I love this place, get 5 vapes get ur 6th free. They have the best vapes and good customer service and i choose here over all. And they got this new vape that you can control the ice flavor

1 star is still being modest. I visited the store the man that helped me was very nice, in fact I came back to buy 2 more from him because he was so professional. However, I called back with a question and ask to speak to him, the man that answered the phone was very rude and thought he could talk to me crazy for whatever reason. They have just lost a new customer, and I cannot and will not recommend anyone to visit this location. Spend your money with someone who appreciates you.

This place has got the best selection around and has been my go-to for 5 years. Also, they are open till midnight, rain/shine/holiday. Consistent when you need them to be.

I walked in and was welcomed with excellent customer service. The shop offers a wide variety of THCA and vape products. The attention to detail in the shop is impressive, and everything is professionally organized. My new favorite dispensary . I love it and will definitely come back again!

Mr. Tobacco in Raleigh, NC, is hands down the best smoke shop in town! I was blown away by their extensive selection, especially their THCA products. It truly felt like I was shopping in a high-end dispensary. They have everything you could possibly need, and the quality is top-notch.

This location is simply the best Vape Shop in North Carolina! I’ve been looking for my 2 favorite vape flavors everywhere (Charlotte/Greensboro/Durham/Cary/Raleigh), not one shop had either of them. I figured they might be discontinued, but this location had one of them, then Yasmin offered to call their other Raleigh location for me to see if they had the other one in stock & they did! I’ve never had such great customer service, Yasmin went above and beyond💯

Mr. Tobacco has the best prices on cigaretts in Raleigh. In addition, service is consistently attentive, warm and friendly, no matter when you shop. Plus, the employees are good citizens. I went in on election day and the young man who helped me had voted.

Chris(Christian) always makes my trip to Mr. tobacco & vapor a great time . He and the other employees are extremely helpful whether if I’m finding a new vape flavor, or trying other tobacco products. It’s always a vibe when you’re there because of all the good music, and I appreciate the outstanding customer service I receive each visit. Great job guys !

Can i give negative stars?? ive been in twice. both times the girls behind the counters had no idea what i was asking for (the first time I needed coils, the second time vape juice) the first time I eventually had to look up the exact coils i needed, the second time i POINTED to the juice, told her what I need, she didnt know what i meant when i asked what strength she had grabbed (she didnt ask) then when i told her i needed a different strength she gave me a different flavor of juice.

Hands down this is the best Vape shop to go to around Raleigh. I have been going here for over a year and the customer service is always excellent. I am a manager myself and it’s hard to find employees like the ones that work at Mr. Tobacco. They are always so patient and literally greet everyone that walks in the door it seems like. Noah is who I have usually dealt with and if I was the owner I would do whatever it took to keep him employed. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves the store happy. All that I gotta say is that this store never lets down… Selection always great whether glass or cigars…Even when I kno what I need and why I’m there, you won be able to get me out in less than an hour MINimum. Today the gentleman behind the counter was truly next level in his service, attitude, and just iverall . The patience of a saint. He pulled no less than 50 pieces, LARGE glass off the shelves for me while Floundered around. It was ultimately his patience, but also wonderful guidance that allowed me to feel confident and finally pull the trigger. Having an associate with such intricate knowledge of his store/products makes ALL the difference. (6th time in the store, 1st time customer!) employee name starts with a T, short name. This is how you establish repeat customers

The store layout was attractive and well-organized. The associate was attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. And the manager was extremely accommodating in exchanging a faulty product. Highly recommended!

This place is good in a pinch. Selection is okay. But the loud rap music can interfere with a conversation, and if its busy there is very little room to move around. They also dont accept returns if their product is faulty. I had to find a new shop to buy tubes because theirs tasted like perfume/ incense.

Being open so late is an awesome convenience! Close to all the hotels. Awesome

Its an okay vape shop, but dont get delta 8 here. They are selling fake brands like Packhoods instead of Packwoods. They mostly sell the brand Cake which is known for having a lot of fakes made like them. Thats the only reason their delta 8 is so cheap. Be safe, and just spend the extra $10-$20 to get real products at a hemp shop.

Yeah this is by far the least professional shop I’ve been to. It is packed with young employees with little to No experience with vapes. One young man tried to sell me the wrong coil. He also broke my vape trying to take it apart!! When I asked to speak to a manager they said that I should come back another week.They were also very disrespectful and hostile!

The staff helped me out with picking up a vape to help me quit cigarettes. He got me a good starter set without trying to upsell. Looking forward to going back.

Love this place! I regularly drive 20+ miles to come to to Mr tobacco. They have the best prices for the best quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a large selection. Even an employee who had only been there for 3 weeks (skinny white guy, didnt catch his name) created good rapport with me. Gave me honest good advice on which products he recommended per my interests. He ended up selling me on a new tank system FreeMax. These guys always work out a deal if you ask them what they can do if you buy multiple items. Great vape shop even if your a ways from raliegh.

Beware! Went in as newby looking for a vaporizer for cbd hemp flower, had what seemed like a great chat with a clerk and left happy - quickly discovered what hed sold me was a combustion pipe NOT a vape. Out $35 for a device I didnt want and $15 for the gram of bud that literally burned up. Returned to the store 3 times over several days and each time was told no refunds no returns by staff. No effort to make it right and when I suggested they at least replace the hemp flower, they even accused me of lying to get free stuff. Email to manager/owner, no response.

Great place to buy your new mod this guys know about vaping

Came in today with my Kratom punch card completely punched out. Not only would your new snot-nosed teenage employee not honor it, he made a very loud stink about it in front of the entire store, but as I was leaving I heard him call me retarded to the other employee. I spent at least $80 a week there, but will not be back. That is not how you run a business. To anyone else that buys Kratom there, you can get it for much cheaper online, so you should just do that.

My experience with the store is wonderful except for when I brought my Kangertech Dripbox from the store, my mod went out in 2 weeks after the incident. I dont know what to do about a replacement for my mod nor have not seen my receipt for the item. Please help!!!

Bought 2 expensive items here on 2 separate occasions and one came broken and one broke after a week. When I brought the broken items back to the store I was essentially told that I was SOL. Will definitely not be returning.

So this isnt really just a vape shop .. its sorta a ... If you smoke it .. we have something for it shop.First off, the positive, they are open till 11pm according to google, which is why I went, my normal vape shop was closed.Now to the Vape shop. These guys really dont focus on vape stuff, they have a mediocre selection, however they are ALL cheap low shelf brands that will absolutely ruin your wicks (and your lungs). Most of the bottles dont even tell you the concentration of PG to VG, or in some cases Nic content even! The employees are not familiar so they dont know. Every juice you look at they say Thats a really good juice! but wont let you try it.Bottom line, if Cloud 9 across the street is closed and you absolutely need something to fill your vape for the night, by all means good luck, in any other case .. go across the street to cloud 9 where you can get a decent juice.
