I got there and the sign said to ring the bell, which I did and waited and no one came.I went back to my car and called. They said they were available and to come to the door. Once I got in, they hurried me to the first room (couples) and told me to get ready.I asked for a 30min back massage.As I was getting ready, there was no blanket to cover my uncovered top body. I also heard two male customers leaving while saying see you next week and did NOT seem/sounded like they paid. Sounded like they were in a rush to get out of there. SUS 🤨 for sure.During the first 10mins of my massage it literally seemed like she was just rubbing the oil on me. No pressure, no routine, nada. It was also weird to have her climb onto the table with me to massage.As I was leaving, the two females workers were outside seeming like they were waiting for yet another male customer to come in. A male customer walked right by me into the place as I was leaving.Dont think Ill be going back.

Quick to get in, had an hour couples massage. Overall kind workers, only thing I would say is it felt rushed getting into a room, didnt have to much instruction. Overall if youre needing to get in and get a decent massage for fair price this is your place.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I get there about 30 mins early for my appointment which I scheduled for 6pm. I get there and they say “no no 6:30pm”. I asked if I could just sit and wait on the obvious couch in the establishment. They said they were “busy”, waiting is outside then slammed and locked the door in my face. Mind you it was around 40 degrees outside. If I could give a zero I would.

Leaving the spa in shock as I had the exact experience as the other customers below in the reviews. The massage by Lisa was incredible and in the top 5 best massages, but during payment I left a 18% tip and she demanded a 23% tip which was $20. A tip is normally 15%-20% and the massage was $90.This makes me curious how the staff are being paid if they are demanding tips from multitudes of customers as seen in the reviews.Management continues to comment on the reviews saying they will look into this issue, but the google reviews of the staff demanding over $20 tip has been occurring for 4 years. When will this change? I guarantee you will have more constant customer base if the payment part of the customer transaction was not so displeasing.

Upon first entering for my 1pm massage I was dubious and didnt know what to expect. The room seemed minimalistic and the place seemed depressing.However when the massage began I was in for a world of pleasure. I have had many massages, none can compare to what I just experienced. She was thorough and swift and she worked out many knots I had in my neck and back.Without a shadow of a doubt, this was my favorite massage of all time. I recommend everyone go try out this amazing experience!!!

I always get hard massage but this time my body hurt more. Then when I am paying, I thought I would be generous and leave $10 cash tip and she asked how much tip? I said the whole thing and said tip is $20. I said I dont have anymore cash and she said just pay with card. I have never experienced anything like this. Tips should not be demanded! I thought this place was good with high rating, but do not go here unless you want to be scammed!

Went to get a massage with my sibling.. we ask for the 90 mins each, we pay the 180 for the massage and 36 for tip, then the old lady at the counter looks at us, bewildered and demands 20 dollars each!!! For tip!! Last time I checked, tipping is optional, and what we paid was 20% tip, so we weren’t even being cheap.. she was saying “the girls are tired give them more” and she threw the change on the counter to give her another 20 instead… well no kidding, I’m tired when I work too, and I don’t get tip at the end of the day… the massage was great, but the customer service is terrible, and it takes away a lot from the positive experience… There were a lot of interruptions too, phone ringing, the girl leaving the room multiple times without saying anything … oh yeah, and we had to get separate rooms, cuz the last time we were there in a room together, the 2 women were talking constantly even though we asked them multiple times politely to stop talking in their language so we can enjoy the massage… that was a big disappointment, and again, the shameless tactic for more tips, unbelievable.

My lower was in excruciating pain, I always seen the massage spa in passing, but never in 100 years would go in. But today, that would change! It drove and decided to call, made 2pm appointment and ask for deep tissue massage. How can we judge a place without checking it out, I went in a young lady approached me and ask if I had called and continue speaking and walked me to my room. The room was nice and warm Eva was the masseur and she was excellent, I mean it her technique and skilled very satisfying. My lower feels much better and I am looking forward to another appointment.Thank you again Eva!

What a refreshing experience! Wanted just a simple foot massage for my husband and I and was blown away with what the therapists at North Bay provided. The massage was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapists were professional and when I asked my husband what he thought and he said it was the first time he wanted to go back as soon as possible. We can’t wait to go back!

Really 4.9. Absolutely AMAZING! with the hour I got hot stones, warm towel, AND a full body massage for only $60. The pressure was perfect, the music was perfect! I came out feeling Absolutely perfect!!! The only reason Im not going a full 5 was the exposure. Ive gotten a few massages in my life and you usually dress down to comfort and then go under a sheet, then the come in. Here they only give you a small towel to lay across your back. A lot more exposed then with a sheet. BUT once the hot stones come out they will drop a sheet and use it when you turn and stuff. If you dont mind a bit of exposure, then I 100% recommend!!!

Don’t go there unless you see “Eva”. She is the only one and the best therapist. “Wei” is the WORST ever! DO NOT let Wei massage you. Unfortunately, Eva was not available one day, so I got massage from Wei. She stepped out 3 times during my session without saying anything, coughing without covering…then at the checkout she kept texting with unhappy face then finally demanded to pay me more tip! She didnt even say thank you! Unbelievable! I will not come back there! 0 star for her!

Horrible experiencePaid for 1 hr get 45min of massage. We asked for cpl room.Whole time they where talking no stop, wich dont allow u focusing and properly relax.And then, in the end when we left 5$ tips each one, they said its too low and the rule is to leave minimum 10$.Wont recommend anyone.

Nice legit, professional Asian massage place hidden away in Renton. I called and was able to see someone right away. As requested with very firm hands and good pressure. The only small negative with just a little too much oil used- hate leaving a place all greased up! Next time I will ask for only a small ammount of oil use only. The older lady I had certainly knew her stuff and I will be back again as I feel better today, the day after.

I went in today and got a massage from (Ada? I believe her name was- sorry I have a terrible memory of names!) It was amazing! She didnt rush, took the whole hour and it felt so good. I told her I was having back pain and she told me to see my doctor (I appreciate that). But she was very gentle on the area of my back that hurt. I could really feel the love and care from her hands. She was very sweet and I will definitely go back when I am able. She didnt ask or assume I was tipping. It was $60 for the hour. I did tip though because she deserved it.I would definitely recommend her. I just feel appreciative of her. She was sweet and we talked while she was massaging, but she let me have relaxing silence during too, she took my lead on the talking. It was a great balance. The place is beautiful inside and smells great.She told me she has been massaging for 5 years so clearly has a lot of experience. Again I would recommend her.

Ive been going here for years. Best kept little secret. I used to get the cupping massage and now get the hot stone. Lisa is fantastic and I always ask for her. She gets all the knots out and Im able to relax.

These ladies are so great. I took my daughter here in December for her first massage, and she fell in love with the right to pamper! Ill be calling for another double appointment later this month. 10/10 would recommend 👌

Ive gone here a few times. First couple massages were with Ada and I had a great experience with her.However, one time I went there was a different girl (I forgot her name) who was clearly less experienced and very likely not licensed. She made comments on my skin (I have scarring) and appeared to just be mimicking what shes observed actual massage therapists do. I effectively just endured random pressure and pain and felt worse after the massage. Note, this was my only bad experience there.Ive not seen her there since, but just in case I always request Ada. They have taken me last-minute with no issues or complaints before too. I havent gotten anything but the 60-minute massage before but am interested in trying other treatments they have.

This was by far one of the best massages Ive experienced. They took me and my sister last minute and we both had the most relaxing massages ever. I had so many knots in my shoulders and lower back and Mali immediately realized that and worked her magic. She even gave me some tips after the massage on stretches to do throughout my work day to keep my back from getting so tight. Ended the massage with a rose water foot soak. Great service! Ill definitely be back.

Lisa and Wei both are very good. I want to give 5 stars but one thing that really annoying made me feel uncomfortable. With Lisa, there was a phone called outside, she suddenly got out the room 😳 without saying anything.Then today, this time was with Wei. She just started massage for me, suddenly the door opened( I was scared didnt know what was happening) her co worker said something then closed the door so loud. 20 minutes later, she opened the door again to ask Wei something. It was very rude and unprofessional to open the door without knocking and especially you were in service.😡😡 Not that least, the phone was ringing, Wei ran out to asnwer......!!!!!😡 I didnt know how to say

Wow! Just wow. My upper back has been locked up so tight that my chiropractor hasn’t been able to manipulate me for months. The massage here softened and popped my back so many times with just gentle pressure and technique. She was amazing! I booked again right away.

The lady was very sweet and did a very good job on my massage. Also did cupping for the first time, hurt for like a min when she initially put them on my back but other than that you dont feel them. (Other than the tightness that comes with it when your skin is being sucked into a cup lol) 10/10 recommend

Unfortunately, the lady that performed my massage did not understand that I needed little pressure. At the end, they expected a $15 tip from me and a $15 tip for my moms massage. That came as a shock to both of us, and we explained that we did not have any more money than what we had given them. They were upset that all we had extra was $3....but they still took them. If their price is not $60, then they should list that on their website.

Most relaxing experience! I had the best 60 min couples massage tonight. They applied perfect pressure and massaged every tense muscle and knot perfectly. Very professional and friendly. Relaxing and clean atmosphere. I will be back very soon!

The worker demand a tip and gave her 10 dollars but demand minimum of 20 dollars. Had gotten an massage and she her coworker talked through the whole session

They ask for tips here and act like the owner doesnt pay them at all out of the hourly rate. Essentially indicating their workers only get paid if you tip. The professionalism here is lacking tips are earned not demanded and this isnt a restaurant. The prices listed are fair but the massage was ok however not exceptional or outstanding.

Iv been going to this place about every month for a few months , they do decent massages but then this.You call to make an appointment so youll know that they have some one to take you right? No. made an appointment drove 15 mins there just so she can tell me that she doesnt have any one available and that i should go home and come back in an hour! she didnt really care that i called and made an appointment and she laughed when i told her this is ridiculous . no apology no nothing . will not come back here again.

Got a massage today from WeiWei. One of the Best massages I have ever gotten. Even my Always sore shoulder is not hurting now. She is now my Go To massage Therapist. Thank You WeiWei

Great price and massage was flipping awesome. I asked her to go hard and she went HAM. Felt like a boneless chicken on sale at Safeway.

We went for a last minute evening massage to alleviate back and foot pain, and left feeling much better. I have been to chiropractic massages and this did the trick. This is a professional setting.

Good massage 04 /27/2019 the one thing I dont like when they ask you tip and u tip and they want more then you tip they should not ask you to tip them more then what you tip . I pay for massage and if a person dont want to tip dont askfor tip. that part of you job to do massage I even work hard for my money I dont even make 60 dollar an hour and I dont ask my job for tip .I dont think I not coming back there

I called to make an appointment, walked up there, and was told to come back in an hour. No apology. Will not be returning. Horrible customer service.

Ask for Mali, you wont regret it. Their customer service outshines the humbleness of their location. It is a spa in the quiet parts of Renton.

This place is amazing. I work carrying, shifting and moving heavy items all day and come here at least once a month.

Only 1 person working on a Saturday, per phone call tell us to come in but can’t service us when we get there, unexceptionable!! We walked away and kept our $ for another establishment. Poor customer service!!!
