Sam is the owner and the most caring person eveeerrrrr!! She always gives me amazing recommendations, and verifies the quality and authenticity of every product she sells. Not to mention how knowledgeable she is on everything in her store!! 100% recommend. I haven’t shopped anywhere else since I’ve discovered her! MUST GO !!!

Staff is very knowledgeable, personable & kind. They have everything I need for my THC smoking needs, from pipes, bongs, to nectar collectors, puffco’s, dab rigs. They also had a great collection of tapestry, & inscents for your home decor/scents. Definitely will be going back for more :)

Visited this smoke shop today, first time in about a year and I was blown away by how much its changed. The shop was a super welcoming vibe and is well put together. Its not cluttered like you find with most smoke shops. The store manager, Samantha, was so friendly, helpful and her energy completed the store. I received great customer service from the owner, Samantha, who was extremely knowledgeable about her products (and Ive been out of the loop for quite some time lol). She expertly assisted other customers while helping me (a trait I respect tremendously and rarely see done correctly). When I finally found the product I fell in love with (photo included, its gorgeous!), she gave me a great deal that I couldnt say no to. Absolutely 5 stars all the way around! Sam, the lead manager of the store, is my girl! She’s so helpful and friendly, and over the past year and a half I’ve gotten to know her so well which is very rare when it comes to smoke shop vendors. Come here for your vapes! She’ll never sell you a counterfeit.

Having never actually written a Google review, I felt compelled to after visiting Still Smokin for the first and certainly not the last time. The spotting counterfeit vape lessons are in fact real and incredibly valuable. Ive purchased a ton online and they are so hit and miss and it really helped me put two and two together. The owner was one of the more helpful people Ive ever interacted with in retail, and this coming from someone who doesnt often ask for or seek out help. The level of knowledge she both has and was willing to offer was very appreciate.

My boyfriend James went in and absolutely loved it. he’s touchy with where he goes because he’s afraid of scams but after talking to (i believe) Sam, he was happier. she was a sweetheart.the place is safe and quality has good prices and all of the staff is nice.5/5: would recommend.

This is my go-to stop for any vapes, glass pieces, etc. I cant express how much I appreciate Sam and all of her staff. Always a welcoming environment. Been going here for a little over a year for glasswear since with some other shops ive been took havent had the best quality of glass and would break really quick with the smallest of bumps and drops. But here ive gotten 5 different pieces from them and every single one of them are amazing and hold together very well! And the employees that run the shop are all well versed in their glasswear, especially the local glass blowers! Definitely recommend!

Came in the other week in hopes that they would have a normal 1 1/4 joint roller. Had been to 3 other places trying to get one, no luck. Not only did they have some, they were nicely priced also. I chatted a little with Nick who was working at the time. When I was about to leave I noticed the “Piece Water” sitting on the shelf. I asked him about it, because I had just got a bottle from my smoke shop, he swore by the stuff, and that triggered a reminder that I had been needing a new bubbler. He showed me a few till we finally found the perfect one for me. I was amazed at the price for it, was so happy I made the decision to visit! Will definitely be coming here for now on! Just visited Sam and Kim at Still Smokin in S. Reno. I drive all the way from Northwest Reno and pass about 37 other smoke shops just to come visit them. Hands-down the best smoke shop in Reno. The customer service is next to none

Sam was the most Friendliness and most helpful about my pod bar. I even got a down stem and a martini bowl. Im definitely coming back for more and everything else that I need. I came last year when Andrew was working and he was a great sales man. Helped me out a lot.

I went in a few years back to buy a bong and I still have it and is in great condition. I just recently went into buy a bowl piece for the bong and the staff and shop are very nice and awesome. The glass is super and and the service is awesome.

Its cool that this was the first head shop in South Reno in 2004 & still going... Ive noticed theyve dropped alot in prices the manager you would think is the owner is someone Ill just go in to talk to! Clean, organized, and great selection. I have come into still smokin a few times and this is probably the best smoke shop ever. Sam has made my experience amazing! She made me feel like I was at home. She always makes want to come back like every day just to talk to her she really knows her stuff it was so amazingly helpful. The beautiful energy she puts off is infectious. This place is legit! The owner explained how many counterfeits there are with disposable vapes and what to look out for when buying them! The store itself is a super cool store!! though, i bought a special blue transformer torch and i’m almost positive it was faulty. :( definitely be careful if that’s what you’re looking for, but other than that, the service was amazing, and i’ll fs go back

Hay Samantha, it was so nice being welcomed the minute I walked in. You did a fantastic job selling me my Rokin Mini Tank…I was on the hunt for a brand I found online that was very pricey but was willing to pay market price until you shared your great collection of Rokin Vape Batteries and you saved me money and time running around or having to order and wait. I came to you guys way back in the early 2000s then again when I got my medical license in 2015 to just this February 2023 I prefer to seek locally from small business owners and family as that’s what my town here was built on and I’ve seen it change the last 60 years one thing that hasn’t is coming to my favorite places of business and being welcomed like we’re old friends…see ya soon for another Rokin Tank, my favorite incense and etc… thanks again Samantha!

Super expensive compared to other shops in the area for the same glass blowers. Even the supplies that everyone carries are more expensive. The manager is very nice and the shop is clean but the price markup is over the top. And because of that Ill shop elsewhere 1st. Price matters.

Went in to buy some incense, several scents. Was told they are only allowed to give out 1 bag for all your incense purchases, even for multiple scents. So I left and went to there competitor and spent $15. Talk about stupid, micromanagement rules. You saved $.05 not giving a second bag and lost out on a much larger sale. Stepping over dollars to pick up dimes, management should be ashamed and embarrassed
