Wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My husband and I are feeling much better & more relaxed.We had a couples massage followed by a 20 min infrared sauna session!Highly recommend both!!! Payton and her staff are very sweet & accommodating! Such a nice spa.We will definitely be back soon!

Payton has been such a blessing! She is so sweet and genuinely cares about her clients. I started getting massages here due to injuries sustained in a car accident and google lead me to Payton. She communicated with auto insurance to ensure coverage of my visits, and has even worked me in on short notice due to increased pain/muscle spasms.She checks in with me throughout my massage to make sure shes using the right amount of pressure and spends time on areas that have given me the most trouble. Thanks to Payton, Ive been able to decrease use of prescription muscle relaxants from 2 to 3 times a day to taking them only at night a couple nights a week.She also does cupping and has a sauna that is fantastic for circulation and joint pain as well as weight loss. I slept like a baby that night after massage and then using the sauna and woke up without any stiffness or joint pain for the first time in months (since accident)! I still have frequent muscle spasms due to spinal nerve damage, but its more manageable as long as I see Payton at least once a week. I missed a couple weeks and it really set me back!I wont be going anywhere else thats for certain!

Excellent massage and wellness center located in historic downtown Richmond. After a massage session I decided to try the newly installed sauna. It was really nice, super clean, as well as private. It would be absolutely perfect for someone looking to add the benefits of sauna therapy to their wellness routine while avoiding the crowds of people in larger gyms.

Highly recommend Payton. She helped alleviate a lot of migraine pain and was able to quickly work me into her schedule.

Went to see Payton for lymphatic drainage massage after surgery. She was so gentle and tender and understanding of my medical needs. I highly highly recommend her she’s just the most kind and understanding person and I can’t say enough good things about her!

Had the most amazing massage with Payton I have always had the worst chronic mid line back pain and have tried a bit of everything and it all usually works for a day and then next morning it’s back but I had my massage with Payton this past Friday and here we are Monday still no back pain 10/10 recommend very lovely was very chill not awkward at all and super relaxing !

Payton is great I have been seeing her for about 1 year now and highly recommend. I always feel fantastic after seeing her. I had neck surgery a few years ago and my knock muscles get locked up from time to time and she is great at getting me relief from that. If you have issues with muscles being tense by all means see her.

I have been getting massages from Payton for over a year now. She is very professional and gives the best massage in town. I have chronic back pain and used to go to the chiropractor 2-3 times a month but after seeing Payton for my deep tissue massages, I only have to visit the chiroporactor maybe 3 or 4 times a year. The place is clean and inviting and it is a very relaxing experience. Payton is great at what she does. She can find sore muscles you didnt even know you had that may be contributing to chronic pain elsewhere in the body.

I recently visited Evolve Massage Therapy and got a deep tissue massage. I went into the appointment asking for a Swedish massage because I was somewhat hesitant to do deep tissue due to how painful my last one was (at a different place). However, Payton quickly realized how tight my muscles were and suggested we do deep tissue…and I’m sure glad she did! I didn’t feel any pain during it and I woke up the next day feeling more limber and loose than I have in a long, long time. I highly suggest checking her out for your next massage! You won’t be disappointed

She really understands the system of muscles in the human body and how to really get to the root cause of the problems. Im at total massage junkie and cant tell you how many Ive had and shes honestly the first therapist Ive totally clicked with. I feel comfortable telling her exactly what I like and want and get exactly that. Her bed and face cradle is the most comfortable and she intuitively understands where I hurt. This is no Swedish massage, its truly therapeutic and I leave with some relief from my chronic aches and pains.

Tried to call to see if I could get 2 appointments for my girlfriend and my mom for mothers day, but was met with getting hung up on on the first ring 3 times then followed with them answering, not saying anything and then immediately hanging up on me... very unprofessional and would not recommend until they fix this problem
