People are friendly... But! Count your cash when you pay with cash. I paid for something that was $44 after tax with a $100 and I got back $46. After I got home and counted my change. I see they shorted me $10.Note to self, always count your change and do your math. Especially when you dont see numbers up on the register.

Ive been frequenting this business for several years and the staff, even with a change of ownership, are very friendly. They have provided me with multiple recommendations of which all I have liked. They make every attempt to assist in getting customers what theyre seeking. This business has a large variety of smoking products. I always leave satisfied! I recommend this business if youre in need of smoking products...stop by and try!

This is a very good vape/smoke shop. They have a nice selection of disposable vapes, miscellaneous items you see at any smoke shop as well as some really nice glass pieces. Only reason I dont give them a 5-star rating is the lack of E-juice selection. Its pretty minimal which is how most stores are moving towards.Anyway, you wont be disappointed with trying this shop. Enjoy.

I almost always have gotten exceptional service here. I generally stop in one a week and I love their selection... and 2/3s of the staff I have met so far.Today your cashier decided to bring up their politics and wanted to discuss why I felt differently. Without divulging any of my personal beliefs on here, just know I might be searching for somewhere else close by. That was incredibly uncomfortable.

Great store! The staff is super friendly they carry a wide variety of vaping products from mods to juice. They try to make sure you are getting a good deal for your money. They know their product well. Stop in and say hi pick up a bottle of juice that wont leave your wallet feeling empty when u leave.

Ive moved away from Renton but Ill still make the trip from Monroe tovisit this vape/smoke shop. I have always been greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who do there best to assist you in finding the product that meets your budget. The store has a lot of awesome glass , vape stuff smokes and gifts for your favorite smoker/vaper/Friend yourself. 🥳🥳🥳 kiddos to Chris, low key his customer service is 100%

The selection here seemed good but I wasnt allowed 2 seconds to look it over by myself before the guy was over by me. I understand he was likely trying to be helpful it made me feel very rushed and uncomfortable. It made me leave promptly without so much a lighter purchase. Its too bad, it looked like some cool piecesJust some feedback for smoke shop employees: please dont hover. It makes me feel like im a degenerate in need of supervision and I assure you, I am not.

I luv this shop and its crew. When I got a Smok Fortis vape, which I knew practically nothing about, the staff had patiently and methodically taken the time to answer my queries and then some. And at no time did they become impatient, frustrated or rude.On top of having a top-notch team the shop is very well-stocked with just about everything one could need; and on the off chance they dont have what youre are look like for the staff may have few info/ideas as to where you might find what you need. Three times now Ive gone here and the open sign is on but when I get to the door, theres a handwritten note stating that they will be back at some later time. The last time, the note said 4pm and since it was 4, I decided to wait. 15 minutes later and nobody showed. Clearly the employee thinks its acceptable to leave the premises while on the job and I sincerely doubt the store owner is aware. This kind of behavior can put a store out of business. There are three people Ive seen work there, the younger man is incredibly rude and can hardly muster enough energy to greet the customer. The last time he didnt say a word. Frankly, I should have never come back after I saw a note there the first time. I can blame myself for that one. Clearly, Im not going to this shop again and neither should anyone else. What a failure.

The friendliest employees you will ever find I love these guys their prices are good and reasonable so I give this place a thumbs up 👍😊 Id like to add these guys do carry but they do not act mocho about it theyre friendly and professional wont go anywhere else..❤️👍 I saw someone elses review referring to them as Indian and Korean won how would you know something like that and that sounds really racist to me also you sounded like someone who obviously was afraid of people who Carry but a lot of business owners do to protect their property but dont assume you know their race... That sounded awful honestly I have no idea the race of the culture or the background of these gentlemen that work there but I have never once seen them be rude to anyone and I have been going there for years!

I think they have only been open once when I went there during business hours. Id give them a good rating, if I could actually get in to buy something. I dont mean to be so high maintenance, but I kind of expect to be able to access a place when the sign says they are open.

Just recieved an email that someone used my bank card in there without my permission. My wallet was stolen and for the last 24hrs Ive been canceling all my cards ect. Obviously I forgot our this Netspend card. Luckily there was only a $19.71 purchase from my stolen card ! I will update my comment here after dealing with the Manager in the morning. Obviously they excepted my card without My pin #. Or even a ID. NOT COOL ! SO THEY HAD BETTER ALLOW THE RENTON DETECTIVE ACCESS TO THE CAMERAS for the person who stole my stuff !

Service is always exceptional. Staff is highly knowledgeable on the products and they carry all my favorite brands. Couldn’t pick a better head shop.

Chris and jonah are very honest about what they are selling and are super helpful when it comes to getting the right vape for someone , definitely would recommend if your going to get a new vape to come here , definitely 5 star experience for me !!!!

Not a bad place if you are lucky enough to catch them when they are actually open. I went there about a week ago around 6pm, and there was a sign on the window that said, We will be opening up later today. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now, Im not sure just how much later you can go than 6pm to open a place up, but apparantly these guys were going to find out. Ive also been there at various times throughout the day to find them inexplicably closed. Not a bad place overall, with moderately helpful, somewhat engaged employees. I would DEFINITELY suggest you call them first before you waste your time to drive there.

I swear this place sells their disposable vapes at cost or something. Pretty much all of their vapes are under $20 even after tax. I’ve been getting ripped off by the other shops around. Bought a Puffco and the dude gave me 10% discount for being “cool” LOL go check this spot out. 10/10 recommend.

The place is never open when I want it to be on their business hours. Living in this area there arent many ships that sell kratom. These people have the best kratom but the worst service. Ive seen the manager smoking a blunt in a car and rushed out to unlock the doors for me... 🙄

Ive Smoked for over 40 years and I have shopped at countless different stores and never have I experienced the level of service that I get from Justin, Jonah and Cris. Not to mention they are hands down the best Bargain around. Thank you Gentlemen.

Every time I come here its got a sign that the worker will be back. Every single time. It makes no sense why they have open signs when the workers are barely here! An inconvenience to say the least. Its never the same time either. Just random times throughout the day.. super frustrating!
