Vapor Rio is my go-to place for all things vape! Donnie the owner is super helpful, friendly and efficient! He keeps my geek vape unit running strong and makes sure Ive got fresh coils and juice.

It was a nice place and a friendly guy. My problem is his juice quality. When I first stated going it was awesome. Now its subpar at best. I do not know if his nicotine is stating to degrade or hes purposely shorting the milligrams requested. This was a perfect location for me to pick up some ejuice on the way home but I do not think Ill be returning. 3rd time picking up disappointing juice today, hoping for a return to quality. $27 for only 2oz , happy to pay for the convenience but not for his quality. I can get better quality online so might as well just plan ahead and buy online

Found this business after my regular shot changed formulas. Should have been coming here the whole time. Great selection of flavors. Prices are decent. Same guy has been there both times and very nice. The only downside are their hours. I wish they were open a little later during the week.

Great customer service. Not to mention good looking father and son.😉 My mom and I love this shop one of my favorite shops. They have good prices and r located very close to my house so very convenient. The owner even opened up the store cus we arrived after 5 and he was going home but he opened up and sold us some vape juice and that was very cool.

I really have never had a bad experience here. I have always been helped and had good conversation with the staff. They know my orders by heart it seems and one time they didn’t have what I needed and told me of another shop where I could find it. Some juices I feel are a bit over price but they are of good quality so I guess you get what you pay for. Over all the staff is very knowledgeable and I like how close it is too my house. Only downfall is it’s closed on Tuesdays and it seems that’s always the day I need something lol.

Vapor Rio is one of the best smoke shops I been to. Since they opened my family and I have always gone. Great customer service and always willing to find something that fits for you. Great family environment! Who cares if they take there kids to work its not a damn bar or a pipe shop! Love that place would recommend to anyone! Alyssa is always helpful and friendly 😊

I hate leaving this review because half the time this place is great. The other half the time there is a woman with long black hair who is not knowable about the products, always seems annoyed when she has a customer and has even recommended i check out other shops since The shop has changed recently and I was refused the juice size and mg that I usually get and Was told it was due to a knew law. This woman is the reason I started going to Oasis for juice when I like the vapor Rio juice better.

I like this place, cool staff. Ive been sold cheap knock-off disposable vapes with inconsistent flavors, but this spot gets it right.

Great vapor shop. Owner helped me get started with ecig went though all details and everything is working great.

I went in and was greeted by Ben. We talked for a bit about different mods and tanks. I asked if they had any 26650 batteries, and they did not. Yet he called a different shop, Electric Cloud, and asked and had them hold these batteries for me. Asking about a new tank, and Left with a Horizon Tech Falcon. Amazing tank, and he even primed the coil, and set the wattage where it should be. Love the tank, Ben you rock, and you guys have a new customer... Thanks mike

I always feel welcomed to walk in those doors. Great staff, very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. From helping out with the best coils and juice recommendations from their vast variety. I know I will be a return customer.

I am so impressed with this business. During this challenging time, they are keeping their business going by doing deliveries of their products. They leave products at your door and text you so theres no contact during this time of social distancing. Their customer service is excellent .

I absolutely love this place. I have been going for years. Alyssa has fantastic customer service and she always remembers exactly what I like. Best juice I have ever had! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have purchased juice from several places, only to have my tanks leak and wicks burn up. These guys mix the best juice.....PERIOD. I like the kick back welcome home atmosphere you experience the moment you walk in the door. I was a heavy cigar smoker for almost 10 years. They started me out with a few juices mixed at 24 that fulfilled my cravings. I am now down to a level 3. I cant say enough good things about this place and the staff.

My vape shop I usually go to closed so I decided to give another a try in Rio Rancho and I was I surprised they have their house juice and it is great! They also have premium selections, salt Nic, vape devices and great customer service this is the third time Ive been here and every time I go its a good time just talking and asking questions getting the knowledge of all the new things and just all around good conversation. Recommend vape shop for sure

Most expensive place Ive been to in 4 different states Salt juice is $27, just FYI. Really liked the shop when I lived here, just dont understand the $5 mark up

Bad customer service. I asked about organic vapor, and rather than educate me, the woman took a condescending tone with me telling me that propylene glycol is in most of our food anyway (this is incorrect as organic food does not contain PG). I had planned on buying an e-cig there regardless of the organic vapor, but after that encounter I just left. And just an FYI, there are organic VG based liquids on the market.

Wayyyyy overpriced on juice and the nic salts they sell there burn your coils within days oasis and Route 66 have never done that they last for months on one coil but this places juice burned my coils in no time
