Dulce has been doing my nails for a few months now and I am so glad to have finally found someone who genuinely cares about their clients and are SO talented!!!! She always has me send her my designs in advanced and they always turn out great!! Her work last well & get so many compliments!!! She is truly the best, I always look forward to my appointments with her!!

Suzanne has been doing my hair, color, cut and style for years! Always listens to what I want and executes it perfectly. Also, Becky has been doing my lashes for years! Love this salon!

Khali did my nails and was so amazing! She walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable along the way. I gave her free reign and couldnt be more pleased with the results!

I really love this salon Kim did my nails and did like a catseye on them which I love so pretty and long lasting. Best of all I can walk to the salon not far from home.

I called as a new client for a haircut. They got me in the same day, which I wasn’t expecting but there was a cancellation. My experience from making the appointment to checking out, was wonderful. The receptionist is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. My stylist, Debbie, did a great job. She listened to what I wanted, was friendly with a great personality, and was meticulous with her execution. I didn’t feel rushed or as if my business was an inconvenience for them; which unfortunately I have dealt with in the past with other salons. I booked with her again for color, because I am so pleased with my experience! They also sell L’Anza products, which are difficult to find, so that’s an added bonus! Very happy-highly recommend!

Miriam A++ for a facial and very knowledgeable.Cami great firm massage, excellent communication.my husband and I recommend.I was kind of disappointed in my gel manicure, I had never had one before and my husband booked the appointment and he doesnt understand a thing about manicures.What is the best part of a manicure? the pampering part of it, the hand/arm massage, usually the manicurist cleans up your cuticles and puts oils/lotions on. I have not a clue if not doing this is normal for a gel manicure but I was pretty sad to not have had that done. Also it was pretty upsetting that my manicurist had to point out how short my nails were and seemed disappointed that they wouldnt get to do a full set. My nails came out nice but i would not do it again, they started peeling off after a week anyway.To the people who book appointments, you SHOULD NEVER book a manicure AFTER a massage and facial. The relaxation of the massage was completely ruined after I sat for just about 2 hours having my nails painted.

Love this place they are amazing! Courtney is my stylist and she is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. She does such a great job. Worth every dollar! The staff is all really nice but shes the only one I actually know.

I cannot say enough good things about Metamorphosis and Lanae. I come in quarterly to get my hair done and I always have a new idea I want to try, not an easy feat with my long thick curly hair. Lanae has taken my color dark, she has ombréd it, and most recently she gave me mermaid hair. The support staff are wonderful too and the salon offers a variety of beverages if you do have to wait. Theres always someone in the brows and lashes section that can fit me in quickly before or after my hair appointment and their product selection is extensive but reasonably priced. So glad my stylist works here and Im in love with my new hair!!!

This is an amazing salon. From the moment you enter the staff is warm and attentive. I had my hair done by Lanae. Her expertise in color is apparent from the consultation to the finished product. They other stylist and employees were very friendly and all seemed to work well with each other. I appreciated how the manager/owner came by to say hello. There is much attention to detail. The salon is extremely well kept. Very comfortable and beautiful. Lanae made sure to meet my needs in rescheduling.

Would give 0 if I could ! I came in to inquire about an appointment. The girl at the front said she had No appointments available for the day. Then asked when she had the soonest she said I don’t know I then asked well when is the soonest she said this Thursday I then clarified if that was this week ? She said yes I was confused she just said she didn’t have anything available this week she then turned red and started being rude trying to help the next customer she said I’m sorry I thought you were asking about yesterday! I’m sorry what?!

Suzanne has cut my hair for as long as I can remember and has always done EXACTLY what I had asked for.You are always greeted by friendly staff members and a drink of your choice! You can get more then just your hair done here too! I highly recommend this salon to anyone!!

I had a great experience and received a fantastic haircut. My hair was a mess after going somewhere else, and Holly made me look like a new man. I would highly recommend Metamorphosis, its a clean, well run salon and the huge windows bring in just the right amount of natural light. Guys, this is the place to go.

I have been in the industry for 24 years and am a certified color and cut expert. I have worked at most of the high end salons in town and this is by far the most efficiently run and cleanest salons Ive ever worked at. The owner deserves kudos for her dedication to running a professional and friendly establishment.

I love this salon! I was new to Reno and looking for a place near my house for massage and nail care. Cami is one the best massage therapists I have ever experienced. She creates a quiet and relaxing environment while she provides total rejuvenation of body and mind. I have had numerous pedicures by Khali and always leave happy with de-cuticled, moisturized, and painted feet. I highly recommend Metamorphosis.

I had to have my hair done for a sudden event, so one of the stylists agreed to do it. Loved the wash and blow out I received. However, he charged $40 and with top totaled $48. I go to master stylists and have never paid over $30 for the same service. My fault for not setting the price beforehand.

I just showed up for a haircut appointment and no one is wearing a mask. I asked the receptionist and she confirmed they do not wear masks. I immediately canceled my appointment and left. I could practically feel the cooties flying through that place - yuck!I would never have made the appointment if I had known they dont follow health guidelines and they dont care about their customers safety.Ill never go back.

The salon is very dark and it is hard to see your true color when you are getting your hair colored. They need to install good full spectrum lighting like what is used in most professional salons. My service was good. The environment needs some improvement. Lihhting, updating and cleanliness are inferior.

Cami is great!! The massage was so good!! She was very attentive and personable and really cared if the right areas were targeted. She communicated to understand what was working and what wasn’t. She was very considerate and patient! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!!

Cami Luc was recommended to me by a friend who suggested massage would be beneficial in helping me recover from losing my wife. Having had only one massage in my life (35-years ago), I was unprepared for how helpful Cami’s deep tissue massage has been in reducing my stress level. I am addicted. She is upbeat, and very accommodating as to my mood swings. I highly recommend Cami to help your cares go away … or at least make you forget them for a while!

Oh my gosh. This place is great. Went in for a pedicure with Koree. She was professional and had a relaxing way about her. She did such a awesome job im coming back for a manicure and getting lashes.

Took my niece here for gel manicure and regular pedicure. My nieces and my gel started chipping within 24 hours!! Thats never happened to me before. $50 for a gel that didnt make it 24 hours!! Overpriced and not worth it. Friendly people but will never go back.

Got my eye lashes done the other day by Paige and I have to say “AMAZING”. By far the best experience I have had doing this… trust me, getting lashes done is no fun. The session started out with Paige asking me a dozen of question about my lashes, what I wanted, how long, curl, literally EVERYTHING. She wanted to make sure they were perfect for me and exactly what I wanted. Then she took her time getting me set up for the long session. She made sure she got every lash on and checked on me constantly to make sure I was ok. She was so gentle I could have fallen asleep if my husband wasn’t there bugging me (jk I love that he went with me). She even had straws in her drawer so I could drink water when I got thirsty. It was wonderful. Its been 48 hours and they look amazing, no twist, fallouts, and the glue has bonded. Thanks again Paige 

Im new to Reno so finding someone you like is hard! I found Ashley Carrington through a moms group, she is wonderful! she is so talented and did exactly what I wanted and also very nice!!! so glad I found a new hairstylists that I love and trust!

I remember getting my first haircut by Dayne a couple months ago. I went back to the same shop a couple weeks later and found out he moved locations, being forced to get my haircut by someone else who didn’t cut it well.Finally, today I found Dayne at his new spot, Metamorphosis. Dayne listens to what you want and takes his time giving you a really nice haircut leaving you looking clean and confident. Definitely worth driving across town for.

Made an appointment for my daughter had an appointment.. got there for the appointment and told me it would be 45 more mins.. really upset about this! I went somewhere else and they got us in right away and did an amazing job. Not coming back here and I’ve been here for years bye metamorphosis.

Amazing I get my hair done here and it is perfect every time. I couldn’t be more happy with the service every time I walk they ask if I would like a drink. Overall and amazing experience!

I get waxed there a lot. Also did a facial once and always had a great experience. I don’t feel out of place being a man and going in there. They treat me well.

This salon is incapable as well as unable to separate politics from the work environment, which is a requirement in any business. I would not recommend anyone to go here, I’ve never witnessed such extreme unprofessionalism in my entire life.
