I really like this place, there’s a woman who runs it and she’s by herself most of the time but has it under control. Her name is Cindy and I recommend her to anyone who wants the ultimate experience with Vapor. She’s really good at what she does, thanks NV Vapor 🌻ℹ will be back !

DONT GO HERE! I purchased 6 vapes from them and spent over $100. When I went to open one of them the vape didn’t turn on. I took it back to the store and they told me that since I didn’t try it before I left that there was nothing they could do for me. They should have asked me to try them before leaving which they didn’t. I won’t return here.

Kai was amazing . Immediately greeted us with a bright smile and eager to help us find exactly what we wanted. Was buying a brand new vape and juice and Kai completely gave us so many options for what we were looking for and was so kind. Wanted to tip but was told they can’t accept tips :/ definitely deserves a pay raise or a pizza party 😂 KAI IS AMAZING !

Fair prices, good selection. Online orders are slow right now because of staffing issues. Like the reward program. Online has more flavors than in store and you are able to customize your flavors. Pretty much the only place I buy my juice. Hardware is very limited.

Dont buy from here. If your vape dies within one hour of purchase they wont replace. customer service is not great, depending on who is working. I bought a device ONE HOUR ago that stopped working, and they wont replace it. Unbelieveable. Sunnys is more expensive but at least the customer service is good and they will replace your defective device.

3 times in less than 2 weeks this place was closed during business hours. No note or anything, just locked up. I give up, lousy customer service plus the least amount of premium juices, why bother anymore?!

Only place in town Ill go to. The south meadows branch, that is. Katie is a fantastic human being and is wonderful to interact with. Nick is crazy helpful too. If something is wrong, the staff will do their best to make it right. Ive been going to this location for over a year now and only waited in line maybe twice. Definitely worth looking into if you need a clean, quiet, and professional vape shop.

I love NV Vapor!!! Especially this shop. Amazing customer service. They let us exchange our broken mod (with proof of purchase) for a new one; the flavors are delicious, the prices are fair, and there are tons of options for flavor brands and choices. The reward system is also a huge plus for regular buyers. We got our free juice yesterday. Im very happy with you guys, keep doing what youre doing!

This place is the ONLY Vape Shop you should be going to. The have great prices and staff with a rewards program. Cheapest coils in town! Real Juice! Not Expired Ever!

Ive been to a lot of Vape stores in town and I feel confident saying that the Nevada Vapor by Smiths in Double Diamond is the best one! Nevada Vapor has great flavors, I have literally no idea what other reviews are talking about. They couldnt be more wrong. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They remember me, remember my favorite flavors, and make fantastic suggestions for new flavors and mods. Because of their rewards program I havent payed full price for a mod in like two years! I got a new fancy mod with lights all over it for like $20! I came in looking to spend my points and dude behind the couter was like This Mod is the One! He was right, its rad! 20/20 Overall! Would purchase The One Mod to Rule Them All again!

HOLY HELL THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!Everyone here is absolutely wonderful and I cannot even describe to you how many times these guys have answered my questions in the past. All the employees are wonderful and really want to be there to help. Ive never had a bad experience there and know I never will. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone who wants great customer service!

This place is awesome then it comes to customer service, they are friendly and personable the only downside I miss is the point reward program I really wish they would bring g it back. But I have proudly been a longtime visitor they take their time with every person that comes in, you never feel rushed. Thank you south Meadows Team.

Ive been to other vape shops, and yes, was treated nicely; the difference is that at Nevada Vapor (on S Meadows), Katie there took the time to show me the different products, the benefits of each, so when I walked out, I knew what I bought and was happy with it. I now only buy from Nevada Vapor. I dont go often, but when I do, they are exceptionally helpful and I have what I need/want! Thank you Katie!

Great place to buy juice and coils! I have been coming to this location since its open, I always have a great experience with the employees. One thing I hope they do improve on is the time it takes to get new coils, Ive bought an EQ recently and found Ive needed a coil once every 2-4 weeks, I came in a little over a week ago and no coils for the EQ were in stock and werent supposed to be for another week and then were delayed another two days from that.

Very rude manager she asked me to leave im a paying customer i was in there for 3 minutes i was trying to decide what device i want to buy next and she said well i dont like you so you need to leave very rude ill be telling everyone of my friends never to shop at any of the nevada vapor stores absolutely horrible experience never ever wanna go there again not even an apology from that horrible lady would change my mind i am absolutely insulted and disgusted that this lady would treat a customer like such i hope this company gets shut down who the hell runs a place like that me and every single one of my friends will never ever be wasting our time there again. This is the store by double diamond to be exact.

Im going to give you a brief description of this place. Its sucks. All the juice taste the same, over-priced cloned juice. First time arriving I see a small child in a VAPE SHOP. That is just wrong. Yes better alternative but having a child with you while selling nicotine, plus having other people vaping. I gotta say, really bad place, in my image. I rather have your money worth and go to Knuckle Dusters.

The young laxy that works there knows exactly what time it is she is on top of her business and got me lined out on the right juice and a new coil that really do what I wanted for once. Oh and her trainee is right behind her.. Great attitude and learning like he should.

Had been an addicted, hard-core smoker for years but at 66 found my smokers cough debilitating. An acquaintance brought me into Nevada Vapor where the staff quickly, professionally & courteously set me up with a MOD of my choice. That was 15 May 2016 - havent had a cigarette since and enjoy vaping with the staff.

The manager Vallory and vape juice expert Brandon, are very helpful. You can try it before you buy it juice bar is awesome! Prices are competitive and the selection of juices and vape equipment are excellent.

Nevada Vapes has a great variety of vapes 👌 Nick and Katie are very helpful and the environment is super chill. They have super comfortable couches to chill on if your waiting for a friend, I highly recommend anyone to drop by.

DONT GO TO NV VAPOR.... the owners dont care! I sent the owners an email to tell them what happened to me and never got a response! There are plenty of other vape shops in the reno sparks area that care!!!!!!!!!
