I love going in the smoke shop it is so nice and clean. Their workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the best smoke shops in Redding California, and people need to visit the smoke shop because they have pretty much what everybody needs to get by the people are very friendly. I go there every time and they are very cheap on things.

I loved it. They have pretty colorful things there not sure what they were. But my kids said no you dont want that lol thought was to hold my smokes in. Well its cheaper than most places and they sell my menthol Tabasco legally cuz Tabasco you make your self isnt iligal. Newsome only stopped the cigarettes flavors. So is where I like to go and the people are sweet

Locally owned by an amazing family and ran by some awesome people. They always help me find what I’m looking for and let me know when there are deals.

I was in the store buying vapes as I regularly do every week, when I got my vape I opened it up in the store and hit it as you should in case the vape is burnt or tastes like cotton. When doing so it was burnt and I asked for another to try which was burnt as well. When I asked to try a different flavor so I wouldn’t diminish that flavor, the lady working proceeded to tell me I’m “wasting” their vapes and I am not allowed to ask for a replacement vape. I then advised her that bad batches are very common and this sort of thing happens quite often, she didn’t seem as if she was understanding what I was trying to saying and continued to tell me I’m “wasting” their product and that I’m not allowed to ask of that anymore. Very disrespectful and very bad service. I’m normally very pleased with service and with other employees as I am a frequent customer. This experience was far from good.

Every time I come in to this shop I know I will want out with everything I need and if not they will get it in for you with in a couple of days. 10/10 will recommend for the customer service and friendlyness

Horable customer service..dont expect theses guys to multitask especially the so called child they have managing this place. Never will be graced with my presence again... some advice...acknowledge every customer no matter what there Race is..shame on you!

Excellent smoke shop. Best smoke in redding especially for vaporizers. Tons of great selection with excellent pricing. Everyone that works at the shop is extremely helpful and gives great support. If you need anything smoke related they will have it at a discount price. Been going to this shop for 3 months. 6$ a pack of spirits. Best price in town.

I just bought some ejuice there tonight, after I got home and opened the box I realized they sold me juice that was 6 months expired and tasted like pepper when its supposed to be mixed berry. Pretty rediculous I just payed about $18 for a 60ml bottle of juice thats expired. Im just going to stick with buying ejuice online straight from the manufacturer from now on. At least Ill get what I payed for and not get screwed over. I wish I could get a replacement or refund but I know vapes stores dont usually do that sorta thing.

Thought Id give this place a try but as other reviews have already stated, they are not open for the hours posted. Drive all the way across town to check them out and now driving across town again to go somewhere else. Unfortunately Ill never know if its a good place or not as I work too hard to waste my money on gas for no reason. Good luck.

Owner cuts deals when you buy a few things. Super nice stuff for cheap. Got a silicone dab rig setup for 25. Water pipe a foot tall for $50. Cheap spirits also. Got a good selection of blunt wraps and other smoking accessories.

Has pretty much everything when it comes to cigarettes and cigars. From experience they do not carry plasma lighters. No restroom available. Great service. Friendly. Beer, soda, energy drinks also here.

Last 4 times I been by here at 10 am when they are supposed to open and NEVER open on time. Outside now and its 1020 and STILL not open. 8 customers showed up and left thinking they were open. Very frustrating!!!

Absolutely love this place. 1st reason I choose this place is due to the man who works there, he is ALWAYS kind and typically goes above and beyond! I find that other vape shops are not attentive. This vape shop always has what I need and I dont know much so I typically just show him my vape and he gets me what I need. 2nd reason is because it is the cheapest place Ive found.

Pricing is about the same as everywhere else, you get a discount if you buy more than one juice of the same size. The counter person is usually very nice and helpful.

I bought a vape from them they didn’t sell me the full packaging and never gave me a recipe? It hasn’t worked or turned on sense I bought it. I called the shop and they told me they wouldn’t refund me and they didn’t no how to help. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a first vape pen or whatever.
