This shop is one of if not the best shop in Savannah! not only do they have all the vape mod things you need but they have one of the best cigar humidors in town. I have yet to be disappointed! The service is great and they are very informative about the cigars selection. I love this place

I frequent this shop every week and they always have my daily juice plus new flavors to try. Ive only ever vapep menthol / iced and Vape Loft has flavors Ive never tried. They also keep my coils in stock and have a great selection of new tanks and mods. They carry pretty much whatever your looking for and always have the best service!

This is my vape store. When I say that I mean this is the only vape store I will ever use and love. The people are amazing and always helpful.

Justin is very friendly and knowledgeable about the various products they have in stock. This shop has decent prices and an impressive variety of juices. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

So I called this store to check to see if they had my tanks glass replacement in stock (I’m clumsy) and your man Alex was super helpful, double checked he didn’t have one somewhere, and he asked me if I had co reacted other stores I told him I had but there was one I could get to answer their phone. He went out of his way to contact the person there directly for me and see if they had the glass. Very polite and courteous service from Alex today even if I can’t go to your store.

Knowledgeable staff, very pleasant ambience, and a wide selection of juices to select from. Personally, I do not Vape, but I have been here a number of times with friends who do and they also give this place high praise indeed.

I drive 30 minutes to go to this store over the multitudes of stores closer. Customer service is on point, and they know their stuff. Dylan is great and knows flavor profiles and mods like the back of his hand. The owner is friendly as well, and I dont remember the name of the 3rd guy who works there but hes hysterical

The staff here is super helpful. Let them know what you like and don’t and they can steer you in the right direction. Good pricing and a nice frequent buyer program with discounts. If you are a caper or thinking about switching from cigs to vape these are your people. They have a few locations around the Savannah area.

My coil burnt out on a road trip and I stopped in here to get some new ones. The location was very convenient being right off the interstate. The customer service was great and awesome prices! Dont know if Ill ever be back in the area to revisit but wanted to leave a review of my wonderful experience.

Where to start. Dillon, Vimesh, And Matt are simply amazing at what they do. They arent pushy, they beleive in 100% customer satisfaction, and have always gone above and beyond to help answer any question. The store is clean and very well set up. I will be a customer for life!

Best vape store around.. weve been to a few different ones in the area..it always seemed like we was just bothering them. The Vape gLoft is the best..we was greater as soon as we walked in.He was really knowledgeable.. nice and really helpful..the prices were great! We was in and out in the third of the time then we expected and didnt feel like we was unwelcomed. I have been going to every vape shop in the area for close to two years. The reason I went to every shop is because not a single shop carries EVERYTHING that I need, until vape loft opened a few months ago. By far the biggest selection in area of everything you need. By the time you leave youll feel like family and get a hell of a deal. Constant sales and deals, you honestly cant beat the place. Hands down my favorite shop.

So I tried to go to tobacco palace because thats where I normally stop to get vape juice on my way to work but I forgot they were closed. So I went across the street to vape loft. Now honestly it makes no sense how tobacco palace and vapeloft have the same vape juices but tobacco palace is considerably cheaper. I paid $20 for a 60ml bottle at vapeloft but right across the street I could have gotten the same exact bottle of juice BUT in 120ml for $22. Now I get it, someone wants to live a successful life style off their brand and as a truck driver that owns his own rig, I truly get it. This review is for the consumer more so, not only does tobacco palace have MORE options then vapeloft but your getting a lot more for the money you grind out each week.

My favorite vape store! I love their setup! There are screens above the flavors to describe the flavors so you know what they taste like. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all of their products.

The Vape Loft is the only store in town that sells QUALITY liquid that is steeped correctly. Do NOT believe other shops that mix nicotine on site and say it is pre steeped. This is the shop in Richmond Hill for all of your vape needs. From juice to mods and supplies. V and the staff are always amazing. I dont shop anywhere else.

Awesome vape shop! The man who helped me was prior military and had a ton of vape knowledge! He helped me pick a new coil, gave me advice on future mods and pinpointed the perfect new flavor of juice for me to try! I’ll be back for sure!

As an OTR truck driver I visit vape shops all over the country and none of them even come close to this one. Great customer service, great people, and great products. Especially the juice. Vistege, The milk 2, and Smashing Drops are my favorites. The best part is they are NEVER out of stock of anything. Been there atleast 100 times and they sell all day 6 days per week, everybody knows they are the best, and everything is always in stock. Simply amazing. If your an OTR driver reading this then you can park at the TA on exit 84 Coastal HWY US-17 and walk there and back on your 30 minute break. Best in the USA!

Horribly overpriced but its a very clean and organized shop. Nice atmosphere but I was the only customer in that early. The deal they had advertised turned out to not be much of a deal. I went because I was in the area but I have no reason to go back. The only employee seemed knowledgeable but not interested in selling.

The prices are much cheaper than Indiana. They have a larger selection of vapes and eliquids. A man was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful. I cannot wait to visit again soon.

I run a route in south Georgia twice a week and this place is always my go to for vape supplies and juice. I have had nothing but amazing service each and every visit and I am actually waiting this review to give a huge shout out to Alex for resolving my issues when my device failed me. As always awesome service, a good working knowledge of vape related products. Friendly staff which is a huge plus. Madvapes in Hinesville rush you out of the store while vape loft encourages you to stay and vape awhile.

Need better return policy. First vape went out and they said I couldnt return it because it was scratched up. Ok fine I understand. Second vape vent out after 2 months took it back in perfect shape.told me I couldnt take it back after a month.
