice, especially when you can trust their recommendations.Also, if youre hungry or thirsty theyve got you on that too! BTW -vape liquids are not sold at the New Bern Ave store due to Kūre being across the way; landlords rules evidently. On the up side, the Capital Blvd store DOES have vape liquids.

Thanks to Xavier we got all the goodies we needed to hit the road before we left Raleigh. He was a great help. Y’all go ask for em.

Great store nice staff. Lately the store’s listed hours have not been accurate to when they are actually open. For example. I’m sitting outside the store on Friday morning at 8:30 and they say they open at 8 but no one is here. This is not the first time.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. My customer service experience was dreadful. The two guys behind the counter were so nasty. The two males were so distasteful that I left my items on the counter and left the store. I will never step foot anywhere near this business again which is disappointing because the store was actually nice. Oh well.

These guys a the greatest. I came in and looked at their large collection of dab pens. I bought the one they recommended for 80$. I got home, the box was jammed shut. So I forced it open, and the dab pen fell on the floor and shattered. I called up the store, explained what happened and he asked me to bring it in for an exchange and that they would ship the broken one off themselves for a refund.11 out of 10 for customer support and service!!!!!

This place is the coolest! The blacklight room is amazing and the layout of the store is very spacious! They keep the area nice and open and stay aware of the social distancing. I recently stopped into this store because I saw the sign while driving by. When I walked in I was blown away. It was a huge store with a big open layout. Everything was clean, organized, and very well put together. Ike and Lucky helped me pick out a hookah and I’ve used it every day since. This is definitely a one stop shop and my new go to store.

I recently stopped by this store after finding out they were finally open. Ive been a long time customer of their first location and was excited to finally visit this location. The store is huge! Everything is well put together and organized. The blacklight room is a nice attraction and I havent seen anything like it before in a smoke shop. This is definitely worth driving out to and checking out.

Amazing place, I walked in they greeted me just as they do at the other location and as I looked around I saw these 3 swords that they had they immediately let me know the deal and just like that I left today after a stressful day of work buying 3 new swords to my collection. Found a hidden gem in the shopping center in front of Walmart. The location makes it super convenient for a after-shopping pickup. The first smoke shop that I’ve entered and felt comfortable/secure. It has a welcoming and clean environment with knowledgeable and caring staff! The shop has an array of products and accessories. It is a smokers paradise. The exclusive black room, where they sale fluorescent art/products, is amazing. I didn’t want to leave. Kudos to the owner, Ike, for such a high quality establishment!

I work at the vape store across the parking lot so you know if I have nothing but good things to say about a place that could be considered competition... they have to be good. Who ever designed the layout of this store is a genius. I love it. The dudes who work there are A.L.W.A.Y.S upbeat, peppy, smiling and happy to see you walk in the door. Even if they have 5 boxes of shipment in front of them, they stop and run to help. You instantly feel like youre welcome.... like youve been friends with them forever.
