Boheme Salon Spa - An Aveda Concept Salon

$480 between two appointments, nowhere near the results I asked for, and my hair is absolutely fried beyond repair.For my birthday, I wanted to treat myself by returning to the solid white/platinum color Id had for years, but had to let go of for a while due to financial reasons. So when I had my appointment, I already had over two years of growth.While I went into this knowing it would take at least two appointments to achieve these results, it cost significantly more than Id paid previously for the same service at this salon, and my stylist outright ignored my concerns when I pointed out that shed left out chunks of hair during the treatment. She said it was to create a highlight effect, which I hadnt asked for - remember, I had requested a solid color. Because of this, no stylist in the area is even willing to try to correct it out of fear of causing further damage.After all of this, my hair was only lifted 2-3 shades at best, with darker chunks throughout and the majority of the bottom layers in the back hardly seeing a difference. On top of the extremely disappointing results, my hair feels like dry straw.This was six months ago. Im still upset. It tangles so easily, regardless of the various oil masks and detangling/hydrating/restorative conditioners Ive tried. I cant brush my hair or take a shower without losing clumps at a time. I might have to cut it all off after growing it out for so long.

Ive been going to Boheme for several years. But now theyve changed owners and the stylist dont have the experience Ive come to expect. The extent of the 3 Ive last seen were right from the fast and inexpensive hair cut salons, they were fast, but as hard as I tried to explain I have thick hair and telling them I need my hair thinned. The results were horrible and after going back to have someone else correct it and paying full price for a haircut...she wouldnt listen and even thought she knew better. I wont be back! To pay $50+ for a $25 haircut is crazy!Im so disappointed.

I have had waist length hair most of my life. I had just turned 56 years old March 21st, my husband and I just celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary, May 9th. I needed a change! 16 inches gone! Elene made my whole experience unforgettable!

Had such an amazing time with my BFF today getting a couples massage and pedicure. This spa had such outstanding customer service. They spoiled us with gourmet chocolates and a mini lunch between services. Best way to celebrate our birthdays. Will for sure be back again.

I no longer go here however my husband does. One of the reasons I am writing this is because the same thing happened to him that happened to me that ultimately ended my return. NOWHERE on their website does it say every stylist charges a different price for haircuts. I went to a stylist for years there and was charged a certain amount and then when she left, I was put with someone else only to be shocked at the end of my appointment when I was told the price. Mind you this was just a basic haircut or trim rather. Yesterday, my husband was put with someone other than his regular stylist, even after requesting her at scheduling time, and not only did he receive a bad haircut but was also charged significantly more than he is regularly charged with his original stylist. Anyone can take a bad haircut but taking a bad haircut and being charged more is outrageous. This is something that should definitely be communicated to the customer instead of it being a surprise at checkout. Needless to say, my husband will not be returning.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were able to get me an appointment on the same day that I called. I was ecstatic! My hairdresser was Ashley. She did a fantastic job. I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Katie did a horrid job and when I asked why the price was higher than what I was quoted, no explanation was given. When I asked for a refund, or even half back since the end result was no where close to the picture provided, they denied it and said they don’t do refunds.

I came in with a mess. The front half of my hair was brushed out, shoulder length. And the back was 8 year dreadlocks, 2 feet long. I was expecting to have to shave my head, or at least have an awkward hairstyle for a while. Jackie did an amazing job. I was not expecting to love my hair at all! I told her I wasnt going spend time styling my hair, and I left with the cutest bob-like haircut with just a brush and blow dry! Her and another stylist kind of worked together to come up with an idea of what to do (not sure of her name). Im so grateful for these talented stylists! Thank you! I love my new hair.

I love my hair! The owner cut my hair a few weeks ago and today we colored it. She did such a great job. Shes clearly an expert, and a master in her profession. Shes worth her rate and your time in her chair.

I rarely leave reviews but had such a bummer experience that I had to write a warning for others.Im actually a really laid back person and feel like a Karen leaving a review, but I always read reviews and hope this will help someone making a decision on where to go.I had an appointment scheduled for a super simple lighter color. I told the receptionist what my hair currently is and what I wanted (I have darker hair with some balyage and wanted it lightened to a lighter brown. Super simple, all over treatment, nothing fancy.) They said It sounds like you want to book an all-over color appointment.So I said, Sure, that sounds right. I assumed the receptionist would know their systems and treatments better than anyone and trusted that.Well I arrived and as soon as I walked in there was a weird vibe. Kind of an irritated oh great, a customer is here tension. It was awkward but I know the front can be very different than the stylist so I just waited for her.I dont remember her name, but she called me back and the tension was still there for sure. I told her what I wanted (again, a super simple lightening treatment just to brighten and warm up my overall color.) I had tons of pictures and prepared to make it as easy as I could for her.She showed me a dark swatch option that was almost the same color as mine currently. I told her I definitely wanted lighter than that. She looked super confused, told me she was new, and went to go ask for help.Then she told me I booked the wrong type of appointment and should have booked an all over treatment instead of all over color 🙃 She said It is confusing because you technically want an all over color, but to lighten it is a different process. Which I fully understand, but that is what I said when I booked the appointment. That I wanted to lighten my all over color.Then she offered to do a face framing highlight? Like not even close to what I wanted. She then offered to reschedule and said theyd waive the cancellation fee if I did. (Which WHY would I be charged for the receptionist scheduling the wrong appointment type! I showed up on time, was kind, respectful, and prepared. I described what I wanted when scheduling the appointment and it was their bad that the wrong appointment was booked.)I was trying to decide what to do and decided to reschedule to give me time to think on it. I figured Id cancel the appointment a week before if I decided not to come back, but I needed time to process what was happening.At the front, they rescheduled me and then asked me to put down a $50 deposit and a credit card on file just to rebook since the appointment is a different type. I was dumbfounded.I understand deposits and am happy to put one down when it makes sense, but Im already here in person having to come back another day for their mistake. Theyre acting like they did a favor by not charging me for that mistake and are now wanting me to pay just to come back in.I said that I was really confused and needed to go home and think about it. The lady said you may want to book a consultation. I actually know exactly what Im looking for, Im more confused about the confusing booking process, attitude from the receptionists, and pressure to try and spend money at an appointment where I didnt get anything at all that I came for.I am definitely spoiled at my other stylist. She is always booked far out and a little more pricey (for good reason) so I thought I could have a decent appointment sooner for something easy. But I am incredibly shocked at the lack of professionalism and bizarre treatment I received.Im always super kind to receptionists because I know how incredibly hard dealing with people can be. I gave them no reason at all to be rude and condescending. It felt like I needed to study hair treatments to even book an appointment.Very strange and a bummer. Id recommend going elsewhere to avoid this. The stylist was kind, but they all seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. So worth paying extra for good experience. 👋

I love my hair stylist, the staff is also friendly and helpful with products If I have questions. The environment is nice and relaxing. Go treat yourself

I have been going to Boheme since moving to Redding last spring, but was scheduled with Courtney for the first time as she is an expert as balayage and that is the service I requested. Courtney created a very clear plan and communicated well after we discussed my wishes. She worked efficiently and made an extra effort to decrease any tension that may have been put on my overly-sensitive head, all while remaining extremely friendly and courteous. The color + cut turned out better than I could have ever imagined! I have already booked my next appointment with her.

Where do I begin? When I first called I was greeted by probably the most friendliest receptionist I have every encountered, Ashley, she was well spoken, had exceptional knowledge about products and services. She had also was very accommodating with helping me with setting my appointments to the hair stylist I was needing.When I arrived I was again greeted by Ashley with positivity and welcomed vibes. My first stylist was Makaela who was also amazing and friendly. I also really appreciated that she knew how to work with curly hair and totally transformed my uneven hair to a perfect cut. I also received an amazing essential oil scalp massage.I went to get my hair colored by Joel. Oh Joel, you truly transformed my hair and my attitude to a more confident and sexy women. He was thorough, he explained everything he was doing well. And I left the salon feeling amazing!!I am so happy with my experience there and I would highly recommend this salon!! They are all so happy and friendly. It was completely worth the trip to Redding.

Amazing experience! Amy was amazing and the whole experience was worth every penny and more. I will definitely be back and I suggest anyone who has never been or had a salon experience this place! Price was amazing for the amount of work and effort put in and the whole staff was super friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!!

*UPDATE*They called back and I have a good conversation with someone who was very sympathetic and helpful. I’m still very disappointed by the initial reaction and the caked on product, and previous issues,but I upped my rating by a star because in the end they did the right thing!….I gave this place SO many tries. Like well over a years worth. But sadly I think it’s finally time to accept that they’re not worth the $$$The straw that broke the camels back: I recently got a pretty bad chemical burn on my scalp from bleach. I understand this can happen at random sometimes, so I don’t necessarily blame the stylist, but in my opinion it was not handled well.I called and left a message with a gal, asking for the owner to call me back (I’ve spoken with her before, so I know who she is.) I explained that I had a reaction/burn, and the gal didn’t express any sympathy or concern. Just “ok I’ll have someone call you back.”A little frustrating, but ok.I missed the return call but got a voicemail from someone who is not the owner. She basically said “I talked to your stylist and she said she didn’t change anything, so we don’t really know what happened. We can add something next time to help with sensitivity. If you want the stylist can look at your head.”Again, no apology, no sympathy, little to no help or advice. She mentioned using aquaphor but I’m not sure how to coat my whole head in it, so I don’t think they understood the severity of the burn.Additionally, there was product still caked in the worst burn area, which was right on the side of my head, not even in the thickest part of my hair.This experience, complied with many last minute changes to my appointments (once I got called a week before my appointment and told “your stylist changed her schedule, so instead of next week we need to re book you for 6-8 weeks out”) has led me to start looking for another salon.All of that being said; the atmosphere is great, it’s very relaxing and I love the Aveda products. I’ve had a lot of good experiences here, but eventually the bad outweighed the good.Oh! I loved their old esthetician, but the new one they hired in the summer completely butchered my eyebrow wax, they were totally uneven and I had to go somewhere else to fix them.

I had my first trip to Boheme today and it was lovely! The salon was squeaky clean and smelled of relaxing essential oils, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My stylist, Maddie (so sorry if I’m spelling this incorrectly) was very kind and knowledgeable, she answered all the questions I had about my hair! She did an excellent job cutting my hair, I could not be more pleased with the results. I will definitely be back.

I love Aveda in general. Its a little expensive, which I can understand. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 stars its because they are always so busy. If you have a hairdresser you like, future scheduling with the same person can be difficult.

Very helpful, London did an excellent job of trimming my hair. There are those that can make and create a mess...shes not one of them. The scalp massage (at no extra charge) prior to shampooing felt so good. I chose essential oil lavender even though peppermint sounded good. Im REALLY picky about my hair and I made another appointment. There are quite a few people in this salon, most of them are 12 weeks out for an appointment but she squeezed me in at 6 weeks!

Elena was INCREDIBLE! The of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! Not only was she able to squeeze me in same day but, she cut her own lunch short to accommodate me after a miscommunication (on my part) in schedule time. She gave me the most wonderful scalp massage which just set the mood for a relaxing afternoon. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The hair stylists are very talented and everyone in there is incredibly friendly. But this time I got a massage by Marie and I swear she has magic in her that knows exactly what your body needs! If you’re considering getting a 60 minute massage, get the 90 minute because you’ll never want it to end!

Julia gave me one of the best hair cuts Ive ever had...and Im old. Great service, everyone is welcoming and friendly. I loved the scented neck massage before my haircut. It was just a haircut but it felt like a true spa experience. Ill definitely be back.

I read all the great reviews before booking my first appt. Saw the bad ones but figured there’s a few in every crowd. First color treatment was -ok. She said it’ll take another time to correct what my previous person did. Next time was a nightmare. I wanted a darker blond with highlights and I left with seriously silver grey hair all over. I paid for the full hair color yet below the top layer I still had 2” dark roots and streaks of brassy hair. It took a week to get hold of her and she agreed to “fix” it. When I got there I was told she was sick and someone else did the treatment. It looked a lot better but still had some brassy sections. But she did pretty good considering how I had come in. Or so I thought until I just noticed (2 weeks later) there is an entire section about 4” across my back (the mid section) where my hair is a good 2” shorter than the hair that goes from the front and over my shoulders. It’s obviously breakage from over processing and it’s so horrible I’ll have to cut the rest short to make it presentable. I’ve been trying to grow my length back for awhile and I’m so sad and angry. I though the extremely higher fees would insure better service. I was wrong. Never going there again.

Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I made a hair appointment last minute and was told that the only stylist available was Janie (sp?). As it turns out, it worked perfectly! I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with her while she cut my hair to perfection - and thats not to mention the lovely scalp and neck massage with essential oils and the conditioning treatment. Im extremely picky with my hair stylists, not because Im a difficult person, but because my hair is so difficult! I truly have pity on anyone who has to work with my thick mane. But I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who was ready and able to deal with my hair so well. Aside from her incredible skills, Janie is a lovely person, and it was truly a pleasure getting to know her. I will definitely be back soon.

My sister just got her hair cut here and she loves it!! They managed to remove the damage but keep most of the length and the conditioning treatment they did made it super soft and omg! It makes me miss my long hair 🥺. 10/10

I did my research before going to this hair salon. I wanted to go to the place that everyone says is the best. According to good ol Google reviews, Boheme was it. So I went. And I LOVED it! I had the best experience I have EVER had in a salon. It definitely was more spa like, hence why it is called a hair spa. All the staff were so friendly and eager to help, you know, actually good customer service! I had Caitlin do my hair. She is an absolute doll! She gave me the best hair I have ever had. Isnt that essentially what were all looking for? If it is, you need to gry Boheme, youll fall in love. Wonderful products too, clean and welcoming space. And they offer yummy coffee, tea and water. Such a nice place!

This place is all around amazing! I have never had a bad experience. Mikayla always does a fabulous job with my hair and Samantha’s facials are the best! Jewels has been doing my nails with gel polish and she is amazing! I love the ocean art she just did for me!!!

I saw London for a basic cut and style. She was so sweet and funny, and did a wonderful job on my hair. Honestly one of my favorite haircuts, the style was exactly what I wanted and my hair feels so much healthier now! Will be seeing her regularly from now on 😊

Boheme turned out to be a huge disappointment and I wont ever go back. I had a color done and ended up going back to correct it , which they did for free and I appreciated but both times I felt really rushed and the way she styled my hair was down right awful. I was shocked that a trained stylist would make her client walk out the door looking like that. I was thankful I didnt need to stop anywhere before I got home, where, both times I immediately wet my hair and restyled. Elana offered no customer service when it came to listening to my request for my hair. Hopefully Im the only one who experienced this with her!

I saw Ashley today, amazing experience! Already booked my next appointment. She was fast, did an excellent job, and made used great products. The environment was clean and safe, I havent had such a wonderful experience in long time....really made me feel amazing.

London did my hair! She did exactly the cut I asked for & needed. She cut my layers, not my length, and gave me bangs. I had a wonky cut to start with and she just rolled with it. She’s very friendly and positive; it’s important to me to not be insulted by my hair stylist, and while that seems like a no-brainer, it’s more common than you might think… I’ve had a lot of wild haircuts in my life & sometimes, sitting down into a hairstylist’s chair they think it’s okay to laugh at you and and tell you how messed up your hair is… London didn’t do any of that, she was very kind.

Being new to Redding, I didn’t know where to go or who to trust with cutting and styling my hair. I ABSOLUTELY loved having Ashley today and highly recommend her and this salon to anyone! The woman that checked me out was knowledgeable on products that may help with what I was looking for to take home and support me with my goal of having my hair be healthier and less damaged. 5 stars all around! ❤️

Everyone was very friendly. The place is very calming and pretty. Megan did my hair. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She gave me a lot of good ideas on making my natural curls work for me. It was a great experience.

I got side swept bangs and they turned out terrible. I cried when I left. They were so uneven and she didn’t even wet my hair she just started cutting. I had to have my mom fix my bangs never again!!!! Also I made is pretty clear that I didn’t like them too much and she let me leave disappointed. She was also arguing with me when I asked her to add more hair In to make them thicker. She said that it would make my bangs shorter. How? You just add hair and cut it the same length.

Just moved here and scheduled an appt due to good reviews. So glad I did! The cut and color Andi did was beyond fantastic. She listens to you and then offers great advice, which is just what I wanted. The front desk and scheduling was also well done, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be a regular here.

Elaina the Hairdresser is awesome. She listens to what I wanted. The relaxation moment and scalp massage are to die for! She even shampooed my hair after the cut....the warm towels w/aromatherapy are a luxurious touch...I felt very pampered....I want more!!

Awesome salon! Just got my hair done with Mak and she did an amazing job. She listened to everything I said and what I was considered about and the end result was perfect. The front office staff were very welcoming as well.

😩 After going back in to fix my hair after the first cut, it is now what I would consider the worst haircut of my life. If you know and trust your hairdresser here, the environment is amazing and everyone is super nice. But, the haircut I ended up with is making me so sad. Had to make an appointment somewhere else to salvage what I have left of my hair. 😩

I left this salon completely satisfied with no complaints. They fit me in with no appointment. In less than 30 minutes I was in a chair, which was very impressive. My stylist Mikayla was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted after only one explanation, I know it must be difficult to interpret exactly what a client wants but this girl was a pro. She colored my hair perfectly and cut it just the way I like it. The price was very reasonable, I was served beverages while I waited, and I was amazed at how expedient this stylist was at her craft. Very talented. Loved the whole experience. Definitely will be making boheme my new regular spot, and hopefully mikayla can be my stylist everytime! For pictures of my hair check out their FB page!

I went there as a walk-in for a brow waxing. It was later in the evening and Ashley, the waxer (Im sorry I dont know the technical title for her Profession) has already shut down for the evening but totally reheated her wax just for me. Super comfortable room and atmosphere. Great job, totally felt like a pampered, spa experience. Waaaaay better than the standard waxing facilities! I cannot stress that enough, spa experience. Ashley was a sweet pea that I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with. Seriously considering my first bikini wax after being too uncomfortable to do it at any other place.A couple days later, my guy and I got manicures at the sister location. ALSO a great spa, pampered feeling experience! Were going to book pedicures next week. Highly recommended, we will being going here for all future needs.

Very friendly salon, but prices very. My last haircut ended up being $20 more than expected, & took nearly 2hrs even though it was a pretty simple cut. Other times have gone smoother, but the prices always seem to very.

A employee named Kaitlyn threw a huge temper tantrum when I went in saying the receptionist should have booked her for more time with my hair. She told me my hair would fall out and made me sign a contract just in case.

I am so sad about the way my hair turned out. The stylist cut off all the areas I asked to keep the legnth on, and didnt do what I asked for in the back. I have a pixie cut, so its pretty important to be listened to when it comes to what I want in regards to the shape.When I showed her a picture if how I wanted the back of my hair to lock ( when it didnt turn out how I had asked) she told me that that style wouldnt grow out well and that what I currently had was better. She was very nice, but didnt listen at all and my hair looks terrible for my face shape. I left in tears, and I feel so unfeminine with this cut. Im sure shes wonderful at her job, because theres nothing wrong with the technical aspects of the cut, its just not what I asked for. Also it was more expensive than what their website States and theres no warning until you hand them your card.

Just moved to Redding a few months ago. I have been looking for a new salon to have my hair done and was very impressed with the service provided not only by Ricki (the stylist that did my hair) but the rest of the staff as well. I have had several bad experiences in the past at different salons that I went to in the bay area so I was nervous about trying another new place. I am so glad I did. I have made this my new place to go; I have even made an appointment to go back for one of their spa packages!!! Thanks Ricki and the Boheme staff for making my experience wonderful!

Fantastic! Got mine and my daughters hair cut and styled for a reasonable price. They offer beer, wine, tea, or water while youre there. They listen to what you want. And you get a lil neck massage with you new do. Loved it! Walked out feeling brand-new.

Sarah did an amazing job on my manicure! The polish was high quality and did not discolor or crack in any way. She was very professional and pleasure to talk to. Very satisfied as this is my first time getting my nails done at this shop and in Redding.

My experience at Boheme has been outstanding! Ive been going there for facials, hair color/cut and product for over a year. Natalie knew what I was trying to do and gave me the results I had been searching for and hadnt found even in other Aveda salons (which Ive always went to). Ive never had such a great chair experience. I always leave feeling uplifted. I also have had facials with the owner - Aly. Wow! My face had never felt better nor have I ever felt more pampered. Ive had acne for years and she helped clear me up and advised me on proper skin care. The product line - amazing! Damage Remedy does for my hair what the stuff on the shelves of the health food store cant all while being the natural products I love! I highly recommend Boheme to anyone and everyone! Great people the place!

Seriously terrible. My husband gets haircuts here and they turn out well, but I went here for my bridal hair and makeup and thank God I did a trial first. Ended up cancelling the services for the wedding because the work looked nothing like the pictures I brought in... I asked for curled hair with one braid in the back, which turned out sloppy. The makeup I asked for was simple (even the makeup artist said so), so Im not sure why it turned out to look nothing like the picture, especially the foundation which was terribly cakey. Ended up doing it myself and liked the results much better, as did my bridal party and the groom. Thankfully I was able to talk to a manager and get a refund for the half of the services that I didnt actually receive on the wedding day since I cancelled. Yikes.

I love Boheme. I have never gone in and had a less than great experience with any one I came in contact with. I highly recommend Boheme, not only is every there pleasant, but the environment they provide is very relaxing and the aromas are amazing!

I literally got the worst hair cut I have ever had at Boheme. My hair has been ruined by a girl who has no skill. Her name is Kayla and she is supposedly a “master stylist” hahaha more like the worst stylist

I love Boheme, and my slylist is Ashley. I love coming to this place because of the environment, and not only that! You get for what you pay for. All the stylist are amazing until I found the perfect one for me. Ashley is so my girl, and she will be my stylist until I move to another State. Lol. Thats if I do. I also love all the AVEDA products. Thank you Boheme Salon and Spa, I will forever be faithful to you.

I cant say enough about the amazing experience at this salon. I was immediately drawn to the salon because of the Aveda products and having previously gone to Aveda salons while living in San Diego for four years. This salon continues to prove why I stand by their training and their products. The staff is amazing from the always peppy greeting from the front to the professional and bubbly demeanor of my hairstylist, Jana. Ive been going here for two years and every time I leave I am more than satisfied and refreshed from the experience.

Im a guy with long hair. They all do a great job. I used to go to the $15 places like super cuts but this salon has my hair longer, fuller, softer and managed. I feel like a rock star. Happy... AAAAA++++

I am getting married and chose to get a true radiance facial, and false eyelashes put on. Ashley did both my facial and my eyelashes and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!! She did SUCH an AMAZING JOB!!!!!! My skin feels like butta, and my eyelashes are without a doubt the BEST MONEY EVER SPEND!!!!! Ashley took her time to make sure everything was perfect!!! Very thoughtful regarding my skin as to NOT breaking out before I get married, AND to discuss different possibles regarding the length and look of my lashes!!!! SHE CARES!!!!!I cannot give her enough props and hype!!!! She may be young, but she is SO well versted in skin needs and what products are best for those needs!!! A++++++ for Ashley and A++++ for the spa!!!! It wasnt as expensive as expected, but I still spent as much as I would have just tipping Ashley!!!! SHE DESERVES IT!!!! Thank you Boheme Spa and Ashley for making me look AMAZING for my wedding!!!!!!!

Did a good job with my hair. But! In violation of California Code 7312(e).985 they do not use neck strips. This is part of the sanitary portion of the code.

Ive been here multiple times and everyone is super nice. Ive never had a bad cut or experience here. Alot of places seem to struggle with cutting my curly hair *cough cough* but boheme gets it right the first time.

Made an appointment on the fly and they got us right in. The lady who cut my thick mess did such a great job thinning out and layering my hair and styled it great. All around great service.

This salon always has amazing customer service and the stylists I have seen are very skilled and make the experience very enjoyable. Its a nice relaxing treat that is very much worth every penny!

Im so sad, I went in wanting flowy blended layers and it just looks chopped and not what I wanted I went in a second time to have her fix it, I showed her a picture and everything, she asked me if I want to keep this length as a v look and I said yes, she cut it a lot shorter than what I agreed to and she gave me the smallest v in the middle instead of a big long v shape for my layers, she blow dryd it and styled it but when I woke up the next morning to really see how itll lay it still looked choppy so Im really dissapointed I spent $40 on my cut and I will never ever go here again. Ive never been somewhere where they did such a choppy job. Huge Rip off
