Reading some of the reviews, I have never experienced any form of rudeness from the girls at counter. I usually stick with the same juice but when I want to try something new, they dont disappoint in the juices they recommend. Always helpful if I have questions and always been friendly. Prices are a little high compared to say online but it is a business, with employees and bills.Decent selection of devices and ejuice. Easy to get to location, and as I said above the employees have always been friendly and helpful when needed.

I go in and ask for my regular E-juice. The manager asked 3 or 6 ?. Either works. She then asked menthol ?I said No menthol.. She rang me up, handed me the E-juice, I paid and left. When I got home I noticed it was menthol. I called back and explained that she had made a mistake, and she said theres nothing she can do.All Sales are final.The manager is very rude and has been on multiple occasions.Their business model is (you bought it you own it) Their basically stealing. Theyve also solddefective coils and Mods.

It has changed to Vape Galaxy? First time there, super nice people, great little shop, mostly locally made juices. Pocked up box of Baby Beast Smok coils at good price! And found a great new local juice! Thanks Brett for being super awesome and patient!

Ive been there only twice, but both times the woman working was incredibly helpful. She really knows the products and has given awesome reccomendations.

This store sells fake disposables. There is even a sign posted for elf bars and some possibly being clones. After speaking with the lady she told me she can tell which ones are fake and assured me the flavor I wanted wasn’t. LIES! It was fake, what a joke, waste of $20. This place sucks. I’ve even bought juice there before that tasted like straight plastic. Do not spend your money here! So many red flags across the board.

Had a good experience, called ahead to confirm they had zero nicotine disposables. The woman working there was informative and let me test it in the shop in front of her to confirm it was working. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I absolutely love this vape shop. Everyone there is always so helpful and upholds top notch customer service. The wide array of flavors to choose from is phenomenal. If I could rate this place higher, I totally would without a doubt. Thanks for being so awesome, team! You make vaping that much more enjoyable.

Katrina the store manager is always very helpful and polite. She has a very solid grasp of the products in the store and is willing to show you anything you might not have thought of in flavors. We appreciate the ease of found business and she represents your company very well.

A great place for all of my vaping needs! I am always greeted warmly when entering the shop, and the customer service is top notch. Their selection is amazing and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They seem to know what I need even if I fumble it up.

I dont very often give five stars I think everybody has a little bit of room to improve but these guys are amazing every time I go there my expectations are more than that they have a great selection to choose from whether youre looking for juice or a new mod the people are knowledgeable friendly the store is clean parking is ample. Never has there been a shortcoming as a customer I highly recommend Galaxy vape they are a One-Stop shop.

Store manager is rude. Sold me a device that had a factory defect and refused to replace it.... Has sold me the wrong pod for my machine. And has sold me the wrong coils for my machine. Katrina has horrible customer service

Never had any problems back when I was using a vape mod, but went in and got a Flum and when I typed in the code on the back into Flums site, it was fake. The ejuice and coils here have been fine in my experience but DONT buy disposables here, I cant trust it anymore on those. Be safe, yall! Havent had the chance to go in and talk to them about it.

I’ve been going to Galaxy Vapor for about 3 months and consider myself a regular. Both Katrina and Melissa are very helpful when determining juices and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything in the vaping realm. The shop is always clean and they always have a positive and friendly attitude. They also update the store with new juice items that add to their selection. If you’re looking for a vape shop that knows their stuff, I’d recommend Galaxy Vapor.

Katrina helped me find a new device today. I was thoroughly impressed with this experience. The staff are well informed, very helpful, and make it easy for the customer to get what they need without feeling pressured or uncomfortable. The juice selection consisted of quality brands and the shop is very clean. Thanks for your help!

Amazing shop! Everytime I go I am treated very well and the staff is always willing to talk with me and help me through any issues. Adrian is very helpful! He always takes the time to talk through things with me. I am very annoying about getting every detail and he is super patient and nice ! I appreciate his customer service very much. This kind of service is what brings me back time after time !

Amazing place! Great customer service. They have great prices way better ooh vapor and vaporama. They helped me put new gaskets on when mine started leaking and even showed me how to rewrap batteries, which I didnt even know you had to do! Brandon especially has been very helpful. Hes always right on the dot about prices and is awesome at advertising, yet still great with customer service. Very knowledgeable.

Brandon and katrina gave my husband and i the best customer service i have ever recieved, definitely top notch. Answered every question we had, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and they had the sweetest puppy i have ever met. Officially have new regular customers.

From the moment the door popped and a Lady Dressed in a Cat suite saw That I was A Black man ,Her energy shifted,so rude . OVERCHARGED ME for my Juice as well . I dont use this store at all ,They were just near me ,But trust me ,never going back. Theres too many Vape stores for them not to give Decent not even Good,Just Decent service .

Selling knock-off elfbars at a higher price than authentic. I bought the elfbar and when I got in my car I noticed the draw was weak in flavor. By the time I got home I wiggled the top off as I have done with all my elfbars to refill them in the past and the wicking is a weird clumpy cotton and not the sponge that elfbar has. Also the rubber grommet is entirely different than the real thing

This place is great. Super friendly customer service. Their prices are really good my coils only cost $2.95 when all other places charge my $4.99. They offer military/veteran discounts (which is awesome and more places should offer them as well) and a good member/point system where you earn free 60 ml bottles of vape juice (of your choosing) or you can get batteries but Im not sure if the batteries are free as well or just discounted. But all in all this is a top-notch vape shop

Melissa at the counter was helping me first, i had finally wanted to grab over $100 worth of vape stuff. I am a consistent customer and I only really buy my vape stuff there. she started to check me out even though i wanted to grab a juice as soon as i told her she rolled her eyes and asked the customer behind me and started to check her out even though i knew what i wanted. She said I was taking to long and she started to ring up the other customer. I said no, i was here first you know what I want check me out first. Then she turned red and snapped at me to get out. I said “fine” and walked out. Completely unprofessional, its not my job to tell her to help another customer out if im “taking too long” i will never buy here again.

I received superb service on my first time entering this store so much so that Im abandoning my previous chosen vape store for this one. The person behind the counter was very knowledgeable on all the different kinds of Vapes as well as all of the juices! This is a must shop store if you like to vape.

Very nice vape shop. The employee that was there was super helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up spending over $1000 and we will be back soon to spend more! 10 out of 5 stars lol.

These guys are great. I took my mod and rda in and they took the time to figure out what was wrong. As I expected they were both on the verge of needing replacement. They told me how I could try to make them work, and didnt pressure me to buy anything, but recommended a new mod and tank. Prices were pretty normal, but slightly lower than most vape shops. The coil for my tank was like $3.50, where at other shops theyre $5.

Decent selection but in my opinion its expensive. I but mostly online so that is my yardstick. Maybe comapred to brick and mortar stores they are competitive. I cannot say for sure. I know I got my box mod for 60 bucks less online.

It’s hilarious how these guys hold an ego to defend their minimum wage position. Couldn’t even pay them to deliver friendly service. Let alone finding out I got a fake flum. Imagine running your business on knock off products and using the no return policy as their insurance. Typical Washington. Taxes and shiity service.

This is a great store. The people here are very knowledgable and friendly. Only bummer is they dont have much in the way of disposable vapes and less if you hate ice.

Very knowledgeable staff. Came here to get some liquid for a device I bought online and the person gave me all kinds of information and even set up my vape for me. He absolutely did not have to do that, and most places wouldnt. I will only buy from this place from now on.

This place is awesome . So I dropped my vape pen in a river It’s broke . But I only started vaping to quit smoking .so I went in there and this really nice beautiful lady helped me . She explained to me bout better ways to quit and EVEN PAID OUT HER OWN POCKET !! OWN POCKET TO SHOW ME I FIDNT NEED WHAT I THOUGHT. LOOK HERE ! HONEST GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive never seen a veteran get treated the way Galaxy Vapor did this weekend. Brandon the Manager (As he advises hes the Boss) ripped off a customer right in front of me. I want to say hes not the manager since he was going into great detail about how he hates his job and only works 3 1/2 days a week & how much the pay sucks (Also going on a rant about some women who works there and shouldnt be because he makes $1,000 more and day and deserves a raise). I knew the customer was a veteran from his tattoo clearly showing & his license plate. I offered to help him since Brandon the Manager only cared about selling new product instead of helping the gentlemen After Brandon Broke his vape and blamed it on the customer. I was so appalled by what i witnessed I offered to buy him another one at a different store because of his service that Brandon clearly could care less about... I will never go back and already advised to my friends who also went there to never go back. The owner of this establishment should be truly ashamed for hiring someone so out of touch with reality...

This place is more expensive than any vape shop I’ve ever been to. And don’t have many popular juice brands and the ones that they do have aren’t very good. Great service but wouldn’t waste my money here again. ( mod was 45$ online and 80$ at most shops and was 110$ here )

More $$ then the other few Ive been too. Never give options for coils. I just vape, I dont really get into the type of mods, etc. So I just tell other places what I use and they always offer different type of coils to go with it. Options are nice when they are offered.

I had a great experience, the shop owner Brandon is so knowledgable, and was willing to work with me to help me fix my vape; going above and beyond service to help me. I will definitely be going back there to answer all my vaping questions and for juices.Very satisfied customer

If I could give no stars I would. First off the guy working was rude and obviously didnt want to be there. Then they sold us a coil that was both the wrong size and type when we were very specific on what we wanted. This hasnt happened at other shops and we will be not be returning. Very disappointed with my experience here.

The girl that has been working here recently is super rude! Not only to me every time but to my husband as well. It baffles me that you’re going to be rude to the customers you have after what’s been going on in the Vape industry. If you don’t like people don’t work in customer service!!

Galaxy vapor has an awesome staff brandon and katrina were bolth super helpfull and really knowledgeable about all the questions i had. Super good variety of juices and tons of different mods to choose from. I highly reccomend this store!

28$ for a 60ml - dont carry coils that fit the device I bought at the location - significantly over priced devices - they guy is cool

Best vape store Ive been to, they let you test the juices before buying, and are extremely helpful. They always help when I have an issue with my vape and are very friendly.

Katrina is the lady to go see 🖤🙏🏼 We love her so much and with her help and vast knowledge of vaping, my husband and I are just about 2 years cigarette free.

They got mesh coils for the Prince tank. The juice burns more even and they last longer. The clerks are friendly & nice.

“Owner” of the shop very very rude! Will never spend my money here again. Other employees are very nice though. Some non guaranteed product.

This used to he a great shop and now that they got rid of some of there most valuable employees its just a dump. Go to any other shop my new favorite is ruze vapor over in kent by winco foods.
