One of the best shops I’ve been to across all of Seattle Eastside area. All merchandise seems very up-to-date. I came in the shop with $150 set up from France. He took the time to let me disassemble everything to see if he could help resolve the issues I was having with the unit. Felt like he was educated on everything from high-end devices to disposables.Two thumbs up for sure

I really like this place! They have things Ive never even seen or heard of before here. Customer service is superb. I ended up purchasing some spray for my car. Its supposed to get rid of the sent of cigarette smoke. My boyfriend smokes in my car and I cant handle that smell. I bought it for $6.00 thinking oh its not going to eliminate it all the way. This stuff is amazing! I sprayed a tiny bit in the front seat and a bit in the back seat and its lasted about 5 weeks and its still 60% full!. I even started using it around the house as air freshener for 2 two weeks now. Lol I cant smell his smoke at ALL and Im very sensitive to it! This spray that I have is by Special Blue, odor eliminator, room spray and tried the OG Kush sent. I like the scent but my boyfriend does not. LOL, now the tables have turned. Im definitely going to come back to the store. Wonderful atmosphere.

Great shop! This is my go-to for disposables and ejuice! Ray (the owner) is a fantastic guy. Very kind and knowledgeable.

A hidden Gem!! They have great prices on everything!!They even have beer!!! And that’s cheap too!!Also have mind blowing section of Elf Bar flavors I have never seen. Ray is awesome

OMG !They are beginning to carry a full set of flavor of flum pebble and ultra elf bar which are my favorites.They also have 6000 block elf bar too.This place is hot and awesome!!!They also told me they are going to expand cigar selections.I love it~

This shop is great, the staff are very friendly and they have a good variety of products. Tons of great glass and disposable vapes at a good price. The owner is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions. This is definitely my go to shop!

Love the products. Prices are okay. Customer service though, questionable. If I notice a defect with your product I expect you to be considerate and nice about it. I’m a paying customer from Bellevue at that. I rather spend the extra $7 dollars on a elf bar in Bellevue, if it means I’m walking out the store with a smile and a positive experience. Not feeling like a nuisance just because I wanted a working elf bar. The tender asked me to plug it in, because I guess the heat dries up batteries. Cool. No argument there. Upon doing so, the charging port to the bar it’s self, lunges inside, and flashes a red light. Plus, the battery was loose inside the casing, which I’ve never had happen to an elf bar FRESH OUT THE BOX. If you want me to continue spending at your store, I think smiles would go a lot further , rather than rushing your customer out the store 😊 Thanks!

Great service I’ve never had issues with friendly staff.but…Today they sold me a broken vape. I called 3 hrs after buying it and was told couldn’t get a refund or exchange…I’ve been coming here for 10 years… Truly disappointing that I spent $15 on something that doesn’t even work

Typical corner smoke shop. All the normal items and then some can be found here. Low-Medium priced glass pieces; wouldnt go looking for custom blown, higher end pieces/bongs. The Owner is charismatic and easy to get along with. Always greets with a smile and inquires t how to be of service. Albeit of all the numerous, positive, descriptive adjectives used; there was one main flaw+couple incidents that directed my business away. No basic understanding on how the bigger ticket items, as well as the less expensive, work..AND does not stand by his products. Purchase a electric dab device that hits the S******, instead of intended use? Youre out that money. No refunds on anything for whatever reason, ever. I followed up on a part belonging to an item purchased from him, that broke the same day. Apparently that part was a custom fit in which was on backorder for an unforeseen amount of time. He has no prior knowledge of it. Without that part, it was totally useless. Called back 4 times over two months, in person twice, ended up just tossing the $50 paperweight away. All. Sales. FINAL. Nice guy, just cheap and has limited knowledge on products. Only takes one, maybe two sour incidents before I reconsider supporting small businesses. Better prices on everyday items elsewhere within walking distance. It is Rentn, after all...

Highly recommended. 21+ only and sell beer. Knowledgeable, friendly staff with an excellent selection. This is a place that is very safe and provides their customers quality security and great products.

Just visted with a friend to pick up some kratom, as he made the purchase i was peering over a counter to compare some other kind of similar product that was to far to read and was rudely yelled at multiple times about being to close to the counter even after i looked back at him to tell him exactly what my problem was. july 6th 8:30pm is when this happened, i was a regular back in the day but this is unacceptable... lost my business i have ear issues so that was vary uncalled for no need for yelling at customer, sad pratice.

Ray is awesome. I get all my tobacco there. Wont go anywhere else. I even sent in my mom and we are both staying. Great customer service. They are so helpful and ready to answer all questions. Lots of products and the prices are great.

This place is great... I went there a week or so ago when I realized I was out of juice, and nobody else was open that early on a Sunday. The guy working was friendly and helpful, but not overly so.I went back today, and the Ray all the other reviewers rave about was working instead. He said he saw me on the video from my previous visit and recognized Id be buying juice. He helped me choose several flavors, and excused himself graciously whenever another customer came in, so he could also help them, while giving me time to decide.You really are missing out if youre a local and buying your tobacco/vape elsewhere. Ray is a treat to talk to, and you wont be disappointed by his service.

Ray is Awsome even opened back up for me when he had been closed for half an hour already !! Now that is what I call great customer service !!!! You dont see much of that anymore. Im there regularity so I think he saw me on cameras but most places the person would have stayed in back room till the customer left not Ray he ran out opened the door and motioned me in. Thanx Ray!! I would have had to spend a lot more somewhere else till next day since I was out of tobacco completely!! Thanx Ray!!

Just moved into the area and this Cute Boy from the across from my house suggested that I go Ryo Tobacco. Finally made it in and was very surprized at the selections of Glass,vape juice/pens & so on. The best part was I paid half as much for the tobacco I needed had I gone to the Shop I used to in my old neighborhood! Looking forward to being able to soend time looking thru stuff and Finally getting the right Vape kit for me.

Quick and easy visit, staff was very prompt in saying hello and helping me i was only in the store for 2min or so.
