Ive been into this shop a couple times now and have had a great service both times. I arrived with questions and problems and the knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed! The staff here is extraordinarily helpful and informative about their products, and to top it off, very friendly. Additionally, this is one of the only places I can find certain brands of juice, as most other places have gutted their shelves after all the legal issues certain juice manufactures have had with their brand names. I highly recommend at least stopping by here to have a look, and I will be doing pretty much all my shopping here despite living outside of Redding.

Costumer for life!! I came to discount vapes from nor cal vapes because of bad customer service and was completely blown away by how friendly and helpful they are with amazing prices. Bought a box mod and 3 months later something went wrong with the mods wiring took it in and they traded it out no questions asked. It was completely unexpected and they have earned my loyalty for life. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. The new store on Churn Creek is absolutely amazing they have a lounge for if you want to chill and their staff is just as friendly and knowledgeable as the staff in the original store

Amazing! I had a couple of questions, and they answered them all with the most knowledgeable information they knew. They are super nice, and really take pride in what they do. Always have a positive attitude. Meanwhile, when it comes to the product, they have great input on what flavors you most likely would enjoy, and what best selling. A couple weeks ago, I was visiting the area and looking for a simple box mod and stopped into Discount Vapes and I spoke with Chris. He was really knowledgeable and had a number of quality options, but I decided to keep looking as this was only the 2nd place I had checked. I ended up purchasing a NOS (new old stock) Mod really cheap at another shop thinking I could use my atomizers with it, but I learned that it only took ones smaller in diameter than mine. I went back to the place I bought it and they had no idea what I was talking about and provided me no help whatsoever. They were cool, just clueless. I started checking other shops and found that no one seemed to know what I was talking about, even when I showed them my device. Finally, I stopped back into Discount Vapes thinking I would go with one of the mods Chris had shown me to begin with. I explained my dilemma with the weird mod I bought and he asked to have a look at it. He actually took the time to show me how to work it and hooked me up with a couple atomizers and everything else I needed at a great price! He could have easily sold me one of his mods, but he demonstrated some integrity that is not so common these days! He also suggested some eliquid options based on my favorite flavors. I bought a couple of them and they were better than I expected! The next time Im in the area, Im definitely swinging by this place again! Thanks Chris!

A few days ago I was helped by a Red Haired Woman. I feel bad as I didnt get her name. She opened an hour early for me as I didnt take the time to understand thier hours. I must have had so many questions and she answered them all with great detail and professionalism. I felt she was very sincere and pointed me the right direction for my needs and the right product. Great prices compared to most places and very honest. This is my go-to source forsure.

Ive just moved up north and was looking for a good vape shop. This was the only one open when others were not. Chris is a great guy and strives to keep his customers happy. They keep a good supply of juice and other accessories. Their other location is great as well. There will be a place to stop by on either side of Redding.

Amazing customer service!!!I brought my boyfriend in as a first time customer, and they gave us an amazing deal because I couldnt decide which rta or rda I wanted. We bought a mod and rta, and got a free $40 rdta, plus 10% off our juice!When I go to a vape store, I like the social aspect of it as well, I never felt like once my purchase over I needed to leave-which I feel is very important in the vape community. I love to socialize, check out other peoples set ups and hang out for a bit!Not to mention, no one in our area can beat your prices. I really like this vape store. They not only have a great selection from everything from vape juice to mods and kits to a awesome line of CBD products. I really appreciate the customer service and will take the drive to buy my vaping and CBD need. They are also linked to Fivestars and you get points for every purchase. This shop has a very warm inviting feel about it compared to most vape shops ive visited which seem to be dark and gloomy on purpose which is weird to me. The prices are great and the staff is awesome i definitely recommend visiting and asking about popular flavors and mods theyll be real with you and let you know how mods last and never try to jack the prices up, infact theyve discounted my puchases multiple times which is fantastic!

Not much stock in the store when I was in on Monday, but I was told they get their orders in on Tuesdays. I was a bit surprised that their retail credit card system asks if you are adding a tip to the price.

Compared to the juices i buy online these juices that are being sold you can tell a major difference in quality and PRICE! But i guess most of the vape shops use the brand.
