This is the oasis we always go to, Will and Cam are amazing, they always offer the best customer service. They genuinely care about their customers, everytime me and my husband go in they always ask us what plans we have and how we have been. They are the reason we will continue doing business with this oasis location. 5 stars!

This smoke shop is super legit. Im from CA, and CA no longer sells vape. When I came to this store I was amazed, by their selection and of course the staff! They are ALL very friendly and helpful! Best vape spot in Rio Rancho. Wills customer service is superb!

This store and oasis in general are horrible. The employees know nothing about their products and will lie to you just to make a sale. They get rid of certain products that sale good .so they can sale you what they want you to have .I am allergic to any kind of menthol and when I was in there buy disposable vapes they had a brand called fifty bar that had no menthol,but they decided not to carry it anymore so they can force you to buy menthol products. They dont care about they customers all they want is a sale .they are rude everytime I go in , they lie. I will not go back . I bought a juice for my mod today and I get out to the car to fill my chamber and as soon as I applied a little squeeze the cap came of and spilled all over me . They products have gone down hill their juices blow out my coils . Oasis Cape is the shadiest outfit there is

Best Vape store with 50 miles to include outstanding customer service. I moved from Florida in August 23 and was use to having vape stores that actually carried juice for mods. I have been to several in Albuquerque that didnt even carry juice or had a very slim selection. I drive all the way from Edgewood just to get vape juice which should tell just how good this place is. You guys are awesome!!!

Stopped carrying what I order on a regular basis. They had zero interest in stocking something for a regular customer. A foreign concept for a lot of businesses today. Consequently, now purchasing everything online. Saving at least 40%. Only downside is you have to order $75 of product to get free shipping, but its worth it.

Drove from Santa Fe because the gentleman on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The 3 employees in the shop exceeded in customer service and made my experience enjoyable. Bought 4 vapes and with the 24 hour warranty was able to instantly exchange the 2 PODS vapes that were burnt out. Left feeling very happy knowing my hard earned money wasnt waisted. The selection there is really great not to mention the other half of the store has beautiful glass of all shapes and sizes. Super affordable, clean and well displayed. WHYYYYYY are your juices not labeled with their names!!!!I have no place to reference these juices or know which is what! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!Staff was helpful and pricing decent. But guys really, whats the point of having random labels on the juice.

The staff is friendly and knowledge about their products. They dont always have the item you need in stock, but they do give you estimates of when they will be in. It might be best to call before heading into the shop. Also make sure that you and anyone you go into their store with has their ID

Amazing smoke shop always helpful and nice. Unfortunately coming back after a few years, we went multiples times this past month and there’s been a girl there, don’t know here name, she has two nose piercings and glasses. She’s always rude to us and acts like whenever we ask for stuff she acts like it’s such a hassle. She doesn’t ask us what we want. Just stands there waiting. And always grab the wrong products even though we specifically name a products. Do not like going when she’s there. She’s very rude and snobby.

This is by far my favourite smoke shop. If you havent been there you should go because all the people there are so amazing. Everyone is so cool and genuine. They actually care about helping you and are very knowledgeable.

Probably one of if not the best vape shop in Rio Rancho, great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, stellar customer service, not to mention the store is very clean every time Im there.

My partner and I came in for a new piece of glass, and Nick was super helpful in picking a piece out! He also spent extra time trying to find the right K-clip for our piece as well. The shop itself also has such a sick, wide variety of glass!

My wife and I have been going to this place for a couple years now. I have been in management for over 20 years and I can attest to these guys customer service skills. Every single time we go in we are made to feel welcome. The two managers there always go above and beyond to help us or make small talk with us. Which means a lot to us. Since they made the move to the bigger store, they added a glass section. Since my wife is a medical patient it really made her happy. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. Great job guys. I know if the managers worked for me I would definitely look into some possible raise increases. The store seems to run professionally. The really take the time to care. Keep up the good work fellas.

First of all this is the best Oasis location in New Mexico when you walk in it always smells good. At first glance the story is always spotless and tidy even the outside. The manager Steven creates a comfortable atmosphere and you can stay and talk to him for hours I’ve never been to a smoke shop that was inviting they always pressure you to buy stuff and leave but that’s not the case at this location. The employees are always happy and go above and beyond to teach you what you need so you can make a ultimate buying Decision. I’ve been to almost every single oasis in NM and I go out of my way to purchase from Steven and his staff here in rio because I know if there’s any issue he will make it right like he’s done in the past. Corporate really needs to give this man a raise because if Steven left this establishment would loose 70% of its business. I was not paid or compensated for this review I just feel that everyone should have a honest review of one of the stores and next time you are in the Rio Rancho area stop in And verify how true this whole review is.

Selling expired salt Nick products . The first time it was only expired for a month the one I purchased today was expired 4 months ago . They need to implement some type of quality control.Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service the only problem is purchasing expired product and unable to return.

“I really thought this place was different, but it seems oasis is just another small start success gone corporate, now only in it to line their pockets with your money. “My name is Ryan, and I had recently made a purchase of a hells gate unregulated box mod (89$), five 120 ml bottles of fluid (100$), two rolls of wire (20$), two sets of batteries (44$) (total: four bat) and the charger (45). That is a 300 dollar purchase before tax and tips (regrettably) in a 2 week period. So when the button on the hells gate mod I purchased stopped working (due to it being stuck) I had faith in the nice people I worked with while making my purchase to be just as cheer full in resolving the situation as they were to take my money. Sadly, this was not the case. Instead what I received was policy reminder of 15 days on returns and that I had exceeded it by 5 days (3 days in reality). 15 days is good time to know if you like something, or a cash back policy, but the product breaking is unreasonable. In fact I didn’t want my money back I wanted a unit that would work. I explained I honestly felt that it was bad luck with that one box mod and still wanted the same product as well was willing to work with them and pay half or at cost so it wasn’t a loss on their end (money wasn’t a factor, principle is). Still today I can’t get any understanding or help due to this policy wall. In many cases I can see people would try to take advantage of a brick and mortar store it happens all too often but anyone with a brain trained better then to just stand behind a counter would be able to see this situation for what it is. I really thought this place was different, but it seems oasis is just another small start success gone corporate, now only in it to line their pockets with your money.This is the impression I get from what I have seen so far if anyone within the company is willing to work with me on this I will be more than happy to remove this rating and leave a positive feedback for the company.-thank you

I usually go to the smoke shop 1-2 times a week. Oasis has a good selection of vapes, but the employees aren’t very friendly. I used to only shop here but I’ve switched to Mix N Mojo across the street. They still have a good selection but more importantly they treat you better. Rather spend my money elsewhere.

Ive never had a problem with Oasis. I am actually headed there this morning to purchase a new coil for my unit. I have been reading all of the other reviews and hope that I do not receive any of the service that others might have received. I have never had an issue with anyone at oasis and I hope it continues to be that way. Their juices are a little weak after a few days or so but I hope to find one that does not lose its potency. The prices are affordable, but I hear that others might be more worthwhile! Ill let you all know how my trip goes today! I wonder if they know about secret shoppers? Lol

Bad customer service. Will never do business again with any of the Oasis shops. I usually go to the San Mateo or Menual ones, but the one in Rio Rancho lost me as a customer for ALL of the shops... Theres plenty of other vape shops that I can go to and the Mix N Mojo Smoke Shop was 100xs better and cheaper.. Think Ill drive to Rio Rancho more just to give them my hard earned money instead of Oasis...Id give a lower rating if I could. It takes a bunch to get me to never do business with a company and the Rio Rancho Shop was able to push me to that extreme...

I go here first for all my value needs. They make your juice quickly and the staff is always ready to answer questions. Even when they are really busy Ive never waited too long or felt like they could be moving faster. If your new to vaping or just looking for some new juice selection then head over.

Ive been coming to this location for about 6 months now and the staff are always super professional and helpful. They have great juice, especially if you take advantage of their weekly bogo deal. I dont know any other place that sells 240ml of high quality juice for $20!

Went into store 2 people were being helped and there was one person waiting to be helped. After one person was finished they helped the person before me. As i waited another person walked in. I have been to this shop multiple times this past 2 years. They have been kind clean and helpful each time. Today we bought raw papers , water pipes , and a sweet matio dab kit with the help of steve. Tomorrow we plan to go get a puffco .

The last few times going in the employee, Justin who helped me, made me extremely uncomfortable. He’s rude, unprofessional, and he seems a bit more focused on himself than he is helping customers. As much as it is an inconvenience... I’m driving down to golf course from now on because they’re so helpful, the environment is welcoming, and I don’t feel harassed or mistreated . Idk how the dude has a job tbh

Best smoke shop in town!

Extremely helpful staff. Went in for a certain product and came out with some new Information and good products. The two guys that were there said hello right away and helped me with questions I had. I will definatly be back

I went in on Thursday 6/24/20. I needed to buy an atomizer, I purchased a box of 3. When I got home I set up my rig and it was not working. It kept reading check atomizer , I kept changing it out with no luck. Frustrated I went back to 6/27/20, I explained everything. They were so helpful, they took the time to look at the device and trouble shoot. They found the problem and fixed it... No charge. They just really wanted to help...my shop didnt want to help, just sell me a new rig. Oasis Vape is my store from here on out, this guys are awesome.

People here are complaining about customer service not being instantaneous and how theyre not treated like kings and queens. The world doesnt revolve around you.Pros:-Juice is of decent quality, and priced very competitively ($16 for 120mL)-Customer service for me has been very good. Upbeat employees and highly personal service.-Good selection of products with decent pricing-Free coil builds!Cons:-Nicotine is a little rough. Not sure if steeping will help or if the nicotine is just that rough. Either way, juice quality makes up for it.

Amazing place. Went in knowing nada about CBD. The guys working were incredibly informative and nice. Didn’t judge us for knowing nothing. That’s something I feared about going into a CBD place. Prices are fair. Overall a great establishment and will return soon. Thanks for the great customer service!

The juice is Top Notch in flavor in Albuquerque! Sunday/Wednesday sales are awesome! Also great one stop shop for all Vape & Tobacco-Product needs and accessories 😉.The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They patiently help each customer without the feeling of being rushed to decide or buy! They explain anything without talking down to you, and will walk you through any how to questions you ask.I drive 25 minutes across town to go here, even though there are vape shops within 5 minutes from home!

I love the customer service and friendly staff, but I will no longer be buying any products there. They used to have amazing juice bottles, but they got cheap and money hungry and switched to very cheap bottle/tips.. and I just had an $18 bottle of juice explode all over my house.

Great house juices, great prices! Stop in on Wednesday or Sunday for the best deals on house juices (BOGO!). Staff is helpful and polite; they know the juices well enough for vague descriptions of flavors to still get you the right juice. Also, plenty of vape supplies as well as Wednesday discounts on CBD products.

Bought a vape pen didn’t work took it back wanted a refund they wouldn’t give me a refund, so the young girl exchanged it ,plus she gave me alot of attitude. And guess what that twist pen didn’t work either.I have purchased numerous bongs ,pipes etc. I will never purchase another item from this store their too many shops around town too have too deal with extremely ungrateful business .I still have too take this pen back and get my money
