Been shopping here for a while but it feels like its gone downhill. Everything is so expensive and despite claims of price matching they wont always honor it. Drove from fuquay to get a carta 2 because I wanted to support local and the price online was 100 bucks cheaper but they simply said no. I ordered it online for the price they wouldnt match and I wont be going back. Only thing I give them credit for is they do a good job staying stocked. Simply a place to rip off college kids with mommy and daddy money.

This is what a glass shop should be like! Super professional and comfortable from display to product. I live 2 hours away and will be taking that drive anytime I need new glass.

Edit: Wow. This place has gone in the toilet. They use to have great people who worked here. But now they have a lady who will lie to your face about products and warranties just to get you out of the store or money in her pocket. I spent 150 bucks on a cap pin that I was told had a year warranty if anything breaks. Got home and later that night the inside of the glass top that I can’t even get to just popped off while on the third use. I call the company the next day to find out she was just a lair. The only thing that was under warranty is the battery. I would have stuck with buying a new one ever six months for 25/30 bucks than to have someone lie. I have spent some money in that store over the last two years and the person was very up front before. Telling me the little pens only last a couple months at best. Which I am fine with. Tell me the truth. Don’t be shady and lie. I would steer clear of this store and go up to Bubba’s Belly. I Value honesty. And the black haired girl that works there has none. Plus she likes to get smart with people when they call her out about her misinformation. Boo to this place now. What a shame.This is a chill lil shop. They have a good selection and are knowledgeable about what you need. They are easy to talk to and can fix need with a good selection of everything I have ever needed and more. They have great prices. I haven’t found anything I bought from there much of any cheaper online. You very what you need right then at a great prices. I have been to a couple other places around the area and they are always kind of stuck up and just not helpful at all. The customer service at Smoke Rings is the business. And a plus I feel is it isn’t cluttered and alway clean. I don’t want to put my mouth on anything that looks like it came from a bodega. So stop by tell them Troy sent you and you will get a very confused look and “a who the hell is that” response.

This place is a joke. Guys says one price and at the register it’s another price.Thieves especially this idiot named Ben. Forgets prices and charges you more after you pay. Says I’m sorry then says no refunds when I gt charged for something I didn’t get. Not coming back

Has generally been a shop of choice but recently prices have climbed quite a bit and other local competitors are building reputable franchises.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, never ever pushy or salesy and theres such a good variety of product. Affordable too, this has become my go to.

Where its good, its great and where it isnt...ouch.If youre looking smoking material like concentrates, flower or vapes, they have the best prices at a rate that local stores cant beat.If youre looking glass...head elsewhere. The glass Ive bought at this location has broken faster than glass Ive bought elsewhere, with glass I bought before I began shopping here outlasting theirs. Not only that, but any usage essentially voids out any hope of getting replacements, regardless of how inexplicable the failure of the glass. Doesnt matter if you come back in a few hours later with glass that shattered in a way the worker has never heard of, or that you bring it back to the person who sold it to you that morning with a receipt that they state will allow returns...not a cent of store credit or replaced product. Ive had good experiences with returning items to them before, but I no longer plan to buy glass here if I can avoid it. The only time you should buy glass is if you can run to check its fit in the car and return it immediately if its wrong, as that is the only context that Ive had good glass experiences with this location.As an added note...avoid the larger man with the mario tattoos. While most of the staff is friendly and helpful, hes far too pushy with sales to the point of growing uncomfortable, never gives any tickets for the raffles (one of the true redeeming aspects of this store), and is frankly rude most days. Once you establish that youre not interested in purchasing more, the service drops quality immediately. Rest of the staff is great though.Am I gonna continue to buy my wax and vapes here? Yeah, itd be stupid not to with the prices...but glass? Ill be headed elsewhere.

Terrible service. I bought a Simba nector collector on 420 from the shop. When going to us it the first time, the nail falls out and breaks. I reached out to the shop and the would only offer me 35% of my next purchase. I let them know about how the nail slid out through the clip, 2 weeks later they are selling more of the same setup. Now after going to several shops I cant find a clip to fix the issue. A complete waist of money and the shop was of no help, even when being shown in the shop the new ones were doing the same thing. Very sad to say this after all of the years I have supported this store.Update: it has been over a month and still no email back from the owners. Sad to say this was never corrected.

Awesome shop! They were super helpful even over the phone and when I went in stumped and unable to find what I needed from other stores, Caleb and Bailey introduced me to new products that I love even better than the ones I was originally looking for AND it was a way better deal too! Great selection and very nice people. Definitely recommend!!

They have an incredible selection of glass. And I do mean incredible. It’s also extensive, with probably well over 1000 pieces in the store. Hence, there are lots of options to choose from. The employees go out of their way to assist you if you need help with anything. The prices are a little steep for some items, but reasonable for most others. They have some glass that is made by local artists. I definitely recommend this place. Check it out, even if you don’t plan on buying anything. Simply looking at the blown glass (it’s art) is fun. 9/10.

I liked this place till today. I like the employees in the store but warning to all that buy vapes or any products that are disposable to TRY IT IN THE STORE after you buy it! I bought one today didnt work at all (and yes I charged it) wanted to return for a new one and wouldnt offer a new one. A 10% discount pathetic. Even the guy on the phone said it was f*ck up policy. Corporate fix this policy.

I came in yesterday morning looking for a refill cartridge for my Zero mod and while they did not carry them, the lovely attendant recommended I get a couple of the disposable salt mods. I was heading out of town and had no time to go anywhere else so, I went with her recommendation. Goodness, was she on point! I hate I didn’t catch her name, but I am so thankful she recommended them! They were perfect for on the go, discreet and worked beautifully. I will certainly be back!!

I love love love this place I cannot say enough great things about it. The employees are so nice and so helpful I love that they have sales and do fun little things like raffles and auctions! We definitely willl be back. Other stores were so rude and unhelpful and we felt unwanted but these guys were totally opposit they made us feel so welcome they were so patient with our 1000 questions. What a wonderful smoke shop employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they do great sales, raffles, and auctions. Huge thank you for the auction done today I got exactly what I wanted at 1/3 the price. Definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area!!!

Came in on June 30th looking to buy two vape pens that would fit cartridges and could double as a pen for concentrates. I was assured by their staff (Erin) that the “product was covered under a one year warranty.” She didn’t mention a “limited warranty”. She just said “this product has a one year warranty” What she should have said, which would have been accurate is “this product has a limited warranty only on the mod, but none of the other accessories or pieces, and if any of those accessories or pieces break? It isn’t even possible to buy them outright so you would have to essentially buy the whole product all over again.”The warranty information for the product was in a sealed package that I couldn’t open until I purchased it. Had I known what I know now I never would have purchased it. This is the APX Volt Pulsar. The actual design is poor. The mouthpiece doubles as a cap over the quartz tray where you put your concentrate. I put a VERY small amount of concentrate on the clean tray (never used before) and after heating it a few times and keeping it upright in my hand, the condensation from the concentrate began to stick to the cap and the walls of the mouthpiece. I’m not sure if the hot concentrate or the heat from the coil caused it to break. I do know what it was definitely not over filled, it was filled and used properly, and the cap portion that blocks the hole for the mouthpiece, completely cracked around the seam without ever having dropped it. I used this product for one day and now it’s broken with literally no way to use it. The staff said they were sorry but that doesn’t get my money back, or get them to take responsibility for giving incorrect warranty information on their products.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from a smoke shop. I bought a coil and I get home and the package is completely empty with nothing inside and I try and call to have my situation resolved over a $10 coil and the guy called me a liar and basically told me that there was nothing he could do because I could’ve just stolen it and try to get something for free over $10 when in this situation any good manager would help a customer out when they messed up in the first place. After I called I then went to the Smoke Shop to talk to the guy who sold me the coil and he told me there was no way for him to tell whether there was or wasn’t something in the box even though a box with one in it and one without one in it have two different weights. I don’t continue to try to talk to him and asked him for the managers numberOr a way I could contact the manager and he had headphones in and then proceeded to try and ignore me as I was talking directly to him

As an e-cig customer:Terrible service, selectively enforced policies (which are mostly a front to keep them out of the shady trouble they reportedly got into earlier), and limited, unreliable stock.There is a consistent, 30% chance they have what I need, but have single handedly encouraged me to drive farther away to get simple things.

Poor business practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an unopened, in plastic, in box, vaporizer that I had just purchased and wanted to return. They refuse returns, no exceptions. I can understand not being able to return a pipe for example, but a still packaged product that was just purchased? Bad service in my opinion and quite honestly feels like a crooked business.

The guy that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely go here again or recommend this place.

Was the ONLY place I went to get my glass, until the other day when they sold me a reclaim piece that couldnt fit my rig, it was the right size to fit in the rig itself but the opening in the piece wasnt big enough to hold a 14mm nail, or any other size nail we tried.When I went to go take it back they said there was nothing they could do, they even tried to get me to buy a new nail! Why would I do that if I already tried other size nails and they didnt work?!? Make sure you checkout the piece yourself before you buy, or youll end up with an expensive ass paper weight yourselves!

They are pleasant and have what Im looking for every visit. SmokeRings is the only place I will buy my juice from. Beautiful glass for sale as well, not to mention the munchie food next door. They keep it 100

Great customer service! There were two guys there who were so helpful and friendly and took the time to help find everything we needed.

Went in to get a water pipe and noticed they had mystery cases. The cases stated that the contents would double the price. I was thinking about getting one and the guy working said they came with a water pipe and other goodies. I decided to get the $150 case just to be highly disappointed. It was a small glass doughnut pipe that will burn your nose if you ever try to use it and a cheap lighter with zig zag papers. No water pipe at all. When i let the workers know that i was expecting what i was told, the guy working says he meant a pipe of some sort and that he didn’t mean a water pipe. So now I’m stuck with no water pipe and a useless doughnut pipe and some cheap papers and lighters. I couldn’t even get a bic lighter. I was highly disappointed and no one tried to make it right. Staff should know what’s in the box. Not just assume because now I’m stuck with some useless stuff and wasted $150. There is absolutely no way that the contents came close to $150. Lesson learned. I DID LET THEM KNOW THAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED AND THEY DID NOTHING.
