My first pregnancy was a breeze, and I was lucky enough to travel to 5 countries. Every country I visited I HAD to have a massage.This is my second pregnancy, and I’ve been in so much pain. Elaine has given the best massages out of every prenatal massage I’ve ever had. Who’d of thought my favorite prenatal masseuse was in my hometown?! Definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing massage with Elaine. She was very attentive and it left me rejuvenated. I had a facial with Wendy. My skin has been giving me quite a hard time since having a baby and she made my skin look amazing! I am so impressed and will be back!

Wow, I just had the best massage of my whole life with Tiffany. This massage was thoughtful, intuitive, warm, and calm, and I felt so amazing during and after. I came in as a busy mom with lots of stress and knots, and she helped me immensely. Im looking forward to scheduling my 90-minute deep tissue with her. Everything this facility has to offer is amazing, and Im looking forward to trying so many services.

I went to Arukah Wellness for a prenatal massage during my early phases of labor. I was having horrible back labor and couldn’t get comfortable. I saw Elaine who was so thorough with her massage and helped me to relax and put my body at ease for the first time in days. She was experienced with pregnant mamas, and knew just how to work on my body. I left feeling so much more comfortable than when I walked in and immediately booked another massage with Elaine for the next day. Having this done during early labor helped me to feel much more relaxed and physically ready for childbirth.Ashley runs an amazing business and it has such a calming and inviting atmosphere. I am intrigued by all the services they offer that are catered toward women, and I’m looking forward to my future visits here.

If you have not gone to see Ashley at Arukah Wellness for a lymphatic massage, you are missing out! Wonderful experience. I had read about the benefits of lymphatic massage and had wanted to do it for quite some time, but it wasnt until I had a large, painful clogged lymph node that I finally went in. Ashley truly has a gift! She is thorough and calming, very experienced in the process, and provides a wonderful massage. Aside from my lymph node significantly decreasing in size and the pain being nearly gone, my skin turns clear and nearly glows for weeks afterwards! I highly recommend Ashley and the ladies at Arukah!

Amazing place and owner! Calming atmosphere, I always feel comfortable, and Ashley gives THE best massages, hands down! She is so intuitive and knowledgeable with the body, its like she just knows exactly what to do and where to massage so I feel like Im in a relaxed comatose state for hours every time I leave. I drive from Red Bluff just for my massages because they are that good!

My massage with Elaine was perfect!! I had areas of chronic pain that I needed her to address. She asked a lot of questions and explained everything she was doing . Elaine checked in frequently with me regarding the pressure she was using and made sure I was comfortable. I left there feeling so much better. All the tension was gone and the pain alleviated. Love everything about arukah. Women serving and uplifting other women. Ashley has encapsulated my placenta for both of my pregnancies, done cranial sacral on my daughter and I have also had the pleasure of getting a couple massages from her. Everything she does is amazing. Also highly recommend Jordan for postpartum pelvic Pt. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Sooo thankful to have been able to see her while recovering postpartum. Will definitely be coming here for thermography as well!

As a student (almost licensed) midwife, I can say confidently that I would recommend a Arukah for any maternal care. The women there are so intentional and compassionate, taking their time to really love and pamper their clients. I have been lucky enough to use Ashley as my massage therapist, and no one has loved my body so thoroughly or been so patient with my muscles before. I have also had clients rave about Jordan and her pelvic therapy. Literally life-changing work. Please use them. I guarantee you will love each of them.

I was recommended by another pregnant midwife to seek out Ashley at Arukah Wellness for prenatal massage. I just had my first a few days ago and I am hooked! Her knowledge and hands are magic. Prenatal massages with Ashley are now a regular part of my self care routine and I couldnt be happier.

Ive had several prenatal massages done by Ashley and I cannot recommend her enough - like other reviewers have mentioned, she has magic hands! I feel noticeably better for weeks after getting a massage. Not only is it a nice, relaxing break from the craziness of life with kids, but the way my body feels better afterwards is more obvious and long-lasting than after regular adjustments at the chiropractor. I have yet to meet any of the others that have recently joined her at her new location, but I would trust anyone she works with and recommends!

I have been going to Arukah Wellness for years now and the last three times have been seeing Amber. I love her massages!!!! I leave feeling relaxed and also knowing that she worked on me getting my knots and tough spots worked out. She goes deep and I love it. I have had many massages over the years of my life and never before have I had such caring treatment as I have with Amber here at Aruka Wellness.She is not only sweet she makes you feel comfortable in all ways and asks you what your looking for in a massage. I have never had wonderful and intentional massages as she gives. She works around your schedule. Amber has constantly fit me in at last minute when I needed a massage because my back is in pain, and I’m able to text her when I need to get in asap. I get my massages by Amber at Arukah. I’ve been to many message therapist and places for my massages; local spas, independent therapist, resorts and no one compares to Amber. I almost often leave disappointed, but not with Amber. There are massages where you are getting rubs, but Amber gives massages that are truly therapeutic and life changing. I have lots of neck pain and tension. I’ve been consistently going to her for more than 6 months and I have truly felt a difference in my pain. Even on my first massage I felt an improvement. Every time I leave one of Amber’s massages I feel lighter, not because I’m just relaxed but because I can feel all the tension leaving my body. I cannot recommend her enough.

Elaine is absolutely fantastic! Her knowledge of the body is outstanding. She makes sure youre comfortable the entire massage and takes time to explain what and why certain muscles are affecting parts of the body. The entire massage was calm and peaceful. Her focus area massages are a definite must for anyone that has one area or just a few areas bothering them but dont have time for the full body massage. I received a full relaxation massage that went into a focus area massage and I highly recommend it.

Arukah wellness is amazing. Their massage therapist are fantastic and super knowledgeable. Ashley also did body work on our son that had a tongue tie release and I am already noticing a difference in his latch. I will continue to go here for the years to come!

Amazing service. Always above and beyond. I’ve had several massages with Ashley. Not only is she knowledgeable and experienced but she has a gift for understanding massage especially when it comes to issues or problem areas. My shoulder was AWFUL before coming to see Ashley. I thought for sure I’d need surgery at some point it was so bad and painful. My job requires me to carry a lot of heavy gear on primarily one shoulder and there really was no solution I could find. I started getting monthly massages with Ashley hoping to manage the pain, but was surprised that her knowledge and technique actually helped Healy shoulder. She’s amazing hands down one of the best!!

Highly recommend! I was referred to Elaine after having a flare up from an ongoing problem. My neck and shoulder felt completely locked and I was in a lot of pain. She got me in the same day and I immediately felt welcomed and comforted in the fact that we could make forward progress. Elaine is a miracle worker! I gave her a big problem to work with and this is the best I have felt in a very long time!

Had a gift certificate I got for my birthday. The day of I had a work conflict but the rude owner refused to reschedule or give me a refund. She took my money and provided no service. All while being extremely rude in the process.
