Mix N Mojo Smoke Shop

Been coming to this smoke shop for the last 6 years. Super friendly staff have bought every glass piece, vape and papers from this shop. 10/10 only smoke shop that doesn’t feel like you’re gonna get your card info stolen or robbed in the parking lot. Highly recommend.

The first time I came here was when the vaporizer that I had bought from California stopped working on me. I was pretty sure that I would have to buy a new one, because the one I have is almost 2 years old now. To my surprise, the gentleman working at the time, took his time checking it out and eventually made it work! He could have easily sold me a new device, since I told him I was here to buy a new one. Now I only shop here and everybody who works here is always awesome!

The environment in the store is awesome and the people that work here are absolutely amazing and so helpful!

This place overall is a nice, clean atmosphere but most of the interactions Ive had with 3 of their employees every time with those 3 have been not so good. When I ask questions they seem to get easily annoyed, make me feel like Im an inconvenience for asking anything. Then they have laughed at me as I walked out & they continue to look at me getting in my car laughing. I wasnt going to post anything but after the laughing which is very rude & unprofessional Ive decided to, because the way they made me feel I hope they do not make others feel the same way. Another incident I was given wrong vape, I know I should have looked in bag before leaving but didnt till I got home & realized, I ended up just keeping the vape after the female employee told me all sales are final. The prices are good but the employee experience is the downfall for me.

Recently started doing business here based after my first few experiences, large variety, price points, and a solid rewards system.After my experience today with the gentleman who completed my transaction, I will not be back here.The immediately rude & condescending tone/attitude from this individual was completely unprofessional. I left feeling sorry that I chose to come in and regretted making/completing my purchase at this business.

I’ve been a customer for a little over a year now I recently bought a Rick and Morty disposable 7000 puff I took it home opened it and it did not work I brought it back in and showed them that it didn’t work and he refused to switch me out with a new one it’s a shame that they would lose a customer over a product that didn’t work that they sold me, with that being said there’s plenty of other smoke shops that will kindly switch out a product they sold that didn’t work so if you’re reading this Go some where else’s this place will not back there products. This place is trash!!!

Best smoke and vape shop Ive been to, mind you, me and my wife have been to at least 7 smoke shops in the ABQ area (including Rio Rancho). They have the largest selection of disposable vapes, the employees are always friendly and helpful. If you havent been here before, I would definitely check the store.

Mix N Mojo is my shop of choice. Great location, excellent selection of products, good prices, and great employees. You acquire points with every purchase that make you eligible for discounts, which is always nice!

My boyfriend and I stopped here over the weekend, and found everything for which we were looking.The selection is fantastic, and so are the prices! I got a beautiful glass pipe (my very first ever!), and He got a vape battery and cartridge (He really liked them when He tried them later that day). :)There were two employees working at the time of our visit, but we only dealt with one; they were very knowledgeable and professional, and took great care of us.Well definitely be back in the future! I dont see the point in going anywhere else for such things. ;)

This shop has a great selection of everything. The prices are the least expensive in town. The staff is very cool. There is a staff member named Jessie who is my favorite. I’ve watched him give 100:/: to each customer no matter how big or small the purchase is. The staff is great, but his customer service skills stand out to me. He is also very knowledgeable. Ive been coming here for a few years now and this is the only alt shop I will spend money at. The owner and staff are all awesome and you wont go wrong spending your money here. Fair prices and a good loyalty program. Much more than just a Head Shop You guys have definitely earned 5 stars.

I dont normally write reviews, but the owner left such a great impression that I decided to take the extra step and recommend this place. Great place... a friend recommended this place to me. The owner is a very very friendly guy. I asked him so many questions and at one point I was thinking: if I were the vendor, I wouldve pulled my hair out by now. Hes extremely patient, and offered me a discount. Apart from the friendly treatment, the products I bought are excellent quality. Im going to be a return customer FOR SURE.

What makes this smoke shop better in my opinion is that they have the best prices, the employees are super friendly and helpful, they always assist you when you don’t know what to buy. If you haven’t been here before, I would suggest you try them out for any of your smoking needs, whether it’s glass, vapes, or smoking wraps and papers.

I hadnt been back to this shop for a few years but was excited that they had new stuff and great products and prices as before. I’d recommend comming in the mornings though because the two gentlemen that work in the a.m. are much nicer and more helpful than the young girls I’ve interacted with there over the past few months. I’ve only been back a few times but when I’ve gone in the evening the ladies have never really displayed any customer service politeness and have honestly been rude. Once to me and ive seen it happen to other customers while waiting. Again this shop is so wonderful with great products but just plan to go in the morning to avoid the awful attitude

I got this Rick and Morty torch and i really like it, their customer service is really good and their prices are really good, have been coming to this shop for a while now.

I purchased a water piece, and I am actually glad I got it from here, I went to other shops and didn’t like the way they treat you. The guy working here was very friendly, patient, and helpful with his recommendations. I am completely satisfied with my piece and would definitely recommend this shop.

Great service, fast, no hassle, had what I needed... Will definitely come back.. Was way better than the Oasis Vape thats across from them... More people need to go to these smaller shops more than to shops that have more stores or a bigger name like Oasis.. Prices here was way cheaper than Oasis... I was able to get 2 nic salt juices here at Mix N Mojo for the same price I would have paid for just 1 at Oasis...I live SE Abq, but Ill definitely make the drive up here again. I dont mind driving out of my way or paying a higher price when service is this good and or the product is good... Im sure they appreciate our $$$ more than the other shop across from them...

Visited this shop while on business in NM. I had a great experience! The young lady that helped me, I believed her name was Adrianna, was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. I found what I needed and ended up buying a few extras to bring back to NYC. Will def visit again when back in town next month.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. A lot of different options to choose from, I like their local glass and the variety of products they have is amazing. Prices are the best. I will definitely keep coming here.

My favorite smoke shop. I go here to get the R&M Tornado 7000 puff vapes and they are always so friendly and almost always fully stocked on all the flavors. The price is also the best in town and they have a rewards program thats pretty awesome too. Definitely recommend this shop.

This place is awesome! Everyone Ive met there has always been super friendly & extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable especially the owner & Monica (the girl with really short hair)! Like in other reviews on here no one ever pressures you into anything or trys to sell you on something. The place is always clean & smells that way haha which is nice compared to other places around here. Was referred to this shop by a friend. This is definitely one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to! People here are friendly and helpful. They carry a lot of different products, too much to choose from. Their prices are incredibly cheaper, I got a local glass piece for $99 that another shop was selling the exact same for $127 after discount.

Clean, well organized, and had what I was looking for. Got a cupsy rig here for about as much as I couldve gotten it for online... Up In Smoke tries to sell it at twice the rate. Guess Mix N Mojo is my new go to.

Their smoking utensil selection was impressive when I first started coming here three years ago, but it just keeps getting more impressive. Plus the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Today I was denied service. I am 20 with a medical card and was told they wouldnt serve me. I have been coming here for well over a year. I dont know when they made this the new policy but it restricts medical patients and makes it difficult to receive our medicine.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, prices are amazing, wide selection of products. I also love how they work out with you and make sure you are satisfied, NOT like other shops where all they care about is to make a sale. If you are in the area you should definitely visit this smoke shop, they are the best!!

They sell to underage people.Coming from an underage guy always sold to me and was finally denied after probably buying over 30 vapes. Poor management. Mind you im 19 although not lawfully allowed to purchase such item I should’ve been carded from the first interaction and the way the man handled it was just bad for business

Fantastic collection and super low prices. This family owed establishment made my shopping experience one to remember. Really knowledgeable, kind, and friendly staff. Definately the only smoke shop I will ever go to now. They even stayed open a little later for me when I was a little ways down the road. Support local buisness and go there to get your glass and other smoking needs

Specifically called and asked if they sold pipe tobacco and tobacco pipes , they said yes. I get there after driving an hour and it’s mothing but a headshop. Bad business the girl didn’t even apologize. Go to the place across from them they are honest

Do not shop here!!!! Have purchased multiple glass products from here that have broken literally within the week of me buying them. the quality of the glass sold here isn’t the only problem. When asked about everything, all the employee had to say was “nope”
