C&C Spa and Reflexology

We weren’t expecting much. Got into Reno and Called at 7:30pm and got an appt for 8pm for a couples massage and they were both fantastic. Seemed to know my trouble spots without me even telling her and she made sure to work those spots extra. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

This is an excellent massage parlor! My girlfriend and I enjoy coming here. The service is outstanding and the staff is very personable. They personalize your massage to what your specific needs are. Will be back!

These ladies did an excellent job. They rubbed out all my knots, had strong hands, and were very complimentary to my spouse and I. We had 2hr Couple Massages and enjoyed every second of it. Felt like a new person after we left, we will definitely be back and recommend anyone with stuff sore muscles to visit. Youll be glad you did.

Arrived about 15 minutes early and was taken right in. Enjoyed a 90 minute session that included a rubdown with bare hands, oil, and then hot rocks. Masseuse was professional at all times and asked if i was ok with her touch. Will return in the near future.

My partner and I were out and about on a date night and wanted to get a massage. As avid massage goers we were nervous to try a new place but excited to give C&C a shot. Let me tell you, we were not disappointed. From the initial call to the massage, the customer service was stellar. The building was spotless and sanitary. Both of our massages were spectacular. We will definitely be coming back.

Appointments are not necessarily accommodated. My husband made an appt Monday for a Thu afternoon massage for both of us. We arrived on time, after arranging our day to go. When we arrived were told they gave away our massage appt to other clients and we could come back in 1 hour.

I booked an appointment for a 90 minute massage the night before I wanted to go in. There was tons of availability, which is a huge plus so last minute. When I got there, it was clean and quiet. My massage was absolutely amazing. I like to try and get regular massages. I can honestly say that this was one of the best I’ve ever gotten. I feel like I have a whole new set of muscles. Seriously awesome. And for $100, I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Went for Mother’s Day and I called two times to make sure they done prenatal massages and they said yes so I went and my toddler could’ve done a better massage they was afraid to touch me witch is fine but they should’ve told me before I came in and paid for it

I first attempted to schedule an appointment online. After following the step no confirmation was recievied so i called to make an appointment. Phone call was answered all was pleasant. Showed up for my set appointment time and was told they were too busy to honor appointment time.

I booked this for my girlfriend while the had a Groupon deal going. This is one of my first times leaving a review for anything.My girlfriends experience was horrible. The massage was done without oil, skin on skin. My girlfriend asked multiple times for the masseuse to go softer, to which the masseuse said, “No, this is good for you” and “No, it will hurt at first and then feel better”. The massage was painful the whole time. It was a bad experience that left her shaken up. A bad massage is subjective and it happens - that is fine. What is not fine is not listening to your customer when they say they are uncomfortable and are in pain.I called the business after to let the manager know of the experience. I didn’t ask for a refund and wasn’t looking for a refund. Their response was something along the lines of “Your girlfriend is new to massages” *she isnt* and “That’s just how our massages are”. Only when I posed the question, “if a customer asks to go softer should your masseuse comply?” did they say they would mention the incident to the masseuse and give me $20 off our next visit.This was bad.

I originally bought the 60 minutes session and quickly regretted not getting a longer one! Katie was my masseuse and Lord she is so good! I walked in feeling really tense and left feeling the most relaxed Ive been in a long time! The entire salon is super clean and up to date. Staff was professional, talented, and made me feel so great! I am booking my next one currently!

I booked online and asked for deep tissue 1 hour. I arrived @ the business and they welcomed me well(very clean! I will give them that). The older lady with major facial surgery gave me 70% decent massage 1st half (me being nice, I thought ok maybe this lady is probably tired because Im her last client of the entire day) Half way through she had asked me how I heard about her location. I said by Google & seeing who had the best reviews. She told me her name was Aliss or Alice and that I should leave a good review once I leave. The rest of the massage was horrible after she asked me. She started giving me an extremely soft facial massage totally focusing on my eyebrow area (in my head Im like: are you serious Im paying $70 for an extremely soft massage of 20 minutes focusing on my eyebrows ?..I asked for a deep tissue, since I workout 6 days a week). She proceeds to softly massage my calves for 5- 8 minutes and massage was cut short.) She totally ignored about the tense areas where I told her to focus on the online booking AND IN PERSON. Upon paying cash in hand, I gave her $70 plus a $20 dollar tip since she did not do well. She kept saying I did 1 hour, $70 1 hr. $70 implying she did not get good enough tip and I said I gave you $70 plus the tip$20 She again kept repeating I did gud job, I do good $70, 1 hour basically asking for a bigger tip....also during the entire weak massage, she kept trying to sell me the cupping service saying cuppin good fo Yu, good fo body, yu need cupping, only $25 Dolla I said no about 4 or 5 times untill I got upset and finally said no I dont want the cupping service I just want what I asked for I left there feeling robbed by vulture salesmen not massage therapist. Go elsewhere and get a good half way decent massage. I do not recommend.

The ladies were so nice! I loved the decor! The massage was amazing! I carry a ton of tension in my shoulders and they almost had me asleep by the end of it!100% recommend C&C Spa and Reflexology!

Not sure why there are so many good reviews disappointing and played————— no there won’t be a next time, providing the best service DOES NOT mean lying to your clients and giving effortless massages. I had to go to another place to get the work you failed to do, if you want a good massage. GO TO Massage place next to Raleys in Sparks off pyramid and McCarran. Better service and cheaper!
