Been going to this shop for over three years. Spent a lot of money every week Was great at first, now the staff is consistently rude, unknowledgable about product, and look at you like your stupid when you ask a question. Will take my business elsewhere!!!

Taylor was so amazing to work with. She was patient and willing to educate me so I could make the best decisions for my lifestyle. Definitely ask for her by name!

I absolutely love coming to this store. Hope is absolutely amazing. Each time Ive gone there she is so helpful and has such knowledge of all the products to help inform you. She is extremely curteous, paitent and pleasant. From novice to expert she has you more than covered

Hope is always very friendly, patient, kind, and knowledgeable any time I get the chance stop by and ask about products that may help me. Hope is incredibly helpful and honest about what will help most with symptoms I’m trying to treat/manage while also being very compassionate and understanding. Hope always takes the time to give me options and help me pick what will work best. Plus, the store is always super clean, well stocked, and new products are always out. I would highlyrecommend the Mary Janes in Richmond Hill and Hope.

Went in after work and didn’t have my ID on me, so I was just unable to even stand in the store( I understand that vape and tobacco shops card, but I’ve never been blatantly turned away, and I’ve always been allowed to look around and ask questions)and had to send my brother in just to look around. He said the woman inside was pretty unhelpful, and didn’t have much knowledge on anything he asked. He said she even made a comment that she stopped vaping eight years ago,So just confused as to why someone who doesn’t vape runs a vape shop 🤷‍♀️I won’t worry about bringing my ID next time, just won’t come here,The people at Vape City, Vape Loft and even Blackbeard Vapor are a lot more friendly and interested in talking to customers,genuinely recommend you go to either of those places instead.

This store was very well stocked and had a large selection to choose from. Also, their customer service was fantastic! Hope helped me out while I was there and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to walk me through everything and helped me pick out what I needed. I will definitely be back!

I brought the base of vape in. They sold me the incorrect pod, refused to refund me or exchange. Please know what you’re talking about when selling these devices, huge waste of money due to uneducated staff.

Called to get a price on cbd oil for my elderly dog and she refused to tell me the price. Said it was company policy to not discuss pricing over the phone. Well you just lost a potential customer. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!
