The customer service here is beyond amazing. I have been to all the vape shops around Reno and this place is the best one I have been to. I have to be honest about my only complaint. The sub ohm juice is a little more pricey here than the shop I regularly visit but the wonderful service is worth it. Plus they did match the price of the juice from the other shop so that was amazing. I don’t expect them to match that price all the time but I will be going here from now on because of the next level customer service.

We always go here to buy our ejuice. We had a problem the last time we went there, but we had just noticed the problem last night. I wrote them a message, and they responded immediately and said to come on in, and they would fix what they could. They were awesome today when we went in and they fixed everything the best way they could. Most companies would have done nothing, but they really were awesome and helped so much! Im picky about my vape juice and flavor. I called all around town for a cola freeze and this was the only shop that had it in stock. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

I havent been to many vape shops but from the few that I have been to I can definitely say that this is one of the better shops in town that Ive personally shopped at. They have a wide selection of vape devices and vape juices and parts for MOST vape devices. I emphasize the word most because if your pen is way out of production date then it s not logical to supply parts for an outdated pen or box. That being said, they have literally everything else that you could possibly need for your vaping enjoyment.Next I wanna touch base on their customer service. I just turned 42 and on my birthday I got a text from them letting me know that I get $10 off my next purchase. That right there is pretty awesome. Also when you walk in you are immediately greeted by someone. They are not pushy either so theres plus 2 and 3 right there! They are highly knowledgeable and respectful of everyone who walks in.Finally last point and its minor but I wish they would sell peppermint vape juice. The menthol is the bomb...dont get me wrong but peppermint vape juice would be the bigger bomb!!! Been buying vape juice from them for awile they would have discounted bottles and they would add nic to it to make it higher for me and i loved this place for it. Well the laws have changed and they said they cant do it much longer. But once I started smoking the juice I can tell they didnt add any extra nic to it and just told me they did prob why they put it behind the shelf so we couldnt see them do it, I can 100 percent tell the difference between a 6mg and a 12mg I would prefer the truth then a lie and then not let me pay a couple extra bucks cause I was trying to be nice . Just so disappointing I had a feeling last couple bottles Ive bought were not right barley taste the nic just straight juice well 6mg ,nic withdrawals suck 100

Great place to go. They have lots of different products. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I bought a new pod system and Jeremy was very helpful with getting it set up.

The guy there was really fantastic.I told him I was new to vaping and didnt really know what I was doing, and instead of immediately trying to sell me on expensive equipment or crazy juices, he took the time to get to know my comfort level and exactly what I was looking for.He made suggestions but wasnt pushy and made sure we landed in a happy medium between what I thought I wanted and his expertise. That level of customer care is something rare and I very much appreciated it.Ill definitely be going back =) its worth the extra few miles for a good experience

I really like this place, they have my favorite the Nord 2. I dont go there regularly because its a little further from my home, but Ive always had a good experience with these guys.

Happy I went here to get a kit. I was greeted the moment I walked in, and this place seems to have a very decent selection of juices and hardware. Prices are comparable to the brick and mortar stores in California. Seems like a great shop to get all your vape stuff. 5/5.

Best shop in town hands down! Price match on liquid, knowledgeable, local, experts. They always have your best interests in mind. Dont waste your time shopping elsewhere, they have what you need. They even offered delivery with minimum purchase during COVID and were willing to stay open late during an OT day at work to meet my needs. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The staff is phenomenal. They will answer all your questions, give you the best suggestions, and ultimately listen to your wants and needs and do their best to satisfy them. I signed up for their birthday club I got 10 bucks off a bottle of juice, and redeemed it super easy. They back up all of their products, make returns really easy, and do their best to make sure you’re happy when you leave the store. I commented how their prices have gone up on one particular item and the guy told me just tell them that you want the old price and I’ll give it to you. How fricken cool is that??? I was inquiring about a particular flavor of juice. He told me about a new one that he ended liking better than the one I bought, and sent me home with a sample of it. I mean come on really?!?!?this level of customer service is unheard of!!!! To top it off when I got home and tried it I ended up liking it better than what I just bought. If you need something in the Vape world do yourself a favor and go there now.... you won’t regret it!

These guys are the absolute best. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Even more important though they take excellent care of their customers. I have purchased most of my vaping supplies from them and on the rare occasion that a problem arises they are quick to fix it free. This is hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to. They have extremely high quality customer service with extensive knowledge and years of experience. With a massive selection of high quality mods, tanks, and juice they have everything to suit everyone from beginners to experts at unbeatable prices. As you view their photos, you will clearly see why this is an incredible must stop shop. They were even able to assist me with some issues I had with my mod even though Im currently 2000 miles away! Unbelievably good service. Id take this place over shopping online any day. Their selection is just as good as online retailers, but this shops employees and service is unmatched compared to anyone else in Reno. Just trust me, youre much less likely to buy or do something stupid if you listen to the advice of someone like Jason. And theyll work with you to make sure you walk out with exactly what you need.

Moved to this side of town so was looking for a new shop that was close, walked in got greeted and asked if I had any questions and what I was looking for. I gave them some of the flavors I liked and they gave me a selection to choose from and I also bought a whole new setup from them.. Prices are fair and they wont mislead you with info. Even if I move away from this side of town Ill still be going to this shop for whatever I need. Thanks for all your help guys, stay awesome!

I absolutely love this vape shop and have been going here for the last 4 years. The guys here are kind, knowledgeable, and have the best service in town. I, sometimes, have gotten an order mix up and theyve been awesome enough to fix it for me, recommend new mods and tanks, juices and the likes! Super friendly, always helpful.I really want to add to this review and say thank you. It was suggested to me to buy a certain mod some time back. It was a more pricey mod but I was told it was very durable and a great mod . Well let me tell you I am the biggest clutz and I have dropped this poor thing several times. Last night I dropped it and the tank came clean off leaving the bottom metal plate of the tank on the mod. My husband got it somehow back together and it actually still works. Which is good seeing as I dont get into town very often. So thank you guys for looking out for your people and helping us to get a product that is right for what we are not just looking for but for what is gonna work well for us as well. You guys rock.

This place is ASWESOME!!!!!!!! They give you what you want, they take the time to go over details of what you want and how everything works on the mod that you want to get. What ever you need that have ot if they dont witch is unlikely they will order it for you.I went in today and didnt know what flavor of juice I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to taste like, gave them a few details I got to try one of the guys picked out and he hit it on the nose, I tried it, lived it, and took it home. Their prices are reasonable and they dont give you any bull**** and the most important thing......... they just sell mods everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about what they are selling and I think that is great! These guys can surely handle any level of enthusiast, but my experience is as a newbie (mostly) to vaping. They are very sympathetic to the folks that are looking to move away from smoking tobacco. My wife and I have tried a couple of other forays in this direction but have met disappointment. It has been a few years and obviously technology has advanced. The folks here fielded every question we had and even brought up other issues they knew wed encounter. Im trying to highlight that customer service was quite key and well delivered in our transaction. But I am also caught up in the difference that our vapes have made for us. They got us into less expensive models, because it was all we needed, but they are quality units and the juices suited our tastes. Thats not easy to figure out and the crew did an excellent job helping us select. This review is more for the folks that are curious about getting into Vaping. These good people will take you by the hand and will not sell you anything you dont need.

Knuckle Dusters was the first vape shop I ever went to when I quit smoking cigarettes a couple of months ago. I came because of their high rating and they are definitely the best vape shop in Reno. One of the guys suggested a flavor (Castle Long, coconut, vanilla, something else and bourbon) and now everything else tastes like garbage. They have a couple flavors .I love but my favorite thing is how helpful they are (they use to change my coils when I didnt know how), they always remember what I like and today I got a $10 voucher for being a regular. Seriously, if you havent been here yet, youre really missing out. Theyre a little more expensive but SO worth it, Id rather pay a couple extra dollars for juice i love than save a few bucks on juice that makes me sick. Once youve tried their recommendations (they are incredibly knowledgeable and all you have to do is tell them what you like and they know exactly what choices you have) everything else is so below par. Thank you for fixing my mod twice rather than trying to sell me a new for throwing in discounts and for being the very best shop. 10 out of 5 stars!

They dont talk down to you like other vape shops and they dont try making themselves sou d smart by spitting out a bunch of stats about the mods that I have no idea about. I was recommended this place by a friend and I am so happy I took that advice. Bought a DNA mod (And spending around 250$ in total) here less than two months ago, mod decided to turn into a brick while i was asleep and now has 0 functionality. Went in and as expected they are entirely unwilling to help in any way, except telling me to contact the company that made it. Unfortunately, upon inspecting the manufacture website their Warranty Support and Contact Us links just bring you back to the home page, as well as Knuckle Dusters not giving me the box when i BOUGHT the mod (Which just might tend to include some warranty and manufacture info, something they may want to get on top of). In 5 years of vaping this shop has done a better job convincing me to go buy a pack of cigarettes than anyone else. Dont goto shops that wont stand behind or assist with the products they sell.Edit:Added below is a picture of the Clearly dropped mod (The tiny scrape near the bottom battery cover, from a one foot, drip tip first drop while sitting on the ground) damage that the owner wants to use to discredit bad reviews and customers, i had TOLD them about the drop that happened three weeks before it just bricked, attempting to be honest and forward, much more than can be said for them. Go to a more decent shop with better business practice, its a good insurance.

Incredible selection. They had everything from beginner set ups to, vape mods that you could build your own coils and set up a mod from the ground up. Even the tools for them. Amazing. Bought the wife a vape pen that turned out to be piece of garbage, it sizzles A-LOT and spits large amounts of e-juice into the mouth with very little vape coming out, and the mouth piece gets to hotWhen I went back 2 days later to exchange it or even get my money back there only answer was We Have a No Return Policy, They didnt take a look at it or nothing, They just sat in the chairs vaping!The owner, Richard contacted me and took care of us the next day, I would recommend this vape shop to anybody wanting a great experience and great prices!

I’ve been meaning to do a review on them since last weekend. I’m from a small town and went into Reno for the weekend, I googled the nearest vape shop and knuckle dusters came up. I went in to get me some juice and possibly new batteries. I want to stop vaping soon so I was at a 3 but wasn’t brave enough to do a 0 so the guy ( sorry I forgot your name) he then told me he could make it a 2 or 1.5 if I wanted for FREE!!!! What?!?! I then told him I thought I needed new batteries cause mine were beat up. I showed him mine and he then told me he could re-wrap them again for FREE!!!!!! I decided to buy two new batteries anyway. But these guys were awesome!!! I will be driving the two hours just to make these guys my place!! Thank you for being awesome!! I’m telling everyone about you!!! Went in with no ideas as I had previously only really bought what looked good, usually Smok. Ended up with a new mod I probably wouldnt have picked up, new juice thats punchy as anything Ive tried to date, and experienced some of the best customer service in a vape shop yet. Best vape shop in the area if your from dayton, carson, sparks, or reno go here its worth the drive. Its in a shady part of town with that said best selection and great prices. They are the only place in town that stocks both Vaptasia and Lost Arts e liquids. Plus a few hundred other choices. Now for the hard part coil selection. If youve been a vaper for a while youve bought that new amazing tank fell in love with it and blew through the coils only to find out you cant find the coils again. Well knuckle dusters has em. Oh and there mod and tank selection is ridiculously large too.There staff is friendly and knowledgeable these people know there stuff and the industry. And are always down for a good conversation. Thats a rarity in the vaping industry. Coming from Vegas where vaping is much bigger then it is here I absolutely love this shop.Tl:dr do yourself a flavor and go there they will change your routine.

I went in asking for a CBD vape for pain management. I was happily greeted and explained my situation to the gentleman, (owner?). After actually LISTENING to what I needed, he then explained that there were no guarantees on efficacy. He was very detailed in explaining the differences in product and devices, and after a much needed education on vaping, I made a perfect purchase. The CBD vape is the most effective product(for the price) I have yet to find. Thank you Knuckle Dusters, I hope you realize how much youve helped me, and Ill certainly be back to re-up, as long as you are there.

The clerk behind the counter openly ridiculed me for requesting a vape with nicotine in it, saying that this is only for quitting smoking and that I should know better. Its so bizarre, Ive never had someone at a store openly talk me out of buying their products before. I left before i purchased anything and Im happy that I did.

The staff arent knowledgeable about their products. Offered no information on flavors of juices at all. Also they blow vape in your face which is highly rude. Even though Im a vape user, I wouldnt want it blown in my face by anyone! Needless to say, I didnt buy anything and wont be back!

I did some gambling. The slot machines, I think, should be leaned more often. Also, the cocktail waitress didnt come around very often, at all. I didnt think payback was very good.
