My experience at Indulge Massage was Excellent. I had neck and back pain due to a pulled muscle, I contacted Indulge Massage and they were able to give me a same day appointment. The place is very clean and tidy, staff is very professional and friendly. I requested a Deep Tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Soon after I was pain free. I highly recommend Indulge Massage and will be returning soon.

The massage therapists are very professional in here, I always feel extremely relax and pressure released after the massage. I come here regularly once per month. The staffs are also very friendly and warm welcoming. Highly recommend~

It has taken me a couple of days to write this review because I’m trying to find the words on how appalled I am. I also am not one to write a negative review. I bought a couples massage on Groupon because my boyfriend just got back from fishing in Alaska and thought it would be a nice gift for when he got back.. boy was I wrong it get it at this place. Let’s start with how the whole massage was basically a butt massage and barely a massage anywhere else. I’ve never had a couples massage but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t go like that. My boyfriend said they touched him inappropriately multiple times throughout the massage. He didn’t say anything because it was a gift from me. I didn’t notice until we switched to the facing upwards. The woman massaging me put a towel on my face so I couldn’t see what was happening and my boyfriend did not get a towel on his face. Through the side of the towel I saw this woman graze over my boyfriend private area on his front side. I saw it even though there was a freaking towel over my face. I freaked out and got up completely naked and said this needed to stop. Didn’t think it could get worse until I went up to the counter and they said it was a $20 up charge for the cbd oil that they didn’t tell me was that. Whatever though I’ll pay the up charge. So I handed her a $100 bill and she handed me back $20. Confused I said you said it was a $20 up charge for each so that was $40 not $80. She said she added her tip in there too. $20 for each of them. I said I get to make that decision not you two. I am blown away at how unprofessional this place is. I will recommend this place to my guy friends though to get a nice “massage” because that’s all this place is… A place for guys to get “massages”.

Staff were warm and welcoming. Linda is a competent, experienced and professional massage therapist. Her work relaxed stress points I didnt realize I had. Truly one of the best massages I have experienced. I will return!!

Had great feelings about this place and the massage therapist Linda. I approved six dollars for the tip on my credit card and unfortunately, I trusted Linda and did not ask for a receipt…. That’s on me.When I checked my credit card statement, Linda gave Herself a $33 tip.Linda was a good massage therapist but do not trust this company with your credit card. Pay cash or get a receipt and check your statement. Linda will rip you off if you give Linda an opportunity.

I always get excellent massages here. The masseuses are professional and attentive, and the quality of the massage for the price can’t be beat. Hot stones are included with each massage, as well. I will keep coming back!

Hands down the worst massage I have ever gotten in my entire life. I wouldve been better off with no massage rather than the embarrassing, painful experience I endured.The massage therapist kept opening the door to check the front, while I was laying face down with my back entirely exposed. She walked out about every 10 minutes during my massage. At one point, another employee opened the door and it was wide open. Other patrons could see my entire exposed backside during this.Some parts of the massage were good, specifically my shoulder blades. My lower back was painful.The hot stone experience was just hot rocks rubbed on my back, not placed as they do in other parlors. She spent more time wiping the oil off of me than she did on any part of my body. I did not get a foot massage.Upon leaving, we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip. The absolute audacity. My husband let them know normally he would tip, but considering I was exposed for others to see, he did not feel a tip was appropriate. She tried to argue that people could not see me, while I was looking at the table I was on during the massage.

It is with heavy heart that I leave this partially negative review. I chose to try this place because the reviews indicated that they were above board, and customers appeared to be happy. Let me start with the positive, which is how it beganPro: The Masseuse provided a very good massage. She began by asking whether I like light medium or firm pressure, and I informed her that firm was my preference and she proceeded with a very good quality, typical Asian massage. As I had hoped, there was no attempt to offer extra services or provide them. It was truly a massage parlor for the purpose of massage, which is what I wanted.Neutral: When I asked if they accepted credit cards, they said yes and asked me to pay in advance. While typing into the machine, she asked if I would like to leave a tip with that payment. I said that I would prefer to pay the base fee and decide about tip after the massage, which was accepted.Con: The problems occurred after the massage when I asked for the paper to write the tip on. I wrote down $10 as that seems quite fair (especially considering the high base fare). She began to whine and insist and point at a sign that said the minimum tip should be 20%. I thanked her for the massage several times as she continued to whine and point, and I turned and left the parlor.I had high hopes that this would be a massage parlor that I could attend frequently, but because of the inappropriate demand for tips, the relaxation was ruined. I will not be returning here. Take this review as you will.

I got Any amd Rhianna. 4 hands 90 minutes. These girls are amazing. Strong, amd really focus on what I asked. Very nice and offered cbd for additional cost. Which feels great. Busy place but realky good experience. I was in much pain from the drive up for Hot August Nights. Best place Ive been to up here.

I recently went in for a massage at Indulge. I was referred by multiple friends to Iris the masseuse that works there. I had fallen a few weeks prior and hurt my arm and shoulder. All I can say is that Iris is a miracle worker. She was ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling so relaxed that I had to sit in my car for 10 mins until I felt like I could drive. Easy to schedule and the place is very clean. Highly recommend!!! Ask for Iris!!!!

Best massage I’ve found in Reno. Perfect for an aging active person that occasionally end up with bumps and bruises. Very relaxing also.

Gifted this massage to my hunni as a fathers day gift! honestly this massage was amazing!!! I asked for soft pressure and my hunni asked for hard, she kept checking on me every so often to ask me if pressure was okay, i cant say enough great things because honestly i loved it. I like that they focus mostly on your neck back shoulders and arms because honestly thats the most stress holders for me haha. i will definitely be back!❤️

I’ve only been in the Reno area for a year and a half (since late, late 2022) so I just discovered Indulge Massage & Reflexology but wow, what a great discovery! The staff is super friendly, walk-in’s are totally welcome and the deep tissue massage is OFF THE HOOK fantastic. No need to take my word for it. Give these great folks a try and see for yourself. Simple as that!

This is my favorite massage place. I deal cards in the casino so my neck, shoulders and lower back are always sore. When I first came here my masseur recommended me to do fire cupping and one hour massage she said My shoulders are a bit congested. Now I have to do it once a month and the effect is very significant. If you have arms that cannot be lifted or cervical spondylosis, you must try it.

There is no way these reviews are real. This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. The therapist felt like they were just moving their hands. The hot stones werent laid on the back/spine, they were coated in oil and rubbed around your back. They then washed me off with a rag that smelled bad. During our couples massage, another employee opened the door while our massage was happening, exposing my wifes bare backside to other customers in the lobby. They did this several times. They even left DURING the massage to check other guests in. This service was absolutely unacceptable and the groupon price was their regularly listed price for the same service. I will never go here again, only tell people to avoid this place like the plague, and I am not even sure if I will use groupon again as this experience was so horrible. The hostess even tried to argue with me when I brought up the door being opened several times throughout our treatment. It was an extremely unprofessional experience.

I arrived and the receptionist was quick to get me checked in. The entire facility from the waiting area to the restrooms to the massage rooms were dimmed , extremely clean and well kept.This was my first massage experience, so it can definitely be nerve wracking but the massage therapist was extremely nice and made the experience very comfortable, and you are kept modest under a sheet of blanket. The masseuse reminded me that if I was ever too hot or too cold, to just let her know. The service was great and everything was perfect.Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Massage was great ! All my pressure points was hit in my back . I wish they would have done my feet longer but it still felt good . My Groupon was pending since it was purchased today but they still charge me the same price which was $120 for a couples full body hour massage .

I found all of that at Indulge Massage, which is owned and managed by a savvy, professional business woman and therapist - Iris.I have not been able to go as much lately due to my budget restrictions, but their prices are still affordable by industry standards ($70/hour before tip). Its a place where you can find quality at an affordable price. Check them out!

Best massage Ive received in a long while! Im so glad we stopped here. My shoulders were stiff from work, and my low back was hurting from packing for the burn and sitting in a car for 12hrs. We got 90min massages, and they were able to feel out all the problem areas and really focus on what hurt. This place is a hidden gem. I just wish I loved in Reno, so I could go more often!

Excellent place to get a professional therapeutic massage.I have ropey muscles and it is difficult to get enough pressure to alleviate knots and pains. Angela is the first massage therapist Ive found who delivers when I ask for the hard pressure. The 90-minute session gave my back the best relief Ive had in years.

This could be the best profesional massage deal in Reno! I have been seeing Iris here for at least three years. She is absolutely amazing, I don’t think I have ever had a better massage! I generally do the 90 minute and by the time I am finished I feel totally revived. She seems to automatically know what issues are bothering you and addresses them slowly and professionally. Be sure to take care of her when you leave and she will reciprocate on your future visits. I have sent other friends and co-workers and they too speak highly of her massage skills.

I have been coming to this store for three years. The masseurs here are very experienced And strong. They know how to find your sore spot. And they accept walk-in or appointment. $70 for one hour massage pluse 20 tips I feel worth it.
