If I could leave zero stars I would. Last month I had an appointment for 10:10am, showed up 15 mins early at 9:55. Took 45 mins to even get checked in to the room and get vitals. 10 minutes later the primary comes in asked 2 questions and Im on my way. Didnt leave until after 11 for what shouldve been a 2 minute appointment.You would think after all the inconveniences they would work with you, but no. I had made the mistake of scheduling my next appointment with them instead of finding a real doctor. Wrote the wrong day on the calendar, took the day off work go in at the scheduled time and theyre not able to see me because they are fully booked. I understand being fully booked. But its a 2 minute appointment, the office was empty and they wasted my time last month.If you work or have a busier life, this is not the place for you. They refuse to work with you and waste your time if youre early. Do not waste your time or money here.

Best primary care I’ve ever been to. Wendy and the entire staff are very friendly, professional and thorough. I feel well treated and respected. Thank you G&M Medical for creating a safe and healthy atmosphere.

Got in the same day I called. Staff very pleasant & personable. Love Dr Howerton. She is genuinely caring and interested in her patients. Very thorough and thoughtful.

Gabe and Mark are the most professional and compassionate providers I have met. They have addressed my medical issues successfully. I highly encourage anyone who has a medical or medspa need to come to their clinics.

This is hands down the best Dr and office staff in town!! They are accommodating and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great Dr office. I feel like a patient and not a cattle like the big hospitals or clinics.

My first appointment was so much better than expected! My doctor listened, showed concern, asked questions & cared about the pain I was going through. Took my son in for a rash. Dr. Edwards barely glanced at him, proceeded to blow off my concerns and threatened to throw me out for expressing that I would appreciate a Dr who listens and cares. His enormous ego makes him a horrible Dr. I would give minus 10 if possible.

Probably the best doctor visit I have ever had. Extremely satisfied with the care I received. Everyone is so friendly and actually listens to what you have to say. I highly recommend them for your medical needs.

I have been going to G&M for around 4 years ! They have a medical section, ER and Med spa! I hughly reccoment them, they have Integrety, experience and their prices are fair. I highly reccomend them.

Was sent here by veterans affairs for a disability compensation exam. Biked 4 hours for an appointment so short the doctor didn’t even close the door to the exam room. He also spent most the time worrying about VA formatting that didn’t make sense, and seemed to expect me to know something about it. I’m not a VA employee, just one of their thousands of victims struggling to get help from anyone. I’m sure it will be another waste of my efforts/energy. Based on the doctors effort here, the Veterans Benefits Administration clearly trains providers to match level of care they provide, by doing nothing. Thanks for being another disappointing step in this veterans life. At least I’ll get reimbursed for 40 miles of mileage I guess. Can buy a beer to celebrate.

Went to set up primary care, they got my appointment in quicker than anyone else could. The staff was friendly and caring Im very happy with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a center that cares about your needs.

This doctors office doesnt care about their patients. They care more about the protein powder/lotion/ that their selling rather then caring about a patients needs! Will not go back to this medical center. They also set appointments then say the doctor has a family emergency 1 hr before the appointment.

I recently went to a new place down the street for Botox. The price was high, and I was told Id need over 60 units in my forehead for any results. I decided to get a second opinion at G&M. They were honest and did not try to over sell me. I have perfect results for far less units! I definitely recommend this location.

I have been getting T shots for about 8 months. Usually on the weekends. The girls giving shots are wonderful. A lol I feel is a little needle stick. Thank you G&M

Had a superb experience and the message was so well done and the masseuse, Janae was very observant and listened to subtle cues to be more gentle that it made the experience all the better. I would highly recommend them. I went in for numb arms and came out feeling good.

I was here for ves appt, very friendly staff. I was very nervous about the appointment. The Dr asked the questions the VA wanted answered. Was a professional appointment. And thanks for putting me at ease.

I have had insomnia since i was a child but after a traumatic experience it got very extreme, i was going 3 straight days without sleep, went to multiple doctors in Pres and ended up on 8 different medications that were not effective, one of the worst experiences of my life, and my symptoms were just getting worse. I got a referral to Dr Mark Edwards and he was the first doctor to go through all my medications, made me feel like a human and explained the errors of the meds and how some were just wrong dosages, He removed all but two meds and was very educated to my disease processes and added one other med and for the first time in 4 years Ive slept 5 days straight getting 8 hours a night. i feel amazing and am so glad Im not on all those meds anymore. I wish i had found Dr Edwards so much sooner i would have had a better quality of life. If you want a doctor that actually has time to figure out whats wrong and treats you like a human being this is your doctor, I will always be greatfull as Im a better father to My daughter now. Thank You Dr. Edwards!!!!!!!!

Do you ever find that one great place and you are conflicted about sharing how great it is because you dont want to share it with others? You want it all to yourself? This is that place. The doctors here are amazing. It took me a while to decide to review because I really didnt want to share. 😂

Great atmosphere kind friendly staff. No BS with the providers. The provider attentively listened to all my concerns and made me feel validated and cared about. Plus their office is so zen🥰

I love going to G & M for sports physicals for my boys! They are always super fast and much cheaper than going to our family doctor. Would highly recommend!!

Today, my friend was scheduled for a VA appt, December of 2021 and for over 45 minutes could not find the office. He asked offices around and was told he no loger practiced there. I called to try and assist the gentleman, 25 minutes after his scheduled appt. the doctor said he could not work him in. He had lunch at 12. Shocking! Im confident dr was on time as they rarely run behind, and was now so far behind, he was not willing to fin in a patient who showed up 30 minutes ealy, unable to locate the office and called to get help. Not the way Id expect anyone to treat a patient, seeking care, and especially a veteran.

They are very pleasant and thorough in asking questions.

Very satisfied with the doctor and nurse answered all of my questions and addressed my needs accordingly. Would highly recommend as the other doctor I had was not very knowledgeable and didn’t have a clue most of the time
