Starr & Sunai are the best! So friendly & answered all our questions. They made us feel very welcome and we will definitely be back soon for more stuff! There are so many cool things to look at in this shop definitely make some time to stay and take it all in.

Wow, never knew this shop was available to us Golden Valley residents. I made a purchase few days ago and was sick at the time unable for me to return it within their policy returns, however they worked with me. Very nice customer service and owner. The girl Star was very efficient and helpful with exchanging my purchase for another item. Love this place.🙏🙂

This place is really incredible. They have so much selection of different products, it is like a learning experience everytime I go! They have an extensive vape collection and are seriously stocked with all the newest flavors and brands. The pricing is the best feature. They are very reasonably priced and have some killer deals that you wont find elsewhere. Definitely come by and check out this gem of a find in the North Valleys!

I used to enjoy this store quite a lot. The girl that works the mornings her name is Star, she is so unhelpful. She is very rude and seems to not really know what she is doing despite being there for so long. I enjoy the other employees a lot. It just seems like Star is rude to her coworkers and has been a nuisance to the store.

Wonderful atmosphere they have all the knowledge of all the flavors clean store always has smiles on their faces. Happy to be there and help. Live in South Reno, but prefer to go here to purchase my products because if I have any questions they’re always happy to help

This place is the best I live in cold springs and still travel to this location everytime for my kratom vape pens and get cbd gummies! It is the most helpful cheapest place and have a huge selection I go in early in the mornings and its usually Star super helpful also the manager I havent got her name yet belt is always supportive and give good recommendations! If you havent been here before its a must! Best place in reno

Bought a bong and put water in it before I left the parking lot, and found it had a crack in the glass. Took It back in. The employee at the register tried to help me our but the own only offered 20 dollars off my next purchase! After u spent 60 on the glass in the first place. Instead of replacing a busted product from there shop they want to rob me for more money!! Trash

I really liked this store. I liked the people who worked there. The store has a great vibe and Im happy that its close.But they never restock the items I bought there. They will lead you on that they will order those items but a month later still not have them. Two months and still, sorry, we will have to order that next week. Every single item that I needed was like that.So if they run out of your item it might take a year until they have it again.Your mileage may very.

They told me over the phone they had STRAWBERRY - CUSTARD MONSTER - 100ML, so my husband drove 45 miles when he got there NONE! So she told him to get JOHNNY CREAM PUFF that would be close , NOT close at all it’s horrible. Maybe the should have recommended a juice in the same profile instead .. 😕
