I’ve never been to the salon before the remodel, but everything looks so nice ! First time experience was very good. Friendly, caring, and happy staff😇. You don’t feel judged. It feels like you are stepping into their home because they are laid back and chill. This salon is very clean and the prices are good for the services. I loved my acrylic nails ($70 excluding tip.) They were a bit thick but I’m not sure if other technicians are able to make them thinner. I was handled with care. Thank you ! I will definitely be coming back🌺🩷

If you have not been to Happy Nails Salon in Redding recently they are nearly complete with their remodel….and I will tell you it is GORGEOUS!!! The pedicure chairs are top of the line and incredibly comfortable. Not to mention beautiful! The stations for nail care are glamtastic!! I’ve been coming here for some time and the staff has always been VERY friendly!! If you’re considering a manicure/pedicure or a full set GO CHECK THEM OUT!!

Conveniently located in Redding near Tokyo Garden, this salon has become my go-to spot for all my nail care needs.The staff at Happy Nails are incredibly friendly and always provide great service. They are very accommodating to me and my kids, making every visit enjoyable. My youngest, who is now six, has been coming here since she was two for her manicures and pedicures. She absolutely loves sitting in the childrens size princess chair!When I think about getting my nails done, Happy Nails is the only place I go. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent nail care in a welcoming and family-friendly environment.

Anna did such an amazing job doing my pink + white ombré powder manicure! Absolutely beautiful 😍😍 Michael did my pedicure and did an amazing job too! They put in a lot of work and attention to detail, you can tell they care about excellence and making the customer happy :) Also just a heads up they’re doing renovations for the next few weeks but still definitely seeing customers.

Extremely bad!!!I did my nails in this salon and tried dipping powder for the first time.24 hours later gel started cracking and falling off of almost every single of my nails.Service was rushed, cuticles were not removed nicely and when I chose color after seeing that particular polish is tick and almost empty instead of opening new one they added acetone.I’m uploading pictures from next day.

This is my first time visiting this nail salon. I found it on Google before coming and it had very good reviews. Today, my 3-year-old daughter wants to get a beautiful manicure. The manicure clerk here is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. I will continue to come to this store for manicures on my daughters 4th birthday next month.

It’s been beautifully remodeled! New chairs, foot bowls, new floor etc! Five star service with Anna and Tom and a great experience with everything brand new.

I don not recommend unless you want to over pay and be insulted. Here’s the teaI took my girls and I out for a girls day today. We arrived after calling in and we were quickly seated. I tried to explain to the man I didn’t want nails, just powder. He looked confused and I proceeded to explained to him and a woman, I wanted no nails and asked if it were possible. They said okay…My nails a very short and he started filing them, with the drill. I’d never done powder so I was trying to trust the process but then he started putting nails on. Confused I asked why? He tried to explain he had to make my nails even. I think here is where I should’ve spoken up again but my anxiety was high. I hate confrontation. I kept thinking, (Why not cut my natural longer nails to match short after I’d already expressed many times, I don’t want fake nails on.) However, He put them on and proceeded to only two nails on my broken arms hand and a full set on the other. And then cutting and filling the same length as my natural nail. What was the point?? When he was done my nails were crooked, jagged, sharp and the angle he cut and filed the fake nail was too deep, leaving my real nail exposed. He didn’t put gloss on them or any nail cuticle oil on them and the powder was all over my hands…A second man agreed to fix it. He was patient, kind and the reason I gave it a star. Even at his best attempts to fix them, they still were uneven and rough and one nail was half fake and exposing my natural nail. hated them. My oldest daughter convinced me to go back in and speak up. The ladies were sorta rude to her but they were not listening to me and she tried to help. As one of them said “ we’re talking to your mom” I felt like a bother, unheard and all I wanted at that point was to take them off. One lady snapped at my daughter which wasn’t professional at all. They Finally they agreed to remove them.This time a lady was doing them she kept asking me why hadn’t I spoken up ect to which I was confused because I had multiple times expressed I didn’t want nails and I was not satisfied yet I was apologetic for being “difficult” but paying $55 when their board say $40-$45 and they weren’t what I asked for, it shouldn’t have been a problem.The woman who removed it and agreed to redo them. Which is why I gave two stars. She made conversation talking about kids and how I managed to brake my arm (not in a cast) she then started guessing my age and began to tell me I looked twice my age and how next time I should get long nails because my fingers are fat repeatedly how how because they are fat and my nails are short, it isn’t pretty…. I left crying.I had a serious car accident two years ago leaving my right arm unable to fully open. Which is why I’d don’t want fake nails and my hand doesn’t full work. And I hadn’t my nails done in two years…. This experience really made me feel worse. After we left one of my girls realized her nails too were uneven. 250$ later we won’t be returning nor do we recommend

The folks at happy Nails Salon are very nice people and preform amazing work. Start with a warm greeting and checking in, to a calm and relaxing environment. From their huge variety of colors, designs, style of nails, to their pedicures and all those options as well. These pictures are taken two weeks after my appointment. I went her my first time to treat my niece out for our nails to be done, she ended up getting a pedicure too. And I was so impressed by their artwork that I brought in my sons girlfriend for a Christmas present and my other niece as well. We all love their work and made the girls days. Thanks for being awesome to all your crew at Happy Nail Salon.

Tom is wonderful! He was able to remove my old nails without pain and gave me a wonderful new set. Would do 10 stars if possible.

I want to Anna and got acrylics for my dance and needles to say they’re perfect she even asked me for a photo of my dress so that she could color match! She is truly a saint and I will be coming back again. P.S. I know I’m the photo it looks like just random heart but there attached to golden sting lines 💅🏻❤️🫶🏻love you Anna

I got Maia and she was so sweet! I had a great experience here! Beautiful nails! The only thing is she accidentally cut my thumb a bit but that’s okay. She did it exactly how I wanted it! Even added some gems that I added on last minute! It was my first time getting my nails done 💅 in a real salon. I am very particular when it comes to nails and things I pay for. They did a great job, however there were some small bubbles that you could barely see. I’m not sure how acrylics are supposed to work but my whole nail wasn’t completely covered by the acrylics. But I rate this experience 4/5 stars. Thank u so much for an overall wonderful experience!

Went in to get my nails done. I went to cosmology school, I know when I see unlicensed people working. My nails were filed down to the point of ripping my nail bed from my skin. This is a huge risk for infection. You could tell items were used on other people. Im sorry I havent gotten my nails done in a long time so Ill probably vet the places much more next time. I added pictures so you can see the cuts on my nails.

First time getting acrylics. Anna was very kind and patient throughout the process. I am obsessed with how my nails came out and 100% would recommend Happy Nails!!

I went to get a full set and my girl Anna did me right, I absolutely love this set and she did such a beautiful job, not to mention the lively and happy environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their nails done the staff are amazing and the nails are stunning.

Beautiful salon. The guy I got did not listen to the shape I wanted. I wanted longer almond nails and got short stubby nails. I even gave an inspo pic and it’s so far off. Very expensive for a terrible experience. It also hurt a lot!Also, they tried to double charge me!

I’ve been coming here for 8 years, and it’s a great spot for me. My tastes are simple- a medium length almond shaped acrylic nail with no design and with not too much thickness. I see Tom (I think) the older man who wears a ruby ring. He is professional and quick, which means a lot to me. I don’t let the other older man touch my feet for pedicure- he’s too rough. The ladies are all really nice and pedicure is decent but you will need to tell them to work on the calluses if you want them to do it, otherwise they will mostly just do the minimum on that. Most of the time my nails look great- occasionally one is a little crooked or wonky, so if that happens, just really tell them what you want- they will fix it. I can appreciate that they want payments and tips in cash because credit card processing fees are so high. But they have always taken my card without any problem. I feel like at this Salon if you are clear about what you want they will give a great clean service. My photo is of my most recent nails two weeks later, and no complaints. They are growing out straight, not too thick, and Polish is still shiny.

Anna did my nails today here for my wedding and they are absolutely incredible! I love the color they are not too pink and not too white. They look like exactly what I was hoping for!

I am new to the area and looking to find a new home for my nails. This place will not be that.I had to voice just how disappointed I was after visiting this establishment today.I called ahead to make an appointment and asked if they do gelX. They told me yes so I made an appointment for gelx manicure and gel pedicure.When I got there they proceeded to begin my pedicure and 30 minutes in I had to ask when they were starting my manicure. I figured they would do it at the same time since they had a bunch of extra staff available (this available staff were just sitting on my phones.Finally 40 minutes into my appointment she starts my nails and I tell her I want gelx. She moves me to a different table once my pedicure was done and started doing acrylic powder to fill in my gelx nails. I tell her that is not what I want. I told her if you don’t have gelx then I want to take the gelx that was on my nails off since my own nails were the same length underneath.Knowing that I wanted long almond shaped nails she then proceeded to cut my nail so short that almond wouldn’t even be an option.She took my gels off and then cut and shapped my nails so horribly that they are different lengths and different shapes. Look nothing like an almond. She did nothing with my cuticles and barely let my hands soak in water.I am someone that gets my nails done on a very regular basis. I also know what is I want and the expectation I have trusting a business and their performance.I could have done my own nails better.From the beginning they should have told me they don’t know what gelx is and I would have gone somewhere else.When I voiced my disappointment when I was paying, a woman who I think was the manager, offered me no compensation , still charged me $85 (which I still tipped) and gave me $15 off my next visit. As I leave with nails that have jagged edges.I will not be going back there. Make sure if you make an appointment here you are clear about the services you are asking for.

Had my 2nd nail appointment with anna, and I AM OBSESSED! I brought in an inspo picture and she did better then the photo i brought! I can not stop staring and admiring them! I LOVE MY NAILS! My friend and I went in with no appointment and they were still able to fit us in. I had Trina and she was so sweet! My friend had Anna and got acrylic nails for the first time, with the cutest design. I’m very happy with my experience and now I can’t help but to smile whenever I look down at my nails! :))) definitely will be back!

Tom is amazing he’s my new favorite person. He’s fast, good and didn’t hurt my nails. They look great and natural. Made them nice and thin.

Anna and Tina did a FABULOUS job on my toes and nails. I took my girlfriend put for her birthday treat and they treated us like queens like we deserved!! We got matching nails. They look awesome!!! Not only did they do a great job, but they care took to me in the salon by bringing me water and doing my nails at the same time as doing my toes:) its was awesome and the turn out was great. Tom did a great job on my hombre nails. I was really happy with how it turned out. The price was $60. They are very strong and have been lasting really well. They took me without an appointment and I was seated quickly even though they had other clients.

I went to get my acrylics removed and they didnt soak them, they cut them down basically to my finger tip and pried them off with the tip of fake nail. And didnt file or smooth anything. Ruined my nails and made my fingers bleed. 10/10 would not recommend this establishment

I have been going here for as long as it has been open. Anna is one of the most wonderful manicurists I have ever had! She always fits me in right away, and does exactly what I want done to my nails with a smile on her face. The other day I was really stressed out and I went to get a pedicure, and Hannah made the experience so wonderful. She gave me a massage that I didn’t even pay for it, and made sure that each toenail was meticulously worked on. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a good nail salon!

I ended up liking my nails a lot which is why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise I was not a fan. The stations and containers they were using were filthy. It smelled like a combination of nail polish remover and food in there (which may not have been their fault, not sure if there was a restaurant next door). My nail technician was anything but friendly and kept getting mad if I didn’t hold my fingers the right way or relax my hand enough. Also they didn’t have a wrist rest, instead he used a large dip powder jar that he kept moving around under my arm. I got a dip manicure for $45 which was very basic; removal of previous dip and immediate application of new dip, no manicure, massage, or hot towel. And the way they removed the old dip was new to me - instead of individually wrapping each nail they used a Tupperware with nail polish remover and had you soak all of your fingers in it. My actual nails turned out very pretty and just what I asked for. They weren’t too thick which I also appreciated. But personally I would not go back.

Ive always considered my nails a very private thing, and once Ive got a manicurist I wont change them easily. Anna is a nail technician who is very satisfying to me. She can always perfectly create the shape I want. She also gives me a lot of professional advice and encourages me to try different styles bravely. If you get a chance to get your nails done here, I highly recommend Anna. Try it, you wont regret it.

Went here as a Redding visitor because of the reviews… not only did the pedicure person cut my toe, she drug her sleeve through my fresh polish and rather than remove/fix it she just painted over it. I try not to be a complainer but man this pedi is bad. Powder fill so bad I went back to have them fixed/removed. So this post is edited to reflect fix. Will not return

I went in today already with a design already in mind. The women doing my nails was very honest about not being able to do what i wanted so we chose a different design, despite it not being the 100% what I had in mind she did a beautiful job. I’m in love with my nails, honestly the best place I’ve been to in this area.

Anna saved my experience. She did a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. 5 star for nails!I gave a 4 star because they try very hard to make the customer happy.The pedicures are foot massages, the only person I noticed giving a calf-foot massage was a man named Tony.My suggestions would be:1) Give the customer the person they booked with. I booked with Anna because I read her good reviews and they gave me Hannah. I was going to end the service and leave and that’s when they gave me Anna.2) Read what services the customer booked. They asked me what I booked 5 times through the experience.I think their prices are great for what you get.It’s just not well organized and not a relaxing experience. It’s great for people who just want to get their toes and nails done and don’t care about the environment/experience.

I wasn’t to happy with the service. She charged me for a full set when she just did a fill in. She rushed through my nails wasn’t paying attention to my nails while doing them kept looking away and getting up to talk to her assistant. Did not use clean equipment as well. If she needed a break she should have taken one before working on my nails. Don’t get me wrong she was very calm and sweet to me I’ll give her that. Don’t think I will be coming back tho sadly. The lines in the side have been driving me crazy because most of them are either to thick or to thin😭 ALSO I wanna thank her for putting up with my shakiness I know that doesn’t help either tho bless her gentle soul because I was also hungry and was being a tad bit rude she didn’t deserve that🥺💛

Went in and asked for a full set and a specific design. I told the lady it was completely fine if she couldn’t do it, and that I’d request something else. She said she could and that it’d cost $75. I would have totally been fine with the price if she was actually able to do the design but this is what I got compared to what I asked for. I shouldn’t have tipped but I didn’t have the heart to just walk out, and I do believe we should always tip anyone in the service industry. However, I do believe the staff needs to be more upfront about their skill especially when the customer is asking for a specific design. I was showed the one design on my pinky and I actually liked it, but every fingered continued to get worse with no effort to fix the obvious mistakes. I didn’t speak up that I was disappointed which is on me because I have a hard time being rude to anyone working in customer service. I also didn’t notice the full extent of how poorly done they were until I walked out and compared them to the picture I showed her. Bottom line, there are much better places in Redding if you are looking for a specific design. This is not the place. Edit: changing my review from a two star to a one star because I just noticed on their website design nails are only suppose to be $65 so the designer most likely added the $10 to the final price because she knew she was going to do a poor job and didn’t expect me to tip. Don’t go here. They are completely fraudulent.

Ive been here a few times now and this last visit left me very unhappy. I specifically asked for FireFly orange (DD28) and they gave me not only the wrong color but a powder orange that costs more and I didnt ask for. I told them its not what I wanted and I got waved off. The flame design came out nicely but it completely covered the powder they put on my nails. I went in for a fill. Not going back this time. 3 strikes youre out.

Very friendly staff, willing to try and work with you, for understandable and affordable prices according to what youre asking for. As my second visit here, I came in with some reference photos for a quite specific idea that was going to be a bit difficult to trust the process of, and I am very glad that I did. A very well deserved and special thank you to Anna for this job well done. She seemed very happy and proud of her own work at the end, which was so delightful to experience and to be able to share the same excited feeling. I love how these came out; I spent a very long time at home preemptively figuring out the best shape and size for what design would look best and pair well with my finger and nail shape. What they didnt know, is that I chose these colors due to my maternity photo outfit, that are also going to act as Christmas cards. I will come back to update with the photos after they are done. These nails are perfect for what I had in mind, and I am so thankful to Anna for making these and working with me.

Current -Been meaning to post this but have been out of the country. One year later and I’m still obsessed with Tom’s work. I told him I wanted ocean themed nails for my trip to Mexico and he delivered! Not only that but they survived a two week fitness retreat in the jungle of Puerto Vallarta, which included zip lining and multiple workout sessions/hikes. I will keep coming back time and time again!!- Precious Review -I found Tom and happy nails by accident, but have been hooked ever since I found them six months ago! Not only is the staff friendly, but I hadn’t had a pedicure in almost 4 years. Not only was the experience top notch, but they always exceed my expectations when I ask for nail art! Specifically this time as I prepare for my Disney trip! I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of work and customer service here and will continue to come back time and time again!

I started going to Happy Nails because they didnt require appts. I continued every weeks for their service. The entire team goes out of their way to make you comfortable....and the service, nails, manicures or pedicures are fantastic!

First of all this color was not the color on the nail selection I choose. 2nd I asked for long straight nails not this coffin shape & this is not long to me although they charged an extra $5 for long nails. 3rd my middle & ring finger polish has powder & has thick coats on it, it was closing time so they refused to repaint them. Trina was the rudest technician I tried to tell her I didn’t like the shape & all she said was I’m not done yet. I was trying to explain I wanted straight like the way the nail tips originally are, she kept filling so short too & I told her they were she said no it’s long. I’m like not to me! Anyway a waist of 2 hrs and $40.80 (.80) for debit card fee. I will not return & trying to save you the headache I had with Happy nail…(they didn’t make me happy) Plus a young teenage girl paid a tip with cash & the nail tech told her to total the debit card receipt & add the tip amount, made no sense at all, other than this teenage girl tipped her twice without understanding what she did…so sad

They were so nice and the customer service was great, the pedicure was good but my acrylic set, not so much. She asked me several times if I was ok with them so I do not blame her but I couldnt really tell until I got out to my car and could really see the finished product. Im not picky and dont like making a big deal out of things but I paid 55$ for just the nails and they are already lifting after one day, a few on one hand are not straight, and they are not painted to the cuticle.

They did not prep my nails, they seemed to be in a rush to do my nails from the moment I walked in. The guy doing my nails was rushing, my nail art was rushed and he said it was my fault that they looked bad because I wasnt listening? The bottoms looked awful because they didnt prep my nails at all. About three weeks after, I have two nails left. One on my thumb and one on my pinkie, my pinkie was starting to hurt and i accidently bumped my finger and it started bleeding. It was hurting all day but it wasnt able to come off, Ive been trying to soak it in nail polish remover all day (all I have) and then later it barely touched my pillow as i was changing my pillow cases and it came off along with half of my nail. My poor pinkie is in gauze and I hope my thumb comes off smoothly :(

I drive an hour everytime I get my nails done, I’ve been coming here for awhile. The guy nail tech is awesome, he knows what he’s doing. The owner? I think I may be wrong, told my mom she could only do dip not acrylic. I called and asked if I needed an appointment to come in and they said no, it was the end of the day. I get there and the guy nail tech had a girl in his chair and was obviously busy, I was ok with waiting because I thought that he was almost finished with her nails and that he could work on me next. Communication is no where to be found in this situation and I watch another girl go sit down in his chair and im hella confused, the owner? Walks in and is telling me to go sit down in her chair, I told her that I wanted him and she told me again, I continue to be upset and sat down in her chair, I thought everything was fine but for the past week I have noticed that she overfilled my cuticles with acrylic causing them to lift after a certain point. When acrylic does that you have chances of getting a fungus. Its just not good, they were $70. A week and just 3 days in, my pinky just pops off. yayyy!! :/ what a waste of money.

I wish I took pictures beforehand but my nails were horrible. The guy was rushing them and 5 of them were crooked and the shape was completely off even though a squoval should be easy to do for them... my toes werent filed evenly so my big toes looked funny until I got home and corrected it myself.. and they still changed me $100!!!! That was a waste of money.

This place is only place I will ever go to again. Im a girl who loves anime and strange things, and I love my nails to show it. Everytime I come to this Salon to see Tom he makes my dreams comes true! No matter how complicated he hand paints anything. I highly recommend this place and Tom is the man to see for amazingly beautiful and stunning nails! 😍

I (Debbie, not Joe) went there with two friends. The person that did my pedicure cut my cuticles on both big toes so bad they bled. They kept bleeding for awhile. When I confronted the manager she told me she wouldnt refund my money because I continued to get the pedicure. She didnt even apologize. It took over a month before the scabs were gone. Needless to say we arent going back there.****in response to your response, yes it was your facility but it was at the end of summer. Now that it is sandal weather I was looking for a different place to go and came across Happy Nails. It reminded me of my experience and so I wrote a review.

Omg!!! Anna did an amazing job on my nails!!! I told her to freestyle and create something cute and I mean can you see how perfect they are!! Amazing service. I also got deluxe pedi!! Can’t say it enough, treat yourselves people!

My friend and I went in there the other day to get manicures and left bleeding. The lady who was helping my friend was making rude remarks about her feet and about my skin . Then the person doing my toes got a good cut on my pinkey toe and then got like acetone in it which burned like a mf. My friend had her big toe bleeding from cutting her cuticles back so far. For being one of the only places open on a Sunday you are better off waiting to go somewhere else during the week.Here are some updates pics if our feet after we left . My pinkey toe is just NOW healed up and my friend toe she almost had to go into the doctors for . Yea Im good on not coming back here ever again.

I got a full acrylic set with nail art and these are the cutest and most perfect nails I have ever gotten. This was my first time at Happy Nails and everyone is professional, it smells good inside, and i felt very comfortable. 100% recommend 💗😄👍

I love dnd nail spa! I’m very picky when it comes to my nails. Ana used to work from another nail salon in town and i stopped going there because they said she’s back in LA. I was so bumped because i love her works. Luckily yesterday, I went to D&D Nail Spa because they have 10% off on all services and i got to see ana again because she is now the new owner of D&D nail spa! I’m super happy I found her again and she didn’t move! I go to Ana all the time because she do such a great job taking care of my nails. She is so experienced that she knows knows every single shape you want. The quality of work she put in is top notch. She likes everything to be perfect. I love her and the staff there is very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone 👌

I normally don’t write reviews but after searching all of Redding for a good place to get nails done, I thought this might be helpful. Happy nails is HANDS DOWN THE BEST. It’s clean, the people are friendly and they always do everything they can to get you in! If you’re looking for nail art Tom is the one to go to! He’s AMAZING. But all of the manicurist here do an awesome job! Highly recommend!

Time and time again, Tom has done amazing work for me! Everyone here is happy and very polite. Tom does custom nails and he delivers every time. If your looking for regular beautiful nails they have tons of colors to choose from. If your looking for unique designs then look no further!! I won’t be going anywhere else!

Will not be using this place ever. My partner went there yesterday to get toes done as she was given a certificate as a gift. She had the worst experience ever! The older gentleman caused a sore on her toe from rubbing the same spot over n over. Even after she yelled at him 3+ times to stop. Another worker had to tell him what she was saying cause he didnt seem to know any english. On top of that he had nail polish all over the place and another worker had to come over to fix it. She apologized but it was a mute cause. Get people in there that speak or understand English and know how to give the experience you are in business for!!! We will NEVER be back.

My tech was very rough on my hands repeatedly. Then the worse part was they would cough and sneeze all over my hands (no mask and not covering mouth). Then proceed to wipe their nose with the hands they were using on me. I almost got up and left multiple times. Very dirtyWont be back

Came here for a spa pedicure and a regular manicure and was not disappointed! Im not entirely sure who I got, but he was very kind and seemed to be very knowledgeable with his work. I just got regular polish; afterwards, I left out to my car and realized I had left the UV/fan table too soon! A few of my nails polish were all crushed/wrinkled back due to my rummaging through my purse (my own fault!). I ran back in and he immediately sat back down with me and fixed them all, even the ones I didnt mind having just a little bump in. I half debated not even going back in because I was mainly there for the spa pedicure/massage, but Im so glad I did! Id highly recommend this place; they are extremely sweet, clean, and professional. Definitely worth the prices. My mom has come here in the past as well and shes always had excellent experiences with them.

Made an appointment at 6 o’clock. Everything was OK when I got in there everything the same to be hurry up and when I told him how I wanted gel French, it seemed that perturbed the tech that was working on me and I think her name is cherry,and then I want to have my eyebrows waxed lol she got wax in my hair, so I really wasn’t happy with the customer service and because they didn’t talk English. It was very hard to understand them so overall not too happy with them.

This is my first time here at Happy nails. I am so disappointed. I asked for gel tips. They gave me jail dip. I didnt ask for this and Tony did my hands and he was very rough and forceful with my hand. The owner was very rude when I called on the phone to make an appointment. I will never go here again. Pro nails is my place. I know that now but going there for years no problems.

I came in yesterday needing a fill in and one broken nail fixed. The lady Kathy was super rushed, hardly put any acrylic on the nails that needed a fill (probably why one broke off within an hour of having them done) and when she fixed the one broken nail, she made the acrylic way too thick which you can see. The nail polish application was rushed, sloppy, and streaky. When doing the cuticle oil at the end, she dumped oil into my hands and not on my cuticles like normal, which was weird and left me which oily hands as I left. I was also charged $40 for this service, which I’ve never heard of for a fill.Will never go back. Sticking to my regular place which is Nails Spa by Chuck E Cheese.

I have never had such an awful experience. My mom and I went in for a simple cut and color. They didn’t even cut our nails, threw color on them to the point it was all over the skin and thin where it was see through. The man that did mine was aggressive when moving my feet around. I started after my mom and finished before her which should tell you how fast he went. We both wanted a flower on the big toe and they said we had to wait 20 minutes before they would do it ( I have never heard of that). I will never go back.

It is so hard to find a nail salon that you love, when moving to a new city. I have been coming here since I moved to Redding in august ‘21. I have not gone to another place since. Much less let anyone do my nails but Tom. He is so meticulous and detail oriented and listens to what you want. My nails always come out better than what I show him. Designs, simple, shaped, rhinestones, etc, he’s amazing!

Me and my best friend came here and both of our nails were very lob sided. She got French tip, it says on the wall $55 and the lady tried to charge her $65

To expensive... Im responding to her awswer..For 1 I didnt come in for a pedicure and manicure. You had me pay 140.00 for only a full set of nails.gel.tiger eye. And my daughter was with me whom also had hers done.. The man who collected said what no tip.. come on.. I just walked out with my daughter. No feet done though. You make more then I do . Once in a blue moon I get them done. And I wont be back there. Sorry. Hopefully someone will enjoy them more then I did. And youll remember who I am now. We were your last customers that night.

Cut skin on both of my pinky nails wear it was throbbing even days after, felt like they were rushing. The painting job was okay not the best I ever had, he even left the white polish on my clear part of my French tip. The shaping could have been better. Really sweet people tho they want you to be happy!

I had a bad disappointment experience with my nails yesterday .Anna the owner lady did my nails & I even showed her pictures few times & asked her to do same as that picture but not even closer or not even same white color (see pics below with a ring fingers that’s how I wanted it done ). And when I ready to pay , even though I wasn’t happy with my nails at all , she even asked me if I have cash to pay instead of using my card . Never going to this place again .

Anna did my acrylic nails, I wanted them short but coffin style which is almost impossible, yet she did it. Her work is neat and pretty! She is always my go to for an amazing manicure!

I absolutely love coming here! I see Tom and he always does such a beautiful job! Any picture I show for him to mimic, he does a better job. SO friendly here! Worth every penny.

I set an appointment at 2:30 for a new set of nails, got seated pretty quickly however sat at the table for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come, then one lady put on the false nail then had me move to another technicians chair and sat there for another 10+ minutes before the lady sat down to put acrylic on my nails but got up more than a few times taking over 5-10 minutes each time while I sat there with acrylic on half my nails most of the time, she was very rough filing the acrylic (mind you I have been getting acrylics consistently since I was 13 and now am 20 and very use to this process) the apex of my nails (the thick part) is towards the tip which can be very bad, then asked me to go wash my hands once the acrylic was all done came back and sat once again for probably 10 minutes until she came back and started to paint my nails, while she did well with the design everything else was not what I expected with all the great reviews I read before choosing to move from my normal salon. I ended up paying $90 for the nails which is outrageous and I feel like I was over priced even doing the math myself with the prices posted it should not have costed that much with a very simple design, and being there from 2:30-4:20 nearly for a new set is ridiculous.

The nails came out cute, but I believe they overcharged me as I almost paid the same for a gel manicure that my friend paid for a full set at the same time. A $10 difference between two wildly different services when their website has lower prices for a regular gel manicure.

My regular place is under new ownership so I decided to give this place a try. It was okay but the matte finish is already peeling off and I just got them done about 30 minutes ago also the design is not even on all of the nails

Poor work and worst experience Ive ever had. Guy cut my toe and wouldnt stop when i asked him to not clip my nails. He clearly did not know how to use clippers. Then he wouldnt stop again when i said stop filing my skin. I finally just took the file away from him. They sent someone else to finish. he gave a good foot massage but should not have been doing nails. Two days later it hurts, still sensitive. The owner came to try to be nice we love you was just a little weird. Also the chemical smell was very strong and the place is not ventilated. ALSO they want cash tips which they say on multiple signs Just dont go here. I dont live in Redding but come once a year. Im writing this review to remind myself, Ill never go back.

That’s definitely not a place for those who prefers professional and high quality pedicures. During my visit 3 different people worked on my nails 🤣 the shape was crooked, wasn’t not remade, only after gel was already on they started to redone the shape 😅and then … they lacquered the nail edges separately. So completely amateur place. My first and last time.
