Wonderful place to go for healing. We received sound bath therapy (amazing - like a massage for your brain) and enjoyed every second of it! The therapists are lovely, kind, and helpful. Well definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

I trusted the Google reviews to book an appointment and was definitely pleased with the results. Great massage, very professional. Booked my next appointment before I left.Now that I have had several appointments with Brenna since this original review, let me say that in all my years 25+ experience with a wide variety of skilled massage professionals, let me say that Brenna is absolutely one of the best ever! I have always been impressed with her therapeutic cow mare. I cant say enough about her and my experiences with her care.

I always look forward to coming to Simplicity Healing for a massage. I absolutely love the cozy atmosphere & the massage therapists are always wonderful! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a massage.

Couples massage with sound therapy add on was lovely! Brenna and Erika were lovely and Bridget did a wonderful job on the sound bowls. We felt the sounds through our bones during the massage, it felt like heaven. Thank you. 🙏🏼

I have been getting massage services from Simplicity Healing for a few years. I love going to this spa for a variety of reasons. One, the location is within the downtown Rochester retail area. Two, parking is very convenient and close to the spa. The spa environment is very peaceful, clean and the staff very professional. I have upper back issues and the staffs knowledge dealing with this particular area is a plus. Recently, I received a facial from Brenna, a year-end service I usually get since I work outside. From start to finish, Brenna did her usual great work. Thank you Simplicity Healing!

I have had several massages and facials from Brenna and I have to say they are absolutely amazing!! She is very professional and has such a warm and calming presence! My back was hurting before my last massage and she gave me instant relief. She is very knowledgeable in both message and facials. During my facial she chose the best products for my skin type. I have been using them for my skin care routine and I love it! I definitely see a change in the texture of my skin. I couldn’t be happier! I can’t recommend Brenna enough!! She has magical fingers and is truly the best at what she does! You will be so happy you booked a message and facial with Brenna!!

I booked an appointment with Brenna for a facial and a massage. It was an incredible experience, very calming and relaxing. When I left, my face was glowing! Brenna is amazing at what she does, I highly recommend going to see her! She is extremely knowledgeable and even helped to recommend exfoliate that has helped me tremendously with my skin care routine. If you book with her, you will not be disappointed!

I had a 90 minute massage scheduled with any female staff member. Fortunately, I was scheduled with Brenna. She is an amazing massage therapist. Dont let her small stature fool you because she has very strong and powerful hands. The level of tightness in my shoulders and back were gone by the time I left the table. She checked in on the pressure used and interest in where I wanted to begin with the massage. I was grateful for her responsiveness and attentiveness to my needs. I was in desperate need for relaxation, and Brenna delivered. I will definitely return to her for future massage therapy services. Thanks for the tips at the end of the session for relieving tension in my neck and shoulders while working throughout the day. :-)

The customer service and professionalism provided is the BEST and they give you the full time for booked sessions. Most importantly, you are always guaranteed an experienced Practitioner each visit. Simplicity also offers so many other healing services such as yoga, sound healing, couples massage and meditation, along with herbal organic products and essential oils. It’s truly a one stop shop if you are looking for high quality natural care for healing and optimal wellbeing!

What a wonderful experience! As someone with chronic pain I walked away feeling light as a feather. I recieved a full body massage and went to a hockey game afterwards and didnt even notice how cold it was in the rink. Simplicity really got my blood flowing. I jokingly stated, She rolled me like a piece of dough! Totally worth it!

Simplicity Healing has been a wonderful experience. Over the last couple of years it has been hard to find a message therapist who can consistently deliver the same results time after time. The message Therapist Pam has been exceptional and my experience has been wonderful. I walk out of there feeling like one should after a message, well rested, and relaxed, and my muscles relaxed and just like you want to after a time of self care. I would say there not the cheapest on the market, but also not the most expensive either. Its worth it and to say you have a message therapist you use time and time again when needed and to relax is a gift.

After reading several excellent reviews of Brenna, I decided to book a much needed appointment to soothe pain in my back and arms.Brenna has a calm but welcoming demeanor. She asked the pertinent questions regarding areas of focus and pressure type. She checked in with me a few times during the session but otherwise allowed me the time to zone out; which I very much appreciated. (Chit chat during a massage is one of my biggest pet peeves.) She has an innately professional technique, mindful to include areas that often get missed such as fingers, tops of feet and knees. I spent the remainder of the day resting and felt like a new person this morning. My only regret was not scheduling a 75 or 90 minute massage!I’ll be back. Many thanks!

Youre greeted with a calming waiting area and the staff was so polite!I was promptly taken into the room and asked several questions regarding the areas Id like to focus on in addition to explaining the cupping add-on that I had purchased.The experience was exceptional. I have purchased massages from different locations in the past with almost gimmicky add-ons. But the masseuse knew exactly what she was doing. It helped alleviate several areas of pain that I had been having for weeks!If youre looking for a great experience, give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed!

I went here using a Groupon and really loved this place. I went there about a month ago, but was weary about it because I had already purchased a Groupon for White Orchid Spa and was blown off my the masseuse who never showed up. However, this company was amazingly understandable of that and even understanding when I got laid up in traffic and they still were able to give me my entire 2 hour massage. Everyone here was just lovely and always very sweet and nice on the phone. I definitely recommend this spa and the amazing people!

Amazing!I blame Lisa for making me not tip. I was so relaxed and literally almost stumbling out of the place after my massage, that I forgot to tip! Don’t worry, I will tip tomorrow as they are closed right now.The atmosphere was nice and the receptionist (didn’t catch her name) was very pleasant. The room itself was clean and set the mood for relaxing perfectly.Lisa was attentive to my trouble spots and even found some trouble spots I didn’t know I had! She is like a televangelist. “You didn’t even know you had a knot here but now it’s HEALED!!”No but seriously I will be returning here as soon as I can. Just be careful to leave an open day after you get a massage here because you might not be very productive the rest of the day.

Carol is the mot pleasant, helpful person and she is so accommodating when I call to make my appointments. You will love the atmosphere and the variety of healing modalities they offer. Stop in to shop for gifts among their many in store items!

I had an appointment with Nicole. Before my appointment my husband tested positive for covid. I messaged the day before being the way the website is set is set up. I again message again the morning of the appointment. An hour after my call I get a nasty phone call drom Nicole. Telling me how she does check her messages and I needed to call her to cancel. I then explained that i left her not one but two messages and let her know my husband has covid. This women was so unpleasant and rude that I will never go to this place of business. Im glad I has a Groupon and can get my money back and keep it moving. This was an anniversary gift from our children. How disappointing

The massage parlor is in a great place down town Rochester and it seems really nice when you walk in. However, the masseuse I got was horrible. She was combative with me right off the get go. Then during the massage she used so much pressure on my pressure points on my spine and back that I repeatedly had to tell her to ease up. She would just snicker a couple of times and then keep going. I admit. I should have ended it and just gotten up and walked out but it took me so off guard that I just sat there and took it. That said I will never go back and strongly recommend no one else waste their time or money here. Too many other massage parlors int he area to waste time here!!

I got a hybrid of a deep tissue and sports massage done by Nate, about 3 weeks ago. He was awesome! He listened to my concerns and knew what spots to hit. I’ve been running more while in quarantine so my IT band has been bothering me for a while. He not only worked out the kinks in my IT band but also the rest of my body. I seriously got a “massage hangover” that I almost forgot to tip! I will definitely be retuning soon to see Nate.

Pam is absolutely amazing!! This is the only place I will come for a massage. I come every time I am having pain or feeling tight and she knows exactly what to do! Highly recommend trying them out!
