Richards Restaurant & Gentlemens Club

This review is not about the dancers. I travel all over the country and when I go to a strip club, I go there to cheer myself up and have a good time The music that played here has nothing to do with a Strip club It’s Old music from the 70s I felt like I was in a pool hall not a Strip club they really need to update their music. The girls need music that they can dance to. this is 2024. Let’s get with it. You should just take the dance floor out and put pool tables in there. The music would be perfect.

I went in after a bad break up, never been to a gentleman’s club before. I was terrified of feeling out of place or whatever.I don’t even drink. But I gathered up the balls to sit at the bar and the bartender Roxy could not have made me feel more welcome. The other girls were mostly just as friendly as Roxy and not pushy like you see in the movies.So anyway, I’m slamming back my diet cokes as fast as Roxy can refill them and she recommends I get a VIP Dance.I’m like, ok. With whom shall I get this dance?I’m bad with names but I remember this one: EVMy ex drove a cheap one.But the dance was magical.I walked out of there and forgot all about what’s her name?!😂😂It was a day I’ll never forget! Thank you guys for being awesome and apologies to Roxy I forgot to buy the Girl Scout cookies!Next time❤️

My favorite thing about the reviews for strip clubs. All the 1 star reviews are always someone who messed up and got kicked out or who was dumb. Theyre always great to laugh about while having a beautiful woman sitting on your lap.

So disappointed. I went there with my cousin who was in town visiting from London. We are both females, and we got drinks and tipped a dancer I liked on stage for $20, not $1 like a few other guys there. Out of the blue, a dancer came to our table, where we minded our business, to let us know how rude we were for not tipping each dancer who went to the stage as if we were obligated to pay them after having spent an admission fee and paying for the drinks we were having. I felt this was so low-class from the dancer, which made us leave immediately. I’ve been to many strip clubs with much better entertainment and have never been treated this way. I won’t return. Management- Please educate your low-class dancer. A Caucasian woman, brunette, hair by her shoulders with tattoos on her legs. This woman.

Just went there. I met Roxy. She is a great girl! Did everything right when it came.to dancing on the pole. Im going back!

My favorite club by far. Nice variety of beautiful, talented ladies who can hold a conversation as well as dance, cheapest drinks and private dances around. Unlike all the other clubs in Richmond, theres no dress code, no smoking inside, a real live DJ instead of a computer, and you can throw cash instead of exchanging for funny money.Definitely make sure you have cash though, they dont take credit cards for dances and the ATM is somewhat unreliable.

Amber is great dancer! I recommend her. Tattoos are nice

Its the most laid back club in town. They dont put high used car sales technique on you to buy them drinks or dances. Now they would be happy to have a drink with you and sell you a dance they just dont attack you like other places in town. Unlike the other clubs you can get a single song dance and of course all the way up to as long as you want. They also will not pull out the high pressure upgrade price chart like the other clubs pushing the 500 up to 3000 dollar dances when you go to pay to get your dance for upgraded champagne nothing more dance wise then any other dance. Really beautiful hot sexy friendly ladies, beautiful bartenders and the only club with a actual DJ that you can make song requests. They also have a pool table if so inclined. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a fun evening plan a visit. They also post their schedule weekly so you see your favorite girls schedule.

Love this club, drinks are reasonably priced, bartenders are friendly an attractive and the dancers are GORGEOUS!!! If you’re in the area looking to spend some $ an have a good time, stop by Richard’s. Ask for Elle or Roxy, they’re both stunning and they’ll show you a good time.Overall Richard’s is a 5 Star hidden gem in RVA.

They have lost me as a customer I have no friends or family been through alot of trauma growing up I just come in to have a good time they have been taken advantage of me they only want my money

Stopped by mostly because I have never been there. Also wanted lunch. Ordered the Cheeseburger fries and soda. Was driving so no beer. The server was good looking and friendly. The food was above average for the bar type food. Actually pretty good. The dancers were good looking and flexible. Very friendly. If you go remember that the dancers only work for tips, so tip well.Update: I went back for lunch about a week later, same day of the week. Different dancers and different food. Had the BBQ special. Not to bad . The girls were still very friendly and nice to look at. Will definitely keep going back whenever I get to Richmond. Worth the hour drive.

I came in and as soon as I sit down the bartender runs up and asks what Im drinking. I said I would get something in a few minutes. She said 2 drink minimum so order or leave. I didnt have enough time to even relax. Will not be back.

Stopped in with a friend for lunch and a quick look. Chatted with several of the dancers. Everyone I ran into was very friendly. No high pressure selling by the girls, no catty attitudes. Really has a family run feel. Definitely not a sleazy place at all. The food we had was better than fast food. I dont go to gentlemens clubs often, but I will go back to Richards next time ...Update: weve gone back a dozen times or so ... friendly staff, pretty good bar food, and some gorgeous, friendly dancers.

Best looking girls in the area, would not suggest another club. Relatively cheap door fee and beer prices compared to other clubs. Laid back, down to earth, great lap dances, great music selection. You can request songs. Friendly environment. Quaint

Great place vary good vibe staff is easy going only $10 entry fee which is not bad this was my first time to a gentlemans club and I have to say it was great!Beautiful Girls especially Fawn is the most Beautiful Girl in my opinion she is a Gorgeous Lady grateful and positive polite wish her the best.

What a joke. They have gone down hill big time. Washed up strippers dont magically turn into good bartenders. If I dont want to see her on stage I dont want to see her getting my beer. Their idea of food specials is hotdogs and hamburgers. Furthermore, all of a sudden theres a fee to spend your money, unless you go in there every day. Then no fee. What did the genius get for his fee? I didnt spend any money and wont return. Smart business move....

Loved the bartender! On a random Wednesday night passing through town, not much else around. Im not into chicks, just wanted to get a drink but no liquor :( only beer and wine, but the girls are pretty and they have 1 pool table lol it was fun!

Came here tonight (3/3) and seen a new dancer by the name of Bella. And usually I dont write reviews but I have to say she was very gorgeous very pretty dark skin young lady and great addition to the club. This club can expect to see me more often:)

Great place to chill and decompress. The girls behind the bar are just as good as the ones on stage. They are not affiliated with the other clubs and it has a great vibe.

Best club in the area, great energy and great girls. Billie is definitely one to look out for with her great dancing, beautiful looks and overall great company!

Racist club.Called in to ask if there are a variety of races at this club and if they accept black girls and the phone lady hung up on me🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

First time ever to a gentlemans club and I had an amazing time cant wait to go back customer service was top notch food was good atmosphere was awesome I didnt want to leave I will be back soon ready to throw lots of money very soon these ladies deserve it

DJ was, like, legit awesome.

Went in ordered a beer, asked for a menu, was told it was gonna be brought to us , finished the beer , waitress walked by us no less than six times , never asked us if we wanted another beer, and never brought a menu, hell she didnt even talk to us ...not once..dancer was hanging at one end of the stage, wasnt even dancing , just talking to two guys , almost grabbed our tips back we had left on the stage edge for her....should have....too bad because we were gonna hang there for at least a couple hours before heading to a show , shame that this poor service caused me to feel compelled to write a bad review

Friendly, talented girls, great food, good music and friendly staff. We go there for date night and have a blast!

All Im going to say is go with your own money. They be cheating you out of money when you ask for 1s and then try to make it seem like you miss counted. Be careful.
