This adorable little spa is as good as it gets! The atmosphere is serene, comfortable, and relaxing. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really felt catered to and cannot wait to book a massage and some more services with Brooke! I am now a lifelong customer and will definitely be recommending all my friends and family. Wonderful experience!

I’ve tried three other massage places in Richmond Hill and this has been my favorite place by far! The online booking and Sunday availability is what drew me here but Zach was awesome. Very professional and overall great experience! Will definitely return.

Amanda gave the BEST massage Ive had in years. Her skill is obvious the minute she begins. Ive had many massages prior, but she was able to find and release so many knots and muscle stiffness that I didnt even know existed. Highly recommend. If you want deep tissue- she can do it with ease, but be aware it will be DEEP whereas others that claim deep pressure is medium at best.

I went for a facial and everything about it was phenomenal. The people were friendly, my aesthetician was sweet, professional and knowledgeable. It was very relaxing and my face looked great. I will be back.

I was a bit nervous for my first massage but the receptionists were very welcoming and Zach made sure I was comfortable throughout my massage. From the moment you walk in the door everything is inviting and relaxing. I highly recommend Poppy Hill for relaxing experience.

Simply amazing! Zach took great care of my many tension areas, was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I found this place by chance at the last minute and they were so accommodating, going out of their way to fit me in and ensure I was taken care of.

Poppy Hill has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spa definitely has a lovely southern charm; from the decorations, the amazing staff and the details like the soft sheets and quilts on the tables. The memberships are such a good deal. I highly recommend Melissa for an awesome massage and Brooke for an amazing facial.

I’d give 5 stars for facials but two stars for massages. they really have a revolving door of Massage therapists over the years. it would be nice if they would attract and retain quality therapists. There is a lovely atmosphere. I’ve been a customer 3 years.

Natalie is the best masseuse in the state of Georgia.We have been going to her for years.You dont have to say a word. Nat will tell you whats going on in your body.My grandson walked on his tippy toes Natalie has him walking normal.This women is gifted.

Jorge is one of the best massage therapists I’ve met in a very long time. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about what you’re saying and hears your concerns. He is socially and situationally aware, respects your comfort level, and communicates well. He takes notes to develop a custom care plan and I’ve noticed a difference since being able to work with him. I’m grateful Poppy Hill found him. Highly recommend!

Do not trust Google Maps GPS. The location of Poppy Hill Spa is in the El Cheapo Gas station site across from the station. Do not turn intoHeather is amazing - deep tissue massage for 60 minutes had me loose and relaxed.Brooke is amazing - a 30-minute facial was a perfect end.

I was a member with poppy and some reasons I need to out of the town and will not go for next couple months. Until I saw the member fee was charged again and I am so surprise that I have never call them to schedule the service and they have charged already without any notification. I called them back, they told me that there is not refund and can be credits only. What?!! Finally, I have to called my bank to dispute the transaction. I had thought that I will back to them later, but I don’t think so anymore.There are key points:First, I have never authorize the store to charge the money from my credit card, if they want to, they need give me a call to notify since I haven’t go there for couple months.Second, once be charged the fee, there is no refund and only credits and even not services yet.I never been told that the member will hold 90 days and after that will charge the fees. Normally, after such time, the member should be cancelled automatically not the renew.In summary, the members fees will be charged automatically whatever you get services or not, even you had leaved a long time, and no refunds only credits which means that you are forced to consume.Suggestion:If you like to go with them member, keep that in mind, make sure you want the services on time and if not, call them to cancel the membership temporary.Also, I would like to say that some of employees ( message and facial ) are very good, but merchant policy is bad.

I went today and had a wonderful experience. I got there about 5 minutes early, went to the restroom, and they were immediately ready for me. It was a very calming environment. Brittany was my masseuse and she was very professional and kind. I was allowed to simply breathe through the experience and enjoy my time unwinding. She also provided some nice conversation, only when I mentioned a couple of things to talk about. I was also given some advice on how I can prevent tension in my target areas during the day to day. I will return here next time Im in the mood 😁

I had a really good experience here. I came in with a lot of shoulder, neck, trap, and lower back tension and pain. Jorge made a quick assessment after I explained my issues and was very professional and knowledgeable. After my session, I immediately felt less tense and more flexible. I recommend the deep tissue treatment to anyone who has overworked muscles and tension. Will be returning

Careful when purchasing gift certificates from here - for some reason, they are only good for 6 months. It’s cash they have already received, so even if prices go up, it’s still should be worth the same amount of money they were paid. We had $200 worth of gift certificates saved to use for a special occasion within the same year and they would not honor them. So if you want to purchase a spa gift certificate for Christmas for a loved one, perhaps do it elsewhere.

This was my first time at Poppy Hill and I am SO glad I went. The massage was WONDERFUL. Brittany was amazing as well as the ambiance. It is simply beautiful inside. Definitely the spa experience that I was looking for. They offer so many other services that I cant wait to try. I joined the monthly membership after my first visit! I havent had a spa day in years but got gifted one for my birthday. Made an appointment, and quickly, got in to see Ms. Leah. I cannot recommend her enough! She listened to what I needed, where my stress was focused, and made for very relaxing experience. I made another appointment to see her, of course, and am now a member. I loved the decor, the ambiance, and the staff, were so accommodating! I highly recommend, just dont book her during my time! Haha!

Excellent Service. I received a 90 minute massage with Brenda and it was fabulous. Loved her technique and attention to problem areas. Facility is peaceful, clean and inviting. Another thing to note is it’s quiet- nothing worse than a noisy spa. I will be returning and continuing to support Poppy Hill.

Came in for a 1 hour with my best friend today. They perform temp check at door. The facilities were clean. The rooms are softly decorated and noise was not an issue.Melissa, my massage therapist, was wonderful. Her attention to detail and time management for a 1 hour full body was immaculate! She covered everything from top of scalp to the toes and it didn’t feel like she was just rubbing lotion on me, she actually massaged & kneaded my tissue. She focused at areas where the tendons attach, where trigger points frequent, and over exerted joints need attention, and her pressure was perfect.She deserves all the stars ⭐️

I had a prenatal massage with Melissa at 37 weeks and it was wonderful! This is my first pregnancy and I was hesitant to get a massage, but during my third trimester I’ve experienced so much joint pain and fluid retention/swelling I decided I needed to give it a try. Booking a prenatal massage with melissa was definitely the best decision and I wished I had booked one sooner so I could have gotten more! Melissa was super professional and I loved that she helped me relax a little before my baby arrives. I will definitely be going back post-pregnancy and with my future pregnancies!

Melissa is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I have always gotten massages and she’s by far the best. My neck and back muscles are very tight and stiff, after an hour of her working on them I feel like a different person!! Go see her and you won’t be disappointed. She’s a great massage therapist and a very welcoming person.

I had the most relaxing prenatal massage at Poppy Hill. Melissa was amazing! She found all my areas of tension and used the perfect amount of pressure. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and it was the best 60 minutes of relaxation I’ve had my entire pregnancy! I highly recommend Melissa at Poppy Hill (pregnant or not)!

I have been going to Taylor at Poppy Hill salon for over a year now for my facials and brows. Taylor is amazing she always knows exactly what my skin needs And she changes things up accordingly.MYcomplexion and brows have never looked or felt better and she’s always up to date on the newest products and treatments . Not only does my face feel amazing as I walk out it continues to improve over the next few days. I’ve recommended all my friends to see Taylor and they too are extremely happy with their results! I also have my teenage son see her once Or twice a month and his skin is healthy and vibrant❤️

Every time I step into Poppy Hill, I am greeted with smiling faces. The atmosphere is so relaxing, I would take a nap on the couch if I could get away with it. #momlife. Kelly, the owner, is very friendly and attentive to your needs. She also supports and promotes small, local businesses by displaying and selling their products. The spa is very clean, nice smelling, and very welcoming. Taylor makes my eyebrows beautiful every time I see her. She delivers exactly what I ask for. She is also one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. How satisfied am I? I make an appointment every 3-4 weeks!!

I will hesitate using this business in the future or recommending it. I had been given a gift certificate and thought like most gift certificates it would have been good for a year at least. I misplaced it and when I found it realized it had expired. I contacted them to see if it could still be used and they don’t honor it. It’s a lot of money they made off of someone with no services provided. Even if they had honored half the GC would show better customer service. It’s very disappointing. Be careful buying Gift certificates from there and warn the people you may gift it to.

I had my first massage at Poppy Hill today. I will admit, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and professional the whole experience was. Very pretty and well decorated inside. Greeted upon entering the room. Brittany, my therapist was extremely good and very attentive. It smelled wonderful and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I had my eyebrows threaded at poppy hill the technician took 30+ minutes, This made me think wow she must be doing a really good job. I was wrong! When I rubbed the black penciling off she used on my eyebrows they were uneven. Thanks to Mrs. Patel at reflections they were fixed. Then I tried to cancel my bronze membership prior to the automatic charge on my credit card online but I was told I did it incorrectly so I went back and took the steps needed. Unfortunately not soon enough because my card was charged $75.00. I left it alone because I thought that I could use this credit for purchasing facial products they sell that I really do like. Well I was wrong again. I was told I could only use this credit for any of their services or gift it to someone else. I wasn’t pleased with the services I received…. Their unwillingness to at least try to work with me lead me to write my 1st review ever.

The environment in the lobby was calm and inviting. The lighting in the massage room was peaceful and the music did a great job of setting the mood. The massage table was heated and very comfortable.Brittany H. provided me with an extremely relaxing and therapeutical Swedish / Deep Tissue massage. We had a great conversation during the session, and I will definitely be going back to see her, soon.

The experience I had here was unforgettable. The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable of their craft. One of the things that impressed me was the cleanliness and how they practice infection control. The spa is immaculate clean and disinfected before/after each guest. They are very professional.

Massage was extremely mediocre. Not enough pressure for me or my spouse who had a separate massage therapist. There was a bright light in the corner taking away from a relaxed atmosphere. Because it was a groupon it was okay but had I paid full price i would been deeply disappointed in how high the price were. Staff WAS very friendly. However, friendliness doesn’t take kinks out of my back.

I had microblading done on my thin 90s eyebrows. Not to mention they were very uneven. I did years of waxing by a professional- started when I was 15 so I never really even noticed they were uneven until I was older. At 47 I had the amazing Taylor fix my brows and I love them! She took her time and made sure they were exactly how I wanted them. No more spending 30 minutes filling in my eyebrows and trying to get them as normal looking as possible.

I just had a 90 minute hot stoneMassage with Melissa! It felt so good I didn’t want it to end! The hot stones & lotion felt amazing & Melissa has a great touch getting into my tight muscles! I signed up for the monthly plan and I can’t wait for next month!

I LOVE THIS SPA! I struggle with cystic acne. I gave in and decided to try Poppy Hill with no real expectations of a change; and I’ve never been so wrong. Spoke to Becky about my acne/scar concern and she began right away explaining what she would do and why. I’m speechless on the results! She gave me clean, healthy, acne free skin and over everything else.. she gave me my confidence!! She’s very clearly is well educated in her field of work. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for a great experience, my confidence, and products that I look forward to using everyday!PS. I’ve always been iffy about using products because I’ve tried every dermatology prescribed medicine possible. I tried Societe as recommended by Becky and it is perfect. It aids and continues to keep my skin clean of acne and looking healthier every use!

I’ve been to this place regularly for about a year and a half now, mainly to get facials but i’ve also gotten 2 massages. every single person who has seen me has been awesome! you can’t beat their prices for what you get, especially if you get a membership.

I have not found a place where I felt like my boyfriend would be comfortable going to (he has never gotten a professional massage) and I have found the place and person! Eric made me feel extremely comfortable, especially as the first male therapist I have been to!

Loved my Rose all Day facial special! Results were better than expected especially the bags under my eyes. Taylor was great and even gave me some samples of product on my way out. Will def be going there again soon!

I enjoyed Poopy Hill so much that I booked my next visit before I left. Eric was my masseuse and he was really professional, thorough, and listened to my needs. The 90 minutes just flew by. It would have been nice to be offered someplace to clean up afterwards. Had to try to fix my hair and running makeup in the car.

I have had multiple sites of pain over the years and the skillful therapists at Poppy Hill have either resolved the pain or at least reduced it significantly. While controlling my pain, I also get a very relaxing hour that I treasure!

My therapist Melissa was a god send. After suffering weeks with a stiff neck and shoulder her massage not only relaxed the muscles but provided me with much needed pain relief. Best massage Ive experienced!

This business was very unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. They kept rescheduling me claiming that the worker was in the hospital. They were not trying to accommodate me at all. Very poor customer service and I honestly believe it was due to race. I will never recommend them.
