Grace is amazing. She knows where my pain is. She knows how the body is supposed to move and has completely changed my quality of life and range of motion. I feel like a new person after getting a massage here. All of the massage professionals here are the best Ive ever come across.

This is my honest review for MEDI SPA. They were really awesome seriously. I love the full massage, stone and cupping package for mother days special. It’s my first time here as well.. my mom and I were satisfied the service. Thank you so much. It is worth the money I paid. Highly recommended.

This is a very comfortable environment, which makes people feel very relaxed. I had the most amazing experience here today. Special thank you to Yoyo my masseuse. She is incredible. It is a good place for a leisure massage. Today I came for a massage with my friends. It was very comfortable. I will definitely come again next time.

Jenny was kind and great at communicating on what my needs for my massage was. She adjusted pressure if needed and really helped with my neck when I was in a lot of pain. I am so glad I found their spa and can’t wait to come back!

Wow! I just had an appointment today super last minute. The place I usually hit up had no availability, and so I took a gamble to come here. I was really blown away by the skills of the masseuses here.Ive been to probably most of the foot massage places around Renton by now haha, and this is easily one of my favorite.I came into the parlor with a nasty migraine and left really refreshed. I will definitely be a regular here.

I always get my weekly massage here by Coco. The ambiance is great and the management is very professional and kind. Coco does a great job of keeping my golf body going.

Best massage of my life, truly I’m so blown away. I’ve been in a very intensive physical training program and have been experiencing bad pain in my elbows and shoulders, and a 90 minute massage with cupping just resolved the majority of it! I have already scheduled an appointment for this upcoming week. I’m so grateful to have found this business—such gifted massage therapists!!

2nd time going to Medi Spa for me! Great place and I was able to call in the morning for a same day appointment later in the afternoon. Julie was my massage therapist for both times. I need firm massages and I always leave feeling much better. I also tried the cupping add-on this time, and that really got the deep muscles. Pro tip, the cupping will leave marks due to the suction from the cups. But dont be afraid to try it!Communication is lovely. Checking what target areas are needed, and throughout the massage about how the pressure is feeling, and also how temperature is for the massages that have hot stones. The little water bottle at the end is a nice touch. Overall great place for reasonably priced massages.

It was alright. Got a couples massage and it was nice. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a massage and I think I just don’t like them. But maybe in the near future I’ll try again. 4 stars cause honestly service was coo, they were really nice. Kept checking in during the massage making sure they aren’t hurting you. Same day appointment when I called and I had to push the appointment back and they were done with it! Only 4 cause personally massages are weird, but my boyfriend say it was great so good place to go to try and relax. I think the Groupon is actually more than the prices they tell you. So just call make an appointment and pay at the place.

Amazing experience, super relaxing. Only small complaint the lady was a little bit rough so I ended up with a soar back. Still going to come back and give it another chance with another person.

All the masseuse here are highly trained. They are courteous and always wearing a smile. Their price is surprisingly low for the expertise they provide.

Me and My boyfriend drove all the way from Tacoma to Renton just to come get a massage from them! We really enjoyed our massage. I personally think Yoyo is the best masseuse in the area I have been in WA for 6 years, tried so many different massage places.They always start by asking you where you want to focus on and what heavy you want your pressure to be. I have always been a pretty heavy pressure customer and Yoyo actually was able to reach deep enough for my muscle to feel completely relaxed. She was able to tell where my muscle issues were without me telling her I had injuries there before. Very professional and AMAZING massage!Honestly THE BEST!

Got a couples massage. It was amazing. Full body for 90 minutes for $100 per person ($200 for couples)! Great price for the massage. Hot stones and hot towels were included in the massage. Staff was super welcoming and kind. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful experience. They greeted my girlfriend with a warm birthday welcome and was very professional, good at communicating with me throughout booking this appointment. Check to remind me of my appointment. I ask them to wish her a happy birthday which wasn’t apart of any payment and they where more than happy to did that for her which speaks of value to me. Definitely will book with them soon.

I had the best first time massage at Medi Spa. The staff was super welcoming and the music was very relaxing. The environment and the room were clean and pleasant. I had a quite professional massage therapist who was attentive to my issues and needs and even provided tips on maintaining my physical wellbeing. The quality of the massage was definitely over its well-priced value (look up for frequent massage promotions on their website). I highly recommend Medi Spa and cant wait to go back again.

What a beautiful little massage hole in the wall! Yo yo was my massage therapist and she did the most phenomenal job taking care of my terrible tight muscles. I got a deep tissue massage and she definitely provided. There were a few moments I was only existing, and could hardly control my breathing but it was perfect (I asked for this) she was very responsive and when I told her to lighten up she did immediately. She checked in frequently in the beginning and then got a very good read on me and continued her efforts throughout the massage. Everything you could want from a therapist she incarnated. I would highly recommend anyone needing pain relief or relaxation to go to this wonderful establishment.

Ive been coming here for the last few weeks for a deep tissue massage and I feel like a million bucks compared to before - few aches and better sleep. Ive seen the same massage therapist, Yoyo, every time I come in which is nice and she does a stellar job. Its a little place with big results, clean, professional, and Jenny at the front desk is always very helpful.

I am very active and i ask a lot of my body. I develop knots and tight muscles often, and badly. Linda is the only massage therapist i see - she is all that is needed!I never have to tell her where the greatest areas of soreness lie; she finds them on her own better and faster than i could describe anywayEveryone here is extremely patient and kind and they are amazing at what they do. Do yourself and your body a favor and book a massage here !

Best massage Ive ever had! I get really bad knots in my upper back muscles (that hard to reach area behind your shoulder blades) and my masseuse at Medi (Yoyo) managed to get nearly all of them :) I will definitely be going back!

My husband and I booked a 90 minute couples massage and it was fantastic! We made an appointment with two days notice and there was no trouble getting us scheduled. We had Cici & Yuyeong (apologies if names are misspelled!), and they both applied the right amount of pressure we requested. Overall great experience & would highly recommend. :)

I’ve had quite a few massages before and this was the best I’ve had in my life.I could feel such a good energy and so cleansed and at the same time all my muscles relaxed.Very very nice ladies and a very peaceful environment.I will definitely come back and recommend to all of my friends.

Amazingly priced for what you get . I choose a swetish combination massage with the 60 dollar amazing hot stone special! I hope they keep that special. Genny and yoyo were so so nice and kept a relaxing quiet atmosphere. They were so professional and attentive to my relaxation. I had to get a gift certificate for my husband. Worth every penny.

Randomly went in last night because my shoulder was killing me. Great full body massage with perfect mix of deep tissue pressure & relaxing pressure. Very clean and very professional. And Ill tell you what, that tiny gal little lady is strong! I had to tap out twice like a big softy and ask her to go lighter. Great massage at a good value

I’m so disappointed when I refused so many times not to get the cupping for $15 extra and she still insists to used it. It’s disrespectful they had to forced people to add extras and you say no many times yet still put it in towards the end! Never coming back there anymore!

As the day to day stress and anxiety ties my body into a pretzel 🥨 I have a lot more stuff to be doing other than feeling like pain is normal.Happened by this SPA while running errands next to the UPS center and mama I am forever thankful for the extra hour in my day spent here.There were two technicians on duty there , “Molly” and “Mindy” both very sincere and I could feel that karma eminent for a long awaited treatment for some tired muscle.Molly’s ambiance was pleasantly nice. I immediately began to melt away into the calming effects of the music and the knowledge of her being able to get the knots and stiffness to release!! I hope I wasn’t snoring but it was so soothing. This person has magical powers.You can not go get a massage from the big box store type chain like this place! These people have magic healing power.I have to get my schedule adjusted so I can get a recharge at this spa. Thanks for putting one there.

This is my 2nd visit to the place, the first time was mediocre but my regular massage therapist is booked out 2 weeks and I needed some relief on my shoulders and back so I decided to give this place another try. The lady I had this time gave me a very LAZY massage I wouldnt even call it light swedish, it felt like she was just rubbing oil on my body. She has very poor language skills that she didnt understand what I asked for which was more focus on my shoulders, neck and head but she didnt even work on my neck or scalp. It was not very good at all. Not worth the time, not worth the money.

If you like your massage to be interrupted by phone calls and people walking into the office then this is the place for you. The massage was not very impressive at all. No deep tissue, no pressure points, no pressure, just a very light Swedish massage. On top of all that, then they have two different rates. The rates on their website is $10 less then their little rate sheet inside . Save your money, go somewhere elese.

I walked in the place expecting to get a nice relaxing massage instead I had to stop them in the middle of it because I caught the lady on her phone. The LADY giving me a massage WAS ON HER PHONE. I called her out on this and she told me she was talking to the owner of the spa. Really? How are you even allowed to give someone a massage with your phone. I was so upset I walked out there. I asked for the persons name and the contact number of the owner and she told me she doesnt speak english. how convenient that she all of a sudden could not understand or speak english but when it comes to collecting money she miraculously knew english.

I’ve been to a number of massages and this place makes the top of the list. I would definitely recommend this place! Good price too!

Awful Service,Paid for 1 hour, got 50 mins, Lady was on her phone while I was face down like I would not notice....She left the room 3+ times over the first 30 minutes for god knows what. Will never return
